本申请涉及窗帘技术领域,尤其涉及一种离合器结构和电动窗帘。
背景技术

随着电机技术的发展,电机已经广泛的应用在了我们的生活中。比如由电机带动窗帘运动,就成为了可由电机控制的电动窗帘,方便了人们的生活。
电动窗帘主要靠被驱动装置带动的皮带移动实现窗帘的打开或关闭,通常电动窗帘驱动装置主要设有驱动电机,驱动电机通过变速箱带动传动皮带移动,驱动平开或卷帘式窗帘的开闭,这类电动窗帘在安装、调试或维修时,如果皮带轮与变速箱保持传动连接状态,操作会很不方便,将皮带轮与变速箱脱离开,才能便于安装或调试,而且由于电动窗帘驱动器通常要安装在隐蔽处,根据设计要求,占用的空间受到很大限制,所以其体积要求尽可能小。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种离合器结构和电动窗帘,占用空间小,能够十分简单且方便控制离合器的离合。
本申请公开了一种离合器结构,所述离合器结构包括第一传动端、第二传动端和离合轴芯,所述第一传动端内部中空设置,形成第一通孔;所述第二传动端内部中空设置,形成第二通孔,与所述第一传动端同心设置;所述离合轴芯穿过所述第二传动端,伸入到所述第一传动端的中部;所述离合轴芯包括第一结构部、第二结构部和控制部,所述第一结构部设置有对应所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的啮合结构;所述第二结构部与所述第一结构部一体成型;所述控制部与所述第二结构部连接;其中,所述第一结构部的外径大于所述第二结构部的外径,所述控制部带动所述第一结构部和第二结构部在所述第一传动端和第二传动端的中心内进行移动,当所述第一结构部脱离出所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端和第二传动端相互不能带动转动;当所述第一结构部未脱离所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端或第二传动端 转动时通过所述第一结构部带动所述第二传动端或第一传动端相互转动。

相对于原来离合器结构的方案来说,本申请离合轴芯,穿过所述第二传动端,伸入到所述第一传动端的中部;所述离合轴芯的控制部带动所述第一结构部和第二结构部在所述第一传动端和第二传动端的中心内进行移动,当所述第一结构部脱离出所述第二传动端,所述第 一传动端和第二传动端相互不能带动转动;当所述第一结构部未脱离所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端或第二传动端转动时通过所述第一结构部带动所述第二传动端或第一传动端相互转动,提供了一种结构简单,占用空间小,而且可方便地将皮带轮与动力部分脱离开的设置为电动窗帘驱动装置的手动离合器结构。

具体的,在本实施例中,所述传动机构400为内传动箱体,所述传动机构400设置在所述主轨道231上,所述主轨道231可收纳在所述副轨道232内,当所述主轨道231与所述副轨道232相互滑动远离时,所述传动机构400位于所述主轨道231靠近所述副轨道232的一端上,当所述主轨道231收纳在所述副轨道232内时,所述开口被所述主轨道231遮挡,当所述主轨道231与所述副轨道232相互滑动远离时,所述开口未被所述主轨道231遮挡的部分被所述皮带遮挡件500遮挡。
因设置有皮带遮挡件500,且所述皮带遮挡件500位于所述第二皮带253靠近所述第一皮带241的一侧,所述皮带遮挡件500可跟随所述开口252的变化而变化,实时遮挡所述开口252内的第二皮带,避免电动窗帘在运作过程中,当所述主轨道231与所述副轨道232相互滑动导致所述开口部分未被所述主轨道231遮挡而裸露在外时,第二皮带253受到震动或是重力的影响而从所述开口处脱离第二皮带253区121,导致电动窗帘运作卡顿。
如图4所示,作为本申请的第一实施例的一种改进,所述副轨道232上设有安装槽251,所述安装槽251与所述皮带遮挡件500相匹配设置,所述安装槽251位于所述第二皮带区250内,所述副轨道232包括主轨道231区和副轨道232区,所述第一皮带区240位于所述主轨道231区内,所述第二皮带区250位于所述副轨道232区内,所述第二皮带区250靠近所述主轨道231区的一侧上设有安装槽251,所述安装槽251设置为安装所述皮带遮挡件500,以使所述皮带遮挡件500固定在所述第二皮带区250内,遮挡所述第二皮带253,避免所述第二皮带253脱离第二皮带区250,导致电动窗帘运作卡顿。

