Description

一种吐司模具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种食品加工模具，具体涉及一种吐司模具。
 背景技术
面包是一种用五谷（一般是麦类）磨粉制作并加热而制成的食品。以小麦粉为主要原料，以酵母、鸡蛋、油脂、糖、盐等为辅料，加水调制成面团，经过分割、成形、醒发、焙烤、冷却等过程加工而成的焙烤食品。吐司面包产品便于携带，食用方便，味道良好，已经成为人们生活中一种常见的食品。烘焙吐司时，需要将制备好的面团放置于吐司模具中，达到为吐司定性的目的。模具的形状决定着吐司最终的形状。
 技术问题
但现有技术中的吐司模具存在灵活性差的缺陷，每个吐司模具上用于盛装原材料的吐司槽形状固定，每种吐司匹配一种吐司模具。若需要生产的吐司种类较多，则需要购置大量不同的吐司模具，成本较大。且体积较大不容易被收纳，造成空间上的浪费。同时，对于一般家庭来说，面包材料计算并不精准，容易造成时间和材料上的浪费。
另外，在每次烤制吐司完成后，需要对吐司模具进行清理，现有的吐司模具大多清理起来不方便，容易在一些角落残留面包碎屑，卫生情况较差。
因此，针对以上方面，需要对现有技术进行合理的改进。
 技术解决方案
有鉴于此，旨在解决上述情形中的至少一部分技术问题，本实用新型提供一种吐司模具，以框架为支撑，上下加装挡板，所述挡板用以形成平面，中间放置不同形状的容料装置，以得到消费者理想的吐司形状。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种吐司模具，包括：一框架，该框架的顶部和底部分别设有一可相对该框架开合的盖板和底板；该框架内设有至少一容料装置。
前述的吐司模具，该容料装置为多面体或圆柱体。
前述的吐司模具，该容料装置优选为圆柱体。
前述的吐司模具，该容料装置为中空且一体成型设置。
前述的吐司模具，该容料装置具有与盖板相接合的一第一开口，以及与底板相接合的一第二开口。
前述的吐司模具，该框架可为多面体或圆柱体。

在需要生产多种大小和形状的吐司时，本实用新型所述吐司模具仅需更换容料盒，不需要重新购买一整套模具，可有效降低使用成本；本实用新型所述吐司模具的容料盒更换方便，可以根据所制作原材料的多少选择合适大小的容料盒，减少材料的浪费；本实用新型所述吐司模具的挡板可拆卸，使用后，将挡板拆下后再进行清洗，清洗过程中无死角，利于清洁，保证使用卫生，同时可以有效减少收纳空间。

在本实施例中，需要理解的是，术语“中间”、“上”、“下”、“顶部”、“右侧”、“端部”、“前方”、“背面”、“中部”、 等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本实用新型，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
另，在本具体实施方式中如未特别说明部件之间的连接或固定方式，其连接或固定方式均可为通过现有技术中常用的螺栓固定或钉销固定，或销轴连接等方式，因此，在本实施例中不在详述。

请参阅图4所示，本实用新型所述底板40为长方形，包括一第二平面44；所述第二平面44的两相对边向内延设一第三滑槽42和一第四滑槽43；两相对边之间的第三边向内延设一第二档槽41；与第三边相对的第四边向外翻设一第二把持部45，使用时方便推拉。
其中，所述盖板10通过第一滑槽12和第二滑槽13与所述框架20进行可拆卸连接；所述底板40通过第三滑槽42和第四滑槽43与所述框架20进行可拆卸连接；所述第一平面14与框架的顶部21面积相同；所述第二平面44与框架的底部22面积相同。使用后，将盖板和底板拆下后再进行清洗，清洗过程中无死角，利于清洁，保证使用卫生，同时可以有效减少收纳空间。
请参阅图5所示，本实用新型所述容料装置30的高度与框架20的高度相同；所述容料装置为圆柱体，该容料装置为中空且一体成型设置。
进一步地，该容料装置具有与盖板相接合的一第一开口31，以及与底板相接合的一第二开口32。使用时，盖板和底板接合于容料装置的第一开口31和第二开口32，使得在制造容料装置时可以不用额外配置上底面和下底面，有效节省原材料。并且容料装置的中空设置更有利于使用后的清洗。
进一步地，使用时，若需要生产的吐司种类较多，可以更换任何形状的容料装置，以得到消费者理想的吐司形状。本实用新型所述吐司模具整个过程中仅需更换容料盒，不需要重新购买一整套模具，可大大降低成本。
同时，由于容料盒更换方便，可以根据所制作原材料的多少选择合适大小的容料盒，减少材料的浪费。
