发明内容
本公开提供一种后背门应急口盖及车辆。通过用手直接旋转旋钮卡接机构就可打开应急口,无需借助辅助工具,开启操作快捷方便;同时,本后背门应急口盖在开启过程中不会造成盖体与后背门饰板匹配不良甚至脱落风险,因此人机操作更合理,使用稳定性高并且使用寿命长,保证多次重复使用后连接依然牢固。

为了保持本公开实施例的以下说明清楚且简明,本公开省略了已知功能和已知部件的详细说明。
根据本公开的具体实施方式,第一方面,本公开提供了一种后背门应急口盖,如图1-图8所示,包括盖体11,其配置为与后背门饰板12上的应急口13相适配;连接机构10,其设于所述盖体11上,所述连接机构10用于将所述盖体11的第一侧与后背门饰板12固定;旋钮卡接机构,其可旋转设于所述盖体11上;所述旋钮卡接机构位于第一位置时,将所述盖体11的第二侧与所述后背门饰板12锁定;所述旋钮卡接机构位于第二位置时,所述盖体11的第二侧与所述后背门饰板12解除锁定,所述盖体11能够移离所述应急口13,以使所述应急口13打开。后背门饰板12上朝向车外的方向可形成有凹陷面,此凹陷面可设为安装口30,安装口30的尺寸可设为略大于应急口13,安装口30与应急口13之间具有挡边31,盖体11与安装口30相适配;连接机构10可设为合页或卡勾结构等,通过连接机构10可使盖体11相对于后背门饰板12翻转;盖体11的第一侧和第二侧指的是盖体11相对的两侧边,当应急口13需要打开时,旋转旋钮卡接机构,使其位于第二位置时,盖体11的第二侧与所述后背门饰板12解除锁定,盖体11可相对于后背门饰板12朝车内方向进行翻转;当应急口13需要关闭时,旋转旋钮卡接机构,使其位于第一位置,将盖体11的第二侧与后背门饰板12锁定,此时盖体11封堵应急口13,盖体11往车外方向翻转并嵌入安装口30内,挡边31对盖体11有阻挡作用;通过用手直接旋转旋钮卡接机构就可打开应急口13,无需借助辅助工具,开启操作快捷方便;同时,本后背门应急口盖在开启过程中不会造成盖体与后背门饰板匹配不良甚至脱落风险,因此人机操作更合理,使用稳定性高并且使用寿命长,保证多次重复使用后连接依然牢固。
一些实施例中,所述旋钮卡接机构包括旋钮14和悬臂15,所述旋钮14和悬臂15连接,转动所述旋钮14,带动所述悬臂15同步旋转;所述旋钮卡接机构位于第一位置时,所述悬臂15与所述后背门饰板12接触,将所述盖体11与所述后背门饰板12锁定;所述 旋钮卡接机构位于第二位置时,所述悬臂15脱离所述后背门饰板12。旋钮14可设于盖体11朝向车内的一侧,悬臂15则可设于盖体11相对的另一侧,转动所述旋钮14,带动悬臂15同步旋转;当旋钮卡接机构位于第一位置时,悬臂15与后背门饰板12搭接,从而将盖体11的第二侧与后背门饰板12锁定,此时盖体11封堵应急口13,盖体11不能够朝向车内翻转打开;当旋钮卡接机构位于第二位置时,悬臂15脱离后背门饰板12,盖体11的第二侧与后背门饰板12解除锁定,所述盖体11能够朝向车内翻转,应急口13打开。
图1和图5中的箭头所示为旋钮14的操作方向。可选的,盖体11朝向车内的一侧表面上还设有标识部33。
一些实施例中,所述盖体11具有安装部17,所述安装部17在所述盖体11的一侧形成凹陷部16,在所述盖体11的另一侧相对应形成凸台,所述凸台上设有安装孔18,所述凸台与所述悬臂15均位于所述盖体11的相同一侧;所述凹陷部16与所述安装孔18连通,且所述凹陷部16的孔径大于所述安装孔18的孔径。安装部17可由盖体11冲压成型;也可在盖体11的一侧固定设置有柱体,再通过加工成型凹陷部16和安装孔18。
所述旋钮14包括操作部19和转套20,所述转套20的一端与所述操作部19连接,所述操作部19可旋转设于所述凹陷部16内,所述转套20穿过所述安装孔18,所述转套20远离所述操作部19的另一端露出所述安装部17,且所述悬臂15与所述转套20的外圆表面连接,所述悬臂15和所述操作部19分别位于所述盖体11的两侧。悬臂15可插接在转套20上再通过胶粘固定,悬臂15也可与旋钮14注塑成型为一体;为了方便安装,可将转套20靠近操作部19的一端并与悬臂15相连接的一侧及相对的一侧的圆表面保留,其余处圆表面切除,这样悬臂15与旋钮14成型为一体后,悬臂15也可从安装孔18内斜着穿出。
