技术领域
本公开涉及智能家居技术领域,尤其涉及一种集尘桩、清洁机器人及清洁系统。
背景技术
相关技术中的清洁机器人,在清洁过程中会将地面灰尘收集到位于其内部的尘盒内。
在使用一定时间后,需要打开清洁机器人,以将尘盒内的灰尘倒掉,此操作及其不便,且会出现清理不及时的问题。
而现有的集尘桩,或者风路结构比较复杂,容易发生灰尘在风路内的积压,使集尘效果随着时间推移而降低;或者无法实现用户对耗材的自主选择。
发明内容
本公开提供一种集尘桩、清洁机器人及清洁系统,以用于收集清洁机器人内的灰尘。
根据本公开的第一个方面,提供了一种集尘桩,用于收集清洁机器人的尘盒内的灰尘,包括:
本体,本体包括进尘通道,进尘通道具有进尘口,进尘口用于与尘盒相连通,以使得尘盒内的灰尘能够通过进尘口进入到进尘通道内;
尘桶,尘桶可拆卸地设置在本体上,尘桶包括进尘端和气流出口端,进尘端与进尘通道相连通;气旋分离器,所述气旋分离器设置在尘桶内,所述气旋分离器包括一级分离气旋和二级分离气旋,所述一级分离气旋的轴线与二级分离气旋的轴线近似平行设置;风机组件,风机组件设置在本体上,风机组件的进气口与气流出口端相连通。
在本公开的一个实施例中,一级分离气旋的轴线与二级分离气旋的轴线重合设置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,一级分离气旋的轴线和二级分离气旋的轴线分别与风机组件的轴心近似平行设置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,本体包括:
底座,进尘通道设置于底座内;
安装主体,安装主体与底座相连接,安装主体内设置有进气导管,进气导管连通进尘通道和进尘端;
其中,尘桶和风机组件均设置在安装主体上。

在本公开的一个实施例中,清洁模组包括滚刷罩,滚刷罩通过升降机构与集尘桩的进尘口相连通。
在本公开的一个实施例中,清洁模组包括滚刷,滚刷于所述清洁机器人在操作面上执行清洁指令时转动;
清洁机器人与集尘桩连接后,集尘桩的风机组件启动时,滚刷同时或延后一段时间启动,并且此时滚刷的转动方向与在操作面上自动移动时滚刷的转动方向相反。

根据本公开的第八个方面,提供了一种清洁系统,包括上述的集尘桩和清洁机器人。
本实施例中的集尘桩在清洁机器人移动到位后,通过风机组件运行能够将尘盒内的灰尘吸入到尘桶内进行收集,最终由风机组件排出气流,以此实现将清洁机器人的尘盒内的灰尘回收到尘桶内,整个灰尘清理过程均可以实现自动化处理。本实施例中的尘桶中的旋风分离器,一级分离气旋和二级分离气旋的轴线采用近似平行的设计,减少了尘桶中风路的复杂程度,从而减小了当尘桶内已收集的灰尘增多时发生灰尘积压的风险,增强了旋风分离器整体的集尘效果。
并且集尘桩的尘桶可以采用无耗材的气旋桶,或者是采用耗材便于用户收集垃圾的尘袋桶,可替换的尘桶方案满足了用户多样化的使用需求。
清洁机器人上的升降装置,更好的实现了清洁机器人与集尘桩的密封,从而提升了集尘桩的集尘效果;另一方面,通过滚刷的反向旋转,可以更好的将清洁机器人的尘盒中的 灰尘导出,从而进一步加强集尘桩的集尘效果。

如图1至图36所示,本公开实施例的清洁系统包括集尘桩2和清洁机器人1。
在本公开实施例所提供的技术方案中,清洁机器人包括机器人本体。机器人本体可以是具有近似圆形的形状,也可具有其他形状,包括但不限于前方后圆的近似D形形状。
清洁机器人还可以包括清洁系统、感知系统、控制系统、驱动系统、能源系统和人机交互系统等。各个系统相互协调配合,使清洁机器人能够自主移动以实现清洁功能。清洁机器人中构成上述各系统的功能元件等可以集成地设置在清洁机器人本体内。清洁机器人本体可以包括上封盖、底盘以及设置在上封盖和底盘之间的中框。中框可以作为设置各种功能元件的基础框架。上封盖和底盘覆盖设备主体的表面,起到保护内部零部件的作用,并且可以提升清洁机器人的美观性。
感知系统用于清洁机器人对例如地形等的外界环境以及清洁机器人自身的位姿进行感知,并可以向清洁机器人的控制系统提供机器的各种位置信息和运动状态信息等。
在本公开实施例所提供的技术方案中,感知系统可以包括位置确定装置,位置确定装置包括但不限于红外发射接收装置、摄像头、激光测距装置(Laser Distance Sensor,LDS)。位置确定装置可以设置于清洁机器人的顶部或侧面,在清洁机器人运动过程中,位置确定装置通过确定清洁机器人与周围障碍物之间的距离获取清洁机器人当前位置。
缓冲器用于缓冲机器人本体在移动过程中与周围物体产生的碰撞。缓冲器的表面设置有一层软胶,并且缓冲器在安装至设备主体的状态下,其与设备主体间隔预定的距离,从 而保证在产生碰撞时设备主体能够有足够的减速时间。
控制系统设置在机器人本体内的电路主板上,可以理解,电路主板上设置有控制清洁机器人运行的各种控制电路。控制系统包括与非暂时性存储器、计算处理器等。计算处理器可以为中央处理单元、应用处理器等,根据激光测距装置反馈的障碍物信息利用定位算法绘制清洁机器人所在环境中的即时地图。并且结合缓冲器和传感装置反馈的距离信息、速度信息综合判断清洁机器人当前处于何种工作状态,如过门槛,上地毯,位于悬崖处、上方或者下方被卡住,尘盒满,被拿起等,还会针对不同情况给出具体的下一步动作策略,使得清洁机器人的工作更加符合要求,提升用户体验。
人机交互系统可以包括主机面板上的按键,按键供用户进行功能选择;还可以包括显示屏和/或指示灯和/或喇叭,显示屏、指示灯和喇叭向用户展示当前机器所处状态或者功能选择项;还可以包括手机客户端程序。清洁机器人可以通过手机客户端程序向用户展示机器人所在环境的地图,清洁机器人所处的位置,以及清洁机器人的状态信息等。
能源系统用于为各系统的功能性元件工作提供电能,主要包括充电电池以及供电电路。充电电池可以为镍氢电池和锂电池。当充电电池内的电量低于预定的最小电量时,可以通过设置在设备主体的侧方或者下方的充电电极与充电设备连接进行充电。
除此以外,清洁机器人还包括清洁模组,清洁模组设置在机器人本体上。清洁模组通过与待清洁面的干涉将待清洁面的杂物移除。
清洁模组包括湿式清洁部和干式清洁部。湿式清洁部可以为平面拖布,平面拖布连接于机器人本体上。
干式清洁部可以为滚刷112,通过滚刷112、尘盒、风机等配合,将地面杂质通过风机产生的负压吸入尘盒内,即地面杂质经由机器人本体的垃圾进口进入到尘盒内。
除此以外,清洁机器人还包括升降结构,升降结构与清洁模组相连接,被配置为能够使清洁模组相对于移动平台上下移动。实际使用中,升降结构既可以单独与干式清洁部相连接,以使干式清洁部相对于移动平台上下移动,也可以单独与湿式清洁部相连接,以使湿式清洁部相对于移动平台上下移动,可以同时与包括干式清洁部和湿式清洁部的清洁模组整体相连接。
进一步的,升降结构可以加装额外的动力设备,以使升降结构获得主动升起或下降的能力,从而使清洁模组能够主动地相对移动平台升起或者下降。
在本公开实施例所提供的技术方案中,集尘桩包括本体10、尘桶20以及风机组件40。
如图2至图7所示,本体10包括进尘通道11,进尘通道11具有进尘口111,进尘口 111用于与尘盒相连通,以使得尘盒内的灰尘能够通过进尘口111进入到进尘通道11内。结合图6到图16所示,尘桶20可拆卸地设置在本体10上,尘桶20的进尘端21与进尘通道11相连通,以此收集由进尘通道11进入的灰尘。尘桶20可为圆柱形,竖直设于本体10上。
