Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drip bag that can be hung on the top of a container such as a cup to easily obtain an extract of coffee, black tea, green tea, Chinese herbal medicine, or the like.
- a drip bag that makes it possible to easily enjoy drip coffee, it is made of a water-permeable and filterable sheet, and is made of a thin plate-like material that is hung on the outer surfaces of two opposing surfaces of a bag body whose upper end is open.
- a cup is widely used in which a cup is provided with a portion and is hung on the wall of the opening of the cup by pulling the hooking portions in opposite directions (Patent Document 1).
- Patent Document 1 if a pair of vertical fold lines are formed in the belt-shaped upper adhesive portion made of a thin plate-like material along the upper side of the bag body, the shape of the opening of the bag body is becomes a rectangle.
- the drip bag described in Patent Document 2 simply by pulling the pair of hooking portions of the drip bag in opposite directions, the upper sticking portion made of a thin plate-like material provided along the opening of the bag body is released.
- the bag body By bending the pair of oblique folding lines and hooking the pair of hooks on the cup, the bag body naturally opens into a substantially octagonal opening shape. Therefore, the opening area can be increased as compared with the case where the opening shape is rectangular.
- it is preferable to form the pair of diagonal fold lines so that they can be easily bent. It is preferable to minimize the number of pieces and bring the upper ends of the pair of oblique fold lines and the upper side of the upper attachment portion as close to each other as possible.
- the upper end of the pair of oblique fold lines and the upper side of the upper adhered portion are to be as close as possible, the upper end of the upper adhered portion may break at the upper end of the oblique fold line due to misalignment of the perforation formation position or the like. Concerned. If the drip bag is hung on the cup with the top edge of the upper sticking part broken, the force that pulls the bag body in the opposite direction concentrates on the broken part, distorting the shape of the opening of the bag body and pouring into the drip bag. It becomes difficult to water.
- a drip bag is provided with a thin plate-like member on each of two opposing outer surfaces of the bag body of the drip bag, and the thin plate-like member has a hooking portion and an upper sticking portion along the upper side of the bag body.
- a thin plate-like member is provided on each of the two opposing outer surfaces of the bag body of the drip bag (hereinafter also referred to as the front and back of the bag body), and the thin plate-like member is an upper part along the upper side of the bag body.
- the upper attached portion is provided with a diagonal fold line that crosses the center line of the width of the upper attached portion diagonally, ( i) When the hooks on the front and back of the bag body are pulled in opposite directions, the upper adhesive part is twisted along the diagonal fold line, and (ii) this twist increases the rigidity of the upper adhesive part and makes it round.
- the present invention provides a drip bag having a bag body formed of a water-permeable filterable sheet and thin plate-like members provided on two opposing outer surfaces of the bag body, On each of the two opposing outer surfaces of the bag body, the thin plate-like member is attached to an upper sticking portion fixed to the bag body along the upper edge of the bag body, and attached to the bag body on the bottom side of the bag body from the top sticking portion.
- the upper sticking part has a diagonal fold line that crosses the center line of the width of the upper sticking part diagonally.
- the present invention provides a mode in which the bag body of the drip bag described above is filled with an extraction material and the bag body is sealed.
- the above-described drip bag in which the extraction material is filled in the bag body and the bag body is sealed, an easy-cleavage line is formed on the upper side of the bag body, and two opposing outer surfaces of the bag body to provide a drip bag with projections for opening, in which a pair of projections for opening extending from an upper sticking part of a bag protrude alternately from the upper side of a bag body.
- the opening projections are formed at intersections between the side edges of the pair of opening projections and the upper side of the bag body at the widthwise central portion of the thin plate member. and the bag body are attached.
- the upper side of the upper sticking portion of the portion where the unsealing protrusion is not extended in the central portion in the width direction of the upper sticking portion is the unsealing protrusion.