具体的,当所述主轨道231滑动时,带动所述传动机构400滑动,以使所述皮带遮挡件500随着所述传动机构400滑动而滑动,使所述皮带遮挡件500可随着所述主轨道231的位置变化而调整位置,实现实时遮挡第二皮带253,避免所述第二皮带253脱离所述第二皮带253区121。
进一步的,所述固定部410为波浪形槽,所述皮带遮挡件500与固定部410固定连接的一端弯折成与波浪形槽相匹配的形状,使所述皮带遮挡件500可以固定在传动机构400上与其一起固定,其中,所述固定部410也可以是使用螺钉固定或固定销固定,实现皮带遮挡件500与所述传动机构400固定的作用即可,可根据实际情况选择;具体的,所述第一导向轮设置在内传动箱体远离所述主轨道231的一端上,所述第一导向轮与内传动箱体远离主轨道231的一端之间设有通孔,所述通孔接通外界和内传动箱体内部,所述皮带遮挡件500一端通过通孔伸入内传动箱体内部,然后与波浪形槽相匹配,实现固定的作用。
其中,在本实施例中,所述皮带遮挡件500为钢带,皮带遮挡件500为金属制成,以使所述皮带遮挡件500在滑动过程中因摩擦产生的热量能快速散发,散热效果好,且相比起使用塑料制成的皮带遮挡件500而言,不容易变形;当然,所述皮带遮挡件500还可为其它材质制成,具体的本处不做赘述,根据实际情况选择即可,所述钢带的厚度为0.1mm,也可为0.2mm,厚度做薄,减少所述钢带的重量,以使所述电动窗帘增加皮带遮挡件500后的整体重量基本不变。
进一步的,所述钢带的长度大于等于所述副轨道232的长度,以使所述钢带可完全遮挡住所述开口处的第二皮带253,避免所述第二皮带253与所述第二皮带253区121脱离。
如图7和图9所示,作为本申请的第二实施例,与上述实施例不同的是,所述电动窗帘还包括副传动箱体600,所述副传动箱体600设置在所述副轨道232上,所述副传动箱体600 内设有转向件610,所述皮带遮挡件500远离所述固定部410的一端与所述转向件610接触,以使所述皮带遮挡件500转向,所述皮带遮挡件500转向后朝向所述主轨道231的长度方向延伸,靠近所述主轨道231设置;具体的,所述转向件610为从动轴体,所述副传动箱体600设置在所述副轨道232远离所述传动机构400的一端上,所述从动轴体设置在所述副传动箱体600内,所述皮带遮挡件500一端与所述传动机构400固定,另一端绕过所述从动轴体后转向,朝向所述主轨道231的长度方向延伸设置,所述从动轴体将所述皮带遮挡件500弯折成U形,以使所述皮带遮挡件500上未遮挡第二皮带253的部分可收纳在所述副轨道232内,不会直接外露在外界,造成视觉上的影响,其中,当所述主轨道与所述副轨道伸长距离时,所述皮带遮挡件500可跟随所述伸缩轨道230而移动,所述皮带遮挡件500与传动机构400固定的一端随着传动机构400的位置变化而变化,所述皮带遮挡件500的另一端会逐渐移动到所述安装槽内;当所述主轨道与所述副轨道缩短距离时,所述皮带遮挡件500与传动机构400固定的一端随着传动机构400的位置变化而变化,所述皮带遮挡件500的另一端会逐渐移动到副轨道内;所述皮带遮挡件的遮挡使用范围随着传动机构的位置变化而变化,始终能覆盖皮带的裸露区域,且所述皮带遮挡件非遮挡范围可以收纳到所述副轨道内。
进一步的,参阅图3和图4,所述副轨道232的所述主轨道231区内设有第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起相组合形成第一容纳槽,所述第一容纳槽对应所述第二皮带区250设置,所述皮带遮挡件500一端与所述固定部410固定,另一端绕后所述从动轴体后转向,朝向所述主轨道231的长度方向延伸并伸入所述第一容纳槽内以收纳,将所述皮带遮挡件500收纳在所述第一容纳槽内,避免所述皮带遮挡件500上未遮挡第二皮带253的部分收纳在所述副轨道232内时,因未被固定而受到震动或重力的影响,脱离所述副轨道232而造成损害。
如图3所示,作为本申请的第二实施例的一种改进,所述主轨道231靠近所述第二皮带区250的一侧上设有阻隔板300,所述阻隔板300与分隔板结合使用,以使当所述皮带遮挡件500上未遮挡第二皮带253的部分收纳在所述副轨道232内时,所述皮带遮挡件500受到震动或重力的影响,脱离所述主轨道231区而进入副轨道232区,对第二皮带253造成影响。
