Abstract
Description
例えば、特許文献1には、特定のジメチルポリシロキサン及びポリエチレングリコールを特定の割合で組合せるとともに、水溶性増粘剤、特定の界面活性剤、炭酸ガスを用いたエアゾール化粧料が、炭酸ガス(二酸化炭素)の揮散が抑制され、塗布後の肌は、べたつきがなく、なめらかさとやわらかさなどの使用感に優れることが記載されている。
(A)水溶性増粘剤、
(G)水
を含有し、pH7.1以上10以下である原液、並びに
(C)炭酸ガス
を含有するエアゾール化粧料であって、
噴射直後の化粧料のpHが6以上7.0以下であるエアゾール化粧料に関する。
本発明で用いる成分(A)のアニオン性高分子は、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであれば良く、例えば、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマー、カルボキシメチルセルロース、カラギーナン、キサンタンガム、ポリスチレンスルホネート、寒天、ガッチガム、カラヤガム、ペクチン、アルギネート塩、ヒアルロン酸又はそのアルカリ金属塩等が挙げられる。
これらのうち、泡沫の衝突を抑制し、炭酸ガスを保持する観点から、アクリル酸系ポリマーが好ましく、アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマーがより好ましく、(アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマー及びカルボキシビニルポリマーから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むのがさらに好ましい。
ここで、(アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマーとは、C10-30アルキルアクリル酸とアクリル酸、メタクリル酸又はこれらの低級アルキルエステルとの共重合体であって、ショ糖のアリルエーテル又はペンタエリスリトールのアリルエーテルで架橋したものであり、ペムレンTR-1、ペムレンTR-2、カーボポールETD2020、カーボポール1342、カーボポール1382(以上、Lubrizol Advanced Materials社)等の市販品を用いることができる。
また、アニオン性高分子以外の水溶性増粘剤としては、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであれば良く、例えば、デキストリン、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール等が挙げられる。
成分(B)の塩基としては、例えば、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム等のアルカリ金属塩の水酸化物;水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム等のアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物;2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等のアルカノールアミン、L-アルギニン、リジン、オルニチン等の塩基性アミノ酸;アンモニア水、水酸化アンモニウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、リン酸一水素カリウム、リン酸一水素ナトリウム等が挙げられる。
成分(B)としては、エアゾール化粧料の原液を特定のpHにすることにより、炭酸イオンとしての溶解能が向上し、噴射後の炭酸ガスの濃度が向上、かつ、揮散が抑制される観点から、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、リン酸一水素カリウム及びリン酸一水素ナトリウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むのが好ましい。
25℃で液状の油成分としては、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであれば制限されず、例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサン、ジメチルシクロポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、高級アルコール変性オルガノポリシロキサン等のシリコーン油;パラフィン、スクワラン、スクワレン等の炭化水素類;ツバキ油、ホホバ油、オリーブ油、マカデミアナッツ油、アボガド油、オリーブ油等のトリグリセリドを主体とする天然動植物油;グリセリンモノステアリン酸エステル、グリセリンジステアリン酸エステル、グリセリンモノオレイン酸エステル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸ブチル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、フタル酸ジエチル、乳酸ミリスチル、ミリスチン酸セチル、乳酸セチル、2-エチルヘキサン酸セチル、パルミチン酸-2-エチルヘキシル、ミリスチン酸-2-オクチルドデシル、オレイン酸-2-オクチルドデシル、トリイソステアリン酸グリセロール、ジ-パラメトキシケイヒ酸-モノ-2-エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、モノイソステアリン酸モノミリスチン酸グリセリル、安息香酸アルキル(炭素数12~15のアルキル基)等のモノエステル油;アジピン酸ジイソプロピル、アジピン酸ジイソブチル、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、トリ(カプリル・カプリン酸)グリセリル、トリカプリン酸グリセリン、ジ-2-エチルヘキサン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、ジ(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)プロパンジオール、1-イソステアロイル-3-ミリストイルグリセロール、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(コレステリル・オクチルドデシル)等のジエステル油;アルキル-1,3-ジメチルブチルエーテル、ジカプリリルエーテル等のエーテル油;ユーカリ油、ハッカ油等の精油などが挙げられる。
