冷凍サイクル装置(11)は、圧縮機(1)、第1熱交換器(2)、膨張装置(3)、および第2熱交換器(4)を備え、冷媒を循環させるように構成された冷媒回路(20)と、基板(100a)上に形成され、冷媒回路を制御する制御装置(100)と、基板を冷却する冷却部(5)と、第1熱交換器および第2熱交換器のうち、蒸発器として働く熱交換器(4)の表面に結露する水を貯留する貯留部(9)と、貯留部に貯留された水を冷却部に供給する第1ポンプ(7)とを備える。

Description

冷凍サイクル装置
 本開示は、冷凍サイクル装置に関する。
 従来、冷媒を循環させるように構成された冷媒回路を備える冷凍サイクル装置においては、冷媒回路を制御する制御装置の放熱を行うことが知られている。
 特開2009-257601号公報(特許文献1)には、冷媒回路を制御する電子機器を備え、冷媒回路内を循環する冷媒と電子機器との間で熱交換を行うことで電子機器を冷却する空気調和装置が開示されている。

 特開2009-257601号公報に開示された空気調和装置は、室内熱交換器から圧縮機までの配管を延長し、その配管を流れる冷媒によって電子機器を冷却する。このため、冷媒が気液二相の状態である場合には、電子機器において結露が生じ易くなる。さらに、延長された配管において圧力損失が増大することで、冷凍サイクルの性能が低下するおそれがある。その結果、特開2009-257601号公報に開示された空気調和装置においては、電子機器ひいては装置全体の信頼性が低下するおそれがある。
 本開示は、上記課題を解決するためになされたものであって、信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置の放熱を行う冷凍サイクル装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示に係る冷凍サイクル装置は、冷媒回路と、制御装置と、貯留部と、冷却部と、第1ポンプとを備える。冷媒回路は、圧縮機、第1熱交換器、膨張装置、および第2熱交換器を備え、冷媒を循環させるように構成されている。制御装置は、基板上に形成され、冷媒回路を制御する。冷却部は、基板を冷却する。貯留部は、第1熱交換器および第2熱交換器のうち、蒸発器として働く熱交換器の表面に結露する水を貯留する。第1ポンプは、貯留部に貯留された水を冷却部に供給する。
 本開示によれば、冷凍サイクル装置は、蒸発器として働く熱交換器の表面に結露する水を冷却部に供給することで、制御装置が形成された基板を冷却することができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置は、信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置の放熱を行うことができる。

 以下、本開示の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。以下では、複数の実施の形態について説明するが、各実施の形態で説明された構成を適宜組み合わせることは出願当初から予定されている。なお、図中同一または相当部分には同一符号を付してその説明は繰り返さない。
 実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11の構成を示す図である。なお、図1では、冷凍サイクル装置11における各機器の接続関係および配置構成を機能的に示しており、物理的な空間における配置を必ずしも示すものではない。
 図1に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置11は、冷媒を循環させる冷媒回路20と、冷媒回路20を制御する制御装置100とを備える。
 冷媒回路20は、圧縮機1と、第1熱交換器2と、膨張装置3と、第2熱交換器4と、複数の配管71~配管74とを備える。
 圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bと第1熱交換器2とは、配管71によって接続されている。第1熱交換器2と膨張装置3とは、配管72によって接続されている。膨張装置3と第2熱交換器4とは、配管73によって接続されている。第2熱交換器4と圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aとは、配管74によって接続されている。
 圧縮機1は、第2熱交換器4から流出した低温低圧のガス冷媒を吸入し、吸入したガス冷媒を圧縮することでガス冷媒の圧力を上げる。圧縮機1は、圧縮によって得られた高温高圧のガス冷媒を第1熱交換器2へと吐出する。
 圧縮機1は、制御装置100からの制御信号に従って、運転および停止、さらには運転時の回転速度を変化させるように構成されている。制御装置100は、圧縮機1に対してインバータ制御を行い、圧縮機1の駆動周波数を任意に変化させる。圧縮機1は、制御装置100のインバータ制御によって、駆動周波数の変化に応じて回転速度を変化させ、それによって、吐出する冷媒の循環量を調整する。圧縮機1には種々のタイプのものを採用可能であり、たとえば、スクロールタイプ、ロータリータイプ、スクリュータイプなどが圧縮機1として採用され得る。
 実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11では、第1熱交換器2は、凝縮器として働く。第1熱交換器2は、圧縮機1から流出した高温高圧のガス冷媒を、室外から吸い込んだ外気との間で熱交換させる。この熱交換により外気へと放熱したガス冷媒は、第1熱交換器2の内部で凝縮することで高温高圧の液冷媒に変化する。第1熱交換器2には、熱交換の効率を上げるために外気を送るファン21が取り付けられている。ファン21は、第1熱交換器2において冷媒が熱交換を行うための外気を第1熱交換器2に供給する。第1熱交換器2によって得られた高温高圧の液冷媒は、膨張装置3へと流出する。
 膨張装置3は、第1熱交換器2から流出した高温高圧の液冷媒の圧力を下げる。膨張装置3の減圧によって得られた低温低圧の気液二相冷媒は、第2熱交換器4へと流出する。
 実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11では、第2熱交換器4は、蒸発器として働く。第2熱交換器4は、膨張装置3から流出した低温低圧の気液二相冷媒を、空調対象空間から吸い込んだ空気または水との間で熱交換させる。この熱交換により空気から吸熱した気液二相冷媒は、第2熱交換器4の内部で蒸発することで低温低圧のガス冷媒に変化する。第2熱交換器4によって得られた低温低圧のガス冷媒は、圧縮機1へと流出する。
 このように、冷媒回路20においては、圧縮機1と、第1熱交換器2と、膨張装置3と、第2熱交換器4とが、配管71~配管74を介して順に接続されている。実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11では、第1熱交換器2は、高圧側の熱交換器となり、第2熱交換器4は、低圧側の熱交換器となる。冷媒は、これら各構成が環状に接続されることで形成された経路を循環する。
 制御装置100は、基板100a上に形成され、プロセッサ101と、記憶媒体であるメモリ102とを備える。制御装置100は、冷媒回路20の各構成を制御するために、冷媒回路20の各構成と通信可能である。
