Description
本发明涉及人工饰品领域,更具体地,涉及人工指甲连接结构及其使用方法、人工指甲组件。
现在市场上流行的人工指甲(假指甲)均通过双面贴或胶水与手指甲或脚趾甲连接,但是不论使用双面贴还是胶水,都存在一些不足。
用双面贴将真指甲(手指甲或脚趾甲)与假指甲直接粘贴,由于假指甲为硬物质,其假指甲与双面贴之间的粘结力不强,在使用中易脱落。
用胶水将真指甲与假指甲直接粘贴,去除时使用的卸甲油为有机溶剂具有毒性,有可能损害手指甲或脚趾甲健康。
发明内容
基于现有技术的上述问题,本发明提出一种人工指甲连接结构及其使用方法、人工指甲组件其可以可靠地将人工指甲与手指甲或脚趾甲连接在一起,并且手指甲或脚趾甲不会接触到胶水,在去除人工指甲时,无需使用卸甲油。

可选地,所述层状结构还包括基层,所述隔离层、所述连接层和所述基层依次设置,所述基层用于在使用所述人工指甲连接结构前,保护所述连接层不与外部环境接触。
可选地,所述连接层包括压敏胶粘剂,所述压敏胶粘剂为橡胶型压敏胶粘剂或树脂型压敏胶粘剂。
可选地,所述连接层和所述隔离层的总厚度不超过2mm。

如图1至图4所示,人工指甲连接结构用于将人工指甲4连接到手指甲6。连接结构为层状结构,该层状结构包括连接层2和隔离层1,连接层2用于通 过自粘贴的方式连接至手指甲6,隔离层1通过胶水5连接到人工指甲4,隔离层1阻止胶水5渗透通过隔离层1。
层状结构还可以包括基层3,如图3所示,层状结构依次包括隔离层1、连接层2和基层3,基层3用于在使用人工指甲连接结构前,保护连接层2不与外部环境接触。
连接层2可以为自粘贴结构,例如为双面贴,如果没有基层3,连接层3会接触到外界环境,粘附异物,不利于很好地贴附手指甲。
连接层2可以包括压敏胶粘剂,压敏胶粘剂可以为橡胶型压敏胶粘剂或树脂型压敏胶粘剂。
为了使人工指甲4更好地贴附到手指甲6,并且为了使贴附后的人工指甲4的视觉感受真实自然,连接层2和隔离层1的总厚度优选不超过2mm。
基层3可以包括:聚酯(PET)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)或聚乙烯辛烯共弹性体(POE)制成或涂敷的纸。
基层3也可以包括硅橡胶或涂有离型油的无纺布。
隔离层1可以包括光敏树脂(UV树脂)、聚氨酯(PU)或者聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。隔离层1的作用在于防止胶水5渗入到连接层2,从而抵达手指甲6,使得手指甲6免于粘附到胶水5,避免了使用卸甲油。
隔离层1可以是柔性层,柔性层能适应手指甲的形状使其贴合手指甲。当隔离层1是柔性层的时候,其可以更好地保证人工指甲4可靠地贴附至手指甲6,并且使使用人工指甲4的人感受舒适。柔性层是指软的,具有弹性的层,其可以由具有弹性的材料制成。
压敏胶粘剂还可以是丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂,例如其是由丙烯酸酯、丁苯橡胶、聚异丁烯、聚异戊二烯、丁基橡胶、顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶和丁腈橡胶中的一种或多种形成主体,配以增黏树脂、软化剂、防老剂和混合溶剂制成。
压敏胶粘剂也可以为有机硅树脂型压敏胶粘剂。
如图2所示,多个隔离层1和连接层2(连接层2见图3,从图2中看不见连 接层2,连接层2位于隔离层1和基层3之间,当俯视时被隔离层1从上方遮蔽)可以连接到,特别是粘贴或者吸附到同一基层3。多个隔离层1和连接层2可以采用不同材质、不同形状,不同尺寸和/或不同图案。在此,隔离层1和连接层2都制作为类似于指甲的形状。当使用根据本发明的人工指甲连接结构时,将与连接层2连接在一起的隔离层1与基层3分离即可。
隔离层可以具有图案和/或颜色。
当隔离层具有图案和/或颜色时,人工指甲可以具有透明度,此时,透明的人工指甲就可呈现出隔离层上的图案和/或者颜色。
本发明还提供了一种人工指甲组件,其包括人工指甲4、胶水层5和上述的人工指甲连接结构,其中,胶水层5将人工指甲4连接到人工指甲连接结构。
上述人工指甲连接结构的使用方法包括:
步骤一:使连接层2和隔离层1与基层3分离;
步骤二:将所述连接层2粘贴在所述手指甲6上;
步骤三:在所述隔离层1上涂敷所述胶水5,将所述人工指甲4连接到所述隔离层1。
当然,本发明不限于此,上述人工指甲连接结构的使用方法也可以包括:
步骤一:在所述隔离层1上涂敷所述胶水5,将所述人工指甲4连接到所述隔离层1;
步骤二:使连接层2和隔离层1与基层3分离;
步骤三:将所述连接层2粘贴在所述手指甲6上。
