Description

防护件、履带总成及作业机械 技术领域
本申请涉及作业机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种防护件、履带总成及作业机械。
发明背景
履带螺栓是作业机械中履带总成的重要组成部分,同时也是极易受到损坏的零件之一。作业机械在行走或作业时,经常会发生履带板螺栓松动或损坏的现象。主要原因是由于履带板是通过螺栓固定在链轨节上,当履带板与地面接触时,裸露的螺栓末端头部经常受到石块等坚硬物体的撞击和挤压。这种反复的撞击和挤压,不仅使螺栓头部损坏,还极易引起螺栓的松动进而导致螺栓的断裂,造成履带故障。
在传统的履带总成中,当采用铸/锻件履带板时,由于其本体具有较大的厚度尺寸,因此通常会在履带板上设置沉孔、凹槽、凸台、护圈等结构来保护螺栓。但是,由于该类型的履带板通常具有较大的质量,如果将其应用在作业机械中,则导致作业机械的重量难以控制,能耗较高,无法满足轻量化的要求。而在采用型材履带板时,由于其主要通过轧制或挤压等方式制成,履带板的截面结构一般是平滑的且具有固定几何形状的,无法在不同部位上设置沉孔、凹槽、凸台和护圈等保护结构。因此,采用此类履带板时,在安装螺栓之后,螺栓处于裸露状态,履带总成的耐久性无法保证。
因此有必要针对上述问题进行改进,以改善现状。
发明内容
本申请提供一种防护件、履带总成及作业机械,用于解决传统履带总成的耐久性较差或履带总成质量较大的问题。
本申请提出一种防护件,包括:基板部;以及凸起部,设于所述基板部的一侧,所述凸起部远离所述基板部的一侧开设有沉孔,所述沉孔用于容纳履带总成的紧固件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述凸起部远离所述基板部的一侧还设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于排出杂物。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述沉孔的数量为至少两个,且所述第一凹槽设于相邻的两个所述沉孔之间。
根据本申请的一个实施例,在所述凸起部远离所述基板部一侧的表面上,所述第一凹槽的正投影至少部分与所述沉孔重合。
根据本申请的一个实施例,在延伸方向上,所述第一凹槽的横截面为梯形,且所述第一凹槽的横截面宽度沿远离所述基板部的方向逐渐增加。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述凸起部的数量为两个,且两个所述凸起部间隔设置,以形成第二凹槽。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述第二凹槽的延伸方向与所述第一凹槽的延伸方向之间具有夹角。

本申请还提供了一种履带总成,包括履带板、紧固件以及上述任意一项所述的防护件,所述紧固件可拆卸地连接于所述履带板,所述凸起部位于所述基板部远离所述履带板的一侧,且所述紧固件的一端容置于所述沉孔内。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述履带板开设有排泥孔,所述基板部开设有与所述排泥孔相连通的通孔,所述通孔贯穿所述基板部。
本申请还提供了一种作业机械,包括:主机;以及上述任意一实施例所提供的履带总成,所述履带总成连接于所述主机并用于带动所述主机移动。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述第一凹槽的延伸方向与所述作业机械的移动方向之间具有夹角。
装配本申请实施例的履带总成时,首先将防护件与履带板对应放置,之后将紧固件穿过防护件并与履带板连接,以将防护件固定在履带板上。当紧固件与履带板连接之后,紧固件至少部分容置于防护件的沉孔内,从而防护件可以对紧固件实现保护,避免紧固件由于裸露而受到撞击。
在本申请提供的防护件中,通过设置沉孔,当防护件通过紧固件连接于外部构件时,紧固件可以容置于该沉孔中,从而对紧固件进行保护。
在本申请实施例的履带总成中,通过设置上述防护件与紧固件的配合结构,可以避免紧固件受到撞击和/或挤压,实现对紧固件的保护,结构简单,具有良好的应用效果。
在本申请实施例的作业机械中,通过设置上述履带总成,相较于传统的作业机械,履带总成无需采用较厚的履带板即可实现对紧固件的保护,在提高耐久性的同时实现了轻量化,具有良好的应用效果。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请中的附图,对本申请中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