 プロセッサ101は、各種のプログラムを実行することで、冷媒回路20の各構成を制御する演算主体である。プロセッサ101は、たとえば、CPU(central processing unit)、およびFPGA(field programmable gate array)のうちの少なくともいずれか1つで構成されている。プロセッサ101は、ASIC(application specific integrated circuit)などの演算回路(processing circuitry)で構成されていてもよい。
 メモリ102は、DRAM(dynamic random access memory)およびSRAM(static random access memory)などの揮発性メモリ、または、ROM(read only memory)などの不揮発性メモリで構成されている。メモリ102は、SSD(solid state drive)またはHDD(hard disk drive)を含んでいてもよい。
 メモリ102は、プロセッサ101の処理手順が記載された各種のプログラムを格納する。プロセッサ101は、メモリ102に格納されたプログラムを実行することで、冷媒回路20の各構成を制御する。
 なお、制御装置100による処理は、コンピュータによるソフトウェア処理に限らず、電子回路によるハードウェア処理によって実現されてもよい。また、制御装置100による処理は、ソフトウェア処理とハードウェア処理との組み合わせによって実現されてもよい。
 このような構成を備える冷凍サイクル装置11においては、制御装置100が圧縮機1などの各アクチュエータを駆動するが、その駆動の際に制御装置100の基板100aの温度が過度に上昇するおそれがある。制御装置100においては、予め基準温度が設定されており、信頼性を確保するためには、基板100aの温度が基準温度未満に維持されなければならない。
 一般的にはヒートシンクを基板100aに設置することで基板100aの放熱を行う技術が知られている。ここで、外気が高温状態において圧縮機1の駆動周波数が最大になるような冷房運転状態では、基板100aの温度が最も上昇し得る。このような基板100aの温度上昇を抑えるためには、できるだけ大型のヒートシンクを設置しなければならない。しかしながら、ヒートシンクが大型になればなるほど、基板100aの重量が大きくなり、基板100aを保持するためにより大きな力が必要になる。さらに、大型のヒートシンクを収納するためのスペースが必要になり、冷凍サイクル装置11の構造が複雑になる。ヒートシンクの設置によって冷凍サイクルの性能が低下するおそれもある。
 第2熱交換器4から圧縮機1までの配管74を延長し、その配管を流れる冷媒によって基板100aを冷却することも考えられる。しかしながら、冷媒が気液二相の状態である場合には、基板100aにおいて結露が生じ易くなる。さらに、延長された配管74において圧力損失が増大することで、冷凍サイクルの性能が低下するおそれがある。その結果、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置11全体の信頼性が低下するおそれがある。
 そこで、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11は、蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4の表面に結露する水(以下、「結露水」とも称する。)を冷却部5に供給することで、基板100aを冷却するように構成されている。
 具体的には、冷凍サイクル装置11は、貯留部9と、第1ポンプ7と、冷却部5と、配管75~配管77とをさらに備える。
 貯留部9と第1ポンプ7の吸入ポート7aとは、配管75によって接続されている。第1ポンプ7の吐出ポート7bと冷却部5の一方側とは、配管76によって接続されている。冷却部5の他方側は、配管77によって外部に接続されている。
 貯留部9は、第2熱交換器4の下方に設置される。上述したように、外気が高温状態において圧縮機1の駆動周波数が最大になるような冷房運転状態では、基板100aの温度が最も上昇し得る。一方、蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4の表面には結露水(ドレン水)が発生する。たとえば、冷房運転時において、外気の乾球温度が52℃かつ相対湿度が80%である場合、4馬力相当の冷凍サイクル装置から約220ml/minの結露水が発生する。第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水は、重力によって貯留部9に向かって落下し、貯留部9によって貯められる。
 貯留部9は、結露水を貯留するものであれば、いずれの形状を有していてもよい。たとえば、貯留部9は、ドレンパンのような皿状の形状を有していてもよいし、ドレンタンクのようなタンク状の形状を有していてもよいし、袋および瓶など、その他の形状を有していてもよい。
 第1ポンプ7は、貯留部9に貯留された結露水を吸入し、吸入した結露水を冷却部5へと吐出する。第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量は、一定量に固定されていてもよいし、制御装置100の制御に基づき変化可能であってもよい。なお、第1ポンプ7は、遠心ポンプなどの非容積式ポンプ、および往復動ポンプなどの容積式ポンプなど、いずれの構造を有していてもよい。第1ポンプ7は、制御装置100によって制御されるものに限らず、制御装置100以外の制御装置によって制御されてもよい。
 冷却部5は、第1ポンプ7から供給された結露水と、制御装置100の基板100aとの間で熱交換を行うように構成されている。このような熱交換により、冷却部5は、基板100aを冷却する。冷却部5によって熱交換された結露水は、配管77を介して外部に排出される。
 このような構成を備える冷凍サイクル装置11においては、蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水が貯留部9によって貯留される。貯留部9によって貯留された結露水は、第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5へと供給される。冷却部5では、第1ポンプ7から供給された結露水と制御装置100の基板100aとの間で熱交換が行われ、このような熱交換によって基板100aが冷却される。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置11は、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5に供給することで、制御装置100が形成された基板100aを冷却することができる。これにより、ヒートシンクを基板100aに設置する必要がない。さらに、冷凍サイクル装置11は、冷媒回路20を循環する冷媒によって基板100aを冷却することもないため、冷凍サイクルの性能が低下するおそれもない。したがって、冷凍サイクル装置11は、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置11全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置11は、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5に供給するため、基板100aを冷却するために必要となる十分な量の結露水を冷却部5に供給することができる。
 実施の形態2.