其中尘桶包括尘袋或旋风分离器,其中,本体可选择地安装有包括尘袋的尘桶或包括气旋分离器的尘桶;
风机组件40设置在本体10上,风机组件40的进气口41与尘桶20的气流出口端22相连通,风机组件40产生负压,以此保证尘盒内的灰尘能够通过进尘口111进入到进尘通道11内,并使得气流形成流通。此处尘盒内的灰尘包括尘盒内的杂物。风机组件40和尘桶20的轴线平行,垂直于水平面,二者并列放置在本体10上。通过进尘口111进入进气导管再进入尘桶20的风经过气旋分离后直接从气流出口端22排出,气流水平进入水平流出,气路简单高效,不容易造成灰尘阻塞。优选地,尘桶20和风机组件40的下表面大致在同一水平面上。
具体的,当所述清洁机器人完成清洁、自身电量不足或者自身尘盒满载垃圾等情况触发时,清洁机器人可以移动返回集尘桩,以完成充电或将尘盒内的垃圾卸载至集尘桩内。
清洁机器人移动返回集尘桩的过程中,清洁机器人通过信号接收设备不停的寻找集尘装置,集尘桩包括信号发射装置,例如信号发射装置在一定角度范围内不停的发射通讯信号,供清洁机器人捕获,当清洁机器人捕获到所述通讯信号时,便会确定集尘桩的位置,通过导航功能移动至集尘桩。
进一步的,若清洁机器人在启动清洁时从集尘桩启动,则可以在地图上记录集尘桩的位置,从而在返回集尘桩的过程中,优先前往地图上已经记录的集尘桩位置,并基于集尘桩的信号发射装置确定集尘桩的位置,通过导航功能移动至集尘桩,以减少寻找集尘桩的时间,提升返回集尘桩的效率。
可选的,所述进尘口111外侧可以设有密封圈,所述机器人的滚刷112外侧设有滚刷罩113,所述密封圈与所述机器人本体的一部分及滚刷罩113的一部分对应,当清洁机器人移动至本体10时,且清洁机器人的垃圾进口与进尘通道11的进尘口111相连通,此时,风机组件40运行,从而使得清洁机器人的垃圾进口与进尘通道11的进尘口111之间形成密封,以此将尘盒内的灰尘吸入到进尘通道11。
升降结构可以使清洁机器人的滚刷112及滚刷罩113在近似垂直的方向上活动,便于与所述进尘口111以及密封圈更好的实现密封配合。
本实施例中的集尘桩在清洁机器人移动到位后,通过风机组件40运行能够将尘盒内的灰尘吸入到尘桶20内进行收集,最终由风机组件40排出气流,以此实现将清洁机器人的尘盒内的灰尘回收到尘桶20内,整个灰尘清理过程均可以实现自动化处理。
优选的,所述机器人的滚刷112可以配合风机组件40的运行,进行与清扫方向相反的旋转,从而帮助风机组件40更好的将尘盒中的灰尘排出。
需要说明的是,尘桶20可拆卸地设置在本体10上,从而方便尘桶20的清理与更换。
在一个实施例中,如图15-图17所示,尘桶20包括气旋分离器24,需要说明的是,气旋分离器24可以是相关技术中已知的气旋分离器,气旋分离器的工作原理为靠气流切向引入造成的旋转运动,利用粒子在气流中做高速旋转时,离心力远大于重力,且因速度愈大,粒子所获得之离心沉降速度也愈大,当含固态粒子随气体自切线方向进入锥型圆筒,并在圆筒内旋转,此时气流碰撞器壁,粒子撞击管壁并旋转下降,达到固体与气体分离的目的,在本实施例中,气体最终通过尘桶20的气流出口端22进入到第一过滤组件30的进气端31。
气旋分离器24包括一级分离气旋241和二级分离气旋242,所述一级分离气旋241的轴线与二级分离气旋242的轴线近似平行设置。一级分离气旋241的轴线与二级分离气旋242的轴线近似平行设置后,能够大幅度的减少尘桶中风路的复杂程度,从而减小了当尘桶内已收集的灰尘增多时发生灰尘积压的风险,增强了旋风分离器整体的集尘效果。
进一步的,一级分离气旋241和二级分离气旋242的轴线可以完全重合,以使尘桶中的风路畅通性更强。
其中,二级分离气旋242可以包括多个旋风分离器,该旋风分离器主体为上端大、下端小的锥形,且分别环绕二级分离气旋242的轴线分布。多组旋风分离器的设置提升了二级分离气旋的灰尘分离效率,进一步的增强了集尘桩的灰尘收纳能力。二级旋风分离器的数量可以为九个,十二个,十五个,数量越多分离效率越高。
二级分离气旋242的外围为分离滤网243。一级分离气旋241外表面和尘桶20内表面和分离滤网243外表面共同形成一级旋风,由一级旋风分离后的空气,已经将较大的颗粒垃圾从气流中分离出来落入一级分离气旋241外侧,分离滤网243用于通过经过一级旋风分离之后进入二级分离气旋242的气流。分离滤网243优先采用金属过滤网,可以增加使用寿命,提高过滤效果。分离滤网243为环形网,一级分离气旋241的支撑架用于架设分离滤网243的底部。被分离滤网243过滤掉的颗粒垃圾被聚集在一级分离气旋241的支撑架的下方,一级分离气旋241的支撑架外边缘可以向下延伸形成裙摆状,阻止已通过 第一级旋风分离的颗粒垃圾向上运动。
二级分离气旋242还包括有密封端盖246。该密封端盖246为环形板,围绕密封端盖246轴线旋转分布,用于密封穿过分离滤网243的气流。分离滤网243、一级分离气旋241的内壁和密封端盖246组成了密封空间,以实现密封穿过分离滤网243的气流的二级旋风,每一个二级分离气旋242形成一个气固分离的气旋,被分离的固体颗粒垃圾落入一级分离气旋241的内侧。根据实际情况,密封端盖246与分离滤网243的底部也可以不在同一水平面上。
在一个实施例中,二级分离气旋242与分离滤网243间设有定位卡扣装置,该卡扣装置包括定位卡块244和定位卡槽245,定位卡块244和分离滤网243可以分别设置在二级分离气旋242与分离滤网243上以实现对二级分离气旋242与分离滤网243的限位配合。卡扣装置的设计保证了用户在拆卸并清洁尘桶的二级分离气旋242与分离滤网243之后,可以简单、方便的将二级分离气旋242与分离滤网243分别装回,不会由于卡扣不紧或者安装不到位导致密封不严。
优选的,密封端盖246上设有定位块247,该定位块247与卡扣装置相配合,同样能够保证用户在拆卸密封端盖246并清洁之后,可以将密封端盖246简单方便的装回,不会由于卡扣不紧或者安装不到位导致密封不严。
在一个实施例中,如图5和图7所示,本体10包括底座101和安装主体102。进尘通道11形成于底座101内,进尘口111设置在底座101的顶部,清洁机器人移动至底座101进行灰尘清理。
安装主体102与底座101相连接,安装主体102内设置有进气导管80,如图8所示,进气导管80连通进尘通道11和进尘端21,从而使得灰尘由进尘通道11通过进气导管80进入到尘桶20内。
可选的,尘桶20可拆卸地设置在安装主体102上。风机组件40设置在安装主体102上。
清洁机器人由底座101的前端进入底座101,安装主体102设置在底座101后端,从而在清洁机器人移动过程中不会与安装主体102出现碰撞等问题。
在一些实施例中,安装主体102与底座101可以是一体式结构,此处的一体式结构可以是一体成型,也可以是将两个独立的部件进行连接固定,以此形成一个整体结构。
在一些实施例中,安装主体102与底座101可拆卸地相连接,即在使用前可以将安装主体102与底座101相分离,以方便运输存储等,在使用时将安装主体102与底座101通 过紧固件或者卡接等相关技术中的连接方式进行连接。
可选的,进气导管80可以是连接于底座101上的,即在安装主体102与底座101分离后,进气导管80连接于底座101上。或者,进气导管80可以是连接于安装主体102上,即在安装主体102与底座101分离后,进气导管80连接于安装主体102上。或者,进气导管80可以实现与底座101以及安装主体102的分离。在某些实施例中,不排除进气导管80集成于底座101或者安装主体102上。