液状シリコーン油としては、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであればいずれでも良いが、25℃粘度が6~5000mPa・sのジメチルポリシロキサンを含むのが好ましい。ジメチルポリシロキサンは、炭酸ガスの揮散を抑制して皮膚へ作用を高める観点から、25℃粘度が10mPa・s以上が好ましく、塗布後のべたつきの観点から、1000mPa・s以下が好ましく、500mPa・s以下がより好ましい。また、25℃粘度10~1000mPa・sが好ましく、25℃粘度10~500mPa・sがより好ましい。
ここで、粘度は、BM粘度計(東機産業社製)を用いて、粘度が10000mPa・s以下の場合はローターNo.3、12rpm、1分で測定し、粘度が10000mPa・sを超えた場合は、ローターNo.4、12rpm、1分で測定した値である。
2価のアルコールとしては、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール(数平均分子量10000未満)、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、プロパンジオール、1,3-ブチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール等が挙げられる。3価のアルコールとしては、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ポリグリセリン等が挙げられる。また、ポリオキシブチレンポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリセリルエーテル(3B.O.)(8E.O.)(5P.O.)(日油社製、ウィルブライド S-753)が挙げられる。これらのうち、ポリエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオールから選ばれる1種又は2種以上含むのが好ましい。
界面活性剤としては、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであればいずれでも良く、非イオン界面活性剤、アニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤等が挙げられる。
非イオン界面活性剤としては、HLB2~20のものを1種又は2種以上を含むことが好ましく、HLB2~10、又はHLB12~18のものを単独または組み合わせて用いることが好ましい。
ここで、HLB(親水性-親油性のバランス〈Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance〉)は、界面活性剤の全分子量に占める親水基部分の分子量を示すものであり、非イオン界面活性剤については、グリフィン(Griffin)の式により求められるものである。
これらのうち、炭酸ガスの噴射時の泡立ち性の観点から、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油が好ましい。
本発明において、非イオン界面活性剤としては、HLB12~18のポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油から選ばれる1種以上と、HLB2~10のポリオキシアルキレン変性シリコーンを組み合わせて用いることが、炭酸ガスの噴射時の泡立ち、泡の均一性及び泡のぬれやすさの観点からより好ましい
アニオン界面活性を含む場合、原液中の含有量は、0.01~1質量%であるのが好ましく、0.05~0.7質量%がより好ましい。
ここで、粘度は、BM粘度計(東機産業社製)を用いて、ローターNo.3、12rpm、1分で測定し、粘度が10000mPa・sを超えた場合は、ローターNo.4、12rpm、1分で測定した値である。
本発明において、原液のpHは、25℃にて、HORIBA社製 pH/ION-METER F-72により測定される。
原液と炭酸ガスの質量割合は、炭酸ガスの泡発生に優れ、適用後の肌を均一に赤く、明るい肌に改善する観点から、好ましくは94:6~99.5:0.5、より好ましくは95:5~99:1、さらに好ましくは96.5:3.5~98.5:1.5である。
本発明においては、炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含まないか、又は、炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含む場合、炭酸ガスと噴射剤との合計量に対する炭酸ガスの含有量が、85質量%以上であるのが好ましい。
本発明において、噴射直後の化粧料のpHは、ガラス容器に、エアゾール容器から噴射しながら化粧料を充填し、25℃にて、HORIBA社製 pH/ION-METER F-72を用いて測定される。エアゾール容器から噴射した後、直ちに測定を行い、1分後の測定値を用いる。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、皮膚へ塗布し、一定時間放置、肌になじませる、拭き取る、又は、洗い流すなど、使用場面に応じて使用することができる。