 図2および図3を参照しながら、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置12を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置12について、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図2は、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置12の構成を示す図である。図2に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置12は、基板100aの温度を測定する第1温度センサ111をさらに備える。
 第1温度センサ111は、基板100aの温度を測定し、その測定値T1を制御装置100に出力する。制御装置100は、第1温度センサ111の測定値T1に基づき、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量を変化させる。
 図3は、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置12における制御装置100の制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。制御装置100は、メモリ102に格納された制御プログラムを実行することで、図3に示すフローチャートの処理を実行する。このフローチャートの処理は、一定時間ごとに冷凍サイクル装置12の主制御ルーチンから呼び出されて実行される。なお、図中において、「S」は「STEP」の略称として用いられる。
 図3に示されるように、制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置12が運転中であるか否かを判定する(S1)。制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置12が運転中でない場合(S1でNO)、主制御ルーチンに制御を戻す。
 制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置12が運転中である場合(S1でYES)、第1温度センサ111から測定値T1を取得する(S2)。
 制御装置100は、測定値T1が第1基準値以上であるか否かを判定する(S3)。第1基準値は、制御装置100の正常な動作が保証される温度である。冷凍サイクル装置12は、第1温度センサ111によって測定された基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満となるように、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を調整する。
 具体的には、制御装置100は、測定値T1が第1基準値以上である場合(S3でYES)、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を増加させる(S4)。あるいは、第1ポンプ7が停止中の場合、制御装置100は、第1ポンプ7の運転を開始することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給を開始する(S4)。
 制御装置100は、測定値T1が第1基準値未満である場合(S3でNO)、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を減少させる(S5)。あるいは、第1ポンプ7が運転中の場合、制御装置100は、第1ポンプ7の運転を停止することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給を停止する(S5)。
 制御装置100は、S4の処理またはS5の処理を実行した後、主制御ルーチンに制御を戻す。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置12は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値以上である場合に、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を増加させることで、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満となるように基板100aの温度を調整することができる。
 冷凍サイクル装置12は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満である場合に、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を減少させることで、貯留部9に貯留された結露水を不必要に使用することを防ぐことができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置12は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満である場合に、第1ポンプ7の運転を停止することで、空気と基板100aとの間の熱交換または自然対流による熱交換によって基板100aを冷却させて、第1ポンプ7における消費電力を抑えることができる。
 実施の形態3.
 図4および図5を参照しながら、実施の形態3に係る冷凍サイクル装置13を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置13について、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図4および図5は、実施の形態3に係る冷凍サイクル装置13の構成を示す図である。図4および図5に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置13は、四方弁30と、配管310と、配管320と、配管330と、配管340とをさらに備える。
 四方弁30は、ポート31~ポート34を備える。ポート31と圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aとは、配管310によって接続されている。ポート32と第2熱交換器4とは、配管320によって接続されている。ポート33と圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bとは、配管330によって接続されている。ポート34と第1熱交換器2とは、配管340によって接続されている。
 図4に示されるように、四方弁30は、制御装置100の制御に基づき、ポート31とポート32とを連通し、かつ、ポート33とポート34とを連通する第1状態に制御される。図5に示されるように、四方弁30は、制御装置100の制御に基づき、ポート31とポート34とを連通し、かつ、ポート32とポート33とを連通する第2状態に制御される。
 冷凍サイクル装置13が冷房運転を行う場合、第1熱交換器2が凝縮器として働き、第2熱交換器4が蒸発器として働く。この場合、制御装置100は、図4に示されるように四方弁30を第1状態に制御することで、第2熱交換器4から圧縮機1へと冷媒を流す。つまり、冷房運転時においては、圧縮機1、第1熱交換器2、膨張装置3、および第2熱交換器4の順に冷媒が循環する。
 冷凍サイクル装置13が暖房運転を行う場合、第1熱交換器2が蒸発器として働き、第2熱交換器4が凝縮器として働く。この場合、制御装置100は、図5に示されるように四方弁30を第2状態に制御することで、圧縮機1から第2熱交換器4へと冷媒を流す。つまり、暖房運転時においては、圧縮機1、第2熱交換器4、膨張装置3、および第1熱交換器2の順に冷媒が循環する。
 このように、冷凍サイクル装置13は、四方弁30を制御することで、四方弁30の内部の連通状態を、圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aが第2熱交換器4に連通しかつ圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bが第1熱交換器2に連通する第1状態と、圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aが第1熱交換器2に連通しかつ圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bが第2熱交換器4に連通する第2状態とで切り替える。
 図4および図5に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置13は、貯留部9として、第1熱交換器2の下方に設置される第1貯留部91と、第2熱交換器4の下方に設置される第2貯留部92とをさらに備える。すなわち、実施の形態3において、実施の形態1に係る貯留部9は、第1貯留部91と、第2貯留部92とを含む。冷凍サイクル装置13は、配管78をさらに備える。
 第2貯留部92は、実施の形態1に係る貯留部9と同様に、配管75によって第1ポンプ7の吸入ポート7aに接続されている。第2貯留部92と第1ポンプ7との間の配管75には、分岐点41が設けられている。第1貯留部91は、配管78によって配管75の途中に設けられた分岐点41に接続されている。
 図4に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置13が冷房運転を行う場合、四方弁30が第1状態に制御され、第2熱交換器4が蒸発器として働く。冷房運転において第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水は、重力によって第2貯留部92に向かって落下し、第2貯留部92によって貯められる。第1ポンプ7は、第2貯留部92に貯留された結露水を吸入し、吸入した結露水を冷却部5へと吐出する。
 図5に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置13が暖房運転を行う場合、四方弁30が第2状態に制御され、第1熱交換器2が蒸発器として働く。暖房運転において第1熱交換器2から生じた結露水は、重力によって第1貯留部91に向かって落下し、第1貯留部91によって貯められる。第1ポンプ7は、第1貯留部91に貯留された結露水を吸入し、吸入した結露水を冷却部5へと吐出する。
 第1貯留部91および第2貯留部92の各々は、結露水を貯留するものであれば、いずれの形状を有していてもよい。たとえば、第1貯留部91および第2貯留部92の各々は、ドレンパンのような皿状の形状を有していてもよいし、ドレンタンクのようなタンク状の形状を有していてもよいし、袋および瓶など、その他の形状を有していてもよい。
 このような構成を備える冷凍サイクル装置13においては、冷房運転時に蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水が第2貯留部92によって貯留される。第2貯留部92によって貯留された結露水は、第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5へと供給される。冷却部5では、第1ポンプ7から供給された結露水と制御装置100の基板100aとの間で熱交換が行われ、このような熱交換によって基板100aが冷却される。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置13においては、暖房運転時に蒸発器として働く第1熱交換器2から生じた結露水が第1貯留部91によって貯留される。第1貯留部91によって貯留された結露水は、第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5へと供給される。冷却部5では、第1ポンプ7から供給された結露水と制御装置100の基板100aとの間で熱交換が行われ、このような熱交換によって基板100aが冷却される。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置13は、冷房運転および暖房運転のいずれにおいても、蒸発器として働く熱交換器から生じた結露水を第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5に供給することで、制御装置100が形成された基板100aを冷却することができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置13は、冷房運転および暖房運転のいずれにおいても、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置13全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 実施の形態4.
