- FIG. It is a figure explaining the shape and arrangement
- a waist portion having a vertical direction and a horizontal direction that intersect with each other, and an absorbent body, and a abdominal waist portion and a back waist portion joined to each other by a pair of side joint portions at both ends in the horizontal direction; , wherein the waist part is stretchable along the left-right direction in at least a part between the pair of side joints, wherein the waist part is in a stretched state
- an inner end region located above the upper end of the absorbent body in the vertical direction and within a range of 20 mm inward from the inner end of the side joint portion in the horizontal direction, and a center region above the upper end of the absorbent body and sandwiched between the pair of inner end regions in the left-right direction, and the length of the inner end region in the left-right direction in the stretched state;
- the value obtained by dividing the difference between the length of the inner end region in the left and right direction in the natural state by the length of the inner end region in the left and right direction in the stretched state is the Pants characterized by being smaller than a value obtained
- the stretchability in the inner end regions is lower than the stretchability in the central region, when the side joints are to be broken during the putting on and taking off operation, In the inner end region of , the waist part becomes difficult to expand and contract in the left-right direction. This makes it easier for the force to act efficiently on the side joints, making it easier to break the side joints. Therefore, the operation of removing the pants-type absorbent article from the wearer's body can be facilitated.
- the waist portion has outer end regions outside the inner ends of the side joints in the left-right direction, and the left and right ends of the outer end regions in the stretched state
- the value obtained by dividing the difference between the length of the direction and the length of the outer end region in the left-right direction in the natural state by the length of the outer end region in the left-right direction in the stretched state is the A value obtained by dividing the difference between the length of the inner end region in the left-right direction and the length of the inner end region in the natural state in the left-right direction by the length of the inner end region in the stretched state in the left-right direction preferably smaller than
- the expansion and contraction in the left-right direction of the outer end regions including the side joints becomes smaller, and the force to break the side joints is more likely to act. Furthermore, since the outer end region is difficult to expand and contract, it is easy to grasp with a hand, and the force of grasping the outer end region and pulling the ventral waist part and the back waist part to the opposite side is easily transmitted, and the inner end part Since it becomes easier to put a finger into the region, the side joint can be made easier to break.
- the waist portion has a skin-side sheet and a non-skin-side sheet laminated in a thickness direction, and the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet are joined by a plurality of welded portions.
- a plurality of elastic members that are stretchable along the left-right direction are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction between the skin-side sheet, and each of the elastic members, in the state of being contracted in the left-right direction, It is attached to the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet by being sandwiched between the two welded parts adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, and is attached by the welded part disposed in the inner end region.
- the value obtained by dividing the difference between the length of the elastic member in the lateral direction in the stretched state and the length in the lateral direction in the natural state by the length in the lateral direction in the stretched state is The difference between the length in the left-right direction in the stretched state and the length in the left-right direction in the natural state of the elastic member attached by the welded portion arranged is defined as the length in the left-right direction in the stretched state. preferably less than the value divided by the
- the stretchability of the elastic members attached to the waist portion by the welds in the inner end regions is reduced by that of the elastic members attached to the waist portion by the welds in the central region. lower than elasticity. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the waist portion to expand and contract in the lateral direction in the inner end region near the side joint portion. This makes it easier for the force to act efficiently on the side joints so that the side joints can be easily broken.
- the width of at least one of the welded portions arranged in the inner end region in the left-right direction is equal to the width of the welded portion arranged in the central region. It is desirable that the width of the portion is larger than the minimum value of the width in the horizontal direction.
- the total width of the welded portions arranged in the inner end region in the left-right direction is divided by the width of the inner end region in the left-right direction. It is desirable that the value is larger than a value obtained by dividing the total width of the welding portions arranged in the central region in the horizontal direction by the width of the central region in the horizontal direction.
- the stretchability of the inner end region is weakened compared to the central region, so excessive stretching of the inner end region is suppressed. Therefore, it becomes easy for the force to act efficiently on the side joint, and the side joint can be easily broken.
- the length in the left-right direction of the welded portion located closest to the inner end of the side joint portion in the left-right direction is the length in the inner region. It is desirable that the length in the left-right direction be longer than any of the welded portions that are arranged.