参阅图1和图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种履带总成10,其包括防护件100、履带板200以及紧固件300,防护件100通过紧固件300固定于履带板200,并能够对紧固件300进行保护。
具体地,参阅图1和图4所示,防护件100包括相接的基板部110和凸起部120,例如,基板部110和凸起部120可以是一体形成的。凸起部120设于基板部110远离履带板200的一侧,也就是说,当防护件100固定于履带板200上时,防护件100的基板部110的下表面可以与履带板200接触,防护件100的凸起部120位于基板部110的上表面。
凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧开设有沉孔121,紧固件300连接于履带板200,且紧固件300的一端容置于沉孔121内。具体而言,在紧固件300穿过防护件100并连接至履带板200时,紧固件300的远离基板部110下表面的一端可以位于沉孔121内,此时沉孔121的侧壁可以高于紧固件300的端部,以使紧固件300不高于凸起部120的上表面(即凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧的表面)。通过这样的设置,能够减小紧固件300在行进过程中与地面接触时承受的重力,或者可以使紧固件300在行进过程中不接触地面从而无需承受重力。
由此,在本申请实施例提供的履带总成中,防护件可以对紧固件实现保护,避免在行进过程中紧固件朝向地面的端部发生损坏,进而避免紧固件发生松动甚至断裂,能够提高履带总成的可靠性。
具体地,在一实施例中,紧固件300可以是螺栓,螺栓的螺杆穿设于防护件100中并与履带板200连接,螺栓的头部容置于凸起部120的沉孔121内,从而能够受到防护件100的保护。在一些实施例中,紧固件300也可以是铆钉、螺柱等,在此不做唯一限定。
装配本申请实施例的履带总成10时,首先将防护件100与履带板200对应放置,之后将紧固件300穿过防护件100并与履带板200连接,以将防护件100固定在履带板200上。当紧固件300与履带板200连接之后,紧固件300至少部分容置于防护件100的沉孔121内,从而防护件100可以对紧固件300实现保护,避免紧固件300由于裸露而受到撞击。
可选地,在另一实施例中,凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧还可以设有第一凹槽122,第一凹槽122用于排出杂物。通过在凸起部120上设置第一凹槽122,在履带总成10行进的过程中,第一凹槽122可以起到避免杂物卡滞在防护件100上的功能,利于杂物脱落。
具体地,第一凹槽122可以设置为贯通凸起部120,将凸起部120分割为两个独立的凸起部分。第一凹槽122可以具有两个相对的侧壁,例如,两个侧壁的延伸方向可以是平行的,即第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影为矩形; 两个侧壁的延伸方向也可以具有夹角,即第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影为梯形。应当理解,在本申请实施例中,凸起部120上表面指的是凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧的表面。
优选地,第一凹槽122的延伸方向(即位于第一凹槽122的两个侧壁之间的、第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影的中轴线的延伸方向)与履带总成10的行进方向之间的夹角小于90度,从而能够在履带总成10行进过程中更加顺畅地将杂物推出。
在本申请实施例的履带总成10中,通过设置防护件100与紧固件300的配合结构,不仅可以对紧固件300进行保护以避免紧固件300受到撞击和/或挤压,同时还可以防止杂物卡滞,结构简单,使用效果好。
进一步地,沉孔121的数量为至少两个,且第一凹槽122设于相邻的两个沉孔121之间。例如,第一凹槽122的延伸方向可以垂直于位于其两侧的两个沉孔121的中心连接线。
如图4所示,在一实施例中,凸起部120上可以设置有两个沉孔121,且两个沉孔121对称设于第一凹槽122的相对两侧。在其他实施例中,防护件100上也可以设置有3个以上的沉孔121,并且每两个相邻的沉孔121之间均可以设置有一个第一凹槽122。通过设置多个沉孔121,可以提高防护件100与履带板200连接的牢固程度。另外,通过设置多个第一凹槽122,不仅能够提高防护件100的防止杂物卡滞的能力,还可以提高防护件100的防滑性能。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,第一凹槽122在凸起部120远离基板部110一侧的表面上的正投影至少部分与沉孔121重合。