在一个实施例中,如图10和图11所示,集尘桩还包括第一过滤组件30。第一过滤组件30设于风机组件40的上方。
第一过滤组件30的进气端31与尘桶20的气流出口端22相连通,以此过滤经由尘桶20排出的气流。
第一过滤组件30的出气端32与风机组件40的进气口41相连通。当清洁机器人移动至本体10时,且清洁机器人的垃圾进口与进尘通道11的进尘口111相连通,此时,风机组件40运行产生负压,能够将尘盒内的灰尘吸入到尘桶20内进行收集,并在气流进入到风机组件40之前通过第一过滤组件30进行过滤处理,从而避免了灰尘进入到风机组件40内部,最终由风机组件40排出气流,以此实现将清洁机器人的尘盒内的灰尘回收到尘桶20内,整个灰尘清理过程均可以实现自动化处理。
第一过滤组件30位于风机组件40的上方,即由尘桶20排出的气流需要先经过第一过滤组件30进行过滤,然后在由第一过滤组件30的底部流入到风机组件40的进气口41,从而使得气流的流动路径分布更为合理,且能够保证部件的分布更加合理,有效利用高度空间。
第一过滤组件30可以直接设置在本体10上,第一过滤组件30也可以是直接设置在风机组件40上。
在一些实施例中,第一过滤组件30设于安装主体102上,即在安装主体102与底座101相分离后,尘桶20、第一过滤组件30以及风机组件40均可以随安装主体102与底座101相分离。
可选的,第一过滤组件30可拆卸地设置在安装主体102上,或者,第一过滤组件30也可以固定于安装主体102上。
在一个实施例中,如图12所示,本体10还包括:第一安装部13和第二安装部14。第一安装部13和第二安装部14分别用于安装尘桶20和第一过滤组件30。其中,第一安装部13和第二安装部14设置在安装主体102上。
尘桶20与第一安装部13之间设置有第一检测件,第一检测件用于检测尘桶20与第一安装部13是否安装到位,例如,尘桶20与第一安装部13安装到位时,第一检测件可以发送第一信号。
第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14之间设置有第二检测件,第二检测件用于检测第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14是否安装到位,例如,第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14安装到位时,第二检测件可以发送第二信号。
集尘桩还包括控制部,控制部与第一检测件或第二检测件信号连接,控制部与风机组件40信号连接,且第一检测件与第二检测件信号连接,以在尘桶20和第一过滤组件30中的至少之一未安装到位时,控制部不能启动风机组件40,即第一检测件与第二检测件属于相串联关系,因此必须在第一检测件发送第一信号,且第二检测件发送第二信号时,控制部才可以启动风机组件40。例如,可以将第一检测件连接于第二检测件的控制端,而第二检测件的信号发射端连接于控制部,如果第二检测件的控制端无法接收到第一检测件发送的第一信号,即使第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14安装到位,第二检测件也无法向控制部发送启动信号(如第二信号)。
本实施例中,通过将第一检测件与第二检测件串联,可以实现尘桶20在位检测和第一过滤组件30在位检测或的关系,也就是尘桶20不在位或第一过滤组件30不在位或两者都不在位,控制部都可以识别为不在位(即控制部确定集尘桩未安装到位),以此可以减少电连接部件和识别部件。
在一个实施例中,尘桶20与第一安装部13可拆卸地相连接,以此方便尘桶20的清理与更换。
需要说明的是,尘桶20与第一安装部13可以是卡接,例如凸块与滑道的配合,或者第一安装部13上可以形成有安装槽,而尘桶20的至少部分位于安装槽内,此处不作限定,可以根据实际需求进行选择,只要保证安装方便,且不会随意脱落即可。
在一个实施例中,第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14可拆卸地相连接,从而方便第一过滤组件30的更换和清理,以此提高第一过滤组件30的过滤能力。
需要说明的是,第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14可以是卡接,例如凸块与滑道的配合,或者第二安装部14上可以形成有安装槽,而第一过滤组件30的至少部分位于安装槽内,此处不作限定,可以根据实际需求进行选择,只要保证安装方便,且不会随意脱落即可。在本实施例中,第二安装部14具有安装腔,而第一过滤组件30位于安装腔内,且第一过滤组件30的上部与本体10之间形成密封连接,而在本体10上设置有第二通道18, 第二通道18连通第一过滤组件30的出气端32和风机组件40的进气口41,以此保证经由第一过滤组件30排出的气流仅通过第二通道18进入到风机组件40的进气口41。
在一个实施例中,尘桶20包括尘袋23或气旋分离器24。尘桶20可以是通过尘袋23进行垃圾收集,或者是通过气旋分离器24进行垃圾收集。其中,尘袋可以是具有良好透气防尘效果的纸袋或者布袋,方便更换即可。
可选的,安装有气旋分离器24的尘桶20可以通过尘袋转接装置25安装尘袋23,以满足使用者的不同需求。即尘袋转接装置25类似一个支架,主要用于将尘袋23安装于尘桶20上,且具体结构类似气旋分离器24用于与尘桶20连接的部件,此处不作限定,只要保证能够实现与尘桶20连接即可,实际上类似一个仿照气旋分离器24的连接结构设置的部件。可选的,尘袋23上可以设置有一个用于与尘袋转接装置25相连接的转接部231,具体如图18所示。
可选的,如图13所示,安装有气旋分离器24的尘桶20顶部设有提手26,底部设有开启按钮27,通过提手26和开启按钮27的设置,可以使用户通过下开口的方式将尘桶20中的垃圾倾倒出去。
可选的,如图14所示,安装有尘袋23的尘桶20顶部设有尘桶顶盖28,使尘袋23可以通过尘桶20的顶部取出。在一个实施例中,第一安装部13可选择地安装有包括尘袋的尘桶20或包括气旋分离器的尘桶20。即尘桶20的外部结构可以为通用结构,与第一安装部13相连接的结构采用统一结构,而其内部可以是尘袋或气旋分离器,从而可以使得第一安装部13可选择地安装有包括尘袋的尘桶20或包括气旋分离器的尘桶20。
在一个实施例中,第一安装部13和第二安装部14间隔设置,以使得尘桶20或第一过滤组件30能够先安装于本体10上,或尘桶20和第一过滤组件30能够同时安装于本体10上,即尘桶20和第一过滤组件30的安装并不受安装顺序限定,可以根据需求进行随意安装于拆卸,而不存在部件之间的干涉问题,以此简化结构,且方便安装。
第一安装部13和第二安装部14可以依次分布于底座101的两侧,并在将尘桶20安装于第一安装部13后,在底座101的上方形成了两个结构外形相类似的结构,而第一过滤组件30则安装于第二安装部14内部。
在一个实施例中,第一检测件为接触式检测元件或非接触式检测元件;第二检测件为接触式检测元件或非接触式检测元件。