- the expansion and contraction of the elastic member can be reduced in the region closest to the side joints in the inner end region, so that the force can be applied to the side joints more efficiently. It becomes easier to act effectively, and the side joint can be made easier to tear.
- the back waist portion has a buttock cover below the lower ends of the side joints, and at least part of the elastic member is arranged on the buttock cover.
- the length in the left-right direction of the welded portion that is closest to the outer edge of the buttock cover in the left-right direction is the length of the welded portion that is positioned inwardly of the welded portion. It is desirable that it is longer than the length in either of the left and right directions.
- the width of the welded portion is widened in the region adjacent to the outer edge of the buttock cover to make it difficult for the elastic member to expand and contract, so that force acts on the lower ends of the side joints.
- the side joint can be easily broken from the lower side to the upper side in the vertical direction.
- the back waist portion has a buttock cover below the lower ends of the side joints, and a leg elastic member extending and contracting along the outer edge of the buttock cover. and the leg elastic members are preferably attached to the dorsal waist portion with an adhesive.
- the rigidity of the region along the outer edge of the buttocks cover is increased by attaching the leg-surrounding elastic member with the adhesive portion. Therefore, when the side joint is torn from the bottom to the top, even if the buttock cover is pulled strongly, the buttock cover is not likely to be torn, and the side joint can be easily torn.
- At least one of the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet is a spunbond nonwoven fabric in which heat-sealed fibers are joined together by a plurality of scattered heat-sealed portions,
- the inner end region has a portion where the welded portion and the heat-sealed portion overlap. , is desirable.
- the side joints have a plurality of locking welds arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and the depth of the locking welds in the thickness direction is It is desirable to be deeper than the depth in the thickness direction of the welded portion.
- the maximum value of the length in the left-right direction of each of the locking welded portions is the length of the welded portion provided in the inner end region in the left-right direction. Less than the maximum value is desirable.
- the maximum width of the welded portion provided in the inner end region is narrower than the maximum width of the locking welded portion. This makes it easier to suppress expansion and contraction of the elastic member in the inner end region. Therefore, force is likely to act on the side joint portion during the attachment/detachment operation, and the side joint portion can be easily broken.
- the waist portion includes a first elastic member that can expand and contract along the lateral direction, and a second elastic member that is arranged adjacent to the first elastic member in the vertical direction. and a sheet member forming the waist portion has a plurality of wrinkles formed by convex deformation in the thickness direction along the vertical direction, and at least part of the plurality of wrinkles is continuous between the first elastic member and the second elastic member in the vertical direction.
- the absorbent main body includes a liquid-absorbent absorbent core, and the waist portion is located below the upper end of the absorbent main body in the vertical direction in the stretched state, and an absorbent body side region located within a range of 20 mm outward from both ends of the absorbent core in the lateral direction; a leg-surrounding region sandwiched between the absorbent body side region and the side joint, wherein the length of the absorbent body side region in the lateral direction in the stretched state and the left and right of the absorbent body side region in the natural state;
- the value obtained by dividing the difference between the length in the left-right direction of the absorbent body side region in the stretched state and the length in the left-right direction of the leg-surrounding region in the stretched state and the leg in the natural state It is preferably smaller than a value obtained by dividing the difference between the length of the circumference area in the left and right direction by the length of the leg circumference area in the stretched state in the left and right direction.
- the absorbent body side regions are pulled upward when the absorbent article is put on.
- the absorptive core is also easily pulled up in conjunction with it. Thereby, the fitting property of the absorbent core in the crotch part can be improved.
- the absorbent main body having a liquid-absorbing absorbent core, a ventral waist portion, and a back waist portion are paired at both ends in the lateral direction. and a waist portion joined to each other by side joints, wherein the waist portion has elasticity along the left-right direction in at least a portion between the pair of side joints.

Further, hereinafter, one continuous sheet 32a and the other continuous sheet 33a of the continuous sheets 32a and 33a of the ventral waist portion 31 are respectively referred to as “first continuous sheet 32a” and "second continuous sheet 33a”. Also say.
- FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of the processing performed at the first processing position PK1. That is, it is a schematic side view of the ultrasonic welding device 160, which is the main device for the processing, viewed from the CD direction.
- the first processing position PK1 includes a transport mechanism 151 that transports the first continuous sheet 32a along the transport direction, and a transport mechanism 152 that transports the second continuous sheet 33a along the transport direction.
- a conveying mechanism 153 for conveying the rubber thread continuum 35a along the conveying direction are arranged at respective positions upstream of the ultrasonic welding device 160 in the conveying direction.
- Any of the transport mechanisms 151, 152, and 153 uses the transport rollers 151R, 152R, and 153R that rotate around the rotation axis along the CD direction, and the corresponding transport rollers 151R, 152R, and 153R as drive sources that drive and rotate the transport rollers 151R, 152R, and 153R.
- the transport roller 151R is driven to rotate in the transport direction to feed the first continuous sheet 32a to the ultrasonic welding device 160, and the transport roller 152R is also driven to rotate in the transport direction.
- the second continuous sheet 33 a is sent to the ultrasonic welding device 160 , and the conveying roller 153 R is also driven to rotate along the conveying direction to send the rubber thread continuum 35 a to the ultrasonic welding device 160 .
- the ultrasonic welding device 160 has an anvil roll 161a (corresponding to a roll) that rotates along the transport direction, and a horn 161h arranged at a predetermined position P161h in the rotation direction Dc161a of the anvil roll 161a.
- the horn 161h is supported by an appropriate support member 161s so as to be positioned at the predetermined position P161h so as to be substantially immovable. Further, the same horn 161h has a flat vibrating surface 161hs arranged to face the outer peripheral surface 161as of the anvil roll 161a. The same surface 161hs vibrates in a direction that expands or contracts the distance from the outer peripheral surface 161as.
- the frequency of vibration is a predetermined value, for example, between 20 kHz and 35 kHz
- the amplitude is a predetermined value, for example, between 1 micron and 30 microns.
- the vibrating surface 161hs is ultrasonically vibrated, thereby ultrasonically welding the sheets 32a and 33a passing between the same surface 161hs and the outer peripheral surface 161as. That is, the aforementioned welded portions 50 are formed on both sheets 32a and 33a. Incidentally, such vibration is generated by inputting an electrical signal of the above frequency to a piezo element of a converter (not shown) connected to the horn 161h.
- the anvil roll 161a is rotatably supported around a rotation axis along the CD direction by suitable support members (not shown) such as bearings. That is, the two continuous sheets 32a and 33a and the rubber thread continuum 35a are transported along the curved transport path along the outer peripheral surface 161as.
- the peripheral speed value (mpm) of the transport roller 151R for the first continuous sheet 32a and the peripheral speed value (mpm) for the transport roller 152R for the second continuous sheet 33a are the peripheral speed values of the anvil roll 161a. (mpm). Therefore, the first continuous sheet 32a and the second continuous sheet 33a are wound around the anvil roll 161a in a state in which they are stretched to such an extent that they are generally not stretched and are not loosened.
- the peripheral speed value (mpm) of the transport roller 153R of the rubber thread continuum 35a is approximately 1/1 of the peripheral speed value (mpm) of the anvil roll 161a. Therefore, the rubber thread continuum 35a is stretched to the above stretch ratio while passing between the transport roller 153R and the anvil roll 161a, and is wound around the anvil roll 161a in the stretched state.
- the order of winding around the anvil roll 161a is that the first continuous sheet 32a is wound first, then the rubber thread continuum 35a is wound, and finally the second continuous sheet 33a is wound.
- these three members are placed in a state in which the rubber thread continuum 35a is interposed between the first continuous sheet 32a and the second continuous sheet 33a on the outer peripheral surface 61as of the anvil roll 161a.
- a pair of facing surfaces 32ast and 33ast of both sheets 32a and 33a are joined together in a joining pattern in which the are discontinuously dispersed. Then, the first continuous sheet 32a and the second continuous sheet 33a joined by the welded portion 50 are in a state in which the rubber thread continuous body 35a is interposed therebetween, and the above-described second continuous sheet 33a located downstream in the conveying direction is inserted. 2 to the machining position PK2.