 図6を参照しながら、実施の形態4に係る冷凍サイクル装置14を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置14について、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置12と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図6は、実施の形態4に係る冷凍サイクル装置14の構成を示す図である。図6に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置14は、貯留部9として、ドレンパン93と、タンク94とをさらに備える。すなわち、実施の形態4において、実施の形態2に係る貯留部9は、ドレンパン93と、タンク94とを含む。冷凍サイクル装置14は、配管75aと、配管75bとをさらに備える。
 ドレンパン93は、実施の形態2に係る貯留部9と同様に、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を貯留する。
 タンク94は、ドレンパン93と第1ポンプ7との間に設けられ、ドレンパン93から流出した結露水を貯留する。タンク94とドレンパン93とは、配管75aによって接続されている。タンク94と第1ポンプ7の吸入ポート7aとは、配管75bによって接続されている。
 タンク94内には、配管75aの端部750aと、配管75bの端部750bとが接続されている。ドレンパン93に貯留された結露水は、配管75a内を流れ、端部750aからタンク94へと流出する。配管75bの端部750bは、タンク94に貯留された結露水の液面以下に接続されている。タンク94に貯留された結露水は、第1ポンプ7によって配管75bを介して吸い上げられ、冷却部5へと供給される。
 図7は、実施の形態4に係る冷凍サイクル装置14における制御装置100の制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。制御装置100は、メモリ102に格納された制御プログラムを実行することで、図7に示すフローチャートの処理を実行する。このフローチャートの処理は、一定時間ごとに冷凍サイクル装置14の主制御ルーチンから呼び出されて実行される。なお、図中において、「S」は「STEP」の略称として用いられる。
 図6に示されるように、制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置14が運転中であるか否かを判定する(S11)。制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置14が運転中でない場合(S11でNO)、主制御ルーチンに制御を戻す。
 制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置14が運転中である場合(S11でYES)、第1温度センサ111から測定値T1を取得する(S12)。
 制御装置100は、測定値T1が第1基準値以上であるか否かを判定する(S13)。第1基準値は、制御装置100の正常な動作が保証される閾値となる温度である。冷凍サイクル装置14は、第1温度センサ111によって測定された基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満となるように、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を調整する。
 具体的には、制御装置100は、測定値T1が第1基準値以上である場合(S13でYES)、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を増加させる(S14)。あるいは、第1ポンプ7が停止中の場合、制御装置100は、第1ポンプ7の運転を開始することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給を開始する(S14)。よって、第1ポンプ7は、タンク94に貯留された結露水を冷却部5に供給する。
 制御装置100は、測定値T1が第1基準値未満である場合(S13でNO)、第1ポンプ7を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を減少させる(S15)。あるいは、第1ポンプ7が運転中の場合、制御装置100は、一定時間運転後に第1ポンプ7の運転を停止することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給を停止する(S15)。よって、再び結露水がタンク94に貯留され得る。
 制御装置100は、S14の処理またはS15の処理を実行した後、主制御ルーチンに制御を戻す。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置14は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値以上である場合に、タンク94に貯留された結露水を用いて、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を増加させることで、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満となるように基板100aの温度を調整することができる。
 冷凍サイクル装置14は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満である場合に、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を減少させることで、再びタンク94に結露水を貯留したり、ドレンパン93およびタンク94の各々に貯留された結露水を不必要に使用することを防いだりすることができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置14は、基板100aを冷却するために必要な結露水が第2熱交換器4から生じ難いような運転時においても、タンク94に貯留された結露水を用いて基板100aを冷却することができるため、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置14全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 実施の形態5.
