随着社会发展以及人们的生活水平不断提高,空调已成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的电气设备之一。现有的壁挂式家用空调器室内机的面板,在空调器运行过程中处于关闭状态且是固定不动的,空气通过进风口与蒸发器接触进行换热,然后从出风口吹出,进而使室内温度达到预设温度。
现有技术中,出风口的风容易直接进入进风口,使得空调出风没有进行充分的室内大循环,造成能源浪费,且存在进风口的面积有限,进风量较低的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种空调面板组件、空调室内机及空调器,用以解决现有技术中进风口面积有限,进风量较低的问题。
本申请提供一种空调面板组件,包括面板本体和开合面板,所述面板本体上设有开口,所述开合面板匹配设于所述面板本体的开口处,所述开合面板的第一侧转动连接于所述开口的第一侧,所述开合面板用于在空调运行时呈向外打开状。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,还包括传动组件,所述传动组件包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴的第一端连接于所述开合面板的第一侧,所述第一转轴的第二端转动连接于所述面板本体。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,所述传动组件还包括连接座,所述连接座的一侧连接于所述开合面板的第一侧,所述第一转轴的第一端连接于所述连接座的另一侧。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,所述连接座为中空结构且一侧为开口状,所述连接座的内部设有加强板。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,所述面板本体连接有支撑座,所述支撑座套设于所述第一转轴,用于支撑所述开合面板。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,还包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机和第二转轴,所述第二转轴的第一端连接于所述驱动电机,所述第二转轴的第二端与所述第一转轴的第二端传动连接。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,所述第一转轴的第二端可拆卸连接有第一齿轮,所述第二转轴的第二端可拆卸连接有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合连接。
根据本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,所述面板本体的开口贯穿所述面板本体的顶边,所述开口用于与空调室内机顶部的进风口相接。
本申请还提供一种空调室内机,包括上述任一所述的空调面板组件,还包括罩壳,所述罩壳与所述面板本体匹配可拆卸连接。
本申请还提供一种空调器,包括上述所述的空调室内机。
本申请提供的一种空调面板、空调室内机及空调器,通过在面板本体上设置开口,开合面板匹配设于面板本体的开口处,并且开合面板的第一侧转动连接于开口的第一侧,进而实现开合面板在空调运行的过程中向外转动一定角度,使进风还可以通过面板本体的开口进入到空调的内部,从而增大空调的进风面积,增大进风量。

下面结合图1至图9描述本申请提供的一种空调面板组件、空调室内机及空调器。
参考图1至图4,一种空调面板组件,包括面板本体1和开合面板3,面板本体1上设有开口2,开合面板3匹配设于面板本体1的开口2处,开合面板3的第一侧转动连接于开口2的第一侧,开合面板3用于在空调运行时呈向外打开状。
现有技术中,壁挂式空调的面板一般为整体式,在正常使用过程中,面板是扣合在空调本体上,不可活动的。本申请通过提供一种可活动式面板,在空调运行的过程中面板打开,可以增大空调器的进风面积,进而增大进风量。
本申请提供的一种空调面板组件,包括面板本体1和开合面板3,参考图1和图3,面板本体1设于空调室内机的出风口和进风口7之间,面板本体1上设有一定尺寸的开口2,开合面板3匹配设于面板本体1的开口2处,也就是说,开合面板3的尺寸和面板本体1的开口2的长度、高度以及厚度是匹配的,其中开口2的长度方向与空调的长度方向一致,开口2的高度方向与空调的高度方向一致,开合面板3的厚度与面板本体1的厚度一致。即开合面板3可正好嵌在面板本体1的开口中,使得面板本体1形成封闭板。
