所述卡锁的支撑部的侧面设有缺口。具体地,所述卡锁91的支撑部915的侧面设有缺口9152。所述卡锁92的支撑部925的侧面也设有缺口。通过在所述卡锁的支撑部的侧面设置缺口,在注塑成型时,可以加强塑胶围绕卡锁的流动性,增强绝缘主体包覆卡锁时塑胶的流动性。
在本实施例中,所述卡锁91的固定部911与其对接部912在同一平面。所述卡锁92的固定部921与其对接部922在同一平面。如图6所示,所有的端子都通过其焊脚与后料带800连接。电源正极端子5和信号端子4的对接部的自由端与第一前料带600连接;其他端子通过其对接部的自由端与第二前料带700连接。所述各端子的对接部的自由端位于同一基准平面,所述各端子的焊脚的自由端位于同一基准平面,这样,所述各端子可以通过一个料带加工而成。
通过将部分端子的对接部自其固定部延伸并且与其固定部位于同一平面,此平面即为基准平面,使这些端子的对接部无需相对于其固定部做折弯或者撕破成型处理,便于这些端子一体成型,这些端子的定位也更加精准,从而降低了产品的生产难度,提高了生产效率。同时,与在基板上撕破成型对接部的工艺相比,该端子的对接部不易翻转,生产质量更加可控。通过将卡锁的对接部自其固定部延伸并且与其固定部位于同一基准平面,使卡锁的对接部无需相对于其固定部做折弯或者撕破成型处理,便于卡锁的一体成型,卡锁的定位也更加精准,从而降低了产品的生产难度,提高了生产效率,同时,卡锁的对接部不易翻转,生产质量更加可控。卡锁通过与端子电连接,卡锁无需另设焊脚,从而实现电连接。通过将其他端子的固定部设置在另一基准平面,便于这些端子的定位,使得端子的加工相对较为简易。
通过将两个接地端子的对接部设置在绝缘主体的同一表面,便于产品的设计,便于卡锁朝同向放置,提高生产效率,也便于卡锁上对接部的设计和加工。
通过在卡锁上设置支撑部,可以提高卡锁的对接部的刚性。通过在卡锁上设置对接部,从而可以使卡锁也用于电传输。
通过在接地端子的基板部设置第一凸起,并且使第一凸起抵靠于所述卡锁 的对接部,一方面,可以使卡锁与接地端子电接触,从而使卡锁起到电传输的作用,另一方面,第一凸起也可以起到支撑所述卡锁的对接部的作用。同时,通过设置第一凸起,可以使接地端子与绝缘主体的连接更加牢固。
通过在所述卡锁的固定部设置第二凸起,可以加强卡锁与接地端子的电连接,使卡锁不设焊脚也可以起到接地端子的作用。同时,通过设置第二凸起,可以使卡锁与绝缘主体的连接更加牢固。
通过在所述卡锁的支撑部设置第三凸起,一方面可以加强卡锁与接地端子的电连接,使卡锁不设焊脚也可以起到接地端子的作用,另一方面,第三凸起可以起到支撑接地端子的对接部的作用。同时,通过设置第三凸起,可以使卡锁与绝缘主体的连接更加牢固。
通过在所述卡锁的支撑部的侧面设置缺口,在注塑成型时,可以加强塑胶围绕卡锁的流动性,增强绝缘主体包覆卡锁时塑胶的流动性。
通过将所述卡锁的支撑板抵靠于所述接地端子的支撑板,在注塑成型时所述卡锁的支撑板与所述接地端子的支撑板相互成为定位的基准面,从而保证产品的精度。通过设置卡锁和接地端子的拍薄台阶,减小了其厚度,从而可以增加注塑成型时塑胶的厚度,保证生产良率。
实施例2:
如图8所示,本实施例的Type-C母端电连接器与实施例1的区别在于:所述卡锁101和所述卡锁102没有设置对接部,卡锁仅仅起到卡持连接器公头的作用。
以上所述者,仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本申请的实施范围,即凡依本申请所作的均等变化与修饰,皆为本申请权利要求范围所涵盖,这里不再一一举例。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种Type-C母端电连接器,包括绝缘主体和镶嵌于所述绝缘主体的若干端子,所述若干端子都设有对接部、固定部和焊脚,其中,部分所述端子的对接部自其固定部延伸并且与其固定部位于同一基准平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述若干端子包括两个接地端子、两个信号端子以及两个电源正极端子,其中一个电源正极端子以及一个信号端子的对接部自其固定部延伸并且与其固定部位于同一基准平面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述两个接地端子的对接部设置在所述绝缘主体的同一侧,所述两个信号端子和所述两个电源正极端子的对接部在所述绝缘主体的上侧和下侧对应且呈反向排布。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述Type-C母端电连接器还设有独立的卡锁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁设有镶嵌于所述绝缘主体内的固定部、自其固定部延伸并且与其固定部位于同一基准平面的对接部、与其对接部并联的支撑部,所述支撑部上设有卡持部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁的支撑部自其对接部撕破成型。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述接地端子设有基板部,所述接地端子的基板部设有第一凸起,所述第一凸起抵靠于所述卡锁的对接部。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁的固定部设有第二凸起,所述第二凸起抵靠于所述接地端子的固定部。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁的支撑部设有第三凸起,所述第三凸起抵靠在所述接地端子的对接部。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁的对接部的自由端设有支撑板,所述接地端子的对接部的自由端也设有支撑板,所述卡锁的支撑板抵靠于所述接地端子的支撑板,所述接地端子的支撑板设有拍薄台阶。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁的支撑板设有拍薄台阶。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述卡锁的支撑部的侧面设有缺口。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述各端子的对接部的自由端位于同一基准平面,所述各端子的焊脚的自由端位于同一基准平面。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,部分所述端子还设有与其对接部并联的基板部,设有基板部的这些端子的固定部位于同一基准平面。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述Type-C母端电连接器设有两个独立的卡锁,所述两个卡锁的对接部设置在所述绝缘主体的同一侧。