作为本申请的第三实施例,与上述实施例不同的是,所述电动窗帘还包括副传动箱体600,所述副传动箱体600设置在所述副轨道232上,所述副传动箱体600内设有固定轴,在本实施例中,所述皮带遮挡件500为卷尺,所述卷尺包括尺勾和尺盒,所述尺勾与所述传动机构400的固定部410固定连接,所述尺盒设置在所述固定轴上并与其固定连接,使用卷尺作为本申请的皮带遮挡件500,以使所述皮带遮挡件500上未遮挡第二皮带253的部分可较好的收纳在尺盒内,不会暴露在外界而对所述伸缩轨道230造成损害。
作为本申请的第四实施例,与上述实施例不同的是,公开了一种电动窗帘,所述电动窗帘包括伸缩轨道、主传动箱体、副传动箱体、内传动箱体、内副传动箱体和同步带,所述主轨道包括第一端和第二端,所述副轨道包括第三端和第四端,当所述主轨道收纳在所述副轨道内时,所述主轨道第一端与所述副轨道第四端为同一端,所述主轨道第二端与所述副轨道第三端为同一端,所述主传动箱体设置在所述主轨道的第一端上,所述副传动箱体设置在所述副轨道的第三端上,所述主传动箱体和所述副传动箱体相互远离设置,所述内传动箱体设置在所述主轨道的第二端上,所述内副传动箱体设置在所述副轨道的第四端上,所述同步带包括第一同步带和第二同步带,所述第一同步带设置在所述主轨道的第一皮带区内,所述第二同步带设置在所述副轨道的第二皮带区内,其中,所述主传动箱体设置为驱动所述第一同步带运作,所述副传动箱体设置为驱动所述第二同步带运作,所述内副传动箱体与所述第二同步带连接,所述内传动箱体与所述第一同步带和所述第二同步带相互连接,以使所述第一同步带运作时带动所述第二同步带运作。
其中,所述伸缩轨道包括主轨道和副轨道,所述主轨道设置有滑块,所述副轨道设置有与滑块相匹配的滑槽,所述主轨道与所述副轨道相互滑动设置,所述滑块位于所述滑槽内可滑动设置,所述主轨道可滑动收纳至所述副轨道内部所述主轨道的横截面积小于等于所述副轨道的横截面积的二分之一,当所述主轨道收纳在所述副轨道内部时,所述主轨道占用的空间与所述副轨道所使用的工作空间大小相接近,当窗帘安装在所述伸缩轨道上时,所述主轨道与所述副轨道所承受的窗帘的重量几乎一致,主轨道与副轨道两者受力平衡,不会因受力不平衡而造成伸缩轨道倾斜导致脱落。
进一步的,所述滑槽的槽口小于槽底设置,所述滑块与所述滑槽相匹配设置,所述滑块靠近主轨道的一端的截面小于滑块远离主轨道的一端的截面,所述主轨道与所述副轨道滑动设置时,所述滑块位于所述滑槽内,且滑槽的槽口小于槽底设置,当主轨道需要与副轨道脱离或安装时,所述主轨道需从所述副轨道的两侧滑入或滑出所述副轨道的内部,所述主轨道和所述副轨道之间仅能通过滑动而实现相互分离或结合,在本实施例中,所述滑块位于所述主轨道靠近所述副轨道的一侧,且位于所述主轨道的中部位置,所述滑槽的形状为三角形结构,所述滑槽的槽口朝向所述主轨道设置,所述滑槽的槽壁沿槽口分别向远离主轨道的方向延伸设置,形成两个相互倾斜的槽壁,所述滑块的形状与所述滑槽的形状相匹配。
所述伸缩轨道还包括外轨道,所述外轨道与所述副轨道相互滑动设置,所述副轨道可滑动收纳至所述外轨道内,在本实施例中,所述副轨道的长度小于等于所述外轨道的长度,以使当所述副轨道滑动收纳至所述外轨道内时,所述副轨道被隐藏在所述外轨道内,在使用过程中,所述副轨道与所述主轨道滑动伸缩时,所述副轨道从所述外轨道的一端处伸出所述外 轨道内部,在外界看来是所述外轨道与所述副轨道之间伸缩设置,其中,当所述副轨道可滑动收纳至所述外轨道内时,所述外轨道对所述副轨道起到一个保护的作用,避免所述副轨道受到外力冲击而导致变形,从而影响所述副轨道与所述主轨道之间的滑动,造成伸缩轨道无法使用,可选的,所述主轨道、副轨道和外轨道三者之间的重合长度大于等于两米,以便于适配不同长度的窗台。
在所述电动窗帘还设有离合器,所述第一皮带和第二皮带均设有一同步带轮,两个所述同步带轮分别与所述离合器的两端连接,实现离合,对于离合器的具体设计,参照如下实施例。
如图10和图11所示,作为本申请的一实施例,公开了一种离合器结构100,所述离合器结构100包括第一传动端110、第二传动端120和离合轴芯130,所述第一传动端110内部中空设置,形成第一通孔111;所述第二传动端120内部中空设置,形成第二通孔121,与所述第一传动端110同心设置;第一传动端110和第二传动端120形状结构相同,可以使用相同模具制作,第一传动端110和第二传动端120之间设有间隔,所述离合轴芯130穿过所述第二传动端120,伸入到所述第一传动端110的中部;第一通孔111和第二通孔121的孔壁与所述离合轴芯130的外壁相啮合,离合轴芯130转动的时候可以使得第一传动端110和第二传动端120进行转动。而且,所述第一传动端110和第二传动端120分别与第一皮带241和第二皮带253的同步带轮220固定连接。