一些实施例中,所述转套20的外圆表面上设有导向块21,所述导向块21与所述转套20固定连接,且所述导向块21在所述转套20周向上间隔设置;所述导向块21包括导向面211和抵接面212,所述导向面211用于所述转套20插入所述安装孔18内提供导向,所述抵接面212与所述凸台背离所述凹陷部16的端面相接触;所述导向面211设为斜面,所述导向面211与所述抵接面212相邻接,且所述转套20的轴线至所述导向面211的距离,沿所述轴线向靠近所述抵接面212的一端逐渐增大。导向块21可设为两个,相对设置于转套20上,导向面211的横截面可设为沿着转套20的轴线逐渐增大,且抵接面212设为最大的端面,抵接面212朝向操作部19,操作部19与抵接面212将凸台卡接于中间,对旋钮卡接机构进行轴向限位,这样旋转旋钮14时,不会造成脱落;转套20插入安装孔18时,通过导向面211的导向,导向块21受挤压变形,当导向块21穿出安装孔18时,导向块21在弹性力的作用下恢复变形,此时抵接面212抵接在凸台上。
一些实施例中,所述转套20的外圆表面上设有限位筋22,所述限位筋22与所述转套20固定连接,所述限位筋22与所述安装孔18的孔壁相对转动配合,所述限位筋22与所述导向块21在所述安装孔18的周向上彼此相间设置。限位筋22也可设为两个,其中一个与悬臂15同向,另一个则与悬臂15相对设置;转套20旋转时,限位筋22具有导向的作 用,使转套20沿着安装孔18做圆周运动。
所述限位筋22远离所述转套20的一侧设有凸起23,所述凸起23的横截面的外轮廓设为圆弧面。凸起23可设于限位筋22的中间部位,凸起23的横截面的外轮廓设为圆弧面,在转动的时候,凸起23受挤压易于变形,用较小的力操作旋钮14,凸起23可从限位槽24内滑出;凸起23可仅设置于其中一个限位筋22上。
所述安装孔18的孔壁上至少设有两个凹陷的限位槽24,至少两个所述限位槽24沿所述安装孔18的圆周间隔设置;所述凸起23与所述限位槽24配合;转动所述旋钮14,所述凸起23沿所述安装孔18的孔壁滑动,所述旋钮卡接机构位于第一位置或第二位置时,所述凸起23卡入其中一个所述限位槽24。在一些实施例中,限位槽24可设为四个,限位槽24沿安装孔18的圆周间隔均匀设置,这样旋钮14每转动90度,凸起23就可滑入下一个限位槽24内并停止,使得悬臂15能够对盖体11进行锁定或非锁定。
一些实施例中,所述盖体11上设有第一限位导向件25和第二限位导向件26,所述第一限位导向件25位于后背门饰板12上,所述第二限位导向件26位于所述盖体11的中间部位;所述旋钮卡接机构位于第一位置时,所述悬臂15抵接于所述第一限位导向件25;所述旋钮卡接机构位于第二位置时,所述悬臂15抵接于所述第二限位导向件26。第一限位导向件25可固定连接在后背门饰板12的突出的挡边31上,悬臂15位于第一位置时,悬臂15搭接在第一限位导向件25上,这样盖体11和悬臂15之间由后背门饰板12及第一限位导向件25进行车内车外方向的限位,从而将盖体11的第二侧与后背门饰板12锁定,此时盖体11封堵应急口13,盖体11不能够朝向车内翻转打开;第一限位导向件25可设为┙型,第一限位导向件25的突出的侧边可对悬臂15进行旋转方向的限制,第二限位导向件26可水平设置于所述盖体11的中间部位,对悬臂15旋转90度后进行限位;这样通过第一限位导向件25和第二限位导向件26的导向和限位,使得旋钮卡接机构按照既定的方向旋转,并停留在既定的位置,可防止误操作,使得悬臂15旋转仅位于两个位置,以实现准确的打开或关闭应急口13。
导向块21、限位筋22与转套20可注塑成型为一体。
根据本公开的具体实施方式,第二方面,本公开提供了一种车辆,包括第一方面所述的后背门应急口盖。
本公开的技术方案具有如下特点:
1.本公开提供的后背门应急口盖,通过用手直接旋转旋钮卡接机构就可打开应急口,无需借助辅助工具,开启操作快捷方便;同时,本后背门应急口盖在开启过程中不会造成盖体与后背门饰板匹配不良甚至脱落风险,因此人机操作更合理,使用稳定性高并且使用寿命长,保证多次重复使用后连接依然牢固。
2.本公开提供的后背门应急口盖,通过旋转旋钮使得悬臂同时旋转,悬臂与后背门饰板搭接或避开,这样可快捷且方便地开启或关闭应急口。
3.本公开提供的后背门应急口盖,通过限位导向件的导向和限位作用使得悬臂能按既 定的方向旋转,以及通过凸起的变形实现与限位槽配合,使得旋钮旋转90度后能够停止在既定的位置,这样悬臂能够保持在且仅位于第一位置和第二位置两个位置,能够对应急口盖进行锁定或非锁定,使得开启或关闭应急口的状态可靠。
4.本公开提供的后背门应急口盖,由于是旋转操作,使得悬臂能够对应急口盖进行锁定或非锁定,这样应急口盖在开启过程中不会因为零部件的磨损造成失效,且使用稳定性高并且使用寿命长,可多次重复使用后连接依然牢固。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,包括:
    盖体(11),其配置为与后背门饰板(12)上的应急口(13)相适配;