如图4所示,在本申请实施例中,第一凹槽122的两个侧壁各与一个沉孔121相连通。也就是说,第一凹槽122的侧壁在延伸方向上被沉孔121“截断”为两个部分。由此设置,在保证防护件100的第一凹槽122具有较大宽度的前提下,能够使防护件100的结构更为紧凑,便于防护件100的安装与布置。
在一实施例中,沉孔121包括用于容纳紧固件300的端部的台阶部和用于供紧固件300穿过的通孔部,其中,通孔部设于台阶部的中央,台阶部的底部为环形。沉孔121的台阶部的底部可以低于第一凹槽122的底部,即,沉孔121的一部分可以形成于第一凹槽122的底部。也就是说,凸起部120的上表面、第一凹槽122的底部以及沉孔121的台阶部的底部分别位于三个不同的高度上。
如图6至图8所示,在延伸方向(即位于第一凹槽122的两个侧壁之间的、第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影的中轴线的延伸方向)上,第一凹槽122的横截面为梯形,且第一凹槽122的横截面宽度在远离基板部110的方向上逐渐增加。
如图6所示,在履带总成10运行的过程中,防护件100的远离基板部110的一侧朝向地面,也就是说,第一凹槽122的开口朝向地面。这样的设置有利于第一凹槽122内杂物的脱落以及减少杂物的卡滞,使用效果好。在其他实施例中,第一凹槽122的截面也可以是三角形,并且开口朝向地面,在此不做赘述。
如图4和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,凸起部120的数量为两个,两个凸起部120间隔设置,以形成第二凹槽130。也就是说,第二凹槽130位于两个凸起部120之间。其中,第二凹槽130的延伸方向与第一凹槽122的延伸方向之间具有夹角。
由此,通过设置两个凸起部120,防护件100上可以安装至少两个紧固件300,从而提高防护件100与履带板200连接的牢固程度,并且使防护件100的受力均匀,提高履带总成10的耐久性。此外,在履带总成10运行的过程中,部分杂物可以通过第一凹槽122的导向被排出,另一些杂物可以通过第二凹槽130的导向沿履带总成10的移动方向被排出。本申请实施例提供的履带总成10结构简单,防卡滞效果好。
优选地,在一实施例中,两个凸起部120对称且间隔设置。也就是说,两个凸起部120关于第二凹槽130的中轴线对称。这样的设置能够使防护件100朝向地面一侧的结构更加规则,以便杂物能够更加顺畅地被排出。
进一步地,在延伸方向上,第二凹槽130的横截面为梯形,且第二凹槽130的横截面宽度在远离基板部110的方向上逐渐增加。
参阅图4和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,第二凹槽130在B-B截面上的形状为梯形,并且第二凹槽130的开口朝向地面,由此可以有利于第二凹槽130内杂物的脱落以及减少杂物的卡滞,使用效果好。
参阅图4所示,第二凹槽130在基板部110上的正投影为喇叭形。由此设置,可以进一步提高第二凹槽130在履带总成10的移动方向上的防卡滞能力。
进一步地,参阅图3和图4所示,履带板200开设有排泥孔211,基板部110贯穿开设有与排泥孔211相对应的通孔111,通孔111贯穿基板部110。也 就是说,当防护件100被紧固件固定于履带板200上时,基板部110上的通孔111与履带板200上的排泥孔211相连通。在这里,例如,通孔111可以设于第二凹槽130中。
可以理解的是,通过在防护件100上设置与履带板200的排泥孔211相连通的通孔111,可以避免泥沙在履带板200与防护件100之间堆积,泥沙可以通过排泥孔211和通孔111被排出,使用效果好。
具体地,如图1所示,在本申请实施例中,履带总成10还包括链轨节400,链轨节400设于履带板200远离防护件100的一侧,紧固件300依次穿过防护件100和履带板200,并连接于链轨节400。
在本申请实施例中,紧固件300可以与链轨节400螺纹配合,或是通过设置在链轨节400远离防护件100一侧的螺母固定在链轨节400上。在装配过程中,紧固件300自沉孔121穿过防护件100,并随之穿过履带板200,当紧固件300与链轨节400固定连接之后,即可将防护件100和履带板200固定在链轨节400上,以完成装配。
参阅图2所示,在本申请实施例中,履带板200包括板本体210、第一筋板220和第二筋板230,第一筋板220与第二筋板230间隔设置在本体210朝向防护件100的表面上。防护件100靠近履带板200的一侧(即,基板部110远离凸起部120的一侧)抵接于板本体210,且防护件100位于第一筋板220与第二筋板230之间。
