- FIG. 6 is a diagram showing how to use the container connecting fitting 10.
- FIG. 6A is a diagram showing a state in which four containers 40a to 40d are spaced apart from each other and arranged adjacent to each other vertically and horizontally, and the container connecting fittings 10 are inserted therein.
- FIG. 6(B) is an arrow view of a portion indicated by an arrow VIB-VIB in FIG. 6(A). Since corner fittings 42a-42d are provided at the four corners of the respective containers 40a-40d, the corner fittings 42a-42d are adjacent to each other.
- Each of the corner fittings 42a to 42d has three surfaces perpendicular to each other corresponding to the front, back, right side, left side, plane, and bottom of the containers 40a to 40d. Holes 45a, 45b, and 45c are provided respectively (see FIG. 6A). All three holes 45a to 45c communicate internally.
- a pair of U-shaped members 11a and 11b are first inserted into the holes 45d and 45e of the corner fittings 42c and 42d positioned below from the inverted U-shaped members 17a and 17b, and After that, the inverted U-shaped members 17a, 17b are made to protrude from the holes 45a, 45f of the corner fittings 42c, 42d positioned above. 17b.
- the container connecting fittings 10 are attached to the containers 40a to 40d so that the connecting rods 12 are positioned downward.
- the reason why the container connecting fitting is inserted into the corner fitting so that the connecting rod 12 faces downward is that when the connecting rod 12 is inserted so that the connecting rod faces upward, the weight balance of the connecting fitting becomes upward and the metal fitting rotates. This is because there is a possibility that the
- the container connecting fitting 10 has a pair of U-shaped members 11a and 11b fixed in shape by the connecting rod 12 and connected. For this reason, the user inserts the ends of the pair of U-shaped members 11 and 11b into the lower holes 45d and 45e of the corner fittings 42c and 42d at the same time, rotates them halfway, and pushes them out of the upper holes 45a and 45f. The work is completed simply by protruding each end and attaching the link chains 18a and 18b. Therefore, the container coupling fitting 10 can be easily and quickly attached to fix the container, and the U-shaped members 11a and 11b can be prevented from falling out of the holes 45d and 45e of the corner fittings 42c and 42d.
- the container connecting fittings 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are also attached to the containers 40a to 40d in the state shown in FIG.

- FIG. 13(A) is a diagram showing a plurality of containers stacked adjacent to each other on the ground 44
- FIGS. 13(B)-13(D) are diagrams showing FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the parts indicated by B to D surrounded by circles in FIG.
- the container coupling fittings 30 are used to stabilize such stacked, adjacent, elevated containers 40 .
- a pair of insertion members 31a and 31b are inserted into holes 45g and 45h of corner fittings 42e and 42f of high containers 40e to 40h.
- a lashing belt 46 connects the loop 35a positioned at the lower end to the corner fitting 42g of the container 40g positioned at the lowest end.
- the loop 35a may be directly connected to the corner fitting 42g of the container 40g positioned at the lowest end.
- the container connecting fitting capable of connecting a plurality of mutually adjacent containers has a pair of insertion members that can be inserted into respective corner fittings of a plurality of mutually adjacent containers. ing. Therefore, a plurality of containers can be integrated simply by inserting the insert members into the respective corner fittings of a plurality of adjacent containers.
- the container Since the container is very large, the force exerted by the container when subjected to strong winds is a very large force relative to the weight of the container. can be prevented, and the container can also be prevented from being blown away.
- the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments.
- the chains 2a, 5a, 5b or the link chains 18a, 18b, 28, 29a, 29b may be wires such as metal.
