本实用新型提供了一种天丝纤维复合面料生产用裁剪设备,包括装置本体,装置本体顶部表面靠近边缘处水平安装有丝杆,丝杆一端通过联轴器与步进电 机输出端连接,丝杆表面螺旋连接有螺纹套,螺纹套一端垂直设置有连接杆,连接杆一端设置有固定槽,固定槽内部上下两端竖直安装有第一电动气缸,第一电动气缸一端设置有夹持板。
优选的,装置本体顶部一端竖直安装有第一竖板,且第一竖板表面对称安装有第一辅助滚轮,两个第一辅助滚轮之间安装有第一安装板,第一安装板一端设置有熨烫机构,熨烫机构内部安装有第二电动气缸,且第二电动气缸一端设置有熨烫板。

本实用新型中,在收卷辊6表面收集完成后,开始裁剪之前,工作人员通过控制面板8启动第一电动气缸16,之后第一电动气缸16带动一端的夹持板17对固定槽15内部的面料进行夹持固定,在固定完成后,工作人员再控制切割刀13对面料进行切割,在切割完成后,工作人员更换新的收集辊,然后启动步进电机10,使步进电机10带动丝杆9转动,之后在丝杆9的转动下通过螺纹套11和连接杆14带动固定槽15移动,从而使固定槽15带动面料端部穿过切割刀13下方移动到收卷辊6下方即可,最后工作人员再把面料端部缠绕在收卷辊6表面继续收卷即可,此方式操作简单,改变传统靠手动拉动的方式,大大提高设备的安全性能,通过设置第一辅助滚轮4、熨烫板18和第二电动气缸19的配合使用,便于提高对面料裁剪的精准度,在面料通过第一辅助滚轮4进入到两块熨烫板18之间时,工作人员通过控制面板8启动第二电动气缸19,然后第二电动气缸19带动熨烫板18与面料接触,从而使熨烫板18对传送的面料进行熨烫,提高面料的平整性,防止因面料褶皱,而出现裁剪不准确的情况出现。

需要说明的是,通过设置第一辅助滚轮4、熨烫板18和第二电动气缸19的配合使用,便于提高对面料裁剪的精准度,在面料通过第一辅助滚轮4进入到两块熨烫板18之间时,工作人员通过控制面板8启动第二电动气缸19,然后第二电动气缸19带动熨烫板18与面料接触,从而使熨烫板18对传送的面料进行熨烫,提高面料的平整性,防止因面料褶皱,而出现裁剪不准确的情况出现。
在一个可选的实施例中,装置本体1顶部表面位于第一竖板2一侧安装有切割台5,切割台5顶部表面竖直安装有驱动气缸12,驱动气缸12一端贯穿切割台5表面与切割刀13连接。
需要说明的是,通过驱动气缸12和切割刀13的配合使用,便于对面料的裁剪。

需要说明的是,通过设置两个丝杆9,便于通过固定槽15对面料两个端面进行固定,方便对面料的移动,而且步进电机10运行的速率与面料运行的速率相等。
在一个可选的实施例中,切割台5表面安装有控制面板8,且控制面板8一端通过电源线与第一电动气缸16、第二电动气缸19和步进电机10电性连接。

  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种天丝纤维复合面料生产用裁剪设备,其特征在于,切割台(5)表面安装有控制面板(8),且控制面板(8)一端通过电源线与第一电动气缸(16)、第二电动气缸(19)和步进电机(10)电性连接。