具体的,所述离合轴芯130包括第一结构部131、第二结构部132和控制部133,所述第一结构部131设置有对应所述第一通孔111和所述第二通孔121的啮合结构;所述第二结构部132与所述第一结构部131一体成型;所述控制部133与所述第二结构部132连接;其中,所述第一结构部131的外径大于所述第二结构部132的外径,第二结构部132与第二传动端120之间有间隙,所述控制部133带动所述第一结构部131和第二结构部132在所述第一传动端110和第二传动端120的中心内进行移动,如图1所示当所述第一结构部131未脱离所述第二传动端120,所述第一传动端110或第二传动端120转动时通过所述第一结构部131带动所述第二传动端120或第一传动端110相互转动;如图2所示,当所述第一结构部131脱离出所述第二传动端120,第一结构部131的最底部位于所述第二传动部的上方,所述第一传动端110和第二传动端120相互不能带动转动。
进一步的,如图12所示,所述第一结构部131包括六菱柱体1311,所述第二结构部132包括第一圆柱体1321,所述第一圆柱体1321的外径小于所述六菱柱体1311的外径,所述第一通孔111和所述第二通孔121为六菱柱形状的通孔,六菱柱体1311在转动的时候可以节省能耗,不易打滑,且第一结构部131在第一通孔111和第二通孔121移动时,可以更加 省力,减少第一传动端110和第二传动端120的内壁与第一结构部131的摩擦力。
作为本申请的第二实施例,如图13和图14所示,所述控制部133包括按键帽134和弹性件135,所述弹性件135包括但不限于弹簧136,其他弹性件135也是可以的,所述弹簧136套设在所述第二结构部132的外围,所述弹簧136的两端分别抵接所述按键帽134和所述第二传动端120远离所述第一传动端110的一端;所述离合器结构100包括固定外壳140,所述外壳的内壁上设置有滑槽234,所述按键帽134上设置有限位结构137,所述按键帽134可沿所述外壳设计的槽位滑动;所述第二结构部132与所述按键帽134之间设置有第二圆柱体150,所述第二圆柱体150的外径大于所述六菱柱体1311的外径,所述第二圆柱体150与所述第一圆柱体1321一体成型。
所述按键帽134包括底壁138和侧壁139,所述底壁138为圆柱体,所述侧壁139围绕所述底壁138设置,与所述底壁138一体成型;所述侧壁139的高度大于所述第二圆柱体150的的高度,所述侧壁139围绕形成的圆柱形腔体160的直径与所述第二圆柱体150的直径相等,所述弹簧136的外径小于等于所述圆柱形腔体160的直径。所述底壁138靠近所述第二圆柱的一面上形成有凸起1381,所述第二圆柱体150靠近所述底壁138的一面上形成有凹槽151,所述凸起1381与所述凹槽151相对应;沿所述离合轴芯130移动方向上,自然状态下,所述弹簧136的高度大于所述按键帽134的侧壁139的高度,所述凹槽151和凸起1381为半球状,截面为半圆形,在按键帽134进行按压的时候可以将力集中在凸起1381上,可以更好的推进离合轴芯130往第一传动端110进行移动。
如图15和图16所示,作为本申请的另一实施例,公开了一种电动窗帘200,所述电动窗帘200包括如上任一所述的离合器结构100以及两组同步带210,所述两组同步带210均设有一同步带轮220,沿离合轴芯130的移动方向,所述两组同步带210呈上下排列,两个所述同步带轮220分别与所述第一传动端110和第二传动端120固定连接;所述第一传动端110的外径等于所述同步带轮220的内径,所述第一传动端110的底部与所述第二传动端120对应的同步带轮220的顶部抵接。
上下并列两组同步带210,均设有一同步带轮220,且同步带轮220为同心设计,中心设有一可上下移动的离合轴芯130,离合轴芯130上部分为六角设计,与同步带轮220配合可实现联动,下半部分为圆柱设计,与同步带轮220为相对打滑运动。
参考图10和图16为正常使用状态,离合轴芯130为行程下止点,六角部分同时连接了主动和从动同步带轮220,可将主动同步带轮220的旋转动力传递到从动同步带轮220实现两组同步带210同时运转。参考图11,当按下并旋转按键帽134至45度时,按键帽134锁定为动力脱开状态,离合轴芯130处于行程上止点,主动同步带轮220与离合轴芯130处于 打滑状态,主动同带轮与离合轴芯130相互都不能带动运转,从来实现动力的脱开;反转按键帽134至45度,可使离合轴芯130在弹簧136的作用下,回到行程下止点状态,实现联动运转。
