安装台200的基板201上还设置有孔205,该孔205用于定位时钟弹簧。以及,图2中基板201的花键部206上侧的还设置有槽,该槽用作时钟弹簧线束端子的插接孔。此外,为了方便线束通过,基板201上还设置有缺口部207,该缺口部207与用作插接孔的槽在图3中一上一下布置,而且孔205以及锁止孔202在图3中分别一左一右布置,使得安装台200具有对称机构。这有利于安装台、以及由此方向盘的重量均匀地分布。
图4(a)-图4(b)分别示出了根据本发明实施例的方向盘10中的锁止构件300。如图4(a)-图4(b)所示,锁止构件300包括锁止柱301、弹性件302和固定件303。锁止柱301包括开口槽3011、斜面3012和凸缘3013,其中,凸缘3013和斜面3012被设置在锁止柱301的同一端处,开口槽3011设置在锁止柱301的另一端处。弹性件302(例如螺旋弹簧)围绕锁止柱301的周面布置,并且弹性件302的一端定位在锁止柱301的凸缘3013上,弹性件302的另一端在骨架100的定位孔102处定位在骨架 100的第一侧的侧面上。固定件303例如被构造为U形卡簧,其被构造为在骨架100的第二侧处定位在锁止柱301的开口槽3011中。因此,弹性件302和固定件303被设置在骨架100的相对两侧,以将锁止柱301定位在骨架100的定位孔102中。以及,斜面3012被构造为,在安装台200相对于骨架100在第一平面内移动期间,当安装台200移动到转向柱301处时,其将在转向柱301的斜面3012上移动。具体地,当需要将安装台200和骨架100安装在一起时(在此之前,锁止构件300已经安装到骨架100上,并且此时,锁止构件300的锁止柱301从骨架100的定位孔102中凸伸而露出一段长度),在图4(b)所示的锁止柱301的放置方位中,安装台200从锁止柱301的左侧向右侧移动,当移动到锁止柱301时,安装台200在斜面3012上移动以将锁止柱301从当前第一位置压缩到第二位置(即,锁止柱301在安装台200的作用下在图2的向上方向移动),直到锁止柱301与安装台200上的锁止孔202对准时,锁止柱301从第二位置恢复到第一位置,由此进入安装台200的锁止孔202中,从而锁止安装台200和骨架100继续发生在第一平面的相对移动。
图5(a)-图5(c)示意性地示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘的安装和拆卸方法。以下参照图5(a)-图5(c)描述如何安装和拆卸根据本发明实施例的方向盘。
需要说明的是,在图(a)-图5(c)的每一者中,左侧图示出骨架100的第一侧,以及,右侧图示出骨架100的第二侧。
首先,提供骨架100。图5(a)示出待安装的根据本发明的方向盘10的骨架100,如图5(a)的右侧图所示,在骨架100的第二侧上集成有安全气囊的壳体400,该壳体400的底部上设置有用于定位固定件303的槽103,以及,骨架100上设置的定位孔102穿过壳体400。此外,壳体400的侧壁上还设置有槽401,该槽401用于工具30穿过壳体400将骨架100和安装台200分开。
之后,将锁止构件300安装到骨架100上。图5(b)示出锁止构件300与骨架100已经安装在一起的示意图。如图5(b)的左侧图所示,弹性件302的一端定位在锁止柱301的凸缘3013上,弹性件302的另一端在 骨架100的定位孔102处定位在骨架100的第一侧的侧面上。如图5(b)的右侧图所示,固定件303在骨架100的第二侧处定位在壳体400的槽401中并且定位在锁止柱301的开口槽3011中。因此,弹性件302和固定件303被设置在骨架100的相对两侧,以将锁止柱301定位在骨架100的定位孔102中。
最后,将安装台300安装到骨架100上。图5(c)示出安装台200与骨架100已经安装在一起的示意图。如图5(c)的左侧图所示,安装台200相对于骨架100在引导件的引导下从上侧向下侧移动,当安装台200移动到转向柱301处时,其将在转向柱301的斜面3012上移动,以将锁止柱301从当前第一位置压缩到第二位置(即,锁止柱301在安装台200的作用下缩回到骨架100的定位孔102中),直到锁止柱301与安装台200上的锁止孔202对准时,从第二位置恢复到第一位置,由此进入安装台200的锁止孔202中,从而锁止安装台200相对于骨架100在第一平面内移动。如图5(c)的右侧图所示,当需要拆卸方向盘时,将工具30伸入到固定件303的下侧,并且向工具30的下端施加向下的力,从而使得工具30的上端以及由此固定件303向上移动,直到锁止柱301缩回到骨架100的定位孔102中,此时,将骨架100相对于安装台200向下移动而离开安装台200,从而完成方向盘10的拆卸。
因此,本发明通过在方向盘中设置锁止构件,使得锁止构件包括设置在骨架上的锁止柱和设置安装台上的锁止孔,锁止柱被构造为:在安装台相对于骨架在第一平面内移动期间,先被安装台从第一位置压缩到第二位置,之后与锁止孔对准时从第二位置恢复到第一位置以插入锁止,因此,提供了能够以简单且便捷的方式被拆卸的方向盘。
