Description

用于电动运输装置的车架及车架管体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输装置,尤其涉及一种用于电动运输装置的车架及车架管体。
背景技术
一电动运输装置不仅兼具方便充电,更兼具低污染的优势,随着现代人环保意识的高涨以及注重健康生活,电动运输装置逐渐成为代步或是休闲活动的交通工具之一。
为了防止因长时间地骑乘或是遇到严峻路段而导致体力不佳的问题,一电动自行车也是其热门的选择,然而,市面上的该电动自行车因需增设一电池导致整体结构庞大笨重且不美观,若欲缩小该电池体积,则会导致容电量不足而影响该电动自行车可骑乘的最大距离。因此为了发展一种轻盈且美观也不影响骑乘距离的电动运输装置是目前相关产业急欲开发的目标。
发明内容
为了发展一种轻盈且美观也不影响骑乘距离的电动运输装置,本发明提供一种电动运输装置的车架,该车架的任意一段落包含有截面为工字型或T字型的一车架管体,该车架管体包含二个凹部,二个该凹部沿该杆状物方向凹设于该车架管体一相对两侧,二个该凹部界定为二个容纳空间。
其中,二个该凹部沿该杆状物方向凹设于该车架管体的左右两侧。
其中,包含至少一个接电部,至少一个该容纳空间设置有该接电部;以及,至少一个该电池凹凸对应该凹部设置,并且可拆卸的与该接电连接,通过该接电部接合该电池,并且以电力驱动。
进一步地,该车架管体包含有二个该接电部,二个该接电部镜向对称的设置于该容纳空间中;以及,二个该电池镜向对称的设计,并且分别与对称设置的二个该接电部连接。
进一步地,界定该车架管体包含位于至少一横向轴以及至少一中轴,该中轴及该横向轴至少一个包含该穿孔。

本发明所提供的一种用于电动运输装置的车架及车架管体,可以达到的优势为:
1.该车架可利用铝挤的方式一体成形,并依据所需再次加工塑形及裁切、使得该车架制程简单、结构轻盈,也可展现多样的外观线条。
2.二个该电池通过下凹部与该车架凹凸结合,使得该电动运输装置兼具收纳及美观的外表,也可维持其供电力,无须担心因路程遥远而影响骑乘感受。
3.通过该隔板该外壳,该子容纳空间可以提供为一置物空间,使得一使用者可以于该子容纳空间内放置一钥匙或是一零钱等物品,使得该电动运输装置可以展现最大的空间利用。
4.二个该电池可无须限定的装设于该车架的相对两侧,一使用者于装设时,无须多次确认接电位置是否正确,增加该电动运输装置的便捷性。

请参考图1至图4,其为本发明较佳实施例所提供的一种用于电动运输装置的车架及车架管体,该电动运输装置可为任何需电力驱动的一交通设备,例如电动摩托车、电动自行车或是电动助力自行车等。本实施例中,该电动运输装置为一电动自行车A包含一车架、一电动设备以及至少一电池20,该车架的任意一段落包含有一车架管体10,该车架管体10上设置有与该电动设备电连接的至少一个该电池20,使得该自行车A可以通过该电动设备驱动运行,其中,至少一个该电池20可凹凸对应的容纳于该车架管体10上,本实施例中,该车架管体10位于该车架的上管或是下管。
请配合参考图5,该车架管体10为一杆状物,其包含二个凹部11、至少一个轴穿孔12以及至少一个接电部13,二个该凹部11沿该杆状物方向的凹设于该车架管体10的一相对两侧,使得该车架管体10的截面呈一工字型,二个该下凹部11可以界定为二个容纳空间,其中,二个该容纳空间的大小相同。进一步地,二个该凹部11沿该杆状物方向的凹设于该车架管体10的一相对两侧的型态并不限定,该车架管体10的截面也可呈现为一T字型或是一 王字型。以该工字型的该车架管体10为例,可以进一步界定该车架管体10包含位于相对侧的二横向轴17以及连结二个该二横向轴17的一中轴18。
至少一个该轴穿孔12沿该杆状物方向的贯穿该车架管体10,使得该车架管体10的截面呈现镂空的样态,该轴穿孔12贯串二个该横向轴17及/或是该中轴18,本实施例中,二个该轴穿孔12分别沿该杆状物方向的贯穿其中一个该横向轴17以及该中轴18。
至少一个该接电部13设置于该容纳空间中,至少一个该接电部13可设置于该车架管体10上且于该凹部11的表面上,或是径向的于该容纳空间中突出于该凹部11,本实施例中,该车架管体10包含有二个该接电部13,且二个该接电部13镜向对称的设置于该容纳空间中。
本实施例中,该车架管体10利用铝挤的方式一体成形,该车架管体10可进一步地依据所需再次的加工塑形及裁切,并且于该车架管体10未端塑形成具弧度的弯曲样态,最后可选择焊接等工艺与该车架的如龙头等其他部位的管件接合,该车架管体10制程简单、结构轻盈,也可展现多样的外观线条。
该电动设备包含有一驱动装置以及一电路装置,该一驱动装置通过该电路装置与该接电部13电性连接,其中,该电路装置所包含的多个电线可以容纳于各该轴穿孔12中,多个该电线与该接电部13连接。
请配合参考图6,至少一个该电池20对应该凹部11凹凸设置,并且可拆卸容纳于该容纳空间中,该电池20对应该接电部13位置设置有一输电部,当该至少一个该电池20装设至该车架时,接电部13接收该电池输出的一电力,使得该驱动装置可以驱动该电动自行车A运行。

    至少一个该电池凹凸对应该凹部设置,并且可拆卸的与该接电连接,通过该接电部接合该电池,并且以电力驱动。