具体的,第一检测件可以包括接触式开关感应元件和接触式开关配合元件,第二检测件可以包括非接触式感应元件和非接触式感应配合元件。第一安装部13上设置有接触式 开关感应元件,尘桶20上设置有接触式开关配合元件,接触式开关感应元件可以在尘桶20被安装至第一安装部13的情况下配合于接触式开关配合元件,使接触式开关感应配合元件能够感应到接触式开关感应元件。第二安装部14上设置有非接触式感应元件,第一过滤组件30上设置有非接触式感应配合元件,非接触式感应配合元件可以在第一过滤组件30被安装至第二安装部14的情况下配合于非接触式感应元件,使非接触式感应配合元件能够感应到非接触式感应元件。
需要说明的是,接触式检测元件可以选用相关技术中的接触式传感器,如压力传感器、开关元件等,非接触式检测元件可以选用相关技术中的非接触式传感器,如激光传感器、电感式接近传感器等。
在一些实施例中,如图19和图20所示,接触式检测元件包括:开关131,开关131设置在第一安装部13上;检测按钮132,检测按钮132与开关131相对设置,以在尘桶20与第一安装部13安装到位时,检测按钮132压制开关131处于闭合状态,即在尘桶20安装到位后,开关131处于闭合状态以此输出相应的信号。
开关131可以是常规的按键,其连接与线路上,只有在检测按钮132压制到位时,按键才能够接通,以此实现线路的导通,从而实现信号传递。
可选的,检测按钮132可以设置在尘桶20上。
可选的,接触式检测元件还包括:弹性件133,弹性件133设置在第一安装部13上,且检测按钮132穿设在弹性件133内;其中,弹性件133位于检测按钮132与第一安装部13之间,以在尘桶20脱离第一安装部13时,弹性件133驱动检测按钮132释放开关131,以使开关131处于打开状态。检测按钮132可以设置在第一安装部13上,其依靠尘桶20的压力向下移动,并在尘桶20向上脱离第一安装部13时,检测按钮132可以在弹性件133的驱动下向上移动,以此释放开关131。检测按钮132的底端具有限位结构,从而避免检测按钮132脱离第一安装部13。
在一些实施例中,开关131设置在第二安装部14上,检测按钮132与开关131相对设置,以在第一过滤组件30与第二安装部14安装到位时,检测按钮132压制开关131处于闭合状态,即在第一过滤组件30安装到位后,开关131处于闭合状态以此输出相应的信号。
可选的,检测按钮132可以设置在第一过滤组件30上。
可选的,检测按钮132设置在第二安装部14上,弹性件133设置在第二安装部14上,且检测按钮132穿设在弹性件133内;其中,弹性件133位于检测按钮132与第二安装部 14之间,以在第一过滤组件30脱离第二安装部14时,弹性件133驱动检测按钮132释放开关131,以使开关131处于打开状态。
在一些实施例中,弹性件133可以为弹簧。
在一些实施例中,尘桶20可以设有感应触片29,其中,感应触片29可以单独设置在安装有气旋分离器24的尘桶20上或者安装有尘袋23的尘桶20上,并且本体10上设置有与感应触片29相配合的感应装置。当第一检测件触发时,对感应触片29是否触发进行判断:若感应触片29单独设置在安装有气旋分离器24的尘桶20上,则感应触片29触发时,集尘桩上安装的为安装有气旋分离器24的尘桶20上,感应触片29未触发时,集尘桩上安装的为安装有尘袋23的尘桶20;若感应触片29安装有尘袋23的尘桶20上,则感应触片29触发时,集尘桩上安装的为安装有尘袋23的尘桶20上,感应触片29未触发时,集尘桩上安装的为安装有气旋分离器24的尘桶20。
在一个实施例中,如图21和图22所示,第一过滤组件30包括:顶盖35,顶盖35具有进气通道351,进气通道351连通进气端31和连通管道17;过滤部34,过滤部34设置在顶盖35上,且与出气端32相对设置,从而通过过滤部34实现对灰尘的过滤,避免灰尘进入到风机组件40内。
可选的,过滤部34可以是相关技术中的过滤结构,如过滤网结构,具体结构形式例如可以是一个圆形的网状结构,从而实现对灰尘的过滤。
可选的,如图22所示,过滤部34为袋装结构,即过滤部34的过滤面积增大,且增大过滤接触面积,以此提高过滤效果,且由于过滤面积的增加,过滤部34的使用寿命会大大增加,从而减少过滤部34的更换频率。
需要说明的是,袋装结构即可以连接为过滤部34具有一个容纳空间,气流进入到容纳空间之后在由过滤部34排出。
结合图22所示,第一过滤组件30还包括:容尘件33,容尘件33具有进气端31和出气端32,容尘件33设置在过滤部34内,过滤部34与出气端32相对设置,从而使得经由出气端32排出的气流通过过滤部34后进入到风机组件40的进气口41。容尘件33能够吸收气流内的灰尘,即实现了对气流内灰尘的初级吸收,避免大量灰尘进入到过滤部34中对过滤部34造成堵塞。
在一个实施例中,容尘件33包括容尘绵。气流在进入第一过滤组件30之后会先经过容尘棉,容尘棉不能拦截规格内的所有的灰尘,但可以拦截一部分较大的颗粒,降低过滤部34被堵住的风险,从而提升整个第一过滤组件30的使用寿命。
可选的,容尘件33包括海绵。过滤部34可以为过滤网,过滤网可以包括过滤棉。
在一个实施例中,如图22所示,进气端31和出气端32均位于容尘件33的外表面,进气端31的面积小于出气端32的面积,以此使得气流能够由一个相对较小的面进入到容尘件33,从而增加气流经过容尘件33的路径长度,以此提高对灰尘的吸收量,进一步减低灰尘对过滤部34的影响。
在一个实施例中,过滤部34包裹容尘件33,过滤部34既可以实现对容尘件33的固定作用,且还能够使得由容尘件33流出的气流直接通过过滤部34进行排出,保证过滤效果且可以简化结构。
在一个实施例中,容尘件33和过滤部34设置在顶盖35上,从而使得容尘件33和过滤部34固定于顶盖35上。
具体的,第一过滤组件30的顶盖35可以与本体10相连接,从而将第一过滤组件30设置在本体10上。
可选的,容尘件33和过滤部34中的至少之一可以直接固定于顶盖35上,即,容尘件33可以与顶盖35相连接,而过滤部34可以包裹于容尘件33上,即过滤部34和容尘件33相连接,而过滤部34可以不用与顶盖35直接连接。
可选的,过滤部34与顶盖35相连接,以在过滤部34与顶盖35之间形成容纳空间,容尘件33位于容纳空间内,即容尘件33固定于过滤部34与顶盖35之间形成的容纳空间内。
在一个实施例中,过滤部34可拆卸地设置在顶盖35上,以此方便更换过滤部34和容尘件33。过滤部34与顶盖35可以是卡接、粘结或者通过紧固件进行连接,此处不作限定,只要方便拆装即可。
在一个实施例中,顶盖35覆盖容尘件33的面积小于过滤部34覆盖容尘件33的面积,即使得容尘件33的进气端31小于出气端32,保证气流快速流出,且容尘件33最大程度地实现灰尘的吸收。
在一个实施例中,如图23和图24所示,风机组件40包括:壳体43、风机44以及柔性件45。
壳体43设置在本体10上,柔性件45位于壳体43和风机44之间,风机44通过柔性件45固定于壳体43内,且柔性件45避免了风机44与壳体43直接接触。柔性件45的设置可以避免风机44与壳体43直接接触,以此避免出现较大噪音,且由于风机44通过柔性件45固定于壳体43内,从而只要进行柔性件45的更换就能够使得壳体43适应不同类 型的风机44,以此提高壳体43的通用性。
具体的,本体10形成有一个安装腔体,而风机组件40和第一过滤组件30均设置于此安装腔体内,且风机组件40和第一过滤组件30之间具有隔板,隔板上设置有第二通道18,第二通道18连通第一过滤组件30的出气端32和风机组件40的进气口41,以此保证经由第一过滤组件30排出的气流仅通过第二通道18进入到风机组件40的进气口41,具体如图11和图12所示。本体10实现了对风机组件40和第一过滤组件30的防护,避免风机组件40和第一过滤组件30暴露于外界环境中。