- the thin plate-like members on the front and back of the bag body have the upper sticking portion provided along the upper edge of the bag body, and the upper sticking portion is aligned with the center line of the width of the top sticking portion. Since it has oblique crease lines crossing obliquely, when the bag body is opened by pulling the hooks on the front and back of the bag body in mutually opposite directions, the central portion of the upper sticking portion is twisted by the diagonal crease lines, and the twist causes the top sticking. Since the rigidity of the attachment part is increased, the upper attachment part bends with a rounded shape. This amount of deflection remains substantially constant even if the hooking portions are strongly pulled in opposite directions.
- the side regions on the front and back of the bag body located between the upper sticking portions on the front and back of the bag body are straightened, and the bag at that time is stretched.
- the width of the side region of the bag body and the width of the upper adhesive part are adjusted so that the opening shape of the body is a regular hexagon, and the length of the diagonal fold line in the width direction of the bag body and the width of the bag body of the diagonal fold line are measured.
- the opening shape of the bag body when the drip bag is hung on the cup corresponds to the diagonal fold line of the upper pasted part regardless of the size of the opening diameter of the cup. It becomes a regular hexagon with rounded corners. Therefore, the opening area is enlarged as compared with the case where the opening shape is rectangular by providing a vertical fold line in the upper attachment portion.
- the upper end of the oblique fold line is not brought close to the upper edge of the upper sticking portion. As a result, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the upper side of the upper adhered portion is broken at the upper end of the oblique fold line, and it is possible to stably widen the opening area of the bag body.
- an oblique cut portion extending from the oblique upper side of the upper adhered portion or the upper side of the upper adhered portion along the upper end of the oblique fold line on one of the left and right sides of the oblique fold line of the upper adhered portion is provided, and on the other side of the diagonal fold line, a diagonal cut portion extending from the diagonal lower side of the upper attachment portion or the lower side of the upper attachment portion along the lower end of the diagonal fold line is provided.
- the bag body is filled with the extraction material, the bag body is sealed, an easy tear line is formed on the upper side of the bag body, and a pair of unsealing projections extending from the upper adhesive parts on the front and back of the bag body. According to the mode with the protrusions for opening that alternately protrude from the upper side of the bag body, the bag body can be easily opened when the drip bag is used for extraction.
- the pair of unsealing projections may be pulled in opposite directions. Easier to open.
- a cut portion is provided by extending the upper side of the upper sticking portion of the portion where the protrusion for opening is not extended to the base of the protrusion for opening.
- the length of the upper sticking portion in the vertical direction of the bag body is large at the portion where the opening protrusion is provided, the opening shape of the bag body is not provided with the opening protrusion.
- the central part of the upper sticking part bends in a round shape as in the case where the cover is not attached, and the shape of the opening surface can be made into a hexagonal shape with rounded corners.

- a predetermined amount of extraction material such as coffee grounds, tea leaves, Chinese herbal medicine, etc. is filled, and when hot water is poured, the extraction material can be leached out. be able to.
- the leaching sheet includes, for example, synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, and vinylon, semi-synthetic fibers such as rayon, natural fibers such as paper mulberry and mitsumata, which are woven or non-woven fabrics made of single or composite fibers, Papers such as mixed paper made of manila hemp, wood pulp, polypropylene fiber, etc., and papers such as base paper for tea bags are known, and these can be used in the present invention. Therefore, it is preferable that the water permeable and filterable sheet material contains biodegradable fibers. Examples of biodegradable fibers include polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, polyethylene succinate, and the like.
- the porosity of the fiber layer is adjusted so that the coffee grounds come into direct contact with the coffee grounds. It has a sparse and dense multi-layer structure in which the different layers are "sparse" and the layers that are not in direct contact are “dense”. It is preferable to reduce the content of hydrophobic fibers in the layer that does not come into direct contact with the powder (Patent No. 3674486).
- the bag body 11 is a flat bag with a three-sided seal that is rectangular in plan view in the drip bag 1A shown in FIG. 1A, and has two opposing surfaces.
- a An opening guide line can be formed in a drip bag in which the bag main body 11 is filled with an extraction material such as coffee powder, tea leaves, or Chinese herbal medicine and sealed in the bag main body.
