  1. 一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,包括工作台(2)、转轴(3)、伸缩装置(4)、安装板(5)、升降装置(6)、第一滑动板(7)、第二滑动板(8)、熨烫板(9)、伸缩杆(10)、管道(11)、压杆(13)、U型板(14)、弹簧(15)和电热水箱(16);
    工作台(2)的底面均匀设有多组支撑架(1),工作台(2)的上端面上设有安装槽(202);
    U型板(14)的开口朝向多组支撑架(1),U型板(14)滑动连接安装槽(202)的内壁,U型板(14)远离多组支撑架(1)的外端面上并排设有两组卡槽(1401),U型板(14)的底面上均匀设有多组通孔(1402);弹簧(15)的两端分别连接安装槽(202)的内壁和U型板(14)的内壁;
    转轴(3)转动设置在工作台(2)上,转轴(3)上设有用于将转轴(3)固定在工作台(2)上的限位组件;
    安装板(5)安装在转轴(3)上;升降装置(6)连接安装板(5)朝向工作台(2)的端面,升降装置(6)的伸缩端朝向工作台(2)并连接第一滑动板(7);第一滑动板(7)滑动设置在转轴(3)上;伸缩装置(4)安装在第一滑动板(7)上,伸缩装置(4)的伸缩端远离转轴(3)并连接第二滑动板(8);第二滑动板(8)滑动连接第一滑动板(7)远离升降装置(6)的端面;熨烫板(9)安装在第二滑动板(8)上,熨烫板(9)内设有盛水仓,熨烫板(9)朝向工作台(2)的端面上设有多组喷嘴(12);
    电热水箱(16)连接工作台(2)的底面;管道(11)的两端分别连通电热水箱(16)内部和盛水仓,管道(11)上设有水泵;
    压杆(13)和伸缩杆(10)均设有两组,两组压杆(13)位于第一滑动板 (7)的两侧,两组压杆(13)分别通过两组伸缩杆(10)连接第一滑动板(7),两组压杆(13)分别配合压入两组卡槽(1401)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,限位组件包括橡胶卡块(17)、套筒(18)、滑块(19)和齿轮(21);
    工作台(2)上设有凹槽(201);凹槽(201)的内壁上均匀设有多组配合齿(20);转轴(3)转动连接凹槽(201)的底面;滑块(19)设有多组;套筒(18)通过多组滑块(19)滑动设置在转轴(3)上,套筒(18)连接齿轮(21);齿轮(21)滑动设置在转轴(3)上,齿轮(21)啮合连接多组配合齿(20);橡胶卡块(17)安装在转轴(3)的侧面上,在转轴(3)处于可转动的状态下时,橡胶卡块(17)配合压紧套筒(18)的内壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,套筒(18)和多组滑块(19)为一体成型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,安装槽(202)在工作台(2)上设有多组出气孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,转轴(3)上设有海绵套。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,每组支撑架(1)上均设有万向轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装加工的折边装置,其特征在于,压杆(13)选用不锈钢材质。
