本实施例中如图3所示,利用PLC控制器17自动控制伺服电机2的转动角度和速度,从而带动旋转座3进行转动,吸取第一片布料以后,旋转座3带动安装板5通过伺服电机2旋转,旋转到位以后吸取第二片布料,完成对两片布料的吸取。
其中,所述中空螺杆9通过夹紧螺母10固定在调节孔8内,所述中空螺杆9的顶部设置有连接套11。
本实施例中如图1所示,旋松中空螺杆9上的夹紧螺母10便于调整中空螺杆9在调节孔8内的位置,从而调整四组吸盘6的相对位置,控制吸附范围,满足不同尺寸的制帽布料的吸附固定工作。
其中,所述吸盘6的底部通过聚氨酯胶粘结有弧形吸附板13,且弧形吸附板13的中心部位设置有吸气孔12。
本实施例中如图2所示,利用弧形吸附板13贴附性高,吸附效果好。
其中,所述安装板5底部的吸盘6具体设置有四组。
其中,所述电源保护器16的输出端与UPS电源15的输入端通过导线相连。
本实施例中如图3所示,利用电源保护器16集三相电压显示、过电压保护、欠电压保护、缺相保护、相序保护于一体,具有功能齐全、性能稳定、操作简便等特点,对UPS电源15很好的起到保护的效果。
其中,所述控制箱7的内壁另一侧通过螺钉安装有无线开关14,且无线开关14通过导线连接伺服电机2。
本实施例中如图3所示,利用无线开关14连接外部智能手机进行远程控制伺服电机2的开启和关闭,智能化程度高,便于操作。
其中,所述控制箱7的内表层设置有防水层,且防水层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
本实施例中如图1所示,防水层为聚四氟乙烯涂层,使控制箱7内防水效果显著,避免湿气进入到控制箱7内,损坏内部电子元件。
实施例二
如图1-3所示,一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,包括电源保护器16、安装座1、伺服电机2和旋转座3,所述安装座1的一侧通过螺栓安装有控制箱7,所述安装座1的底端通过定位板及定位螺钉安装有伺服电机2,所述伺服电机2的输出轴通过螺栓安装有旋转座3,所述旋转座3的顶端和底端均通过固定轴4连接安装板5,所述安装板5的顶部设置有调节孔8,所述调节孔8内贯穿设置有中空螺杆9,所述中空螺杆9的底部连接吸盘6的出气端。
其中,所述控制箱7内壁一侧通过螺钉安装有UPS电源15,所述UPS电源15的下端通过螺栓设置有电源保护器16,且电源保护器16的下端通过卡槽卡设有PLC控制器17,所述PLC控制器17的输出端和输入端分别与伺服电机2的输入端和UPS电源15的输出端通过导线相连。
本实施例中如图3所示,利用PLC控制器17自动控制伺服电机2的转动角度和速度,从而带动旋转座3进行转动,吸取第一片布料以后,旋转座3带动安装板5通过伺服电机2旋转,旋转到位以后吸取第二片布料,完成对两片布料的吸取。
其中,所述中空螺杆9通过夹紧螺母10固定在调节孔8内,所述中空螺杆9的顶部设置有连接套11。
本实施例中如图1所示,旋松中空螺杆9上的夹紧螺母10便于调整中空螺杆9在调节孔8内的位置,从而调整四组吸盘6的相对位置,控制吸附范围,满足不同尺寸的制帽布料的吸附固定工作。
其中,所述吸盘6的底部通过聚氨酯胶粘结有弧形吸附板13,且弧形吸附 板13的中心部位设置有吸气孔12。
本实施例中如图2所示,利用弧形吸附板13贴附性高,吸附效果好。
其中,所述安装板5底部的吸盘6具体设置有四组。
其中,所述电源保护器16的输出端与UPS电源15的输入端通过导线相连。
本实施例中如图3所示,利用电源保护器16集三相电压显示、过电压保护、欠电压保护、缺相保护、相序保护于一体,具有功能齐全、性能稳定、操作简便等特点,对UPS电源15很好的起到保护的效果。
其中,所述控制箱7的内壁另一侧通过螺钉安装有无线开关14,且无线开关14通过导线连接伺服电机2。
本实施例中如图3所示,利用无线开关14连接外部智能手机进行远程控制伺服电机2的开启和关闭,智能化程度高,便于操作。
其中,所述控制箱7的内表层设置有防水层,且防水层为有机硅涂层。
本实施例中如图1所示,防水层为有机硅涂层,使控制箱7内防水效果显著,避免湿气进入到控制箱7内,损坏内部电子元件。
需要说明的是,发明为一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,工作时,利用连接套11连接外设真空泵体的抽气软管,真空泵体工作时使吸盘6内产生负压状态,通过安装板5底部的四组吸盘6快速将制帽用面料进行吸附固定,利用PLC控制器17自动控制伺服电机2的转动角度和速度,从而带动旋转座3进行转动,吸取第一片布料以后,旋转座3带动安装板5通过伺服电机2旋转,旋转到位以后吸取第二片布料,完成对两片布料的吸取,自动化完成取料,提高了制帽自动化产线的生产效率,旋松中空螺杆9上的夹紧螺母10便于调整中空螺杆9在调节孔8内的位置,从而调整四组吸盘6的相对位置,控制吸附范围,满足不同尺寸的制帽布料的吸附固定工作,利用无线开关14连接外部智能手机进行远程控制伺服电机2的开启和关闭,智能化程度高,便于操作,利用电源保护器16集三相电压显示、过电压保护、欠电压保护、缺相保护、相序保护于一体,具有功能齐全、性能稳定、操作简便等特点,对UPS电源15很 好的起到保护的效果。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,包括电源保护器(16)、安装座(1)、伺服电机(2)和旋转座(3),其特征在于:所述安装座(1)的一侧通过螺栓安装有控制箱(7),所述安装座(1)的底端通过定位板及定位螺钉安装有伺服电机(2),所述伺服电机(2)的输出轴通过螺栓安装有旋转座(3),所述旋转座(3)的顶端和底端均通过固定轴(4)连接安装板(5),所述安装板(5)的顶部设置有调节孔(8),所述调节孔(8)内贯穿设置有中空螺杆(9),所述中空螺杆(9)的底部连接吸盘(6)的出气端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述控制箱(7)内壁一侧通过螺钉安装有UPS电源(15),所述UPS电源(15)的下端通过螺栓设置有电源保护器(16),且电源保护器(16)的下端通过卡槽卡设有PLC控制器(17),所述PLC控制器(17)的输出端和输入端分别与伺服电机(2)的输入端和UPS电源(15)的输出端通过导线相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述中空螺杆(9)通过夹紧螺母(10)固定在调节孔(8)内,所述中空螺杆(9)的顶部设置有连接套(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述吸盘(6)的底部通过聚氨酯胶粘结有弧形吸附板(13),且弧形吸附板(13)的中心部位设置有吸气孔(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述安装板(5)底部的吸盘(6)具体设置有四组。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述电源保护器(16)的输出端与UPS电源(15)的输入端通过导线相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述控制箱(7)的内壁另一侧通过螺钉安装有无线开关(14),且 无线开关(14)通过导线连接伺服电机(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制帽自动化产线设备上的取料机构,其特征在于:所述控制箱(7)的内表层设置有防水层,且防水层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