在一个实施例中,如图23和图24所示,壳体43包括:第一壳体件431;第二壳体件432,第二壳体件432与第一壳体件431可拆卸地相连接,以释放或固定风机44和柔性件45,不仅方便风机44和柔性件45的安装,且还可以进行后续的维护更换,并可以选用不同类型的风机44代替原有类型的风机44,且仅需对柔性件45进行适应性更换即可,实现了壳体43的通用。
在一些实施例中,第二壳体件432与第一壳体件431密封连接,第二壳体件432与第一壳体件431可以通过多个紧固件进行连接。
在一个实施例中,如图24所示,柔性件45包括:第一柔性部451,第一柔性部451设置在风机44与第一壳体件431之间,以支撑风机44;第二柔性部452,第二柔性部452的至少部分设置在风机44与第二壳体件432之间,以与第一柔性部451夹持风机44。第二柔性部452能够填充在风机44与第二壳体件432之间,以此避免风机44相对于第二壳体件432运动,且保证了风机44固定于第二壳体件432内,而第一柔性部451能够填充在风机44与第一壳体件431之间,以此避免风机44相对于第一壳体件431运动,且保证了风机44固定于第一壳体件431内,第一柔性部451和第二柔性部452实现了对风机44的固定,且完全避免了风机44与壳体43之间的硬接触。
可选的,第一柔性部451与第二柔性部452可以相连接。
可选的,第一柔性部451与第二柔性部452独立设置,即在具体安装时,可以先将第一柔性部451和风机44设置在第一壳体件431内,然后将第二柔性部452和第二壳体件432扣合于风机44和第一壳体件431上,并将第二壳体件432与第一壳体件431固定,以此完成风机组件40的安装。
在一个实施例中,第二柔性部452的部分夹持于第一壳体件431和第二壳体件432之间,以密封第一壳体件431和第二壳体件432之间的缝隙,以此避免采用其他密封件对第一壳体件431和第二壳体件432进行密封,结构上较为简单,且可以减少安装步骤。
在一个实施例中,第一柔性部451为胶垫,第二柔性部452为胶套。胶垫支撑于风机44和第一壳体件431之间,而胶套套设在风机44的上部,以此保护风机44。
在一个实施例中,第二壳体件432上设置有气流通孔433,气流通孔433与风机44的进气口41相连通,第一壳体件431与风机44之间具有间隙;其中,第一柔性部451、第二柔性部452、第一壳体件431以及风机44之间形成排气通道46,排气通道46与风机44的出气口42相连通。第一过滤组件30排出的气流通过气流通孔433进入到风机44的进气口41,且通过风机44的出气口42排入到排气通道46内,最终由排气通道46排出,以此实现气流的循环流动。
如图25所示,第一壳体件431具有容纳风机44的空间4311,且在空间4311的侧壁上设置有多个风孔4312,即排气通道46内的气流通过风孔4312排出,而风孔4312占据第一壳体件431周向方向的部分,因此可以实现气流在排气通道46内的循环流动。第一壳体件431具有内外两侧套设的壳体件,内外两侧套设的壳体件之间形成的气流空间通过风孔4312与排气通道46相连通,最终排出风机组件40。
在一个实施例中,风机组件40还包括排气孔434,排气孔434与排气通道46相连通,以此将排气通道46内的气流排出风机组件40。
可选的,排气孔434设置在壳体43上,以此将排气通道46内的气流排出,具体的,排气孔434可以设置在第一壳体件431上,即可以无需在第二柔性部452上开孔就将排气通道46内的气流排出风机组件40。排气孔434也可以设置在第二壳体件432上,即可以在第二柔性部452上开孔使得排气孔434与排气通道46相连通。对于排气孔434的具体位置可以不做限定,只要保证气流能够排出排气通道46即可。
在一个实施例中,如图23所示,风机组件40还包括:消音器47,消音器47设置在壳体43上,消音器47的进口与排气孔434相连通,或消音器47的出口与排气孔434相连通。即使得由排气通道46内排出的气流通过消音器47进行消音,以此降低气流所带来的噪音。
可选的,消音器47可以设置在壳体43的内部,而排气通道46与消音器47的进口相连通,消音器47的出口可以与排气孔434相连通,以此使得气流先经过消音器47在排出壳体43。
可选的,消音器47可以设置在壳体43的外部,而排气通道46与排气孔434相连通,排气孔434与消音器47的进口相连通,以此使得气流先排出壳体43在经过消音器47消音。
在一个实施例中,排气通道46环绕风机44的周向外表面设置,且排气通道46沿风机44的周向外表面延伸的长度大于排气孔434沿风机44的周向外表面延伸的长度,即由风机44排出的气流仅通过一个相对较固定的位置处排出壳体43外部,从而使得气流可以在排气通道46内旋转近一周,然后在由排气孔434排出,这样就可以通过延长气流路径来降低噪音。
具体的,风机44的周向外表面可以形成近一周的出气口42,此时排气通道46也形成近一周的环绕空间,从而能够使得各个位置处的出气口42的气流均直接排入到排气通道46内,此时壳体43上的排气孔434可以位于壳体43的周向方向,也可以将壳体43上的排气孔434设置于壳体43的顶部,此时可以通过一个管路将排气通道46与排气孔434相连通,从而保证排气通道46排出的气流均需要旋转至一个相对固定的位置进行排出,以此通过增加气流路径来降低噪音。
在一个实施例中,如图10和图11所示,本体10上设有风压测量孔48,风压测量孔48上连接有风压管路49,风压管路49末端与风压检测装置相连接。
由于风压检测装置需要电连接,为了减少主体10内的气压变化对电连接器件的寿命的影响,因此风压检测装置安装在整体集尘桩的风路管道之外。因此需要通过风压测量孔48和风压管路49将风路管道与风压检测装置连接在一起,以便于风压检测装置对风路内的风压进行检测。
风压检测装置可以安装于集尘桩的电路板上,从而实现电子设备的集成化,便于产品的生产。
优选的,所述风压测量孔48设置在所述风机组件40与第一过滤组件30之间。由于风机44启动后,风机44会先将第一过滤组件30内的空气抽出,形成局部负压,之后由于空气压力形成气流,完成整个抽气动作,因此,在风机组件40与第一过滤组件30间设置风压测量孔48能够实现最高的测量准确度和测量效率。
优选的,由于第一过滤组件30为筒状结构,安装时可能会直接与风压测量孔48接触,因此可以再风机组件40的进气口外侧的设置台状凸起,并将风压测量孔48设置在台状凸起处,避免风压测量孔48被第一过滤组件30的堵住,影响测量效果。
在一个实施例中,如图8至图11所示,集尘桩还包括:第二过滤组件50,第二过滤组件50环绕第一过滤组件30设置,第二过滤组件50的集风口51与风机组件40的出气口42相连通,即由风机组件40的出气口42排出的气流需要先经过第二过滤组件50过滤,然后在进行排出,从而保证排出的气流清洁干净。
在一些实施例中,第二过滤组件50可以是常规的过滤结构,即可以包括过滤网,以此实现对气流的二次过滤,保证排出的气流清洁干净,例如,第二过滤组件50可以是一个环形结构,即周向封闭式结构,从而环绕第一过滤组件30设置,气流由第一过滤组件30进入到风机组件40属于由上向下流动,然后气流由风机组件40进入到第二过滤组件50属于由下向上流动。
