Claims (6)
- 복강과 방광 사이 구역을 나누는 기준인 방광벽을 통과하여 양단이 각각 복강과 방광에 위치되고, 내측에 유체이동이 가능한 유로가 형성될 수 있도록 관 형상으로 이루어지는 메인 도관부;상기 메인 도관부의 일단으로부터 연장 형성되고 상기 복강 측에 위치되는 것으로, 상기 메인 도관부와 동일한 축선을 따라 길게 배치된 상태로 복강경 내부를 통과하여 상기 방광벽에 접근되고, 접근 이후 복강경 내부에서 이탈된 상태에서는 탄성 복원력에 의해 링 형상으로 권취되며, 복강에 있는 복수가 유입되는 유입구가 형성된 복강측 앵커링부; 및상기 메인 도관부의 타단으로부터 연장 형성되고 상기 방광 측에 위치되는 것으로, 상기 메인 도관부와 동일한 축선을 따라 길게 배치된 상태로 복강경 내부를 통과하여 상기 방광벽에 접근되고, 접근 이후 복강경 내부에서 이탈된 상태에서는 탄성 복원력에 의해 링 형상으로 권취되어 방광에 위치되며, 상기 복수가 배출되는 배출구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 배출구를 선택적으로 개방 및 폐쇄시키는 체크 밸브가 마련된 방광측 앵커링부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 복수배액용 내부배액관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 체크 밸브는,상기 배출구를 선택적으로 개방 및 폐쇄시킬 수 있도록, 상기 배출구와 인접한 부분에 일측이 연결된 막형태로 이루어지고, 상기 배출구로 배출되는 복수의 유체이동에 따른 압력에 따라 탄성변형 가능하게 마련되는 탄성막 구조의 체크 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 복수배액용 내부배액관.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 체크 밸브는,상기 복수의 배출이 완료된 경우 상기 배출구의 폐쇄를 위한 탄성변형에 따른 형상복원력을 증대시킬 수 있도록, 상기 배출구와 인접한 부분에 연결된 일측으로 갈수록 두께가 상대적으로 두꺼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수배액용 내부배액관.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 체크 밸브는,상기 배출구로 방광 측의 유체가 역유입되는 것을 억제하며 상기 배출구에 대한 폐쇄력을 증대시킬 수 있도록,상기 배출구와 마주하는 위치에 볼록한 형태로 형성되고 상기 배출구의 폐쇄시 상기 배출구에 끼워지는 실링돌기;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수배액용 내부배액관.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 방광측 앵커링부는,상기 체크 밸브가 상기 배출구를 폐쇄시킬 경우 상기 체크 밸브와의 밀착력을 증대시킬 수 있도록, 상기 체크 밸브의 테두리부분이 삽입되는 삽입홈;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수배액용 내부배액관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복강측 앵커링부는,상기 유입구를 통해 복강으로 유체가 유입되는 것을 억제시킬 수 있도록,복수가 이동하는 상기 복강측 앵커링부의 내부에서 상기 유입구와 인접한 부분에 일측이 연결된 막형태로 이루어지고, 상기 유입구로 유입되는 복수의 유체이동에 따른 압력에 따라 탄성변형되어 상기 유입구를 선택적으로 개방 및 폐쇄시키는 복강측 체크 밸브;를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수배액용 내부배액관.