- the opening guidance line is formed by perforations, weak seals, or the like. As the perforations, microperforations are preferable from the viewpoint of facilitating opening.
- the weak seal is not accidentally peeled off except when opening, but the sealing strength is adjusted so that the sealed portion can be easily peeled off by pulling the hooks 23 on the front and back of the bag body 11 in mutually opposite directions. It is what I did.
- a gusset may be provided on the bottom or side of the bag body 11 as required.
- the net planar dimension of the bag body 11 can be appropriately set according to the size of the cup or container on which the drip bag is to be hung. For example, it may be of a size that can be used in a commercially available coffee cup.
- the thin plate-like member 20 can be formed by punching a thin plate-like material such as paperboard or plastic sheet.
- the sheet material is also preferably made of a biodegradable material such as polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, polyethylene succinate, etc., from the point of disposal after use of the drip bag 1A.
- a drip bag 1C shown in FIG. 8A is formed of a bag body 11 and a thin plate-like member 20 in the same manner as the drip bag 1A described above.
- On the right side of the diagonal line L1 there is an oblique upper side portion 21p formed along the upper end portion of the diagonal line L1 with a gap therebetween.
- the lower side 21b of the upper sticking portion 21 has an oblique lower side portion 21q formed along the lower end of the oblique polygonal line L1 on the left side of the oblique polygonal line L1 with a gap from the oblique polygonal line L1.
- the upper sticking portion 21 has the oblique upper side portion 21p on the upper side 21a on one of the left and right sides of the oblique polygonal line L1, and has the oblique lower side portion 21q on the lower side 21b on the other left and right side of the oblique polygonal line L1.
- the upper adhered portion 21 is more likely to be twisted around the oblique fold line L1, and is stabilized in the twisted shape. Therefore, when the drip bag 1C is hung on the cup 100 by pulling the front and back hooking portions 23 of the bag body 11 in opposite directions as shown in FIG.
- the upper sticking part 21 Due to the twist, the upper sticking part 21 is curved with a larger radius of curvature than when only the oblique fold line L1 is formed on the upper sticking part 21, and the opened state of the bag body is stabilized in the curved state. Therefore, the shape of the opening surface of the drip bag 1C is more rounded as shown in FIG. It approaches a circular shape.
- the front and back hooking portions 23 of the bag body 11 are pulled in opposite directions.
- the force applied to the upper sticking portion 21 when the pressure is applied is a narrow region sandwiched between the upper end of the diagonal fold line L1 and the upper side 21a of the upper sticking portion, and the force sandwiched between the lower end of the diagonal fold line L1 and the lower side 21b of the upper sticking portion.
- a drip bag 1D shown in FIG. 11A is formed of a bag body 11 and a thin plate-like member 20 in the same manner as the drip bags 1A to 1C described above.
- the upper side 11a of the is a fold of the water-permeable and filterable sheet, and an easy-cleavage line 11p is formed on the fold by perforation or the like.
- a pair of unsealing projecting parts 30 extending from the upper sticking parts 21 on the front and back of the bag body 11 alternately project from the upper side 11a of the bag body 11 to form a drip bag with opening projecting parts.
- FIG. 11B is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 11A
- FIG. 13A is a drip bag 1D in which the fold forming the upper side 11a of the bag main body 11 of the drip bag 1D with projection for opening is spread flat.
- FIG. 13B is a partially enlarged view thereof.
- the pair of thin plate-like members 20 on the front and back of the bag body 11 be arranged point-symmetrically, as shown in the developed view of FIG. 13A.
- the pair of thin plate-like members 20 on the front and back are in contact with each other without leaving a gap, and the pair of projections 30 for opening are alternated and do not overlap. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the punching slag when the pair of front and back thin plate members 20 are produced by punching.
- the center line Lc of the width of the upper sticking portion 21 there is an intersection P between the side edges 30a of the pair of opening projections 30 and the upper edge 11a of the bag body 11, and the intersection P is the opening projection.