实际使用中,上述步骤的顺序可以互换,并不影响实现本发明的目的。胶水5也可以涂敷于人工指甲4,然后将人工指甲4和隔离层1粘接。需要指出的是,优选地,胶水5在上述人工指甲连接结构连接到手指甲6的时候尚未固化或尚未完全固化,以实现人工指甲与手指甲很好地贴合及粘附。
虽然,在说明书附图所示的实施例中,根据本申请的人工指甲连接结构和人工指甲连接结构的使用方法使用了连接到手指甲作为示例,但是,本申请不限于此,该人工指甲连接结构及其使用方法同样也可以应用于脚趾甲 (或称脚指甲)。
以上对本发明进行了详细介绍,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明实施例的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上的改变不应认为偏离了本发明保护的范围,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (12)
- 一种人工指甲连接结构,其用于将人工指甲(4)连接到手指甲(6)或脚趾甲,其特征在于,所述人工指甲连接结构为层状结构,所述层状结构包括:连接层(2)和隔离层(1),所述连接层(2)用于通过自粘贴的方式连接至所述手指甲(6)或脚趾甲,所述隔离层(1)用于通过胶水(5)连接所述人工指甲(4),所述隔离层(1)阻止所述胶水(5)渗透通过所述隔离层(1)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述层状结构还包括基层(3),所述隔离层(1)、所述连接层(2)和所述基层(3)依次设置,所述基层(3)用于在使用所述人工指甲连接结构前,保护所述连接层(2)不与外部环境接触。
- 根据权利要求2所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接层(2)包括压敏胶粘剂,所述压敏胶粘剂为橡胶型压敏胶粘剂或树脂型压敏胶粘剂。
- 根据权利要求2所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接层(2)和所述隔离层(1)的总厚度不超过2mm。
- 根据权利要求2所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述基层(3)包括由聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或聚乙烯辛烯共弹性体制成或涂敷的纸;或者所述基层(3)包括硅橡胶或涂有离型油的无纺布。
- 根据权利要求2所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述隔离层(1)包括光敏树脂、聚氨酯或者聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
- 根据权利要求2所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述隔离层(1)是柔性层,柔性层能适应手指甲或脚趾甲的形状使其贴合手指甲或脚趾甲。
- 根据权利要求3所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述压敏胶粘剂是丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂,其是由丙烯酸酯、丁苯橡胶、聚异丁烯、聚异戊二烯、丁基橡胶、顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶和丁腈橡胶中的一种或多种形成主 体,配以增黏树脂、软化剂、防老剂和混合溶剂制成;或者所述压敏胶粘剂为有机硅树脂型压敏胶粘剂。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的人工指甲连接结构,其特征在于,所述隔离层具有图案和/或颜色。
- 一种人工指甲组件,其特征在于,包括人工指甲(4)、胶水层(5)和权利要求1至9中任一项所述的人工指甲连接结构,其中,所述胶水层(5)将所述人工指甲(4)连接到所述人工指甲连接结构。
- 根据权利要求10所述的人工指甲组件,其特征在于,所述人工指甲具有透明度。
- 一种权利要求2至8中任一项所述的人工指甲连接结构的使用方法,其特征在于,包括:使所述连接层(2)和所述隔离层(1)与所述基层(3)分离;将所述连接层(2)粘贴在所述手指甲(6)或脚趾甲上;在所述隔离层(1)上涂敷所述胶水(5);以及通过所述胶水(5)将所述人工指甲(4)连接到所述隔离层(1)。