    连接机构(10),其设于所述盖体(11)上,所述连接机构(10)用于将所述盖体(11)的第一侧与所述后背门饰板(12)固定;
    旋钮卡接机构,其可旋转设于所述盖体(11)上;
    所述旋钮卡接机构位于第一位置时,将所述盖体(11)的第二侧与所述后背门饰板(12)锁定;
    所述旋钮卡接机构位于第二位置时,所述盖体(11)的第二侧与所述后背门饰板(12)解除锁定,所述盖体(11)能够移离所述应急口(13),以使所述应急口(13)打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述旋钮卡接机构包括旋钮(14)和悬臂(15),所述旋钮(14)和所述悬臂(15)连接,转动所述旋钮(14),带动所述悬臂(15)同步旋转;
    所述旋钮卡接机构位于所述第一位置时,所述悬臂(15)与所述后背门饰板(12)接触,将所述盖体(11)与所述后背门饰板(12)锁定;
    所述旋钮卡接机构位于所述第二位置时,所述悬臂(15)脱离所述后背门饰板(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述盖体(11)具有安装部(17),所述安装部(17)在所述盖体(11)的一侧形成凹陷部(16),在所述盖体(11)的另一侧相对应形成凸台,所述凸台上设有安装孔(18),所述凸台与所述悬臂(15)均位于所述盖体(11)的相同一侧;
    所述凹陷部(16)与所述安装孔(18)连通,且所述凹陷部(16)的孔径大于所述安装孔(18)的孔径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述旋钮(14)包括操作部(19)和转套(20),所述转套(20)的一端与所述操作部(19)连接,所述操作部(19)可旋转设于所述凹陷部(16)内,所述转套(20)穿过所述安装孔(18),所述悬臂(15)与所述转套(20)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述转套(20)的外圆表面上设有导向块(21),所述导向块(21)与所述转套(20)固定连接,且所述导向块(21)在所述转套(20)周向上间隔设置;
    所述导向块(21)包括导向面(211)和抵接面(212),所述导向面(211)用于所述转套(20)插入所述安装孔(18)内提供导向,所述抵接面(212)与所述凸台背离所述凹陷部(16)的端面相接触;
    所述导向面(211)设为斜面,所述导向面(211)与所述抵接面(212)相邻接,且所述转套(20)的轴线至所述导向面(211)的距离,沿所述轴线向靠近所述抵接面(212) 的一端逐渐增大。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述转套(20)的外圆表面上设有限位筋(22),所述限位筋(22)与所述转套(20)固定连接,所述限位筋(22)与所述安装孔(18)的孔壁相对转动配合,所述限位筋(22)与所述导向块(21)在所述安装孔(18)的周向上彼此相间设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述限位筋(22)远离所述转套(20)的一侧设有凸起(23),所述凸起(23)的横截面的外轮廓设为圆弧面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述安装孔(18)的孔壁上至少设有两个凹陷的限位槽(24),至少两个所述限位槽(24)沿所述安装孔(18)的圆周间隔设置;
    转动所述旋钮(14),所述凸起(23)沿所述安装孔(18)的孔壁转动,所述旋钮卡接机构位于所述第一位置或所述第二位置时,所述凸起(23)卡入其中一个所述限位槽(24)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的后背门应急口盖,其特征在于,所述盖体(11)上设有第一限位导向件(25)和第二限位导向件(26),所述第一限位导向件(25)位于所述后背门饰板(12)上,所述第二限位导向件(26)位于所述盖体(11)的中间部位;
    所述旋钮卡接机构位于所述第一位置时,所述悬臂(15)抵接于所述第一限位导向件(25);
    所述旋钮卡接机构位于所述第二位置时,所述悬臂(15)抵接于所述第二限位导向件(26)。
  10. 一种车辆,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的后背门应急口盖。