由此设置,在装配本申请实施例的履带总成10时,第一筋板220和第二筋板230与板本体210组合形成用于容纳防护件100的定位槽。具体地,防护件100可以通过定位槽的开口被置入定位槽内,防护件100沿X方向上的相对两端可以通过第一筋板220和第二筋板230进行定位,之后再通过将紧固件300连接至链轨节400,即可完成履带总成10的装配,安装便捷。
参阅图4所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种防护件100,包括基板部110和凸起部120。其中,凸起部120设于基板部110的一侧,凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧开设有沉孔121。当防护件100安装于履带总成中时,沉孔121用于容纳履带总成的紧固件。
例如,参阅图1和图2所示,本申请实施例提供的防护件100可以配置为履带总成10的一部分,设于履带总成中的履带板200和紧固件300之间,通过紧 固件300固定于履带板上。与此同时,紧固件300可以容纳于防护件100的沉孔121中,从而沉孔121能够对紧固件300实现保护作用。
在一实施例中,基板部110和凸起部120可以是一体形成的。凸起部120设于基板部110远离履带板200的一侧,也就是说,当防护件100固定于履带板200上时,防护件100的基板部110的下表面可以与履带板200接触,防护件100的凸起部120位于基板部110的上表面。
在一实施例中,防护件100可以容纳于履带总成10上的定位槽中。例如,在图2所示实施例中,履带总成10中的第一履带板200可以包括板本体210、第一筋板220和第二筋板230,第一筋板220与第二筋板230间隔设置在本体210朝向防护件100的表面上,第一筋板220和第二筋板230与板本体210组合形成用于容纳防护件100的定位槽。防护件100靠近履带板200的一侧(即,基板部110远离凸起部120的一侧)抵接于板本体210,且防护件100位于第一筋板220与第二筋板230之间,从而实现防护件100位于定位槽内。
由此设置,在装配履带总成10时,防护件100可以通过定位槽的开口被置入定位槽内,防护件100沿X方向上的相对两端可以通过第一筋板220和第二筋板230进行定位,安装便捷,并且能够提高防护件100的稳定性,更好地实现对紧固件300的保护作用。
凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧开设有沉孔121,在设有本申请实施例所提供的防护件100的履带总成10中,当紧固件300穿过防护件100连接于履带板200时,紧固件300的一端可以容置于沉孔121内。具体而言,紧固件300的远离基板部110下表面的一端可以位于沉孔121内,此时沉孔121的侧壁可以高于紧固件300的端部,以使紧固件300不高于凸起部120的上表面(即凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧的表面)。通过这样的设置,能够减小紧固件300在行进过程中与地面接触时承受的重力,或者可以使紧固件300在行进过程中不接触地面从而无需承受重力。
由此,本申请实施例提供的防护件可以对履带总成的紧固件实现保护,避免在行进过程中紧固件朝向地面的端部发生损坏,进而避免紧固件发生松动甚至断裂,能够提高履带总成的可靠性。
具体地,在一实施例中,紧固件300可以是螺栓,螺栓的螺杆穿设于防护件100中并与履带板200连接,螺栓的头部容置于凸起部120的沉孔121内,从而 能够受到防护件100的保护。在一些实施例中,紧固件300也可以是铆钉、螺柱等,在此不做唯一限定。
在将本申请实施例的防护件100装配在履带总成10中时,首先将防护件100与履带板200对应放置,之后将紧固件300穿过防护件100并与履带板200连接,以将防护件100固定在履带板200上。当紧固件300与履带板200连接之后,紧固件300至少部分容置于防护件100的沉孔121内,从而防护件100可以对紧固件300实现保护,避免紧固件300由于裸露而受到撞击。
可选地,参阅图9所示,在另一实施例中,防护件100的基板部110上还可以开设有用于容纳固定件的固定孔131。例如,固定孔131可以设于第二凹槽130中。在防护件100装配在履带总成10中时,固定件可以用于与紧固件300一起将防护件100固定在履带板上,进一步提高防护件100的固定稳定性。