 図8を参照しながら、実施の形態5に係る冷凍サイクル装置15を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置15について、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図8は、実施の形態5に係る冷凍サイクル装置15の構成を示す図である。図8に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置15は、第2ポンプ8と、配管78と、配管79とをさらに備える。
 第2ポンプ8は、配管77と配管76との間に設けられる。具体的には、冷却部5と外部との間の配管77には、分岐点42が設けられている。第1ポンプ7と冷却部5との間の配管76には、分岐点43が設けられている。分岐点42と第2ポンプ8の吸入ポート8aとは、配管78によって接続されている。第2ポンプ8の吐出ポート8bと分岐点43とは、配管79によって接続されている。
 第2ポンプ8は、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水を配管77および配管78を介して吸入し、吸入した結露水を配管79および配管76を介して冷却部5に再び供給する。第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量は、一定量に固定されていてもよいし、制御装置100の制御に基づき変化可能であってもよい。なお、第2ポンプ8は、遠心ポンプなどの非容積式ポンプ、および往復動ポンプなどの容積式ポンプなど、いずれの構造を有していてもよい。第2ポンプ8は、制御装置100によって制御されるものに限らず、制御装置100以外の制御装置によって制御されてもよい。
 このような構成を備える冷凍サイクル装置15においては、蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水が第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5へと供給され、供給された結露水を用いた熱交換によって基板100aが冷却される。その後、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水は、第2ポンプ8によって冷却部5へと再び供給される。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置15は、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水を第2ポンプ8によって循環させることで、複数回に亘って、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水と基板100aとの間で熱交換を行うことができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置15は、基板100aを冷却するために必要な結露水が第2熱交換器4から生じ難いような運転時においても、効率よく基板100aを冷却することができるため、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置15全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 実施の形態6.
 図9および図10を参照しながら、実施の形態6に係る冷凍サイクル装置16を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置16について、実施の形態5に係る冷凍サイクル装置15と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図9は、実施の形態6に係る冷凍サイクル装置16の構成を示す図である。図9に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置16は、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水の温度を測定する第2温度センサ112をさらに備える。
 第2温度センサ112は、冷却部5から流出した結露水の温度を測定し、その測定値T2を制御装置100に出力する。制御装置100は、第2温度センサ112の測定値T2に基づき、第1ポンプ7および第2ポンプ8の各々を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を変化させる。
 図10は、実施の形態6に係る冷凍サイクル装置16における制御装置100の制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。制御装置100は、メモリ102に格納された制御プログラムを実行することで、図10に示すフローチャートの処理を実行する。このフローチャートの処理は、一定時間ごとに冷凍サイクル装置16の主制御ルーチンから呼び出されて実行される。なお、図中において、「S」は「STEP」の略称として用いられる。
 図10に示されるように、制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置16が運転中であるか否かを判定する(S21)。制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置16が運転中でない場合(S21でNO)、主制御ルーチンに制御を戻す。
 制御装置100は、冷凍サイクル装置16が運転中である場合(S21でYES)、第2温度センサ112から測定値T2を取得する(S22)。
 制御装置100は、測定値T2が第2基準値以上であるか否かを判定する(S23)。第2基準値は、冷却部5に供給される結露水と基板100aとの間の熱交換量を十分に確保することができる温度である。すなわち、第2基準値は、制御装置100の温度を制御装置100の正常な動作が保証される温度にするために、冷却部5に供給される結露水と基板100aとの間で十分に熱交換が行われるための温度である。冷凍サイクル装置16は、第2温度センサ112によって測定された結露水の温度が第2基準値以上であるか否かに応じて、第1ポンプ7および第2ポンプ8の各々を制御することで、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を調整する。
 具体的には、制御装置100は、測定値T2が第2基準値以上である場合(S23でYES)、第1ポンプ7および第2ポンプ8の各々を制御することで、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量を、第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量よりも大きくする(S24)。すなわち、制御装置100は、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水の温度が第2基準値以上であるために再び冷却部5によって熱交換を行うことに適さない場合には、新たに第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を、複数回に亘って再利用される結露水よりも多く供給する。
 制御装置100は、測定値T2が第2基準値未満である場合(S23でNO)、第1ポンプ7および第2ポンプ8の各々を制御することで、第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量を、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量よりも大きくする(S25)。すなわち、制御装置100は、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水の温度が第2基準値未満であるために再び冷却部5によって熱交換を行うことに適する場合には、複数回に亘って再利用される結露水を、新たに第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水よりも多く供給する。
 制御装置100は、S24の処理またはS25の処理を実行した後、主制御ルーチンに制御を戻す。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置16は、冷却部5から流出した結露水の温度が第2基準値以上である場合に、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量を、第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量よりも大きくすることで、冷却部5に供給される結露水と基板100aとの間の温度差を、冷却部5と基板100aとの間で十分に熱交換が行われるような温度差に保つことができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置16は、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置11全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 冷凍サイクル装置16は、冷却部5から流出した結露水の温度が第2基準値未満である場合に、第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量を、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量よりも大きくすることで、新たに第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を熱交換済みの結露水によって温めた上で、その温められた結露水を冷却部5に供給することができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置16は、冷却部5に供給された結露水の温度によって基板100aおよび配管76において結露が生じることを防ぐことができる。
 実施の形態7.