进一步地,开合面板3的第一侧转动连接于开口2的第一侧,使开合面板3可以绕着开口2的第一侧向外转动。具体的,开合面板3的第一侧可为开合面板3的底边;开口2的第一侧同样为开口2的底侧。开合面板3主要是用于空调运行过程中,开合面板3绕第一侧向外转动一定的角度,使开合面板3与面板本体1之间形成一定的角度,如图1和图3所示,空气不仅可以通过空调室内机的进风口7进入到空调内部,也可以通过面板本体1的开口2进入到空调内部,进而增大了进风量,提高循环空气量,有利于增大风量。
参考图1,空调室内机在运行的过程中,开合面板3绕开口2的第一侧转动一定角度,空气可以从开合面板3与面板本体1之间的开口2进入到空调的内部,增大了空气的进入量,还可实现空气的提前预热或预冷,从而提高能量的利用率,更加节能环保。另外,空调在运行过程中,位于 空调的进风口下方的出风口将空调内部的风吹出,开合面板3向外转动一定的角度,可以阻止出风口的风向上继续运动直接从空调室内机的进风口7再次进入到空调内部,向外打开的开合面板3可起到将出风向远离进风口方向导流的作用,使出风口的风可以在室内进行充分的大循环,避免能源浪费。
参考图2,空调室内机在开合面板关闭状态时,开合面板3回到面板本体的开口2处,处于闭合状态,可以防止灰尘或者其他物质进入到空调的内部,避免污染空调的内部部件。
本申请通过在面板本体上设置开口,开合面板匹配设于面板本体的开口处,并且开合面板的第一侧转动连接于开口的第一侧,进而实现开合面板在空调运行的过程中向外转动一定角度,使进风还可以通过面板本体的开口进入到空调的内部,从而增大空调的进风面积,增大进风量。
在上述实施例的基础上,参考图5和图6,空调面板组件还包括传动组件4,传动组件4包括第一转轴41,第一转轴41的第一端连接于开合面板3的第一侧,第一转轴41的第二端转动连接于面板本体1,其中第一转轴41的长度方向与开口2的长度方向一致,使开合面板3可以绕第一转轴41向外转动。
在一个优选实施例中,第一转轴41的第一端与开合面板3一体成型,第一转轴41的第二端转动连接于面板本体1,使开合面板3可以绕第一转轴41向外转动。
本实施例中,关于第一转轴41与开合面板3的连接不做具体限定,也可以是第一转轴41的第一端与开合面板3为独立部件固定连接起来,保证开合面板3在向外转动的过程中,开合面板3和第一转轴41的第一端不会脱离即可。
另外,本实施例中关于第一转轴41的第一端与开合面板3的连接位置不做具体限定,可以是开合面板3的第一侧的端部,也可以是开合面板3第一侧的两端之间的任意位置。
基于上述实施例,参考图6和图7,传动组件4还包括连接座42,连接座42的一侧连接于开合面板3的第一侧,第一转轴41的第一端连接于连接座42的另一侧。具体的,连接座42的一个侧面连接于开合面板3的 第一侧,第一转轴41的第一端连接于连接座42的另一个侧面,使开合面板、连接座42和转轴的第一端连接为一个整体,第一转轴41转动可以带动开合面板3绕第一转轴41向外转动。且设置连接座使得第一转轴和开合面板之间存在间距,可便于第一转轴第二端与面板本体的连接,便于实现开合面板的转动。
在一个优选实施例中,开合面板3、连接座42以及第一转轴41是一体成型件。本实施例中,关于开合面板3与连接座42之间的连接和连接座42与第一转轴41的第一端之间的连接不做具体限定,保证开合面板3向外转动过程中开合面板3与连接座42之间以及连接座42与第一转轴41的第一端之间不会分离影响开合面板向外转动即可。
基于上述实施例,连接座42为中空结构且一侧为开口状,连接座42的内部设有加强板421。参考图7,具体的,连接座42为中空结构,可以减轻连接座42的自身重量,有助于第一转轴41带动开合面板3向外转动。另外,连接座42的侧面连接于开合面板3的第一侧,第一转轴41的第一端与连接座42的底面连接,连接座42的一侧为开口2状。进一步地,连接座42的内部设有加强板421,可以增加开合面板3与第一转轴41之间的连接强度,避免开合面板3在转动的过程中与第一转轴41分离。本实施例中关于加强板421的设置位置以及加强板421的数量不做具体限定,可以满足第一转轴41与开合面板3的连接强度要求即可。
本实施例中,关于连接座42的结构、连接座与开合面板的连接位置以及开合面板与第一转轴的第一端的连接位置不做具体限定,可以使第一转轴41与开合面板3通过连接座42稳定连接即可。
在上述实施例的基础上,参考图6,面板本体1连接有支撑座5,支撑座5套设于第一转轴41,用于支撑开合面板3。在一个实施例中,连接座42是由三个连接板组合而成,相邻两个连接板之间平滑过渡连接,连接座42设有筒状结构,筒状结构套设于第一转轴41,主要是为了支撑连接于第一转轴41第一端的开合面板3,防止开合面板3在向外转动的过程中晃动。
