Description
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种雾化芯组件、雾化器及电子烟。
电子雾化装置主要由雾化器和电源装置构成。电源装置用于给雾化器中的雾化组件供电,雾化器可在通电后对存储于其中的液态可雾化基质进行加热雾化,生成雾化气体供用户吸食。
相关技术中,雾化组件包括加热丝和包裹在加热丝外的棉芯,通过储油组件向棉芯供油,以使加热丝对棉芯上的烟油加热雾化以供使用者吸食。然而,当储油组件向棉芯供油的供油量和供油速率赶不上加热效率时,加热器加热干燥的棉芯,使得棉芯就会发生“糊芯”现象而发出糊味。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种雾化芯组件,能够避免棉芯发生干烧的情况发生。

上述雾化芯组件100,安装座120安装于固定座110上,固定座110用于与储油组件安装,从而储油组件能够向安装座120上的储油棉进行供油,通过在安装座120上设置两层储油棉:第一储油棉140和第二储油棉150,其中,第一储油棉140至少部分收容于安装座120的收容腔121内,第二储油棉150包覆于安装座120外,从而第一储油棉140和第二储油棉150均能够吸收来自储油组件提供的烟油,并且第一储油棉140和第二储油棉150中的烟油能够通过第一进油槽122和进油孔123相互导通,在加热丝130对第一储油棉140进行加热时,第二储油棉150也能够向第一储油棉140进行供烟油,即使得整个雾化芯组件100内的烟油能够处于饱满的状态,在加热状态下储油组件提供稳定的进油速率和进油量,避免了只在安装座120的收容腔121内设置单层的储油棉被加热时由于供油不足而发生“糊芯”的现象。
请参阅图1至图4,在本发明的一个实施例中,固定座110包括底座111、密封件112和套筒113,底座111和密封件112位于安装座120的相对两端,底座111部分收容于收容腔121内,加热丝130的引脚132穿设底座111,安装座120部分收容于套筒113内,套筒113包覆于第二储油棉150外,套筒113的一端与密封件112连接,另一端与安装座120连接,从而通过底座111与供电机构安装,密封件112和套筒113与储油组件进行安装。
具体地,套筒113上设置有通孔1131,通孔1131能够和储油组件中的储油腔相连通,从而向第一储油棉140和第二储油棉150提供烟油。
其中,密封件112上设于环形的安装腔1121,套筒113插入至安装腔1121内,从而实现套筒113与密封件112的安装。
其中,底座111部分收容于收容腔121内,在与安装座120进行安装时,安装座120设置有卡槽124,对应的,底座111上设置有凸起1111,凸起1111卡设于卡槽124内,从而便 于底座111安装在安装座120上的定位。
其中,请参阅图5,安装座120的外周环绕设有第一支撑台125,安装座120部分由套筒113包覆,套筒113的另一端抵持于第一支撑台125上。
其中,本实施例中的安装座120上设置有进油孔123。请参阅图5,在本发明的一个实施例中,安装座120上还设置有第二进油槽126,第二进油槽126往安装座120的轴向方向进行设置,且第二进油槽126的深度小于安装腔1121的深度,还通过设置有第二进油槽126,不仅能够供方便安装第一储油棉140,而且还可以避免积聚于安装座120底部的油从安装座120顶部流出,同时第二储油棉150和第一储油棉140具有更多的接触面积,便于向第一储油棉140提供烟油。
其中,为了方便模具对安装座120上的第一进油槽122和第二进油槽126进行开槽,本实例中的第一进油槽122和第二进油槽126呈180度角相对设置,在其他实施例中也可以根据与进油孔123的设置关系,两者呈其他夹角的设置。
其中,第二进油槽126的深度和第一进油槽的深度的差值介于2-4mm之间,从而能够防止储油棉发生漏油的情况发生。
请参阅图3,在本发明的一个实施例中,第一储油棉140的一端收容于收容腔121内,另一端穿设第一进油槽122,并与第二储油棉150连接,从而完成收容腔121内的第一储油棉140的安装之后,使得第一储油棉140穿设第一进油槽122,后直接在安装座120的外部环绕第二储油棉150即可。
具体地,本实施例中的第一储油棉140和第二储油棉150的一体成型,从而便于整个储油棉的制备和生产。在其他实施例中,第一储油棉140和第二储油棉150也可以为两个单独的个体,将单独的第一储油棉140首先安装于安装座120之内后,再在安装座120的外周绕设第二储油棉150。
其中,安装座120的外周还可以环绕设有第二支撑台,用于支撑第二储油棉150。