- 30 and the bag body 11 are adhered together in the adhesion area B3.
- the sticking area B3 is provided so as to extend over the front and back unsealing projecting portions 30 of the bag body 11, but on each of the front and back surfaces of the bag body 11, the center line Lc of the width of the upper sticking portion 21 is located. It is provided so that it does not cross over. (Fig. 13B).
- the unsealing protrusions 30 and the bag body 11 are attached to each other in the attachment area B3, when the pair of unsealing protrusions 30 are pulled in opposite directions when the bag body 11 is to be opened, the force exerted by the pair of unsealing protrusions 30 is applied. effectively acts on the intersecting portion P, and tearing starts from the easy-cleavage line located at the intersecting portion P, so that the bag body 11 can be easily unsealed and opened.
- a notch 21t is provided.
- the cut portion 21t extends in the width direction of the upper sticking portion 21 above the oblique fold line L1 beyond the center line Lc of the width of the top sticking portion 21 . Therefore, as shown in FIG. 12, when the unsealing protrusions 30 on the front and back of the bag body 11 are pulled in mutually opposite directions when the bag body 11 is unsealed, the notch 21t serves as a fulcrum and the crossing portion described above acts as a lever.
- a force F that pulls the opening projections 30 acts on P, and the pair of opening projections 30 bend in opposite directions as indicated by broken lines. Therefore, the bag body 11 can be easily opened even by the presence of the notch 21t.
- the shape of the opening surface of the bag main body 11 is substantially the same as that of the drip bag 1C, which is not provided with the unsealing projections, although the portions where the unsealing projections 30 are provided are enlarged.
- a hexagon with rounded corners that is, in this drip bag 1D, the opening protrusions 30 extending from the upper sticking portion 21 on each of the front and back surfaces of the bag body 11 alternately protrude from the upper side 11a of the bag body 11.
- the base of 30 straddles the center line Lc of the width of the upper sticking portion 21, but the upper sticking portion 21 and the protrusion for opening 30 are separated by the notch 21t, and the sticking region B3 is the upper sticking portion. Since it is formed so as not to straddle the center line Lc of the width of the attachment portion 21, when the drip bag 1D is hung on the cup 100, as shown in FIG.
- the end portion 30b is raised from the surface of the bag main body 11 so that the end portion 30b does not easily affect the shape of the opening surface of the bag main body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shape of the opening surface of the bag body from being distorted.
- an oblique folded portion 21r along the upper end portion of the oblique fold line L1 is provided continuously to the cut portion 21 with a gap from the oblique fold line L1.
- a lower side 21b of the upper sticking portion 21 on the other side is provided with an oblique lower side portion 21q along the lower end portion of the oblique bent line L1 with a gap from the oblique bent line L1. Therefore, as in the case of the drip bag 1C described above, the upper adhesive portion 21 is strongly twisted around the diagonal fold line L1, and the twisted state is stably maintained, so that the upper adhesive portion 21 is rounded with a large radius of curvature. and bends. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 15, the shape of the opening surface can be approximated to a regular hexagon with rounded corners.

- the upper sticking portion 21 has an oblique cut portion 21r on the upper left side of the oblique fold line L1 and an oblique lower side portion 21q on the lower right side of the oblique fold line L1.
- the above-described area A1 may be modified like a drip bag 1G shown in FIG.
- the upper sticking portion 21 has an oblique cut portion 21r on the upper left side of the oblique fold line L1, and is located on the lower right side of the oblique fold line L1 with a gap from the oblique fold line L1 and at the lower end of the oblique fold line L1. It has an oblique cut portion 21s formed along it.
- the shape of the opening surface of the bag body 11 can be more reliably rounded and curved at the upper sticking portion 21, so the drip bags 1D, 1E, and 1F is preferred, and drip bag 1D is particularly preferred.
- the area A1 of the drip bag 1D described above may be modified like the drip bag 1H shown in FIG.
- the inclination of the diagonal fold line L1 is reversed with respect to the center line Lc as compared to the drip bag 1D shown in FIG.

Abstract