- the peripheral length (length in the circumferential direction) of the outer peripheral surface 161as of the anvil roll 161a is set to the length of one piece or a plurality of pieces (a multiple of one piece) in the conveying direction of the pants-type diaper 1. and good.
- the second welded portion 52 overlaps the side joint portion 70, which is easy to visually determine, so it is possible to accurately determine the quality of the product.
- the circumference (the length in the circumferential direction) of the outer peripheral surface 161as of the anvil roll 161a may be the length of one piece of the pants-type diaper 1 in the conveying direction or shorter.
- a plurality of sets of patterns for forming the second welded portions 52 arranged in the inner end region IA are provided on one turn of the anvil roll 161a.
- a pattern forming the second welded portion 52 is always arranged in the inner end region IA, and one or more sets of similar patterns are arranged in the central region CA, and the anvil roll 161a rotates a plurality of times.
- the welded portion 50 (welded portion row 60) for one piece of the diaper 1 is formed.
- the roll diameter of the anvil roll 161a can be reduced.
- the second welded portions 52 can be formed in the central region CA in the same pattern as that of the inner end region IA, expansion and contraction of the elastic member 35 (45) can be suppressed in the absorber side region SA and the like. It becomes possible. The effect of suppressing expansion and contraction in the absorber side region SA will be described later with reference to FIG. 12 .
- the waist part 20 (abdominal waist part 31 and back side waist part 41) of the diaper 1 formed in this way has the shape and By adjusting the arrangement, it has elasticity different from conventional diapers. Moreover, since the stretchability is different, the ease of putting on and taking off the diaper can be improved as compared with conventional diapers.
- the side joints (70) that join the ventral waistline (31) and the back waistline (41) are generally used. are broken to open the waist opening BH and the leg opening LH.
- the side joints (70) may be difficult to break due to the left-right elasticity of the ventral waist portion (31) and the back waist portion (41). . That is, in order to break the side joints 70, the abdominal waist part (31) and the back waist part (41) are grabbed in the vicinity of the side joints 70 and pulled in opposite directions in the front-rear direction.
- the diaper 1 by weakening the stretchability in the left-right direction of the ventral waist portion 31 and the back waist portion 41 in the region near the side joints 70 , force is more likely to act on the side joints 70 . , the side joint portion 70 can be efficiently broken with a small force.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining the stretchability of the ventral waist portion 31 (41) of a conventional pants-type diaper as a comparative example.
- FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining the stretchability of the ventral waist portion 31 (41) of the diaper 1 of the first embodiment.
- the basic configuration of the abdominal waist portion 31 (41) of the comparative example shown in FIG. are different from the diaper 1 in shape and arrangement. That is, in the diaper 1, the welded portion rows 60 are formed by two types of welded portions 51 and 52 as described with reference to FIG. Each welded portion row 60 is formed by arranging the welded portions corresponding to the first welded portions 51 at regular intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, substantially the same regions (central region CA', inner end region IA', outer end region OA') are set for the ventral waist portion 31 (41) of the comparative example.
- the diagrams shown on the upper side are plan views of the abdominal waist portion 31 (41) in the natural state, and the diagrams shown on the lower side are in the stretched state.
- the top view of the ventral waist part 31 (41) is represented.
- the "natural state” is a state in which the diaper 1 and the abdominal waist portion 31 (41) are left unattended for a predetermined period of time.
- the abdomen side waist portion 31 and the back side waist portion 41 of the diaper 1 are pulled outward on both sides in the left-right direction so that the waist portions 31 and 41 are in a "stretched state", and after continuing this stretched state for 15 seconds, the diaper is stretched. Release the tension of 1 and place it on a flat surface such as a desk. Then, the state after 5 minutes of being placed flat on a flat surface is defined as a natural state.
- ventral waist portion 31 (41) of the comparative example shown in FIG. (width) is lIA'. Then, when the ventral waist portion 31 (41) is in the stretched state from the natural state, the length (width) in the left-right direction of the central region CA′ is LCA′, and the length in the left-right direction of the inner end region IA′. (width) is LIA'.