相应地,在采用本实施例所提供的防护件100的履带总成中,履带板上可以设有用于与防护件100上的固定孔131以及外部的固定件相配合的固定结构,例如光孔、螺纹孔、嵌入螺套等,以便防护件100通过螺栓等固定件固定在履带板上。或者,在其他的一些实施例中,防护件100也可以具有卡槽、凸台等结构,用于加强防护件100与履带板之间的固定关系,从而提高紧固件的安全性。
如图4及图6-8所示,在本申请实施例的防护件100中,凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧还可以设有第一凹槽122,第一凹槽122用于排出杂物。通过在凸起部120上设置第一凹槽122,在履带总成10行进的过程中,第一凹槽122可以起到避免杂物卡滞在防护件100上的功能,利于杂物脱落。
具体地,第一凹槽122可以设置为贯通凸起部120,将凸起部120分割为两个独立的凸起部分。第一凹槽122可以具有两个相对的侧壁,例如,两个侧壁的延伸方向可以是平行的,即第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影为矩形;两个侧壁的延伸方向也可以具有夹角,即第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影为梯形。应当理解,在本申请实施例中,凸起部120上表面指的是凸起部120远离基板部110的一侧的表面。
优选地,第一凹槽122的延伸方向(即位于第一凹槽122的两个侧壁之间的、第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影的中轴线的延伸方向)与履带总成的行进方向之间的夹角小于90度,从而能够在履带总成行进过程中更加顺畅地将杂物推出。
本申请实施例提供的防护件100不仅可以对履带总成的紧固件进行保护以避免紧固件受到撞击和/或挤压,同时还可以防止杂物卡滞,结构简单,使用效果好。
进一步地,在一实施例中,防护件100上的沉孔121的数量为至少两个,且第一凹槽122设于相邻的两个沉孔121之间。例如,第一凹槽122的延伸方向可以垂直于位于其两侧的两个沉孔121的中心连接线。
如图4所示,在一实施例中,凸起部120上可以设置有两个沉孔121,且两个沉孔121对称设于第一凹槽122的相对两侧。在其他实施例中,防护件100上也可以设置有3个以上的沉孔121,并且每两个相邻的沉孔121之间均可以设置有一个第一凹槽122。通过设置多个沉孔121,可以提高防护件100与履带板连接的牢固程度。另外,通过设置多个第一凹槽122,不仅能够提高防护件100的防止杂物卡滞的能力,还可以提高防护件100的防滑性能。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,第一凹槽122在凸起部120远离基板部110一侧的表面上的正投影至少部分与沉孔121重合。
如图4所示,在本申请实施例中,第一凹槽122的两个侧壁各与一个沉孔121相连通。也就是说,第一凹槽122的侧壁在延伸方向上被沉孔121“截断”为两个部分。由此设置,在保证防护件100的第一凹槽122具有较大宽度的前提下,能够使防护件100的结构更为紧凑,便于防护件100的安装与布置。
在一实施例中,沉孔121包括用于容纳紧固件300的端部的台阶部和用于供紧固件300穿过的通孔部,其中,通孔部设于台阶部的中央,台阶部的底部为环形。沉孔121的台阶部的底部可以低于第一凹槽122的底部,即,沉孔121的一部分可以形成于第一凹槽122的底部。也就是说,凸起部120的上表面、第一凹槽122的底部以及沉孔121的台阶部的底部分别位于三个不同的高度上。
如图6至图8所示,在延伸方向(即位于第一凹槽122的两个侧壁之间的、第一凹槽122在凸起部120上表面上的正投影的中轴线的延伸方向)上,第一凹槽122的横截面为梯形,且第一凹槽122的横截面宽度在远离基板部110的方向上逐渐增加。
如图6所示,在履带总成10运行的过程中,防护件100的远离基板部110的一侧朝向地面,也就是说,第一凹槽122的开口朝向地面。这样的设置有利于第一凹槽122内杂物的脱落以及减少杂物的卡滞,使用效果好。在其他实施例中,第一凹槽122的截面也可以是三角形,并且开口朝向地面,在此不做赘述。
如图4和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,凸起部120的数量为两个,两个凸起部120间隔设置,以形成第二凹槽130。也就是说,第二凹槽130位于两个凸起部120之间。其中,第二凹槽130的延伸方向与第一凹槽122的延伸方向之间具有夹角。