 図11および図12を参照しながら、実施の形態7に係る冷凍サイクル装置17を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置17について、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図11は、実施の形態7に係る冷凍サイクル装置17の構成を示す図である。図11に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置17は、第3熱交換器50と、配管72aと、配管72bと、配管80と、配管81とをさらに備える。
 第3熱交換器50は、第1熱交換器2と、膨張装置3との間に設けられている。第3熱交換器50は、ポート51~ポート54を備える。第3熱交換器50の内部において、ポート51は、ポート52と接続されている一方で、他のポート53およびポート54の各々とは接続されていない。ポート52は、ポート51と接続されている一方で、他のポート53およびポート54の各々とは接続されていない。ポート53は、ポート54と接続されている一方で、他のポート51およびポート52の各々とは接続されていない。ポート54は、ポート53と接続されている一方で、他のポート51およびポート52の各々とは接続されていない。
 第3熱交換器50のポート51と第1熱交換器2とは、配管72aによって接続されている。第3熱交換器50のポート52と膨張装置3とは、配管72bによって接続されている。第3熱交換器50のポート53と第1ポンプ7の吐出ポート7bとは、配管80によって接続されている。第3熱交換器50のポート54と冷却部5とは、配管81によって接続されている。
 このような構成を備える冷凍サイクル装置17においては、冷房運転時に凝縮器として働く第1熱交換器2から流出した冷媒は、第3熱交換器50のポート51に流入して第3熱交換器50の内部を通過してポート52から流出し、その後、膨張装置3へと流れる。貯留部9によって貯留された結露水は、第1ポンプ7によって第3熱交換器50へと供給される。第3熱交換器50に供給された結露水は、第3熱交換器50のポート53に流入して第3熱交換器50の内部を通過する。第3熱交換器50の内部では、第1熱交換器2からの冷媒と、第1ポンプ7からの結露水との間で熱交換が行われる。第3熱交換器50において熱交換が行われた結露水は、ポート54から流出し、その後、冷却部5へと供給される。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置17は、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を第3熱交換器50における熱交換によって温めた上で、その温められた結露水を冷却部5に供給することができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置17は、冷却部5に供給された結露水の温度によって基板100aおよび配管76において結露が生じることを防ぐことができる。
 図12は、実施の形態7に係る冷凍サイクル装置17における冷凍サイクルC1のp-h線図である。図12では、縦軸に絶対圧力p、横軸に比エンタルピーhをとる。
 図12に示す点a~点eの各々は、図11に示す点a~点eの各々に対応している。点aは、圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bと第1熱交換器2との間の位置を示す。点bは、第1熱交換器2と第3熱交換器50のポート51との間の位置を示す。点cは、第3熱交換器50のポート52と膨張装置3との間の位置を示す。点dは、膨張装置3と第2熱交換器4との間の位置を示す。点eは、第2熱交換器4と圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aとの間の位置を示す。
 冷凍サイクルC1において、点eから点aに至るまでのグラフの変化は、圧縮機1を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点aから点bに至るまでのグラフの変化は、凝縮器として働く第1熱交換器2を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点bから点cに至るまでのグラフの変化は、第3熱交換器50を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点cから点dに至るまでのグラフの変化は、膨張装置3を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点dから点eに至るまでのグラフの変化は、蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。
 点aから点bに至るまでのグラフで示されるように、圧縮機1によって吐出された高温高圧のガス冷媒は、第1熱交換器2によって熱交換が行われることで、高温高圧の液冷媒に変化する。さらに、点bから点cに至るまでのグラフで示されるように、第1熱交換器2から流出した高温高圧の液冷媒は、第3熱交換器50によってさらに熱交換が行われる。
 このように、第3熱交換器50を設けることなく第1熱交換器2のみによって高圧側の冷媒に対して熱交換を行うよりも、第1熱交換器2に加えて第3熱交換器50によっても高圧側の冷媒に対して熱交換を行う方が、第1熱交換器2の流出側(点b)における冷媒のエンタルピーを上昇させることができる。一般的に、第1熱交換器2を流れる冷媒は、気相、気液二相、液相の順に状態変化し、冷媒が気液二相の状態であるときが最も電熱性能が高い。上述したように、冷凍サイクル装置17は、第1熱交換器2の流出側(点b)における冷媒のエンタルピーを上昇させることで、第1熱交換器2を流れる冷媒における液単相の割合を小さくすることができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置17は、第1熱交換器2における冷媒の電熱性能を向上させるとともに、高圧側の冷媒の圧力を低下させることができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置17は、第1熱交換器2に加えて第3熱交換器50によっても冷媒に対して熱交換を行うため、第3熱交換器50を設けることなく第1熱交換器2のみによって冷媒に対して熱交換を行うよりも、第1熱交換器2における冷媒の熱交換量を小さくすることができ、冷媒の高圧側の圧力を低下させることができる。
 実施の形態8.
 図13および図14を参照しながら、実施の形態8に係る冷凍サイクル装置18を説明する。以下では、冷凍サイクル装置18について、実施の形態7に係る冷凍サイクル装置17と異なる部分のみを説明する。
 図13は、実施の形態8に係る冷凍サイクル装置18の構成を示す図である。図13に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置18は、第4熱交換器60と、配管74aと、配管74bとをさらに備える。
 第4熱交換器60は、第2熱交換器4と、圧縮機1との間に設けられている。第4熱交換器60は、ポート61~ポート64を備える。第4熱交換器60の内部において、ポート61は、ポート62と接続されている一方で、他のポート63およびポート64の各々とは接続されていない。ポート62は、ポート61と接続されている一方で、他のポート63およびポート64の各々とは接続されていない。ポート63は、ポート64と接続されている一方で、他のポート61およびポート62の各々とは接続されていない。ポート64は、ポート63と接続されている一方で、他のポート61およびポート62の各々とは接続されていない。
 第4熱交換器60のポート61は、配管82によって外部に接続されている。第4熱交換器60のポート62と冷却部5とは配管77によって接続されている。第4熱交換器60のポート63と第2熱交換器4とは配管74aによって接続されている。第4熱交換器60のポート64と圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aとは、配管74bによって接続されている。
 このような構成を備える冷凍サイクル装置18においては、冷房運転時に蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4から流出した冷媒は、第4熱交換器60のポート63に流入して第4熱交換器60の内部を通過してポート64から流出し、その後、圧縮機1へと流れる。冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水は、第4熱交換器60のポート62に流入して第4熱交換器60の内部を通過する。第4熱交換器60の内部では、第2熱交換器4からの冷媒と、冷却部5からの結露水との間で熱交換が行われる。第4熱交換器60において熱交換が行われた結露水は、ポート61から外部へと流出する。
