本发明涉及硅铝分离技术领域,尤其涉及一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机。
背景技术
大宗工业固体废物综合利用是节能环保战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分,是为工业又好又快发展提供资源保障的重要途径,也是解决大宗工业固体废物不当处置与堆存所带来的环境污染和安全隐患的治本之策,大宗工业固体废物综合利用是当前实现工业转型升级的重要举措,更是确保我国工业可持续发展的一项长远的战略方针,受地域资源禀赋和经济发展水平影响,不同地区大宗工业固体废物产生、堆放及综合利用情况差异较大,其中粉煤灰最为突出,山西、内蒙古、陕西等地区粉煤灰(内蒙古、山西等地产生的粉煤灰属于高铝粉煤灰)产生和堆存量大,利用率低;
铝土矿资源储量很少、品位很差,中国铝土矿绝大部分为高硅含量的一水硬铝石型铝土矿(品位很差),铝土矿资源已经面临枯竭,为了保证国家氧化铝工业(铝工业)安全,出台了一系列鼓励寻找新的替代铝土矿的铝矿资源的政策,其中,最重视也最可行的是利用在蒙西(鄂尔多斯)、晋北(朔州)地区发现的高铝煤矸石与高铝粉煤灰代替铝土矿提取氧化铝,JSTK技术是截止目前唯一一种彻底解决了困扰全球氧化铝工业近160年的“二氧化硅对氧化铝提取过程的干扰问题”的氧化铝生产技术,JSTK技术可以开发利用的原料包括各种煤矸石、各种粉煤灰、高岭土、黏土、黄砂以及各种氧化铝含量的铝土矿渣等大宗固废,JSTK技术对含铝原料处理后,首先得到的是氢氧化铝与硅酸,并将氢氧化铝与硅酸完全分离开来, 通过对氢氧化铝和硅酸的深度开发,可以同时生产沉淀白炭黑(二氧化硅)、各类硅酸盐、层硅酸钠、硅酸、硅胶、分子筛、铝酸盐、铝盐以及氢氧化铝、氧化铝、硅酸盐水泥等近20余种铝产品和硅产品,而在该技术的实际应用中,需要用到带式真空过滤机,带式真空过滤机是以真空负压为推动力实现固液分离的设备,它能连续自动完成过滤、滤饼洗涤、卸渣、滤布再生等工艺操作,并且母液与滤饼洗涤液可以分段收集。具有过滤效率高、生产能力大、洗涤效率好,滤饼水分低、操作灵活、维护简单等优点,可广泛应用于冶金、矿山、化工、造纸、食品、制药、环保等领域中的固液分离。
技术问题
现有技术中,带式过滤机通过需要用到滤布和橡胶带,滤布贴合橡胶带运行,物料堆在滤布上,以真空负压为推动力成滤饼,同时进行喷淋和洗涤,进行硅铝分离,在这个过程中,滤布上堆积物料有限,容易从两侧掉落,造成浪费,且滤布在整个运行的过程中,上端中间处会向下弯折,出料端展开时因落差较大容易出现褶皱,影响正常使用,因此,本发明提出一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
技术解决方案
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,该固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机在机架的前后侧设置倾斜的PP挡板,在滤布上方堆放一定容积的物料时,可以从前后侧对物料限位,不会漏料,避免浪费,且设置挡料组件,通过推拉气缸推动挡料板,可以契合PP挡板和滤布一端的口径,从而封闭住出料端,方便在滤布上方堆放一定容积的物料,停放一定的时间,对滤饼进行充分的喷淋和洗涤,从而提高硅铝分离的效率。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,包括传送组件、挡料组件、压布组件、夹布组件和清洁组件,所述传送组件包括机架、驱动辊和橡胶皮带,所述驱动辊转动设在机架内侧的两端并通过电机驱动,所述橡胶皮带绕在驱动辊上,所述机架一端的上下方转动安装有第一导辊和第二导辊,且机架另一端的上下方转动安装有第三导辊和第四导辊,所述第一导辊、第二导辊、第三导辊和第四导辊上绕设有滤布,所述滤布的上端绕过橡胶皮带并贴合,所述机架的前后侧均设有支撑架,且支撑架上设有角铁,所述角铁的内端倾斜设有斜撑架,且斜撑架的内侧设有PP挡板。