工程1:(A)アニオン性高分子、(G)水、及び(B)塩基を含む水相成分を、50℃以上に加熱してディスパーで分散した。
工程2:工程1で得られた水相に、(D)油剤、(F)界面活性剤を含む油相成分を添加し、ディスパーで分散後、ホモミキサーで攪拌した。
工程3:工程2で得られた液を15~30℃に冷却後、必要に応じて、香料などのその他成分を加え、攪拌した後、原液を得た。
工程4:工程3で得られた原液を耐圧容器に充填し、密封した後、成分(C)を加圧することにより充填する。

<6>成分(B)が、好ましくは、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、リン酸一水素カリウム及びリン酸一水素ナトリウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、前記<5>記載のエアゾール化粧料。
<7>成分(B)の含有量が、原液中に、好ましくは、0.1質量%以上であって、0.15質量%以上がより好ましく、0.17質量%以上がさらに好ましく、0.2質量%以上がよりさらに好ましく、2質量%以下が好ましく、1.5質量%以下がより好ましく、1質量%以下がさらに好ましく0.8質量%以下がよりさらに好ましい、前記<5>又は<6>記載のエアゾール化粧料。

<26>噴射直後の化粧料のpHが、好ましくは、pH6~6.9であって、pH6.1~6.8がより好ましい、前記<1>~<25>のいずれか1記載のエアゾール化粧料。
<27>皮膚化粧料である、前記<1>~<26>のいずれか1記載のエアゾール化粧料。
(A)アクリル酸系ポリマーから選ばれるアニオン性高分子 0.1~7質量%、
(B)水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、リン酸一水素カリウム及びリン酸一水素ナトリウムから選ばれる塩基 0.1~2質量%、
(G)水
を含有し、pH7.1以上10以下である原液、並びに
(C)炭酸ガス
を含有するエアゾール化粧料であって、
噴射直後の化粧料のpHが6以上7.0以下であるエアゾール化粧料。
(A)アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー及びカルボキシビニルポリマーから選ばれるアニオン性高分子 0.15~2質量%、
(B)水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、リン酸一水素カリウム及びリン酸一水素ナトリウムから選ばれる塩基 0.15~1.5質量%、
(G)水
を含有し、pH7.1以上9.5以下である原液、並びに
(C)炭酸ガス
を含有するエアゾール化粧料であって、
噴射直後の化粧料のpHが6以上7.0以下であるエアゾール化粧料。
表1及び表2に示す組成のエアゾール化粧料を製造し、25℃における原液の粘度及びpH、並びに、噴射直後の化粧料のpHを測定した。
また、炭酸ガス揮散性、肌に塗布した直後及び3分後の肌色(測色値、目視)を評価した。
これらの結果を、表1及び表2に併せて示す。
工程1:(A)水溶性増粘剤、(G)水、(B)塩基、及びポリエチレングリコールを含む水相成分を、58~68℃に加熱してディスパーで分散した。
工程2:工程1で得られた水相に、(D)油剤、ジプロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、(F)界面活性剤を含む油相成分を添加し、ディスパーで分散後、ホモミキサーで攪拌した。
工程3:工程2で得られた液を15~30℃に冷却し、香料を加え、攪拌後、原液を得た。
工程4:工程3で得られた原液を耐圧容器に充填し、密封した後、成分(C)を加圧することにより充填して、エアゾール化粧料を得た。原液97.6質量部に対し、炭酸ガスは2.4質量部配合した。(原液:炭酸ガス=97.6:2.4)
(1)原液粘度:
原液を50mLガラス容器に50g充填し、BM粘度計(東機産業社製)(ローターNO3、12rpm、1分)により測定した。
原液を50mLのガラス容器に50g充填し、25℃にてHORIBA社製 pH/ION-METER F-72を用いて測定した。
20mLのガラス容器に、エアゾール容器から噴射しながら化粧料を充填し、25℃にてHORIBA社製 pH/ION-METER F-72を用いて測定した。エアゾール容器から噴射した後、直ちに測定を行い、1分後の測定値を用いた。
(4-1)炭酸ガス揮散速度:
図1に示すように、各エアゾール化粧料を円筒状のガラス容器(体積19cm3)に約1gf噴射した後、炭酸ガス電極CE-2041(東亜ディーケーケー社製)を化粧料に触れないように挿入し、ガラス容器を密閉した状態で、直ちに炭酸ガス濃度を測定した。測定装置(炭酸イオン濃度計)は、ION/pH METER IM-32Pである。
噴射直後から直ちに測定を開始し、測定開始1分~5分の4分間の炭酸ガス濃度の変化量について1分間当たりの変化量を算出し、炭酸ガスの揮散速度(ppm/分)とした。
(4-1)と同様にして、測定開始10分後及び20分後の炭酸ガス濃度を測定した。
前腕内側部に、カップシェイク(直径3.4cm)を装着し、エアゾール容器から、直接噴射して、化粧料0.5gをカップシェイクに入れ、スパーテルで、できるだけ平らに伸ばして塗布する。塗布後2分間保持し、その後、ティッシュペーパーでふき取った。
化粧料塗布前後の肌について、測色計CM2600d(コニカミノルタ社製)を用いて、a値、L値を測定する。測定は、1つの部位で繰り返し3回実施し、化粧料除去直後及び3分後に測定した。
測定したa値、L値を用い、3回の平均値を算出する。塗布前との差Δa値、ΔL値を算出した。
上記測色値の測定時に、肌の赤み及び肌の明るさを、下記の基準で目視により評価し、3回の平均値を求めた。
2;とても赤い/とても明るい。