- the length (width) in the horizontal direction of the central region CA′ and the inner end region IA′ is the average value of the length (width) at the upper end position in the vertical direction and the length (width) at the lower end position. do.
- the ventral waist portion 31 (41) expands and contracts, the closer it is to the absorbent main body 10 having high rigidity in the vertical direction, the more difficult it may be to expand and contract under the influence of the absorbent main body 10 . That is, there may be a difference in length (width) in the horizontal direction between the upper end position and the lower end position in the vertical direction.
- the rate of change in length in the left-right direction of the central region CA' from the natural state to the stretched state of the ventral waist portion 31 (41) (hereinafter also referred to as "dimensional change rate”) is It is expressed by a value obtained by dividing the amount of extension (contraction) of CA'(LCA'-lCA') by the length of extension LCA'. That is, the dimensional change rate of the central region CA' is (LCA'-lCA' )/LCA′. Similarly, the rate of change in length (dimensional change rate) in the left-right direction of the inner end region IA' until the ventral waist portion 31 (41) changes from the natural state to the stretched state is (LIA'-lIA' )/LIA′.
- the dimensional change rate of the central region CA′ (LCA′ ⁇ lCA′)/LCA′ and the dimensional change rate of the inner end region IA′ (LIA′ ⁇ lIA ⁇ )/LIA′ are approximately equal to each other.
- the welded portions 50 (welded portion rows 60) to which the waist elastic members 35 are attached are evenly arranged, so that the entire ventral waist portion 31 (41) exhibits uniform stretchability. due to Therefore, as described above, when the side joints 70 are to be broken during the operation of putting on and taking off the diaper, the ventral waist portion 31 (41) as a whole tends to expand in the lateral direction, and the side joints 70 are effectively applied with force.
- the dimensional change rate of the central region CA' may be slightly smaller than the dimensional change rate of the inner end region IA'. There is no change in the fact that 31 (41) is easy to expand in the horizontal direction as a whole,
- the height (width) is lIA.
- the length (width) in the left-right direction of the central region CA is LCA
- the length (width) in the left-right direction of the inner end region IA. has become the LIA.
- the dimensional change rate of the central area CA is expressed by (LCA-lCA)/LCA
- the dimensional change rate of the inner end area IA is expressed by (LIA-lIA)/LIA.
- the dimensional change rate of the inner end region IA (LIA - lIA) / LIA is the dimensional change rate of the central region CA. It is smaller than (LCA-lCA)/LCA. That is, the elastic member 35 (45) attached by the welded portion 50 (welded portion pair 50s) in the inner end region IA has a dimensional change rate in the left-right direction (left-right direction length ) is the dimensional change rate in the horizontal direction from the natural state to the stretched state of the elastic member 35 (45) attached by the welded portion 50 (welded portion pair 50s) in the central end region CA. (percentage of change in left-right direction length).
- the inner end region IA near the side joints 70 has a larger opening than the central region CA, and the abdominal waist part 31 (41) becomes difficult to expand and contract in the horizontal direction. Therefore, when the ventral waist part (31) and the dorsal waist part (41) are grasped and pulled in opposite directions in the front-rear direction, a force is likely to act efficiently on the side joints 70, thereby The joint 70 can be easily broken. This makes it easier to remove the diaper 1 from the wearer's body by breaking the side joints 70 .
- a second welded portion 52 wider than the first welded portion 51 is provided in the inner end region IA of the ventral waist portion 31 (41).
- the width W52 of at least one second welded portion 52 among the second welded portions 52 arranged in the inner end region IA is greater than the width W51 of the first welded portion 51 arranged in the central region CA. longer than the minimum value (see FIG. 6).
- the shape and arrangement of the welded portion 50 can be appropriately changed as long as the stretchability in the inner end region IA can be weakened compared to the central region CA.
- the welded portions are arranged such that the width of the welded portion 50 per unit length of the inner end region IA is larger than the width of the welded portion 50 per unit length of the central region CA. Also good. That is, the sum of the lateral widths of the welded portions 50 disposed in the inner end region IA divided by the lateral width of the inner end region IA is the value of the welded portions 50 disposed in the central region CA.