此外,请参阅图4和图5,在本发明的一个实施例中,第一储油棉140的底部低于第一进油槽222的底壁1221,相当于安装座120在第一进油槽222的位置还设置形成凸起,通过该凸起的设置,使得聚集在安装座120底部的烟油受到阻挡避免过多的直接向外流动。
可以理解地,为了实现密封,雾化芯组件100还包括密封套160,密封套160套设于第二储油棉150外。
请参阅图3,本实施例中的加热丝130包括加热主体131和引脚132,第一储油棉140包裹在加热主体131外,引脚132穿设底座111,为了实现引脚132和底座111之间的密封,将 引脚132穿设底座111后,在穿设孔所在的位置进行点胶密封,从而提升整个雾化芯组件100的密封性,防止漏油的发生。
具体地,安装时,加热主体131套设在圆柱形的辅助棒上,将第一储油棉140包裹在加热主体131外,并使第一储油棉140的一个端部穿设第一进油槽122,此时拔出辅助棒,第二储油棉150在安装座120外绕设即可完成两层储油棉的安装。
上述雾化芯组件100,通过在安装座120上还设置有第二进油槽126,不仅能够供方便安装第一储油棉140,还可以避免积聚于安装座120底部的油从安装座顶部流出,同时使得第二储油棉150和第一储油棉140具有更多的接触面积,便于向包裹在加热丝130外的第一储油棉140提供烟油,更加有效的使整个雾化芯组件100中的烟油处于饱满状态,保证了稳定的进油速率和进油量,可以避免雾化芯在烟油不足时产生的干烧现象。
请参阅图6,本发明在其他实施例中还提供一种雾化器200,包括储油组件和上述的雾化芯组件100,雾化芯组件100与储油组件连接,储油组件用于向雾化芯组件提供烟油。
请参阅图7,本发明在其他实施例中还提供一种电子烟300,包括供电模块和上述的雾化器,供电模块用于向雾化器提供电能,以使雾化器中的加热丝130对烟油进行加热。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
Claims (10)
- 雾化芯组件,其特征在于,包括:固定座,用于与储油组件安装;安装座,与所述固定座连接,所述安装座内形成收容腔,所述安装座的侧壁上开设有第一进油槽,所述第一进油槽往所述安装座的轴向方向延伸,且所述第一进油槽与所述收容腔相连通;加热丝,包括加热主体和引脚,所述加热主体收容于所述收容腔内,所述引脚穿设所述固定座;第一储油棉,包覆于所述加热主体外,至少部分收容于所述收容腔内;第二储油棉,包覆于所述安装座外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述第一储油棉的一端收容于所述收容腔内,另一端穿设所述第一进油槽,并与所述第二储油棉连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述第一储油棉和所述第二储油棉一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装座上设置有第二进油槽,所述第二进油槽往所述安装座的轴向延伸,且所述第二进油槽的深度小于所述第一进油槽的深度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述第二进油槽的深度和所述第一进油槽的深度的差值介于2-4mm之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述第一储油棉的底部低于所述第一进油槽的底壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述固定座包括底座、密封件和套筒,所述底座和所述密封件位于所述安装座的相对两端,所述底座部分收容于所述收容腔内,所述引脚穿设所述底座,所述安装座部分收容于所述套筒内,所述套筒包覆于所述第二储油棉外,一端与所述密封件连接,另一端与所述安装座连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雾化芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装座的外周环绕设有第一支撑台,所述套筒抵持于所述第一支撑台上。
- 雾化器,其特征在于,包括储油组件和如权利要求1至8任意一项所述雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件与所述储油组件连接,所述储油组件用于向所述雾化芯组件提供烟油。
- 电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的雾化器。