由此,通过设置两个凸起部120,防护件100可以供至少两个紧固件300穿设在其中,从而提高防护件100与履带板200连接的牢固程度,并且使防护件100的受力均匀,提高履带总成10的耐久性。此外,在履带总成10运行的过程中,部分杂物可以通过第一凹槽122的导向被排出,另一些杂物可以通过第二凹槽130的导向沿履带总成10的移动方向被排出。
优选地,在一实施例中,两个凸起部120对称且间隔设置。也就是说,两个凸起部120关于第二凹槽130的中轴线对称。这样的设置能够使防护件100朝向地面一侧的结构更加规则,以便杂物能够更加顺畅地被排出。
进一步地,在延伸方向上,第二凹槽130的横截面为梯形,且第二凹槽130的横截面宽度在远离基板部110的方向上逐渐增加。
参阅图4和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,第二凹槽130在B-B截面上的形状为梯形,并且第二凹槽130的开口朝向地面,由此可以有利于第二凹槽130内杂物的脱落以及减少杂物的卡滞,使用效果好。
参阅图4所示,第二凹槽130在基板部110上的正投影为喇叭形。由此设置,可以进一步提高第二凹槽130在履带总成10的移动方向上的防卡滞能力。
进一步地,参阅图3和图4所示,履带总成10的履带板200上可以开设有排泥孔211。相应地,为了确保履带总成10的排泥功能不受影响,本申请实施例提供的防护件100上也可以设有与排泥孔211相对应的通孔111。
具体地,通孔111可以贯穿开设于基板部110上,当防护件100被紧固件固定于履带板200上时,基板部110上的通孔111与履带板200上的排泥孔211相连通。在这里,例如,通孔111可以设于第二凹槽130中。
可以理解的是,通过在防护件100上设置与履带板200的排泥孔211相连通的通孔111,可以避免泥沙在履带板200与防护件100之间堆积,泥沙可以通过排泥孔211和通孔111被排出,使用效果好。
优选地,参阅图4所示,本申请实施例所提供的防护件100还可以包括延伸部112。具体地,防护件100的基板部110远离凸起部120的一侧可以设有延伸 部112,延伸部112沿通孔的边缘朝向履带板200的方向(即朝向排泥孔211的方向)延伸设置,用于与排泥孔211过渡配合。
通过设置延伸部112,当防护件100装配在履带总成10中时,能够在履带总成行进过程中减小防护件100与履带板200之间发生的相对位移,使履带总成的结构更加稳固。
进一步地,延伸部112与排泥孔211的配合间隙可以小于沉孔121与紧固件的配合间隙,从而让延伸部112更多地承担防护件100所收到的来自外部的挤压力,以确保紧固件不会受到来自防护件100的二次挤压,进一步强化了对于紧固件的保护作用。
在这里,延伸部112的形状可以根据实际需要进行设计,例如,延伸部112在基板部所在平面上的正投影形状可以为环形,或者,延伸部112可以包括多个间隔设置的凸起部。本领域技术人员可以理解,延伸部112只要能够与排泥孔211实现过渡配合即可,本申请实施例对于延伸部112的具体形状和结构不进行限定。
在一具体的实施例中,通孔111的直径可以小于排泥孔211的直径,延伸部112在基板部所在平面上的正投影形状为环形,并且,延伸部112的内径大于等于通孔111的直径,延伸部112的外径小于等于排泥孔的直径。通过这样的设计能够在保障排泥孔功能的同时实现良好的稳固效果,提高防护件对于履带总成中紧固件的保护效果。
进一步地,本申请还提供了一种作业机械,其包括主机(图中未示出)和上述任一实施例所提供的履带总成10。其中,履带总成10连接于主机并用于带动主机移动。
在本申请实施例的作业机械中,通过设置上述履带总成10与主机的配合结构,相较于传统的作业机械,无需设置较厚的履带板200即可实现对紧固件300进行保护,同时还可以避免杂物卡滞,具有良好的应用效果。具体地,主机可以是车辆、工程机械等具有移动功能的机械,在此不做唯一限定。
进一步地,在一实施例中,第一凹槽122的延伸方向与作业机械的移动方向之间可以具有夹角,第二凹槽130在延伸方向上的中轴线可以与作业机械的移动方向平行。
如图2所示,定义图中的X方向为作业机械的正向移动方向或反向移动方向,定义图中的Y方向为第一凹槽122的延伸方向,X方向与Y方向之间具有夹角。由此设置,在作业机械沿X方向移动的过程中,第一凹槽122可以沿Y方向进行排泥操作,杂物在经由第一凹槽122导向之后向履带总成10的两侧被排出。此外,第二凹槽130的延伸方向与作业机械的移动方向一致,从而能够沿X方向进行排泥操作,使杂物直接被推出。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其构成限制。尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围,均应当属于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种防护件,其特征在于,包括:
