Abstract
Description
本発明の一態様に係る移動装置は、本体フレームと、前記本体フレームに着脱可能に装着された前フレームと、を備え、前記本体フレームは、上下方向に開口した穴を有し、使用者が着座する座面と、前記座面の下方に配置され、後方に開口する台車と、を備え、前記前フレームは、前記本体フレームの上方かつ前方に配置され、前記座面に着座した前記使用者がもたれる前もたれ部を備える。
図1から図7に示すように、移動装置10は、本体フレーム20と、前フレーム40と、を備えている。移動装置10は、患者や要介護者の移動に際し、介護人や介助者(介護者)の身体的負担を低減するために用いられる。移動装置10は、主に、患者や要介護者(使用者U)をベッド100からトイレ200に移動させる場合に用いられることを想定しているが、単なる移動に用いてもよい。
本体フレーム20は、台車21と、第1連結部22と、座面23と、フットレスト24と、を備えている。
各第1部材28は、例えば、金属製のパイプによって形成すること等ができる。胴部29および腕部30は、1本のパイプが曲げられることで形成されていてもよい。胴部29を形成するパイプと腕部30を形成するパイプとが、異なるパイプであり、2つのパイプが溶接されることで第1部材28が形成されていてもよい。
なお第1連結部22は、図示しない調整機構を含んでいることが好ましい。調整機構は、座面23の高さを調整する。調整機構としては、例えば、胴部29に対して腕部30を昇降させる構成を採用することができる。この種の調整機構としては、例えば、胴部29に設けられロッドが上下方向Zに伸縮するシリンダなどを採用することができる。この場合、腕部30の上下方向Zにおける位置を、ベッド100の高さに応じて調整することができる。従って、移動装置10の汎用性が向上する。
フットレスト24は、座面23の前方かつ下方に配置されている。フットレスト24は、台車21の前方に位置している。フットレスト24には、座面23に着座した使用者Uの足が置かれる。フットレスト24は、第1連結部22に連結されている。
前フレーム40は、前もたれ部41と、第2連結部42と、を備えている。
前もたれ部41は、本体フレーム20の上方かつ前方に配置されている。前もたれ部41には、座面23に着座した使用者Uがもたれる。前もたれ部41には、使用者Uの腕が置かれる。前もたれ部41の表面は、使用者Uの快適性を考慮し、合成皮革等で覆うとともにクッション性を持たせてもよい。
前フレーム40は、取付け部31に取付けられている。取付け部31には、前フレーム40の第2連結部42が取り付けられる。本実施形態では、各取付け部31には、第2部材43の下端が取り付けられる。
以下、前フレーム40を上記のように回動自在とし、前フレーム40を回転させた状態を開状態、2つの取付け部31に2つの第2部材43がそれぞれ取付け(固定)されている状態を閉状態という。
以下、介護者が使用者Uを移動させる方法(手順)の一例を説明する。また、初期の段階では、使用者Uは、ベッド100に横たわっているものとする。
第2に、介護者は、使用者Uの位置をベッド100の片側(移動装置10を差し込む側とは逆側)に移動させる。
図10に示すように、第3に、介護者は、移動装置10を、移動装置10の後側からベッド100に差し込む。このとき、座面23は、ベッド100の上方に位置し、台車21が、ベッド100(寝台)の下方に位置する。さらにこのとき、座面23は、使用者Uの臀部近傍に位置する。なお座面上には、例えばベッド100のシーツなど、使用者Uを移動させるための布101が配置されていることが好ましい。

第7に、介護者は、使用者Uの上体を起こし、使用者Uの手を前もたれ部41の上側に接触するように配置する。

さらに、台車21は、本体フレーム20の下方に取付けられ、後方に開口し、平面視してU字状に形成され、かつ、座面23が穴を備えているため、患者や要介護者を、移動装置10に乗せたままトイレ200の便座の上に移動させ、そのまま患者や要介護者に用を足させることができる。
従って、患者や要介護者を、一度も持ち上げることなく、患者や要介護者にベッド100・トイレ200間を移動させることができ、介護人や介助者の身体的負担を低減できる。
このため、患者や要介護者の背中若しくは臀部とベッド100の間に座面23を差し込むように移動装置10を配置し、患者や要介護者の臀部部分を支点として、患者や要介護者を回転させることで、患者や要介護者を持ち上げることなく、容易に座面23に移動させ、着席させることができ、介護人や介助者の身体的負担を低減できる。
図18に示す第4変形例に係る移動装置(不図示)に採用される座面23Dのように、座面23Dが、前方及び後方のいずれにも開口せず上下方向Zにのみ開口したO字状であったりしてもよい。
これにより、使用者Uが、移動装置10Cの座面23に着座している状態において、前傾姿勢をとることが困難な場合等においても、使用者Uの背中を支持することができる。さらに、使用者Uを移動装置10Cに乗せる際には、背もたれ部51を取外した状態とすることができる。
これにより、使用者Uが、移動装置10Cの座面23に着座している状態において、体勢を崩した場合でも、使用者Uが移動装置10から落下することを防止することができる。さらに、使用者Uを移動装置10Cに乗せる際には、手すり部52を取外した状態とすることができる。
駆動装置53により、患者や要介護者を移動装置10Cに乗せて移送する際に、移動装置10Cを手動にて移動さることが不要となる。これにより、介護人や介助者の身体的負担を低減できる。
なお背もたれ部51、手すり部52、および移動装置10Cについては、これらのうちのいずれか1つのみ、または、2つのみが設けられていてもよい。

- 本体フレームと、
前記本体フレームに着脱可能に装着された前フレームと、を備え、
前記本体フレームは、
上下方向に開口した穴を有し、使用者が着座する座面と、
前記座面の下方に配置され、後方に開口する台車と、を備え、
前記前フレームは、
前記本体フレームの上方かつ前方に配置され、前記座面に着座した前記使用者がもたれる前もたれ部を備える、移動装置。 - 前記本体フレームは、左右に離れて配置された取付け部を有し、
前記前フレームは、前記取付け部に取付けられ、前記取付け部のうちの1つを支点として、上下方向を軸として回転するように開閉可能である、請求項1記載の移動装置。 - 前記座面は、前記本体フレームに対して着脱自在に設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の移動装置。
- 前記本体フレームは、前記座面の高さを調整する調整機構を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の移動装置。
- 前記座面の前方かつ下方に配置されたフットレストを更に有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の移動装置。