当然,本申请中的离合器结构100还可以用于其它款式的窗帘中,并不局限于上述实施例中的电动窗帘200。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种离合器结构,包括:
    第一传动端,内部中空设置,形成第一通孔;
    第二传动端,内部中空设置,形成第二通孔,与所述第一传动端同心设置;以及
    离合轴芯,穿过所述第二传动端,伸入到所述第一传动端的中部;
    其中,所述离合轴芯包括:
    第一结构部,设置有对应所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的啮合结构;
    第二结构部,与所述第一结构部一体成型;以及
    控制部,与所述第二结构部连接;
    其中,所述第一结构部的外径大于所述第二结构部的外径,所述控制部带动所述第一结构部和第二结构部在所述第一传动端和第二传动端的中心内进行移动,当所述第一结构部脱离出所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端和第二传动端相互不能带动转动;当所述第一结构部未脱离所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端或第二传动端转动时通过所述第一结构部带动所述第二传动端或第一传动端相互转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的离合器结构,其中,所述控制部包括按键帽和弹性件,所述弹性件包括弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述第二结构部的外围,所述弹簧的两端分别抵接所述按键帽和所述第二传动端远离所述第一传动端的一端;所述离合器结构包括固定外壳,所述外壳的内壁上设置有滑槽,所述按键帽上设置有限位结构,所述按键帽可沿所述外壳设计的槽位滑动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的离合器结构,其中,所述第一结构部包括六菱柱体,所述第二结构部包括第一圆柱体,所述第一圆柱体的外径小于所述六菱柱体的外径,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔为六菱柱形状的通孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的离合器结构,其中,所述第二结构部与所述按键帽之间设置有第二圆柱体,所述第二圆柱体的外径大于所述六菱柱体的外径,所述第二圆柱体与所述第一圆柱体一体成型。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的离合器结构,其中,所述按键帽包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁为圆柱体,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁设置,与所述底壁一体成型;所述侧壁的高度大于所述第二圆柱体的的高度,所述侧壁围绕形成的圆柱形腔体的直径与所述第二圆柱体的直径相等,所述弹簧的外径小于等于所述圆柱形腔体的直径。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的离合器结构,其中,所述底壁靠近所述第二圆柱的一面上形成有凸起,所述第二圆柱体靠近所述底壁的一面上形成有凹槽,所述凸起与所述凹槽相对应。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的离合器结构,其中,沿所述离合轴芯移动方向上,自然状态下,所述弹簧的高度大于所述按键帽的侧壁的高度。
  8. 一种电动窗帘,包括伸缩轨道,所述伸缩轨道包括主轨道和副轨道,所述主轨道与所述副轨道相互滑动设置,所述主轨道可收纳在所述副轨道内,所述主轨道内设有第一皮带区,所述副轨道内设有第二皮带区,所述第一皮带区与所述第二皮带区上下交错设置;
    第一皮带,设置在所述第一皮带区内;
    第二皮带,设置在所述第二皮带区内;
    传动机构,设置在所述伸缩轨道内,所述传动机构一端与所述第一皮带连接,另一端与所述第二皮带连接;以及
    离合器结构,包括:
    第一传动端,内部中空设置,形成第一通孔;
    第二传动端,内部中空设置,形成第二通孔,与所述第一传动端同心设置;以及
    离合轴芯,穿过所述第二传动端,伸入到所述第一传动端的中部;