    基板部;以及
    凸起部,设于基板部的一侧,所述凸起部远离所述基板部的一侧开设有沉孔,所述沉孔用于容纳履带总成的紧固件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述凸起部远离所述基板部的一侧还设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于排出杂物。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述沉孔的数量为至少两个,且所述第一凹槽设于相邻的两个所述沉孔之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防护件,其特征在于,在所述凸起部远离所述基板部一侧的表面上,所述第一凹槽的正投影至少部分与所述沉孔重合。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的防护件,其特征在于,在延伸方向上,所述第一凹槽的横截面为梯形,且所述第一凹槽的横截面宽度沿远离所述基板部的方向逐渐增加。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任意一项所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述凸起部的数量为两个,且两个所述凸起部间隔设置,以形成第二凹槽,其中,所述第二凹槽的延伸方向与所述第一凹槽的延伸方向之间具有夹角。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述凸起部的数量为两个,且两个所述凸起部间隔设置,以形成第二凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的防护件,其特征在于,在延伸方向上,所述第二凹槽的横截面为梯形,且所述第二凹槽的横截面宽度沿远离所述基板部的方向逐渐增加。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的防护件,其特征在于,配置为所述履带总成的一部分,设于所述履带总成中的履带板和所述紧固件之间,通过所述紧固件固定于所述履带板上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述基板部上设有通孔,所述通孔与所述履带板上的排泥孔相连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述基板部远离所述凸起部的一侧设有延伸部,所述延伸部沿所述通孔的边缘朝向所述排泥孔的方向延伸设置,用于与所述排泥孔过渡配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述延伸部与所述排泥孔的配合间隙小于所述沉孔与所述紧固件的配合间隙。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述延伸部在所述基板部所在平面上的正投影形状为环形。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述通孔的直径小于所述排泥孔的直径,所述延伸部的内径大于等于所述通孔的直径,所述延伸部的外径小于等于所述排泥孔的直径。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述基板部上还开设有固定孔,用于容纳固定件,所述固定件用于将所述防护件固定在所述履带板上。
  16. 一种履带总成,其特征在于,包括履带板、紧固件以及权利要求1-15任意一项所述的防护件,所述紧固件可拆卸地连接于所述履带板,所述凸起部位于所述基板部远离所述履带板的一侧,且所述紧固件的一端容置于所述沉孔内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的履带总成,其特征在于,所述履带板开设有排泥孔,所述基板部开设有与所述排泥孔相连通的通孔,所述通孔贯穿所述基板部。
  18. 一种作业机械,其特征在于,包括:
    主机;以及
    权利要求16或17所述的履带总成,所述履带总成连接于所述主机并用于带动所述主机移动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的作业机械,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽的延伸方向与所述作业机械的移动方向之间具有夹角。
