    第二转轴(7)转动连接箱体本体(1)内壁,第二转轴(7)通过锥齿轮组与第一转轴(3)传动连接;转动辊(8)与第二转轴(7)连接,转动辊(8)上设有传动件(9);多组伸缩杆(13)的伸缩端均连接箱体本体(1)内壁,多组伸缩杆(13)以箱体本体(1)的中轴线方向对称分布,多组伸缩杆(13)的固定端分别连接多组传动板(11);第一固定块(10)与多组传动板(11)中的其中一组远离伸缩杆(13)的一侧连接;第二固定块(12)与多组传动板(11)中的另外一组靠近伸缩杆(13)的一侧连接;第一固定块(10)与第二固定块(12)均与传动件(9)相互挤压;压板(5)与箱体本体(1)内壁滑动连接,压板(5)上设有供第一转轴(3)穿过的第一通孔;压板(5)通过连接板与多组传动板(11)连接,压板(5)与放置板(4)直接留用用于供压板(5)移动的间隙;
    箱体本体(1)上设有进水口;进水管(25)与进水口内壁连接;单向阀(15)连接进水管(25)内壁;箱体本体(1)上设有出料口,出料口处设有密封组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织染料的搅拌装置,其特征在于,密封组件包括挡板(16)、密封板(20)、转动轴(21)、第一限位块(22)、弹簧(23)和第二限位块(24);
    出料口内壁上设有第一凹槽;挡板(16)滑动连接第一凹槽内壁,挡板(16)远离第一凹槽的一端与出料口的内壁贴合,挡板(16)远离箱体本体(1)搅拌件(6)的一端设有把手(17);转动轴(21)转动连接箱体本体(1);密封板(20)与转动轴(21)连接,密封板(20)与箱体本体(1)滑动连接;第一限位块(22)连接箱体本体(1),第一限位块(22)与密封板(20)的一端相互挤压;箱体本体(1)上设有滑槽;第二限位块(24)滑动连接滑槽内壁,第二限位块(24)与密封板(20)的另一端周期性贴合;弹簧(23)的两端分别连接第二限位块(24)和滑槽内壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于纺织染料的搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括密封块(18)和磁铁(19);密封块(18)与挡板(16)靠近第一凹槽的一端连接,密封块(18)与第一凹槽内壁密封连接;磁铁(19)连接出料口内壁,磁铁(19)与挡板(16)磁性吸附连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织染料的搅拌装置,其特征在于,放置板(4)和压板(5)的投影形状均呈V形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织染料的搅拌装置,其特征在于,进料口处设有封闭组件。