- the stretchability of the inner end region IA can be made smaller than that of the central region CA. Even with such a configuration, it becomes easier for the force to efficiently act on the side joint portion 70, and the side joint portion 70 can be easily broken.
- the welded portion 50 arranged at the position closest to the inner end 70ei of the side joint portion 70 in the left-right direction in the inner end region IA of the ventral waist portion 31 (41) is the second welded portion. 52t.
- the width W52t in the left-right direction of the second welded portion 52t is less than the width W50 in the left-right direction of any of the other welded portions 50 arranged in the inner region in the left-right direction than the second welded portion 52t. is preferably large. In other words, it is preferable that the width of the second welded portion 52t be wider than at least one of the other second welded portions 52 and the first welded portion 51 .
- expansion and contraction in the left-right direction can be reduced in the region closest to the side joint portion 70 in the inner end region IA, so that the force tends to act more efficiently on the side joint portion 70.
- This makes it possible to make the side joint portion 70 easier to break.
- the width of the second welded portion 52t adjacent to the side joint portion 70 is wide, the lateral frictional force on the waist elastic member 35 at the second welded portion 52t increases, so that so-called rubber slipping is less likely to occur. can be done.
- the dimensional change rate of the outer edge area OA is expressed as (LOA-1OA)/LOA.
- the dimensional change rate (LOA-lOA)/LOA of the outer end area OA is preferably smaller than the dimensional change rate (LIA-lIA)/LIA of the inner end area IA.
- the expansion and contraction in the left-right direction in the outer end region OA including the side joints 70 becomes smaller, and the force that breaks the side joints 70 acts more easily. Furthermore, the outer end region OA is less likely to expand and contract, making it easier to grip the region with a hand, and the force of grabbing the outer end region OA and pulling the ventral waist portion 31 and the dorsal waist portion 41 to the opposite side is easily transmitted. In addition, since it becomes easier to put a finger into the inner end region IA, the side joint portion 70 can be more easily broken.
- the waist elastic member 35 (Continuum 35a) is also cut together.
- the waist elastic member 35 contracts in the left-right direction from the cutting target position PC toward the side joint portion 70. Therefore, in the outer end region OA, the dimensional change rate between the natural state and the stretched state is extremely small, and the above effect can be easily obtained.
- an elastic member 45 is also provided on the buttock cover 41c below the lower ends of the side joints 70 in the vertical direction (see FIG. 2).
- This elastic member 45 is also attached to the buttocks cover 41c by being pressed vertically by the welded portion pair 50s in the same manner as described with reference to FIG.
- the length (width) in the left-right direction of the welded portion 50 (not shown) disposed closest to the inner side in the left-right direction of the outer edge of the buttock cover 41c (that is, the contour of the leg opening LH) is It is preferably larger than the length (width) in the left-right direction of any of the other welded portions 50 arranged in the inner region.
- the side joints 70 may be broken from the lower side to the upper side in the vertical direction.
- the caregiver takes off the diaper 1 worn by a bedridden care recipient, it may be easier to tear the side joints 70 from the bottom than from the top.
- the lower end of the ventral waist portion 31 and the buttock cover 41c of the back waist portion 41 are grasped and pulled in opposite directions, but at this time, the buttock cover 41c is excessively stretched. If so, it may be difficult for the force to act on the side joint portion 70 .
- the first sheet 32 (42) and the second sheet 33 (43) that constitute the abdominal waist portion 31 (41) of the diaper 1 can both be made of spunbond nonwoven fabric.
- the surface of such a spunbond nonwoven fabric is generally provided with a plurality of dot-shaped heat-sealed portions EB for fusing together heat-sealed fibers made of a thermoplastic resin or the like (Fig. 6).
- a spunbond nonwoven fabric is generally provided with a plurality of dot-shaped heat-sealed portions EB for fusing together heat-sealed fibers made of a thermoplastic resin or the like (Fig. 6).