 以上のように、冷凍サイクル装置18は、冷却部5から流出した熱交換済みの結露水を用いて第2熱交換器4から流出した冷媒の熱交換を行うことができる。
 図14は、実施の形態8に係る冷凍サイクル装置18における冷凍サイクルC2のp-h線図である。図14では、縦軸に絶対圧力p、横軸に比エンタルピーhをとる。
 図14に示す点a~点fの各々は、図13に示す点a~点fの各々に対応している。点aは、圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bと第1熱交換器2との間の位置を示す。点bは、第1熱交換器2と第3熱交換器50のポート51との間の位置を示す。点cは、第3熱交換器50のポート52と膨張装置3との間の位置を示す。点dは、膨張装置3と第2熱交換器4との間の位置を示す。点eは、第2熱交換器4と第4熱交換器60のポート63との間の位置を示す。点fは、第4熱交換器60のポート64と圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aとの間の位置を示す。
 冷凍サイクルC2において、点eから点aに至るまでのグラフの変化は、圧縮機1を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点aから点bに至るまでのグラフの変化は、凝縮器として働く第1熱交換器2を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点bから点cに至るまでのグラフの変化は、第3熱交換器50を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点cから点dに至るまでのグラフの変化は、膨張装置3を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点dから点eに至るまでのグラフの変化は、蒸発器として働く第2熱交換器4を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。点eから点fに至るまでのグラフの変化は、第4熱交換器60を通過した場合の冷媒の変化を示す。
 点dから点eに至るまでのグラフで示されるように、膨張装置3から流出した低温低圧の気液二相冷媒は、第2熱交換器4によって熱交換が行われる。さらに、点eから点fに至るまでのグラフで示されるように、第2熱交換器4から流出した低温低圧の気液二相冷媒は、第4熱交換器60によってさらに熱交換が行われることで、低温低圧のガス冷媒に変化する。
 このように、第4熱交換器60を設けることなく第2熱交換器4のみによって低圧側の冷媒に対して熱交換を行うよりも、第2熱交換器4に加えて第4熱交換器60によっても低圧側の冷媒に対して熱交換を行う方が、第2熱交換器4の流出側(点e)における冷媒を気液二相の状態になり易い。一般的に、第2熱交換器4においては、冷媒が気相の状態よりも気液二相の状態のときの方が電熱性能が高い。上述したように、冷凍サイクル装置18は、第2熱交換器4の流出側(点e)における冷媒を気液二相の状態にすることで、第2熱交換器4における冷媒の電熱性能を向上させるとともに、低圧側の冷媒の圧力を高めることができる。

 本開示は、冷凍サイクル装置11~18に関する。図1に示されるように、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置11は、圧縮機1、第1熱交換器2、膨張装置3、および第2熱交換器4を備え、冷媒を循環させるように構成された冷媒回路20と、基板100a上に形成され、冷媒回路20を制御する制御装置100と、基板100aを冷却する冷却部5と、第1熱交換器2および第2熱交換器4のうち、蒸発器として働く熱交換器(第2熱交換器4)の表面に結露する水を貯留する貯留部9と、貯留部9に貯留された結露水を冷却部5に供給する第1ポンプ7とを備える。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置11は、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5に供給することで、制御装置100が形成された基板100aを冷却することができる。これにより、ヒートシンクを基板100aに設置する必要がない。さらに、冷凍サイクル装置11は、冷媒回路20を循環する冷媒によって基板100aを冷却することもないため、冷凍サイクルの性能が低下するおそれもない。したがって、冷凍サイクル装置11は、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置11全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置11は、第2熱交換器4から生じた結露水を第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5に供給するため、基板100aを冷却するために必要となる十分な量の結露水を冷却部5に供給することができる。
 図2および図3に示されるように、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置12は、基板100aの温度を測定する第1温度センサ111をさらに備える。第1ポンプ7は、第1温度センサ111の測定値T1が第1基準値以上である場合、冷却部5への結露水の供給量を増加させる。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置12は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満となるように基板100aの温度を調整することができる。
 図4および図5に示されるように、実施の形態3に係る冷凍サイクル装置13は、四方弁30をさらに備える。四方弁30は、圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aが第2熱交換器4に連通しかつ圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bが第1熱交換器2に連通する第1状態と、圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aが第1熱交換器2に連通しかつ圧縮機1の吐出ポート1bが第2熱交換器4に連通する第2状態とで内部の連通状態が切り替わるように構成される。連通状態が第1状態である場合、第1熱交換器2が凝縮器として働き、第2熱交換器4が蒸発器として働く。連通状態が第2状態である場合、第2熱交換器4が凝縮器として働き、第1熱交換器2が蒸発器として働く。貯留部9は、第1熱交換器2の表面に結露する水を貯留する第1貯留部91と、第2熱交換器4の表面に結露する水を貯留する第2貯留部92とを含む。第1ポンプ7は、連通状態が第1状態である場合、第2貯留部92に貯留された結露水を冷却部5に供給し、連通状態が第2状態である場合、第1貯留部91に貯留された結露水を冷却部5に供給する。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置13は、四方弁30の内部の連通状態が第1状態となる冷房運転、および、四方弁30の内部の連通状態が第2状態となる暖房運転のいずれにおいても、蒸発器として働く熱交換器から生じた結露水を第1ポンプ7によって冷却部5に供給することで、制御装置100が形成された基板100aを冷却することができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置13は、冷房運転および暖房運転のいずれにおいても、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置13全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 図6および図7に示されるように、実施の形態4に係る冷凍サイクル装置14は、基板100aの温度を測定する第1温度センサ111をさらに備える。貯留部9は、ドレンパン93と、ドレンパン93から流出した結露水を貯留するタンク94とを含む。第1ポンプ7は、第1温度センサ111の測定値T1が第1基準値以上である場合、タンク94に貯留された結露水を冷却部5に供給する。