    其中,所述离合轴芯包括:
    第一结构部,设置有对应所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的啮合结构;
    第二结构部,与所述第一结构部一体成型;以及
    控制部,与所述第二结构部连接;
    其中,所述第一结构部的外径大于所述第二结构部的外径,所述控制部带动所述第一结构部和第二结构部在所述第一传动端和第二传动端的中心内进行移动,当所述第一结构部脱离出所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端和第二传动端相互不能带动转动;当所述第一结构部未脱离所述第二传动端,所述第一传动端或第二传动端转动时通过所述第一结构部带动所述第二传动端或第一传动端相互转动;
    所述第一皮带和第二皮带均设有一同步带轮,两个所述同步带轮分别与所述第一传动端和第二传动端固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电动窗帘,其中,所述第一传动端的外径等于所述同步带轮的内径,所述第一传动端的底部与所述第二传动端对应的同步带轮的顶部抵接。
  10. 如权利要8所述的电动窗帘,其中,所述主轨道设置有滑块,所述副轨道设置有与滑块相匹配的滑槽,所述滑块位于所述滑槽内可滑动设置,所述主轨道可滑动收纳至所述副轨道内部。
  11. 一种电动窗帘,包括:
    伸缩轨道,所述伸缩轨道包括主轨道和副轨道,所述主轨道与所述副轨道相互滑动设置,所述主轨道可收纳在所述副轨道内,所述主轨道内设有第一皮带区,所述副轨道内设有第二 皮带区,所述第一皮带区与所述第二皮带区上下交错设置;
    第一皮带,设置在所述第一皮带区内;
    第二皮带,设置在所述第二皮带区内;
    传动机构,设置在所述伸缩轨道内,所述传动机构一端与所述第一皮带连接,另一端与所述第二皮带连接;以及
    皮带遮挡件,设置在第二皮带靠近所述第一皮带的一侧且位于所述第二皮带区内,用于遮挡所述第二皮带;
    其中,所述主轨道和所述副轨道相互滑动设置,所述第二皮带区上设有开口,所述开口接通所述第二皮带区和所述第一皮带区,所述主轨道和所述副轨道之间相互滑动远离时,所述开口裸露的区域增加,所述皮带遮挡件可随着所述开口的变化而变化,覆盖所述皮带的裸露区域,以实时遮挡所述开口内的第二皮带。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述副轨道上设有安装槽,所述安装槽与所述皮带遮挡件相匹配设置,所述安装槽位于所述第二皮带区内,所述安装槽设置为安装所述皮带遮挡件。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述传动机构上设有固定部,所述皮带遮挡件一端与所述固定部固定连接,另一端远离所述固定部设置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述固定部为波浪形槽,所述皮带遮挡件与固定部固定连接的一端弯折成与波浪形槽相匹配的形状。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述皮带遮挡件为钢带。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述钢带的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述电动窗帘还包括副传动箱体,所述副传动箱体设置在所述副轨道上,所述副传动箱体内设有转向件,所述皮带遮挡件远离所述固定部的一端与所述转向件接触,以使所述皮带遮挡件转向,所述皮带遮挡件转向后朝向所述主轨道的长度方向延伸。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述电动窗帘还包括副传动箱体,所述副传动箱体设置在所述副轨道上,所述副传动箱体内设有固定轴,所述皮带遮挡件为卷尺,所述卷尺包括尺勾和尺盒,所述尺勾与所述传动机构的固定部固定连接,所述尺盒设置在所述固定轴上并与其固定连接。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述钢带的长度大于等于所述副轨道的长度。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的一种电动窗帘,其中,所述主轨道靠近所述第二皮带区的一侧上设有阻隔板。
