- 前記貯蔵環境の条件は、前記貯蔵庫の庫内ガスに関する条件である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵庫。
- 前記庫内ガスは、エチレン、アセチレン、プロピレンのいずれか1つを含む、請求項10に記載の貯蔵庫。
- 前記貯蔵環境の条件は、前記飲食物の追熟、前記飲食物の解凍、前記飲食物の加温のいずれかのための温度調整に関する条件である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵庫。
- 貯蔵庫の制御部が実行する方法であって、前記貯蔵庫は、前記制御部からの指令に基づいて環境を調整するアクチュエータを備え、
前記貯蔵庫内の飲食物に関する情報および指定日を取得するステップと、
前記飲食物に関する情報および前記指定日に基づいて、前記飲食物の貯蔵環境の制御目標値を前記アクチュエータに指令するステップと、を含む方法。 - アクチュエータを備えた貯蔵庫を制御するサーバであって、
前記サーバの制御部は、
前記貯蔵庫内の飲食物に関する情報および指定日を取得し、
前記飲食物に関する情報および前記指定日に基づいて、前記飲食物の貯蔵環境の制御目標値を前記アクチュエータに指令する、サーバ。