进一步改进在于:所述挡料组件包括固定架和挡料板,所述固定架设在传送组件的出料端,且固定架的一侧转动安装有挡料板,所述固定架内侧的上端铰接有推拉气缸,且推拉气缸的输出端与挡料板的一侧铰接。
进一步改进在于:所述压布组件包括龙门架、轴承座和压布辊,所述龙门架设在传送组件的进料端,且龙门架内侧的上端连接有轴承座,所述轴承座的下方转动安装有压布辊,所述压布辊的底部压紧所述滤布。
进一步改进在于:所述夹布组件包括调节座和调节板,所述调节座设在机架出料处的前后侧,所述调节座上设有第一安装槽,所述调节板上设有第二安装槽,所述第一安装槽和第二安装槽连接有螺栓,所述调节板的内端通过旋钮螺栓转动安装有安装块,且安装块的一侧转动安装有夹辊。
进一步改进在于:所述清洁组件包括第一废料仓和刷辊,所述第一废料仓设在滤布的下方位置处,且第一废料仓上通过轴脚转动安装有刷辊,所述刷辊通过电机驱动旋转,且刷辊上方接触滤布。
进一步改进在于:所述清洁组件包括第二废料仓和压缩空气管,所述第二废料仓设在滤布的下方位置处,所述压缩空气管位于第二废料仓上方,且压缩空气管连接压缩气泵,所述压缩空气管上连通有喷头,且喷头的输出端朝向滤布。
进一步改进在于:所述清洁组件包括第三废料仓和限位辊,所述第三废料仓设在滤布的下方位置处,所述限位辊设在第三废料仓内部,所述第三废料仓内装有水和超声波发生器,所述滤布绕过限位辊。
进一步改进在于:所述机架的一端设有刮板,且刮板的内侧接触滤布。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明在机架的前后侧设置倾斜的PP挡板,在滤布上方堆放一定容积的物料时,可以从前后侧对物料限位,不会漏料,避免浪费;

4、本发明通过龙门架和轴承座来固定压布辊,避免压布辊轴头和滤布接触,防止滤布运行过程中对压布辊轴头产生磨损。
5、本发明通过清洁组件清理滤布,通过刷辊对滤布进行滚刷再生,以确保滤布的过滤性能,提高滤布的使用寿命,无需常规的大水量冲洗,节省水源。

所述清洁组件包括第一废料仓25和刷辊26,所述第一废料仓25设在滤布8的下方位置处,且第一废料仓25上通过轴脚转动安装有刷辊26,所述刷辊26通过电机驱动旋转,且刷辊26上方接触滤布8。通过刷辊26对滤布8进行滚刷再生,将滤布8上的残留刷入第一废料仓25,以确保滤布8的过滤性能,提高滤布的使用寿命。
所述机架1的一端设有刮板33,且刮板33的内侧接触滤布8。用于刮下滤布8上的滤饼。

本发明在机架1的前后侧设置倾斜的PP挡板12,在滤布8上方堆放一定容积的物料时,可以从前后侧对物料限位,不会漏料,避免浪费,且本发明设置挡料组件,通过推拉气缸15推动挡料板14,可以契合PP挡板12和滤布8一端的口径,从而封闭住出料端,方便在滤布8上方堆放一定容积的物料,停放一定的时间,对滤饼进行充分的喷淋和洗涤,从而提高硅铝分离的效率,同时,本发明在滤布8的两侧机架1上设置夹布组件,通过第一安装槽21和第二安装槽22的安装调节调节板20在调节座19上的位置,通过转动的安装块23调节夹辊24的角度,方便夹辊24夹住滤布8两侧,使滤布在一定夹力的作用下适时舒展,避免褶皱,另外,本发明通过龙门架16和轴承座17来固定压布辊18,避免压布辊18轴头和滤布8接触,防止滤布8运行过程中对压布辊18轴头产生磨损,最后,本发明通过清洁组件清理滤布8,通过刷辊26对滤布8进行滚刷再生,以确保滤布8的过滤性能,提高滤布的使用寿命,通过压缩空气管28连接压缩气泵,配合喷头29对滤布进行吹扫再生,以确保滤布8的过滤性能,提高滤布8的使用寿命,通过限位辊31使得滤布8经过第三废料仓30中的水,通过超声波发生器32对滤布8进行超声波微震再生,以确保滤布8的过滤性能,提高滤布8的使用寿命,无需常规的大水量冲洗,节省水源。