本实施例中,关于支撑座5的结构不做具体限定,可以支撑第一转轴41且可以使第一转轴41在支撑座中转动即可。
基于上述实施例,面板组件还包括驱动组件6,驱动组件6的一端连接于空调的侧壁内部,第一转轴41的第二端连接于驱动组件6,用于提供驱动力,带动第一转轴41转动,进而带动开合面板3绕第一转轴41向外转动一定角度或者转动关闭。
进一步地,参考图8,驱动组件6包括驱动电机61和第二转轴62,第二转轴62的第一端连接于驱动电机61,第二转轴62的第二端与第一转轴41的第二端传动连接。具体的,驱动电机61的一端固定连接于空调的侧壁内部,驱动电机61的另一端与第二转轴62的第一端连接,驱动电机61启动,第二转轴62可以随着驱动电机61的转动而转动;第二转轴62的第二端与第一转轴41的第二端传动连接,可以带动第一转轴41转动,进而带动开合面板3绕第一转轴41向外转动。
进一步地,第一转轴41的第二端可拆卸连接有第一齿轮43,其中,第一转轴41的第二端为D型,第一齿轮43的内部对应设置D型结构,使第一转轴41的第二端与第一齿轮43可以匹配一体转动连接,而且可拆卸。这种结构简单,拆装方便。另外,第二转轴62的第二端可拆卸连接有第二齿轮44。第二转轴62的第二端与第二齿轮44的连接结构可以与第一转轴41第二端与第一齿轮43的连接结构相同,也可以不同,不做具体限定,保证驱动电机61转动过程中,第二齿轮44与第二转轴62的第二端能够一体转动且不会发生脱落即可。
进一步地,第一齿轮43和第二齿轮44啮合连接,具体的,第一齿轮43与第二齿轮44之间是通过外齿啮合传动,第一齿轮43的转动方向与第二齿轮44的转动方向相反,有助于将驱动电机61提供的驱动力传递到第一转轴41,进而带动开合面板3绕第一转轴41向外转动。
本实施例中,关于第一齿轮43和第二齿轮44的啮合连接不做具体限定,可以是外齿啮合,也可以是内齿啮合,保证驱动电机61的驱动力可以通过第二转轴62带动第一转轴41向外转动即可。
在一个实施例中,第一转轴41的第二端通过联轴器与第二转轴62的第二端连接,驱动电机转动,第二转轴62和第一转轴41转动,从而带动开合面板3绕第一转轴41向外转动。本实施例中关于第一转轴41与第二转轴62的连接不做具体限定,保证在驱动力的作用下,可以带动第一转 轴41转动进而带动开合面板3向外转动即可。
进一步地,可在开合面板3第一侧的两端分别连接设置传动组件4。即设有两个传动组件4,具体的,开合面板3的第一侧的两端分别连接第一转轴41的第一端,两个第一转轴41的第二端分别对应转动连接于面板本体1。此时,可在开合面板的第一侧至少一端连接设置驱动组件6。即可在开合面板第一侧的一端设置驱动组件6,来驱动开合面板自动转动;也可在开合面板第一侧的两端均设置驱动组件,来驱动开合面板自动转动。
在其他实施例中,也可在开合面板的第一侧连接设置一个传动组件;即设有一个传动组件来带动开合面板转动。具体的,传动组件的第一转轴的第一端可连接在开合面板第一侧的中间部位,以更好的带动开合面板转动。此时,传动组件连接有驱动组件,以驱动开合面板自动转动。
在一个优选实施例中,面板本体1的开口2贯穿面板本体1的顶边,开口2用于与空调室内机顶部的进风口7相接。具体的,空调室内机的进风口7设置在空调室内机的顶部,空调室内机的出风口设置在底部位于进风口7的下方,面板本体1设于空调室内机的进风口7与出风口之间,面板本体1的开口2呈U型,也就是说面板本体1的开口2贯穿面板本体1的顶边,且与空调室内机的进风口7是直接连接的。这种结构简单,在空调打开状态时,开合面板3绕第一转轴41向外转动一定的角度打开开口,增大了空调室内机的进风面积,且使面板本体1的开口2与空调室内机的进风口7相连通,二者连通形成一个大的进风口,相比两个间隔独立的小出风口,更有利于室内机的进风。
本实施例中,关于面板本体的开口2大小不做具体限定,可以根据用户需求设定。另外,开口2在面板本体1的位置不做具体限定,可以是面板上的任意位置。
本申请基于现有技术中面板是整体式的,空调运行过程中,面板扣合在空调上,不可活动,空调室内机进风口7的面积有限,进风量较小。为解决此问题,本申请实施例通过在面板本体1上设置开口2,开合面板3匹配设于面板的开口2处,并且开合面板3的第一侧转动连接于开口2的第一侧,进而实现开合面板3在空调运行的过程中向外转动一定角度,空调启动时,不仅可以通过空调的进风口7进风,也可以通过开合面板3与 出风口之间的间隙进风,增大了进风面积,进而增大了进风量。同时更多的空气也可以与空调室内机的蒸发器接触,实现周围空气的预热或预冷。
