雨刮连接结构 技术领域
本发明涉及雨刮器产品技术领域,具体提供一种用于将雨刮与雨刮片连接在一起的雨刮连接结构。
背景技术
雨刮器是配备于汽车上的常规部件,主要用来清扫汽车挡风玻璃上的灰尘、杂质、雨水等,以确保司机的视野清晰。
目前常用的雨刮器为无骨雨刮器,其主要包括雨刮和雨刮片(或称为刮条),其中,雨刮与汽车驱动装置相连接,且雨刮还通过可拆卸连接方式与雨刮片连接在一起。这是由于雨刮片为损耗品,所以雨刮与雨刮片之间的连接方式必须便于拆卸。
然而,目前市面上常见的雨刮与雨刮片间的可拆卸连接方式具有一些不足之处,表现在:①可拆卸连接结构的紧合度不够,从而容易造成雨刮与雨刮片脱离,进而造成安全隐患;②可拆卸连接结构的遮盖性不好,会造成雨刮与雨刮片的结合处裸露,易被脏污损坏。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种雨刮连接结构,其结构新颖、简单、合理,具有易于组装和拆卸、装配紧合度高、 保护作用好的功能,可极大的提高了雨刮器装配时的安装效率和使用时的安全性及使用寿命。

所述限位件包括所述第一限位台阶304、所述第二限位台阶305和所述限位凸块311,但上述三个部件的作用有所不同,其中,所述第一限位台阶304和所述第二限位台阶305主要是为了避免所述雨刮1头部过渡朝前行走,实现所述雨刮1头部能快速、精准的移动到位,方便所述上盖31扣住,而所述限位凸块311则主要是为了防止所述雨刮从所述收容腔中脱落;总之,上述三个部件协同作用,以确保所述雨刮1头部不会从所述收容腔300中脱落。
进一步优选的,请参阅图2所示,在所述收容腔300上并与所述入口302呈相对布置的一内侧壁(即为所述收容腔300的前内侧壁)上设有一与所述收容腔300相通的防翘槽306,所述雨刮1头部的前侧能自由插置于所述防翘槽306中。借由所述防翘槽306,可防止所述雨刮1头部翘起,更好的方便所述上盖31扣住。
在本实施例中,优选的,在所述雨刮片2上固定设置有一圆轴,并在所述连接主体30上设置有一半圆形卡孔307(可参阅附图2所示),所述连接主体30通过所述半圆形卡孔307紧密套接于所述圆轴上。当然,在施加较大外力时,所述连接主体30可相对所述雨刮片2旋转。
综上所述,相较于现有技术,本发明所述雨刮连接结构具有易于组装和拆卸、且装配紧合度高的功能,极大的提高了雨刮器装配时的安装效率和使用时的安全性。此外,所述雨刮连接结构还能够对雨刮与雨刮片的结合处起到很好的遮盖、保护作用,有效延长了雨刮器的使用寿命。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,但并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种雨刮连接结构,其用于将雨刮(1)与雨刮片(2)连接在一起,其特征在于:该雨刮连接结构包括连接主体(30)和上盖(31),所述连接主体(30)安装于所述雨刮片(2)上,所述连接主体(30)上形成有一收容腔(300),所述收容腔(300)分别开口于所述连接主体(30)的上表面和侧立面上,以对应形成一上开口(301)和一供所述雨刮(1)头部插入所述收容腔(300)中的入口(302);所述上盖(31)铰接于所述上开口(301)上,且所述上盖(31)能够密封闭合和打开所述上开口(301);另外,在所述收容腔(300)和所述上盖(31)中的至少一个上设有能够对所述雨刮(1)头部进行止挡限位的限位件,以确保所述雨刮(1)头部不会从所述收容腔(300)中脱落。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:所述上盖(31)的一侧与所述上开口(301)的一侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,所述上盖(31)的另一侧与所述上开口(301)的另一侧相可拆卸定位连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:所述上盖(31)的另一侧与所述上开口(301)的另一侧相卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:以所述上盖(31)密封闭合所述上开口(301)的状态为基准,在所述上盖(31)另一侧的内壁上一体成型有卡勾(310),并在所述上开口(301)的另一侧上一体成型有与所述卡勾(310)相卡扣连接配合的卡柱(303)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:在所述收容腔(300)和所述上盖(31)上均分别设有能够对所述雨刮(1)头部进行止挡限位的限位件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:定义:所述雨刮(1)头部沿前后方向、并自所述入口(302)插入所述收容腔(300)中;
    所述雨刮(1)头部上形成有沿前后方向间隔布置的前台阶部(10)和后台阶部(11);
    所述收容腔(300)上并与所述上盖(31)相靠近的一内侧壁上一体成型有与所述前台阶部(10)形状相配合并能够对所述前台阶部(10)的前侧进行止挡限位的第一限位台阶(304)、以及与所述后台阶部(11)形状相配合并能够对所述后台阶部(11)的前侧进行止挡限位的第二限位台阶(305);
    所述上盖(31)的内壁上一体成型有一能够在所述上盖(31)密封闭合所述上开口(301)时对所述前台阶部(10)的后侧进行止挡限位的限位凸块(311)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:在所述收容腔(300)上并与所述入口(302)呈相对布置的一内侧壁上设有一与所述收容腔(300)相通的防翘槽(306),所述雨刮(1)头部的前侧能自由插置于所述防翘槽(306)中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雨刮连接结构,其特征在于:在所述雨刮片(2)上固定设置有一圆轴,并在所述连接主体(30)上设置有一半圆形卡孔(307),所述连接主体(30)通过所述半圆形卡孔(307)紧密套接于所述圆轴上。