在一些实施例中,如图26所示,第二过滤组件50上设置有开口53,即第二过滤组件50可以是一个周向非封闭式结构。
可选的,集尘桩还包括进气导管80,进气导管80的一端与进尘通道11相连通,进气导管80的另一端与进尘端21相连通,开口53能够避让进气导管80。
可选的,本体10还包括连通管道17,连通管道17的两端分别连通第一过滤组件30的进气端31与尘桶20的气流出口端22,开口53能够避让连通管道17,以此保证结构的紧凑性。
具体的,如图8和图12所示,本体10上设置有第一通道15,第一通道15连通第二过滤组件50的集风口51与风机组件40的出气口42。
如图12所示,本体10上设置有安装槽16,第二安装部14具有安装第一过滤组件30的容纳槽,安装槽16围绕第二安装部14设置,且第二过滤组件50位于安装槽16内,第一通道15与安装槽16相连通,其中,安装槽16环绕部分的第二安装部14,因此可以与具有开口53的第二过滤组件50相适配。开口53内对应的空间用于形成设置连通管道17以及进气导管80的空间。
在一些实施例中,如图28至图30所示,第二过滤组件50包括框架54和过滤网55,过滤网55设置在框架54上,过滤网55形成有避让凹槽56,避让凹槽56包括第一开口561、第二开口562以及第三开口563,第一开口561和第二开口562相对设置,且及第三开口563的两端贯通第一开口561和第二开口562。框架54作为第二过滤组件50的支撑结构,保证第二过滤组件50的稳定性,框架54设置在本体10上,而避让凹槽56形成了对容纳有第一过滤组件30的第二安装部14的容纳,从而使得由风机组件40排入的气流进入到第二过滤组件50与第二安装部14之间。
需要说明的是,避让凹槽56包括第一开口561、第二开口562以及第三开口563,第一开口561和第二开口562相对设置,且及第三开口563的两端贯通第一开口561和第二开口562,即框架54与过滤网55相适配,从而在第二过滤组件50上形成有开口53。第二过滤组件50的整体结构可以类似C型结构,或者可以是U型结构,此处不作限定,可 以根据第二安装部14的具体结构形式进行确定,以此保证部件的合理分布。
本实施例中的第二过滤组件50包括框架54和过滤网55,且过滤网55形成有避让凹槽56,从而能够使得第二过滤组件50用于避让其他内部结构,不仅能够减小过滤网55的尺寸,且能够保证其他部件合理布置,以此改善第二过滤组件50的使用性能。
在一个实施例中,过滤网55为弧形过滤网,即在保证有效过滤面积的前提下,可以最大程度的减小过滤网55的结构,以此与第二安装部14的周向外表面相适应。
在一个实施例中,第三开口563的面积小于过滤网55的面积,即保证过滤网55具有足够的过滤面积。
在一个实施例中,如图26所示,框架54包括:框架主体541,过滤网55设置在框架主体541上;密封件542,密封件542设置在框架主体541的内侧,且密封件542形成有周向封闭空间,以暴露过滤网55的至少部分。框架主体541形成对过滤网55的固定,而密封件542可以与第二安装部14相贴合,保证密封件542与第二安装部14之间不会存在缝隙,以此保证气流必须通过过滤网55后再排出。
在一个实施例中,密封件542包括海帕纸。
在一个实施例中,如图26所示,框架主体541包括:第一支架543和第二支架544,第二支架544与第一支架543相对设置,过滤网55连接于第二支架544与第一支架543之间,且密封件542设置在第二支架544与第一支架543的内侧,密封件542既可以用于密封,也能够实现对第二支架544与第一支架543的连接。
在一个实施例中,框架主体541还包括:第一连接段545,第一连接段545的两端分别连接第一支架543和第二支架544;第二连接段546,第二连接段546的两端分别连接第一支架543和第二支架544,第一连接段545和第二连接段546相对设置,且第一支架543、第二支架544、第一连接段545以及第二连接段546形成安装空间,过滤网55位于安装空间内。
在一个实施例中,过滤网55包括密封泡棉。
在一个实施例中,如图31和图32所示,本体10还包括出液孔12,出液孔12设置在底座101上,且出液孔12的一端与进尘通道11相连通。进一步的,出液孔12位于本体10的底部。
如图31和图32所示,集尘桩还包括:遮挡件90,遮挡件90可活动地设置在本体10上,以使遮挡件90具有遮挡出液孔12的密封位置和释放出液孔12的打开位置;其中,当尘盒的灰尘进入到进尘通道11内的过程中,遮挡件90位于密封位置,当尘盒的灰尘停 止进入到进尘通道11内时,遮挡件90能够移动至打开位置,以使进尘通道11通过出液孔12与外界相连通。
在尘盒的灰尘进入到进尘通道11内的过程中,需要保证进尘通道11形成负压环境,因此使得遮挡件90封闭出液孔12,保证进尘通道11与外界不相连通。而在尘盒的灰尘停止进入到进尘通道11内时,可以打开遮挡件90,使得进尘通道11与外界相连通,而进入到进尘通道11内液体可以由出液孔12排出进尘通道11,以此最大程度的保证进尘通道11内处于干燥。
需要说明的是,上述的外界可以连接为是外部环境空间,也可以是与进尘通道11相独立的其他空间,例如可以设置有一个集液器,能够使得进尘通道11内的液体流入到集液器内,此时集液器形成的空间也可以理解为是外界。
在一些实施例中,遮挡件90可活动地设置在本体10上,遮挡件90可以通过一个驱动机构驱动其运动,以此实现对出液孔12的封闭与释放。具体的,驱动机构可以是气缸、油缸或者电缸,驱动机构的伸缩杆可以带动遮挡件90相对于出液孔12进行移动,从而实现对出液孔12的封闭与释放。或者,驱动机构可以包括电机,通过电机驱动遮挡件90相对于本体10转动,从而实现对出液孔12的封闭与释放。
需要说明的是,当风机组件40运行时,即开始对尘盒内的灰尘进行清理,遮挡件90能够由打开位置转动至密封位置。具体的,集尘桩的控制部可以在控制风机组件40运行前控制上述驱动机构驱动遮挡件90由打开位置移动至密封位置,或者控制部可以同时控制风机组件40和上述驱动机构运行。而在风机组件40停止运行时,即停止对尘盒内的灰尘进行清理,遮挡件90能够由密封位置转动至打开位置。具体的,集尘桩的控制部可以在控制风机组件40停止运行后控制上述驱动机构驱动遮挡件90由密封位置移动至打开位置,或者控制部可以在控制风机组件40停止运行的同时控制上述驱动机构运行。
在一些实施例中,遮挡件90可以连接于本体10上,遮挡件90的活动并不依靠驱动机构。遮挡件90能够在风机组件40的驱动下由打开位置转动至密封位置,即在风机组件40运行时,可以依靠风机组件40产生的负压驱动遮挡件90由打开位置移动至密封位置。而在风机组件40停止运行时,遮挡件90能够在重力的作用下由密封位置转动至打开位置。
可选的,遮挡件90可以设置在一个板体上,而此板体可转动地设置在本体10上,以此保证遮挡件90在重力的作用下由密封位置转动至打开位置。
在一个实施例中,出液孔12连通进尘通道11靠近尘桶20的一侧,即在风机组件40运行时,由于液体会由进尘口111随着进尘通道11向尘桶20流动,因此在风机组件40 停止运行后,液体大部分集中于靠近尘桶20的一侧,此时打开出液孔12可以很方便地使得液体由出液孔12流出。
在一个实施例中,如图32所示,本体10上设置有密封槽19,出液孔12的一端位于密封槽19内,遮挡件90位于密封位置时,遮挡件90位于密封槽19内,此时遮挡件90可靠实现对出液孔12的密封。