进一步地,开合面板3的第一侧连接有传动组件4,传动组件4连接于设于空调侧壁内部的驱动组件6,在驱动组件6的驱动力下带动传动组件4转动,进而可以带动开合面板3向外转动一定的角度。空调打开,开合面板3打开,进风口7的面积增大,进而增大了进风量;空调关闭,开合面板3关闭,可以阻止灰尘或者其他物质进入空调内部。
本申请还提供一种空调室内机,包括上述任一的空调面板组件,还包括罩壳8,罩壳8与面板本体1匹配可拆卸连接。参考图1和图9,罩壳8的顶部设有进风口7,罩壳8的下方设有出风口,面板本体1设于出风口与进风口7之间。面板本体1朝向室内机内部的一侧设有多个凹槽,罩壳8对应面板本体1的凹槽处设有凸台,使面板本体1与罩壳8匹配定位安装。
另外,开合面板的第二侧与开口的第二侧之间设有匹配的卡扣结构。具体的,罩壳8本体对应开口2的顶边位置设有卡扣,开合面板3对应卡扣设有卡接件,两者匹配连接,关闭空调时开合面板与罩壳贴合。进风口可设置进风格栅,也可在进风格栅靠近开口的一侧设置卡扣,用于与开合面板的第二侧可拆卸连接。
开合面板的第二侧与罩壳之间设置连接结构,有利于提高开合面板关闭状态的封闭性和可靠性。本实施例中,关于开合面板3的顶边与罩壳8的具体连接结构不做限定,确保空调开启开合面板打开时,开合面板3的顶边可以脱离罩壳8向外转动即可。
进一步地,空调室内机还包括蒸发器、风扇组件、骨架,骨架与罩壳8匹配连接,用于支撑放置空调室内机内部的部件,蒸发器和风扇组件设于空调室内机的内部。空调启动,开合面板3转动一定的角度,空气通过空调进风口7和面板本体1上的开口2进入空调室内机的内部与蒸发器接触,风扇组件将换热后的风从出风口吹出,开合面板3的打开可以避免出风口的风再次进入进风口7,使其在室内进行大循环,避免能源的浪费,实现节能环保。
本申请还提供一种空调器,包括上述空调室内机,还包括空调室外机, 空调室外机和空调室内机之间连接形成冷媒回路。进一步地,该空调器可以壁挂式空调器。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调面板组件,其特征在于,包括面板本体和开合面板,所述面板本体上设有开口,所述开合面板匹配设于所述面板本体的开口处,所述开合面板的第一侧转动连接于所述开口的第一侧,所述开合面板用于在空调运行时呈向外打开状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,还包括传动组件,所述传动组件包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴的第一端连接于所述开合面板的第一侧,所述第一转轴的第二端转动连接于所述面板本体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括连接座,所述连接座的一侧连接于所述开合面板的第一侧,所述第一转轴的第一端连接于所述连接座的另一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,所述连接座为中空结构且一侧为开口状,所述连接座的内部设有加强板。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,所述面板本体连接有支撑座,所述支撑座套设于所述第一转轴,用于支撑所述开合面板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,还包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机和第二转轴,所述第二转轴的第一端连接于所述驱动电机,所述第二转轴的第二端与所述第一转轴的第二端传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,所述第一转轴的第二端可拆卸连接有第一齿轮,所述第二转轴的第二端可拆卸连接有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的空调面板组件,其特征在于,所述面板本体的开口贯穿所述面板本体的顶边,所述开口用于与空调室内机顶部的进风口相接。
  9. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1至8任一所述的空调面板组件,还包括罩壳,所述罩壳与所述面板本体匹配可拆卸连接。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求9所述的空调室内机。