需要说明的是,以上实施例以锁止构件与骨架被构造为可分离的两个构件进行了描述。但是本发明的方向盘不限于此,例如,锁止构件的锁止柱还可以设置为以可相对移动但是固定的方式设置在骨架上。
以及,以上实施例以锁止构件的锁止柱设置在骨架上、锁止构件的锁止孔设置在安装台进行了描述。但是本发明的方向盘不限于此,并且包括相反的设置,即,锁止构件的锁止孔设置在骨架上、锁止构件的锁止柱设 置在安装台,这同样能实现在安装台相对于骨架在第一平面内移动期间,锁止柱先被骨架从第一位置压缩到第二位置,之后与锁止孔对准时从所述第二位置恢复到所述第一位置以插入锁止孔,从而锁止安装台相对于骨架在第一平面内移动。
如前所述,尽管说明中已经参考附图对本发明的示例性实施例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,本发明的保护范围应当由权利要求书及其等同含义来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种方向盘(10),其用于车辆的转向并且包括:
    骨架(100)和位于所述骨架(100)的第一侧的安装台(200),所述骨架(100)能够经由所述安装台(200)安装到外部构件;
    其特征在于,
    所述方向盘(10)还包括锁止构件(300),所述锁止构件(300)包括设置在所述骨架(100)和所述安装台(200)一者上的锁止柱(301)和设置在另一者上的锁止孔(202),所述锁止柱(301)被构造为:在所述安装台(200)相对于所述骨架(100)在第一平面内移动期间,先被所述安装台(200)或所述骨架(100)从第一位置压缩到第二位置,之后与所述锁止孔(202)对准时从所述第二位置恢复到所述第一位置以插入所述锁止孔(202),从而锁止所述安装台(200)相对于所述骨架(100)在所述第一平面内移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述方向盘(10)还包括引导件,所述引导件包括设置在所述骨架(100)和所述安装台(200)一者上的导向面(203)和设置在另一者上的与所述导向面(203)配合的导向槽(101),以引导所述安装台(200)相对于所述骨架(100)在所述第一平面内沿着第一方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述安装台(200)包括基板(201)和设置于所述基板(201)上的凸台(204),所述基板(201)的相对侧面被构造为所述导向面(203),所述骨架(100)上的凹槽被设置为所述导向槽(101),并且,所述凸台(203)上设置有用于与外部构件连接的连接部(206)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述导向槽(101)被构造为将所述基板(201)容纳在内的燕尾槽,以锁止所述骨架(100)和所述安装台(200)在与所述第一平面垂直的第二平面内的相对移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述第一平面被构造为所述燕尾槽的底面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述锁止构件(300)还包括弹性件(302)和固定件(303),所述弹性件(302)和所述固定件(303)设置在所述骨架(100)的相对两侧,并且所述弹性件(302)围绕所述锁止柱(301)的周面以定位在所述锁止柱(301)和所述骨架(100)之间,所述固定件(303)定位在所述锁止柱(301)的开口槽(3011)中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述骨架(100)在与所述第一侧相对的第二侧上集成有安全气囊的壳体(400),并且,所述壳体(400)的底部上设置有用于定位所述固定件(303)的槽(103)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述锁止柱(301)的端部设置有斜面(3012),在所述安装台(200)相对于所述骨架(100)在所述第一平面内移动期间,所述安装台(200)或所述骨架(100)在所述斜面(3012)上移动以将所述锁止柱(301)从所述第一位置压缩到所述第二位置。
  9. 一种方向盘组件(1),其用于车辆的转向并且包括转向柱(20),
    其特征在于,
    所述方向盘组件(1)还包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方向盘(10),并且,所述骨架(100)能够经由所述安装台(200)安装到所述转向柱(20)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述安装台(200)包括用于与所述转向柱(20)配合的花键部。