可选的,遮挡件90位于密封位置时,遮挡件90可以与密封槽19的侧壁间隙配合,可以可靠止挡在出液孔12上,以此实现对出液孔12的密封。
可选的,遮挡件90位于密封位置时,遮挡件90可以与密封槽19的侧壁过盈配合,即遮挡件90密封密封槽19,以此实现对出液孔12的密封。
需要说明的是,密封槽19可以设置在出液孔12靠近进尘通道11的一侧,即密封槽19位于进尘通道11内,此时可以通过驱动机构驱动遮挡件90进行运动。
或者,密封槽19可以设置在出液孔12远离进尘通道11的一侧,即密封槽19位于进尘通道11外侧,此时可以通过风机组件40驱动遮挡件90进行运动,并且遮挡件90可以在重力作用下脱离密封槽19。
在一个实施例中,遮挡件90设置在一个板体上,此板体在风机组件40未工作时,在自身重力的作用下使得遮挡件90脱离密封槽19,只有在风机组件40工作时,可以驱动板体进行转动,从而使得遮挡件90位于密封槽19内,以此实现对出液孔12的密封。
在一个实施例中,遮挡件90可转动地设置在本体10上,以使得遮挡件90能够在密封位置和打开位置转换。遮挡件90可以通过驱动机构相对于本体10进行转动,以此密封或释放出液孔12。或者遮挡件90可以在风机组件40的作用下实现转动,并在重力作用下可以由密封位置转动至打开位置。
在一个实施例中,遮挡件90设置在本体10远离进尘通道11的一侧,即遮挡件90可以在重力的作用下由密封位置转动至打开位置。
在一个实施例中,遮挡件90的至少部分为柔性件,不仅结构稳定性强,且能够很好地实现对出液孔12的密封。可选的,遮挡件90的至少部分为橡胶,遮挡件90可以为软胶片。在风机组件40运行产生负压将软胶片吸起来后将出液孔12堵上后起到密封效果,在风机组件40不工作时,软胶片恢复到原位,液体可以通过出液孔12由进尘通道11流走,以此避免进尘通道11内留存大量的液体。
在一些实施例中,出液孔12可以是圆孔、三角形孔或者矩形孔,当然出液孔12也可以是异形孔,此处不作限定。而用于容纳遮挡件90的密封槽19的具体结构形状也可以是 圆形、三角形或者矩形,当然密封槽19也可以是异形槽。
在一个实施例中,出液孔12为多个,以此增加液体流出的速率,且能够保证进尘通道11内的液体可靠流出。
可选的,遮挡件90为至少一个,一个遮挡件90能够遮挡多个出液孔12,以此简化结构。
可选的,遮挡件90为多个,多个遮挡件90与多个出液孔12一一相对应地设置,保证各个遮挡件90独立对各个出液孔12进行密封,以此增加密封的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,如图11所示,集尘桩还包括:扰流板60,扰流板60环绕第二过滤组件50设置,扰流板60与第二过滤组件50的出风面52相对设置,以形成扰流通道61;其中,扰流板60与本体10之间形成出风通道62,扰流通道61的底端与出风通道62的底端相连通,即由第二过滤组件50的出风面52排出的气流能够在扰流板60的阻挡下向下流动,并由扰流通道61的底部流入到出风通道62内,因此可以增加气流路径,从而达到降噪的效果。
具体的,如图11所示,扰流板60包括相对的第一面63和第二面64,第一面63与第二过滤组件50的出风面52相对设置,以形成扰流通道61,第二面64与本体10相对设置,以形成出风通道62;其中,扰流通道61的底端与出风通道62的底端相连通,以使得由出风面52排出的气流能够由扰流通道61的底端进入出风通道62,从而增加气流路径。
在一个实施例中,本体10和第二过滤组件50中的至少之一与扰流板60相连接,以用于固定扰流板60,即保证扰流板60稳定地实现导流。
在一个实施例中,扰流板60的上侧与本体10和第二过滤组件50中的至少之一相连接,以避免扰流通道61的顶端与出风通道62的顶端直接相连通,即使得气流不能由扰流通道61的顶端直接流入到出风通道62内。
可选的,扰流板60可以连接于本体10上,从而使得扰流板60的顶端与本体10形成密封连接。
可选的,结合图33至图36所示,扰流板60的顶部与第二过滤组件50固定连接,即扰流板60的顶部可以与第二过滤组件50的框架54相连接,从而使得扰流板60的顶端与第二过滤组件50形成密封连接。
在一个实施例中,扰流板60的底端悬空设置,以使得扰流通道61的底端与出风通道62的底端相连通,即第二过滤组件50和本体10均可以不与扰流板60的底端相接触,从 而使得气流沿着扰流板60的底端进入到出风通道62。
可选的,扰流板60的底端可以低于出风面52的底端,即只要保证扰流板60的底端与本体10不形成密封连接即可。
可选的,扰流板60的底端高于出风面52的底端,即由出风面52排出的部分气流也可以不经扰流板60止挡。
在一个实施例中,如图36所示,扰流板60上设置有连通通道65,扰流通道61与出风通道62还通过连通通道65相连通,即连通通道65可以直接使部分气流进入到出风通道62,从而不会有大量气流直接冲击扰流板60,在保证部分气流流动路径增大的基础上也可以避免由于气流冲击而引发的噪音。
在一些实施例中,连通通道65为通孔,通孔位于扰流板60的中部,即扰流通道61与出风通道62还通过通孔进行连通。
在一些实施例中,连通通道65为缺口,缺口由扰流板60的底端向上凹陷,即可以理解为在扰流板60上形成了开口,用于直接释放气流。
在一个实施例中,连通通道65为多个,从而保证不同位置处的气流均能够通过连通通道65直接进入到出风通道62。
在一个实施例中,出风面52包括曲面,扰流板60包括与曲面相对设置的弧形板,多个连通通道65沿弧形板的周向方向间隔设置,扰流板60的形状与出风面52相适应,既可以保证可靠过滤,且能够使得结构合理布局。
在一个实施例中,如图2和图7所示,集尘桩还包括:出风板70,出风板70设置在第二过滤组件50的上方,出风板70上设置有通孔71,通孔71与出风通道62的顶端相连通,即进入到出风通道62的气流向上流动,从而通过出风板70上的通孔71排出。在扰流板60的作用下,气流可以形成由上向下,然后由下向上排出,这样使气流路径大大加长来达到降噪目的。
可选的,出风板70的通孔71可以直接与第二过滤组件50的出风面52相连通,即可以去除扰流板60,由第二过滤组件50的出风面52出来的气流可以直接由出风板70的通孔71排出。
如图2所示,集尘桩还包括第一充电接触极片103,清洁机器人1还包括第二充电接触极片,第一充电接触极片103用于与第二充电接触极片电连接,以使集尘桩对清洁机器人进行充电。第一充电接触极片103可以设置在本体10上,进一步的,第一充电接触极片103可以设置在底座101上,且第一充电接触极片103与进尘口111位于一个面上,第 一充电接触极片103与进尘口111间隔设置。
在一个实施例中,多个第一充电接触极片103和多个第二充电接触极片均成对设置。
清洁机器人需要移动至本体10上,以进行后续的尘盒清洁或充电。
具体的,清洁机器人可以沿本体10移动,即清洁机器人可以进行上桩运动,上桩运动可以理解为当清洁机器人与本体10之间的距离小于一定阈值时,例如,清洁机器人已抵达本体10附近,清洁机器人会较为明显地向一个方向运动。而上桩运动的前进方向可以理解为:为了使得尘盒将灰尘排入进尘通道11,或者第二充电接触极片与第一充电接触极片103相接触,清洁机器人由第一位置点移动到第二位置点,由第一位置点指向第二位置点的方向即为上桩运动的前进方向。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种集尘桩,其特征在于,用于收集清洁机器人的尘盒内的灰尘,包括:
    本体(10),所述本体(10)包括进尘通道(11),所述进尘通道(11)具有进尘口(111),所述进尘口(111)用于与所述尘盒相连通,以使得所述尘盒内的灰尘能够通过所述进尘口(111)进入到所述进尘通道(11)内;
    尘桶(20),所述尘桶(20)可拆卸地设置在所述本体(10)上,所述尘桶(20)包括进尘端(21)和气流出口端(22),所述进尘端(21)与所述进尘通道(11)相连通;
    气旋分离器(24),所述气旋分离器(24)设置在尘桶(20)内,所述气旋分离器(24)包括一级分离气旋(241)和二级分离气旋(242),所述一级分离气旋(241)的轴线与二级分离气旋(242)的轴线近似平行设置;
    风机组件(40),所述风机组件(40)设置在所述本体(10)上,所述风机组件(40)的进气口(41)与所述气流出口端(22)相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述一级分离气旋(241)的轴线与二级分离气旋(242)的轴线重合设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述一级分离气旋(241)的轴线和二级分离气旋(242)的轴线分别与所述风机组件(40)的轴心近似平行设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述本体(10)包括:
    底座(101),所述进尘通道(11)设置于所述底座(101)内;
    安装主体(102),所述安装主体(102)与所述底座(101)相连接,所述安装主体(102)内设置有进气导管(80),所述进气导管(80)连通所述进尘通道(11)和所述进尘端(21);
    其中,所述尘桶(20)和所述风机组件(40)均设置在所述安装主体(102)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述安装主体(102)可拆卸地设置于所述底座(101)上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述集尘桩还包括:
    第一过滤组件(30),所述第一过滤组件(30)设于所述风机组件(40)的上方,所述第一过滤组件(30)包括进气端(31)和出气端(32),所述进气端(31)与所述气流出口端(22)相连通,所述出气端(32)与所述进气口(41)相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述第一过滤组件(30)包括:
    顶盖(35),所述顶盖(35)具有进气通道(351),所述进气通道(351)连通所述进气端(31)和连通管道(17);
    过滤部(34),所述过滤部(34)设置在所述顶盖(35)上,且与所述出气端(32)相对设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述过滤部(34)为袋装结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述第一过滤组件(30)还包括:
    容尘件(33),容尘件(33)具有所述进气端(31)和所述出气端(32),所述容尘件(33)设置在所述过滤部(34)内。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述本体(10)还包括:
    第一安装部(13),所述尘桶(20)与所述第一安装部(13)之间设置有第一检测件,所述第一检测件用于检测所述尘桶(20)与所述第一安装部(13)是否安装到位;
    第二安装部(14),所述第一过滤组件(30)与所述第二安装部(14)之间设置有第二检测件,所述第二检测件用于检测所述第一过滤组件(30)与所述第二安装部(14)是否安装到位;
    其中,所述集尘桩还包括控制部,所述控制部与所述第一检测件或所述第二检测件信号连接,所述控制部与所述风机组件(40)信号连接,且所述第一检测件与所述第二检测件信号连接,以在所述尘桶(20)和所述第一过滤组件(30)中的至少之一未安装到位时,所述控制部不能启动所述风机组件(40)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述风机组件(40)包括:
    壳体(43),所述壳体(43)设置在所本体(10)上;
    风机(44);
    柔性件(45),所述柔性件(45)位于所述壳体(43)和所述风机(44)之间,所述风机(44)通过所述柔性件(45)固定于所述壳体(43)内,且所述柔性件(45)避免了所述风机(44)与所述壳体(43)直接接触。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,包括所述气旋分离器(24)的所述尘桶(20),包括尘袋转接装置(25);当取下所述气旋分离器(24)后,可以通过所述尘袋转接装置(25)安装尘袋(23)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,所述本体(10)还包括出液孔(12),集尘桩还包括:
    遮挡件(90),所述遮挡件(90)可活动地设置在所述本体(10)上,以使所述遮挡 件(90)具有遮挡所述出液孔(12)的密封位置和释放所述出液孔(12)的打开位置;
    其中,当所述尘盒的灰尘进入到所述进尘通道(11)内的过程中,所述遮挡件(90)位于所述密封位置,当所述尘盒的灰尘停止进入到所述进尘通道(11)内时,所述遮挡件(90)能够移动至所述打开位置,以使所述进尘通道(11)通过所述出液孔(12)与外界相连通。
  14. 一种清洁机器人,适配于权利要求1至13中任一项所述的集尘桩,其特征在于,包括:
    移动平台,被配置为在操作面上自动移动;
    清洁模组,设置于所述移动平台上,所述清洁模组包括用以收纳灰尘的尘盒;
    升降结构,与所述清洁模组相连接,被配置为能够使所述清洁模组相对于所述移动平台上下移动;
    当所述清洁机器人与所述集尘桩对接时,所述清洁模组与所述集尘桩的进尘口(111)相连通。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述清洁模组包括滚刷罩(113),所述滚刷罩(113)通过升降机构与所述集尘桩的进尘口(111)相连通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述清洁模组包括滚刷(112),所述滚刷(112)于所述清洁机器人在操作面上执行清洁指令时转动;
    所述清洁机器人与所述集尘桩连接后,所述集尘桩的风机组件(40)启动时,所述滚刷(112)同时或延后一段时间启动,并且此时所述滚刷(112)的转动方向与在操作面上自动移动时滚刷(112)的转动方向相反。
  17. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至16中任一项所述的集尘桩和清洁机器人。