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置14は、基板100aの温度が第1基準値未満となるように基板100aの温度を調整することができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置14は、基板100aを冷却するために必要な結露水が第2熱交換器4から生じ難いような運転時においても、タンク94に貯留された結露水を用いて基板100aを冷却することができるため、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置11全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 図8に示されるように、実施の形態5に係る冷凍サイクル装置15は、冷却部5から流出した結露水を冷却部5に再び供給する第2ポンプ8をさらに備える。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置15は、基板100aを冷却するために必要な結露水が第2熱交換器4から生じ難いような運転時においても、効率よく基板100aを冷却することができるため、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置15全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 図9および図10に示されるように、実施の形態6に係る冷凍サイクル装置16は、冷却部5から流出した結露水の温度を測定する第2温度センサ112をさらに備える。第2温度センサ112の測定値T2が第2基準値以上である場合、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量が、第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量よりも大きくなる。第2温度センサ112の測定値T2が第2基準値未満である場合、第2ポンプ8による冷却部5への結露水の供給量が、第1ポンプ7による冷却部5への結露水の供給量よりも大きくなる。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置16は、冷却部5に供給される結露水と基板100aとの間の温度差を、冷却部5と基板100aとの間で十分に熱交換が行われるような温度差に保つことができる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置16は、制御装置100ひいては冷凍サイクル装置16全体の信頼性を極力低下させることなく制御装置100の放熱を行うことができる。
 図11および図12に示されるように、実施の形態7に係る冷凍サイクル装置17は、第1熱交換器2から流出した冷媒と貯留部9に貯留された結露水との間で熱交換する第3熱交換器50をさらに備える。第1ポンプ7は、第3熱交換器50によって熱交換された結露水を冷却部5に供給する。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置17は、冷却部5に供給された結露水の温度によって基板100aおよび配管76において結露が生じることを防ぐことができる。
 冷凍サイクル装置17は、第1熱交換器2における冷媒の電熱性能を向上させるとともに、高圧側の冷媒の圧力を低下させることができる。
 さらに、冷凍サイクル装置17は、第3熱交換器50を設けることなく第1熱交換器2のみによって冷媒に対して熱交換を行うよりも、第1熱交換器2における冷媒の熱交換量を小さくすることができ、冷媒の高圧側の圧力を低下させることができる。
 図13および図14に示されるように、実施の形態8に係る冷凍サイクル装置18は、第2熱交換器4から流出した冷媒と冷却部5から流出した結露水との間で熱交換する第4熱交換器60をさらに備える。
 このような構成を備えることによって、冷凍サイクル装置18は、第2熱交換器4における冷媒の電熱性能を向上させるとともに、低圧側の冷媒の圧力を高めることができる。
 以上、冷凍サイクル装置を備える冷暖房機を例示して本実施の形態を説明したが、冷凍サイクル装置は、空気調和機などに利用されてもよい。
 今回開示された実施の形態は、すべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本開示の範囲は、上記した実施の形態の説明ではなくて請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

Claims (8)

  1.  冷凍サイクル装置であって、
     圧縮機、第1熱交換器、膨張装置、および第2熱交換器を備え、冷媒を循環させるように構成された冷媒回路と、
     基板上に形成され、前記冷媒回路を制御する制御装置と、
     前記基板を冷却する冷却部と、
     前記第1熱交換器および前記第2熱交換器のうち、蒸発器として働く熱交換器の表面に結露する水を貯留する貯留部と、
     前記貯留部に貯留された前記水を前記冷却部に供給する第1ポンプとを備える、冷凍サイクル装置。
  2.  前記基板の温度を測定する第1温度センサをさらに備え、
     前記第1ポンプは、前記第1温度センサの測定値が第1基準値以上である場合、前記冷却部への前記水の供給量を増加させる、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  3.  四方弁をさらに備え、
     前記四方弁は、前記圧縮機の吸入ポートが前記第2熱交換器に連通しかつ前記圧縮機の吐出ポートが前記第1熱交換器に連通する第1状態と、前記圧縮機の前記吸入ポートが前記第1熱交換器に連通しかつ前記圧縮機の前記吐出ポートが前記第2熱交換器に連通する第2状態とで内部の連通状態が切り替わるように構成され、
     前記連通状態が前記第1状態である場合、前記第1熱交換器が凝縮器として働き、前記第2熱交換器が前記蒸発器として働き、
     前記連通状態が前記第2状態である場合、前記第2熱交換器が前記凝縮器として働き、前記第1熱交換器が前記蒸発器として働き、
     前記貯留部は、前記第1熱交換器の表面に結露する前記水を貯留する第1貯留部と、前記第2熱交換器の表面に結露する前記水を貯留する第2貯留部とを含み、
     前記第1ポンプは、
     前記連通状態が前記第1状態である場合、前記第2貯留部に貯留された前記水を前記冷却部に供給し、
     前記連通状態が前記第2状態である場合、前記第1貯留部に貯留された前記水を前記冷却部に供給する、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  4.  前記基板の温度を測定する第1温度センサをさらに備え、
     前記貯留部は、ドレンパンと、前記ドレンパンから流出した前記水を貯留するタンクを含み、
     前記第1ポンプは、前記第1温度センサの測定値が第1基準値以上である場合、前記タンクに貯留された前記水を前記冷却部に供給する、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  5.  前記冷却部から流出した前記水を前記冷却部に再び供給する第2ポンプをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  6.  前記冷却部から流出した前記水の温度を測定する第2温度センサをさらに備え、
     前記第2温度センサの測定値が第2基準値以上である場合、前記第1ポンプによる前記冷却部への前記水の供給量が、前記第2ポンプによる前記冷却部への前記水の供給量よりも大きくなり、
     前記第2温度センサの測定値が前記第2基準値未満である場合、前記第2ポンプによる前記冷却部への前記水の供給量が、前記第1ポンプによる前記冷却部への前記水の供給量よりも大きくなる、請求項5に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  7.  前記第1熱交換器から流出した冷媒と前記貯留部に貯留された前記水との間で熱交換する第3熱交換器をさらに備え、
     前記第1ポンプは、前記第3熱交換器によって熱交換された前記水を前記冷却部に供給する、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  8.  前記第2熱交換器から流出した冷媒と前記冷却部から流出した前記水との間で熱交換する第4熱交換器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