- the abdominal waist portion 31 (41) of the diaper 1 at least one of the welded portions 50 (second welded portions 52) disposed in the inner end region IA is , has a portion that overlaps with the heat-sealed portion EB.
- the unevenness in the thickness direction is deep, so fingers are more likely to get caught in the portion than in other regions. Therefore, it becomes easier for the user to grasp the inner end region IA of the ventral waist portion 31 (41), and the user can easily perform the action of breaking the side joint portion 70 .
- the side joint portion 70 of the ventral waist portion 31 (41) is formed by a plurality of locking weld portions 71-73.
- the depth d70 in the thickness direction of the locking welded portions 71 to 73 forming the side joint portion 70 is the depth d50 in the thickness direction of the welded portion 50 for attaching the elastic member welded portion 35 (45). is preferably deeper than (d70>d50). Since the locking welded parts 71 to 73 and the welded part 50 have different depths, when the user grasps the inner end region IA and the outer end region OA of the ventral waist part 31 (41), The difference between the side joint portion 70 and the other portions can be felt by touch.
- the portion where the side joint portion 70 is formed can be recognized without making a mistake. This makes it easier to perform the action of breaking the side joint portion 70 by gripping the inner edge area IA or the outer edge area OA.
- the maximum value of the length (width) in the left-right direction of the locking weld portions 71 to 73 is equal to the length in the left-right direction of the weld portion 50 (second weld portion 52) provided in the inner end region IA. It is preferably smaller than the maximum height (width). That is, among the width W71 of the first locking weld portion 71, the width W72 of the second locking weld portion 72, and the width W73 of the third locking weld portion 73, the largest value (W72 in FIG. 7) It is preferably narrower than the width W52 (see FIG. 6) of the second welded portion 52 .
- the waist circumference in the inner end region IA is It becomes easy to suppress expansion and contraction of the elastic member 35 (45). Therefore, when the diaper 1 is put on and taken off, force is likely to act on the side joints 70, and the side joints 70 can be easily broken.
- the second welded portion 52 may be provided in a region other than the inner end region IA.
- the second welded portion 52 is also provided in the absorbent body side region SA, which is a region extending 20 mm outward from the outer ends 11ces of the absorbent core 11c.
- the dimensional change rate in the left-right direction of the absorber side regions SA is preferably smaller than the dimensional change rate in the left-right direction of the leg-surrounding regions EA adjacent to both sides of the absorber side regions SA.
- FIG. 12 is a diagram explaining the stretchability in the absorber side region SA of the ventral waist portion 31 (41).
- the lateral length of the absorber side region SA in the natural state is lSA
- the lateral length of the leg circumference region EA in the natural state is lEA.
- LSA be the length in the left-right direction of the stretched absorber side region SA
- LEA be the length in the left-right direction of the stretched leg circumference region EA.
- the lateral dimensional change rate (LSA-lSA)/LSA of the absorber side region SA is preferably smaller than the lateral dimensional change rate (LEA-lEA)/LEA of the leg area EA.
- the absorbent body side region SA is a region that is grasped and pulled up by hand in order to fit the absorbent core 11c to the crotch area of the wearer when wearing the diaper 1 . Therefore, if the absorber side region SA has a large dimensional change rate and is likely to expand and contract in the left-right direction, the absorbent core 11 may be difficult to pull upward, and good fit may not be obtained. On the other hand, if the dimensional change rate of the absorbent body side region SA is small, when the absorbent body side region SA is pulled upward, the absorbent core 11c is also likely to be pulled upward accordingly. The fit of the absorbent core 11c in can be improved.
- a plurality of wrinkles extending in the vertical direction are formed on the surfaces of the abdominal waistline portion 31 and the back waistline portion 41 of the diaper 1 in the natural state.
- Such wrinkles form when the waist elastic member 35 (45) contracts in the left-right direction, and the first sheet 32 (42) and the second sheet 33 (43) forming the ventral waist portion 31 (41). is formed by convex deformation in the thickness direction. At least part of such wrinkles is preferably continuous between two adjacent waist elastic members 35 (45) in the vertical direction.