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,包括传送组件、挡料组件、压布组件、夹布组件和清洁组件,其特征在于:所述传送组件包括机架(1)、驱动辊(2)和橡胶皮带(3),所述驱动辊(2)转动设在机架(1)内侧的两端并通过电机驱动,所述橡胶皮带(3)绕在驱动辊(2)上,所述机架(1)一端的上下方转动安装有第一导辊(4)和第二导辊(5),且机架(1)另一端的上下方转动安装有第三导辊(6)和第四导辊(7),所述第一导辊(4)、第二导辊(5)、第三导辊(6)和第四导辊(7)上绕设有滤布(8),所述滤布(8)的上端绕过橡胶皮带(3)并贴合,所述机架(1)的前后侧均设有支撑架(9),且支撑架(9)上设有角铁(10),所述角铁(10)的内端倾斜设有斜撑架(11),且斜撑架(11)的内侧设有PP挡板(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述挡料组件包括固定架(13)和挡料板(14),所述固定架(13)设在传送组件的出料端,且固定架(13)的一侧转动安装有挡料板(14),所述固定架(13)内侧的上端铰接有推拉气缸(15),且推拉气缸(15)的输出端与挡料板(14)的一侧铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述压布组件包括龙门架(16)、轴承座(17)和压布辊(18),所述龙门架(16)设在传送组件的进料端,且龙门架(16)内侧的上端连接有轴承座(17),所述轴承座(17)的下方转动安装有压布辊(18),所述压布辊(18)的底部压紧所述滤布(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述夹布组件包括调节座(19)和调节板(20),所述调节座(19)设在机架(1)出料处的前后侧,所述调节座(19)上设有第一安装槽(21),所述调节板(20)上设有第二安装槽(22),所述第一安装槽(21)和第二安装槽(22)连接有螺栓,所述调节板(20)的内端通过旋钮螺栓转动安装有安装块(23),且安装块(23)的一侧转动安装有夹辊(24)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述清洁组件包括第一废料仓(25)和刷辊(26),所述第一废料仓(25)设在滤布(8)的下方位置处,且第一废料仓(25)上通过轴脚转动安装有刷辊(26),所述刷辊(26)通过电机驱动旋转,且刷辊(26)上方接触滤布(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述清洁组件包括第二废料仓(27)和压缩空气管(28),所述第二废料仓(27)设在滤布(8)的下方位置处,所述压缩空气管(28)位于第二废料仓(27)上方,且压缩空气管(28)连接压缩气泵,所述压缩空气管(28)上连通有喷头(29),且喷头(29)的输出端朝向滤布(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述清洁组件包括第三废料仓(30)和限位辊(31),所述第三废料仓(30)设在滤布(8)的下方位置处,所述限位辊(31)设在第三废料仓(30)内部,所述第三废料仓(30)内装有水和超声波发生器(32),所述滤布(8)绕过限位辊(31)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固废硅铝高效分离和过滤的橡胶带式真空过滤机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)的一端设有刮板(33),且刮板(33)的内侧接触滤布(8)。