1.5;とても赤いと赤いの間/とても明るいと明るいの間。
1;赤い/明るい。
0.5;やや赤い/やや明るい。
0;塗布前と同じ。
実施例1~11と同様にして、表3及び表4に示す組成のエアゾール化粧料を製造し、25℃における原液の粘度及びpH、並びに、噴射直後の化粧料のpHを測定した。結果を表3及び表4に併せて示す。
実施例12~17の化粧料はいずれも、容器から噴射した化粧料からの炭酸ガスの揮散が抑制され、炭酸ガス濃度が高く、適用後の肌を均一に赤く、明るい肌に改善することができる。
実施例4及び比較例1のエアゾール化粧料について、噴射直後及び20分後の化粧料の炭酸濃度を測定した。結果を図3及び図4に示す。
図2に示すように、スクリュー管に、精製水30gを精密に測り取り、48%KOH水溶液を2滴加える。48%KOHの量は正確に記録する。そこに、エアゾール容器より、直接、スクリュー管に噴射して化粧料を約1.0g精密に測り取って入れ、5分間スターラーで攪拌する。その後、20%クエン酸を精密に2.5g測り入れ、直ちに、イオン濃度計にて、炭酸濃度を測定した。
サンプルの水溶液はスターラーで攪拌しながら測定を実施した。
イオン濃度計の測定結果を用い、下記式より、化粧料中に含まれる炭酸濃度を算出した。
化粧料中の炭酸濃度(ppm)=測定値(ppm)×{化粧料の重量(g)/(化粧料の重量(g)+水の重量(g)+48%KOHの重量(g)+20%クエン酸の重量(g)}
実施例4及び比較例1のエアゾール化粧料について、肌に塗布したときの肌の赤み及び肌の明るさ(測色値、目視)を評価した。結果を図5~図8に示す。
前腕内側部に、カップシェイク(直径3.4cm)を装着し、その中に、エアゾール容器から、直接噴射して、化粧料0.5gを入れ、スパーテルで、できるだけ平らに伸ばして塗布する。塗布後2分間保持し、その後、ティッシュペーパーでふき取った。
(i)測色値;
化粧料塗布前後の肌について、測色計CM2600d(コニカミノルタ社製)を用いて、a値、L値を測定する。測定は、1つの部位で繰り返し3回実施し、化粧料除去後は、除去直後~5分後まで1分間おきに測定した。
測定したa値、L値を用い、3回の平均値を算出する。塗布前との差Δa値、ΔL値を算出した。
上記測色値の測定時に、肌の赤み及び肌の明るさを、下記の基準で目視により評価し、3回の平均値を求めた。
2;とても赤い/とても明るい。
1.5;とても赤いと赤いの間/とても明るいと明るいの間。
1;赤い/明るい。
0.5;やや赤い/やや明るい。
0;塗布前と同じ。
Claims (13)
- 次の成分(A)及び(G):
(A)水溶性増粘剤、
(G)水
を含有し、pH7.1以上10以下である原液、並びに
(C)炭酸ガス
を含有するエアゾール化粧料であって、
噴射直後の化粧料のpHが6以上7.0以下であるエアゾール化粧料。 - 成分(A)が、アニオン性高分子を含む、請求項1記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 成分(A)が、(アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマー及びカルボキシビニルポリマーから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項2記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 成分(A)を、原液中に0.1~3質量%含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 原液が、さらに、(B)塩基を含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 前記成分(B)が、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、リン酸一水素カリウム及びリン酸一水素ナトリウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項5記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 成分(B)を、原液中に0.1~2質量%含有する、請求項5又は6記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 原液が、さらに、(D)25℃で液状の油成分を含有する請求項1~7のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 原液が、さらに、(E)多価アルコールを含有する請求項1~8のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 原液が、さらに、(F)界面活性剤を含有する請求項1~9のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 原液が、25℃の粘度が、1000~10000mPa・sである請求項1~10のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 原液/炭酸ガスの質量割合が、94:6~99.5:0.5である請求項1~11のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
- 炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含まないか、又は、炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含む場合、炭酸ガスと噴射剤との合計量に対する炭酸ガスの含有量が、85質量%以上である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項記載のエアゾール化粧料。