- first waist elastic member 35A 45A
- first waist elastic member 35A 45A
- second waist elastic member 35B 45B
- wrinkles that are continuous in the vertical direction between the first waist elastic member 35A (45A) and the second waist elastic member 35B (45B).
- FIG. 13 is a schematic plan view showing a modified example of the back waist portion 41.
- the waist elastic member 45 is not arranged on the buttocks cover 41c of the back side waist part 41, and instead, the outer edge of the buttocks cover 41c (that is, the outline of the leg opening LH) is provided.
- a leg-surrounding elastic member 48 that expands and contracts along is provided.
- the leg elastic member 48 is not attached to the buttocks cover 41c by the welding portion 50, but is formed by applying an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive to a predetermined area. It is attached by 81 to the buttocks cover 41c. As shown in FIG.
- a plurality of leg elastic member bonding portions 81 are provided along the contour of the leg opening LH, thereby allowing the leg elastic member 48 to stretch along the leg opening LH. It is possible to prevent the buttock cover 41c from rolling up after it fits the wearer's buttocks.
- leg elastic members 48 are attached by the leg elastic member adhesive portions 81, the rigidity of the region along the outer edge of the buttock cover 41c (outline of the leg opening LH) is increased. Therefore, when the side joints 70 are torn from the lower side to the upper side when the diaper 1 is removed from the body, even if the buttock cover 41c is strongly pulled, the fabric (nonwoven fabric) is less likely to tear, and the side joints 70 are not easily torn. can be easily broken.
- the leg elastic member bonding portion 81 is curved along the leg opening LH. installed. Therefore, the expansion/contraction range of the leg elastic member bonding portion 81 in the region adjacent to the inner side in the left-right direction of the side joint portion 70 (the region overlapping the inner end region IA in the left-right direction) is It is smaller than the expansion/contraction range of the leg elastic member bonding portion 81 in the area overlapping the central area CA in the direction). Therefore, by arranging the leg elastic member bonding portion 81 to curve along the leg opening LH, the lower end portion of the side joint portion 70 can be more easily broken.
- FIG. 14 is a diagram for explaining the shape and arrangement of the welded portion 50 of the second embodiment, and is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 6 of the first embodiment.
- the basic configuration of the disposable diaper of the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, and the arrangement of the welded portions 50 is different from that of the diaper 1. As shown in FIG.
- the welded parts 50 provided on the ventral waist part 31 and the back waist part 41 of the second embodiment form a welded part row 60 meandering in the left-right direction as shown in FIG.
- two welded parts 50, 50 that are adjacent to each other in the vertical direction are partially displaced from each other in the horizontal direction, so that they are configured to have convex portions on both sides in the horizontal direction.
- the shape of the welded portion row 60 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 14, and the arrangement of each welded portion 50 is not limited to the example shown in FIG. It may be configured to have a portion such that
- the welded portion rows 60 By changing the arrangement of the welded portion rows 60 in this manner, wrinkles formed on the surfaces of the ventral waist portion 31 and the back waist portion 41 can be adjusted.
- the welded portion row 60 meander in the left-right direction as shown in FIG. the belly side waist portion 31 (41) can be made soft to the touch, and can be made easy to produce a natural texture.
- the width of the welded portion 50 provided in the inner end region IA up to 20 mm inward from the inner end 70ei of the side joint portion 70 in the left-right direction is It is wider than the width of the welded portion 50 provided in the central region CA inside the end region IA. That is, the second welded portion 52 wider than the first welded portion 51 provided in the central region CA is provided at least in the inner end region IA. Therefore, the dimensional change rate in the inner end region IA of the ventral waist portion 31 (41) is smaller than the dimensional change rate in the central region CA. This makes it difficult for the inner end region IA to expand and contract excessively in the left-right direction. Therefore, it is possible to make the side joint portion 70 easy to break.
- the welded portion row 60 of the first welded portions 51 is also provided in the outer end region OA adjacent to the laterally outer side of the inner end region IA.
- the rigidity of the outer end region OA is increased, and when the side joint portion 70 is torn, it is possible to easily suppress the tearing of the ventral waist portion 31 (41).

Abstract
