一种烟气湿法脱硫装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于湿法脱硫技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种烟气湿法脱硫装置。
背景技术
在众多的烟气湿法脱硫技术中,湿法烟气脱硫一直占据着主导地位,目前在世界上已建成的脱硫装置中,湿法脱硫装置约占80%,而喷淋脱硫的形式最为常见,要求气液相接触面积大,气体的吸收反应性能良好,压力损失小并且能适应一定范围内的烟气流量的变化。
而现有的脱硫装置中设置的喷淋装置浆液无法与气体充分接触反应,而且喷头在长期使用的过程中,可能会被烟气中的固体物质堵塞,影响后续的脱硫效果,导致脱硫的效率过低。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供用于一种烟气湿法脱硫装置,可以保证浆液与气体充分接触反应,而且喷头在长期使用的过程中,不会被烟气中的固体物质堵塞,脱硫的效率更高。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:一种烟气湿法脱硫装置,包括脱硫塔,所述脱硫塔底部设有进气管道、顶部设有出气管道,所述进气管道上固接有聚气机构,所述聚气机构包括聚气罩,所述聚气罩通过支架固接于 进气管道,所述聚气罩的中心固接有聚气环,所述聚气环内侧为锯齿状;
所述脱硫塔上连通有喷淋管,所述喷淋管的下方设置有若干喷头,所述喷头内安装有粉碎装置。
进一步的,所述聚气罩为圆锥台型。
进一步的,所述聚气环的中心位于进气管道中心的正上方。
进一步的,所述粉碎装置包括底座,所述底座固接于喷头的内侧壁,所述底座上设有固定轴,所述固定轴上套接有螺旋叶轮,所述螺旋叶轮中心开有安装孔,所述安装孔套接在固定轴上,所述安装孔的两端设有沉头孔,所述沉头孔内设有轴承,所述轴承位于安装孔的两端与固定轴之间,所述安装孔的顶部连接有端盖。
进一步的,所述底座和固定轴为一体成型。
进一步的,所述喷淋管呈螺旋形,且螺旋直径越往下越小。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、本实用新型进气管道上方设有聚气机构,增强烟气上升过程中的湍流程度,大大的改善了气液相接触效果,加快脱硫反应的速度和提升脱硫反应的效率,增强脱硫的效果。
2、本实用新型的喷头中设有粉碎装置,防止烟气中的杂质进入喷头管道中造成堵塞。

所述脱硫塔1上连通有喷淋管5,所述喷淋管5的下方设置有若干喷头6,所述喷头6内安装有粉碎装置7。
进一步的,所述聚气罩41为圆锥台型。
进一步的,所述聚气环43的中心位于进气管道2中心的正上方。

使用原理:
烟气从进气管道2中进入脱硫塔1内,因为进气管道2的上方设置有聚气机构4,聚气机构4包括圆锥台型聚气罩41,聚气罩41通过支架42固接于进气管道2,聚气罩41的中心固接有聚气环43,聚气环43内侧为锯齿状,增强烟气上升过程中的湍流程度,大大的改善了气液相接触效果,加快脱硫反应的速度和提升脱硫反应的效率,增强脱硫的效果。
同时聚气机构4可以使得靠近烟气排出孔中心的烟气流速快,螺旋形喷淋管5的设置使得喷出的液滴分布为喷淋层中心距离入口管道的距离最短,从而使得气液充分接触,同样提高了脱硫效率。
喷头6内安装有粉碎装置7。粉碎装置包括底座71,底座71固接于喷头6的内侧壁,底座71上设有固定轴72,固定轴72上套接有螺旋叶轮73,螺旋叶轮73中心开有安装孔74,安装孔74套接在固定轴72上,安装孔74的两端设有沉头孔,沉头孔内设有轴承75,利于轴承安装固定,提高其安装精度。轴承75位于安装孔73的两端与固定轴72之间,安装孔73的顶部连接有端盖76。水流带动螺旋叶轮73在喷头6内作旋转运动,防止烟气中的杂质进入喷头管道中造成堵塞。
