技术领域

背景技术
电子烟作为常规烟支的替代品,以更加健康方便的优势,越来越受到欢迎。目前市场上的电子烟外形上和普通烟支相似,多为圆柱形状。为了使得电子烟的电子烟的的体验感和普通烟支尽可能的相似,圆柱状的电子烟其相对的两端分别设置吸嘴和进气口,用户使用时抽吸吸嘴,即可吸到由液态尼古丁转变成的雾气。
通常情况下,液态尼古丁转变成雾气依靠的部件多为雾化器,雾化器一般设置在电子烟内部,电池为雾化器供电后,雾化器发热即可将液态尼古丁转变成雾气,从而让使用者在吸时有一种类似吸烟的感觉。
然而,目前的电子烟,因必须预留吸嘴和进气口,吸嘴和进气口很容易导致烟油溢出,导致吸嘴和进气口处较脏。另外,吸嘴处的漏油很容易被用户吸入,从而影响用户身体健康。
发明内容

其中,吸嘴20和进气部件50分别设于储油仓10相对的两端,且吸嘴20的吸附口21和吸附管道11连通,进气部件50的进气口和进气通道13连通;第一支架60设于进气通道13内。第一环形吸油棉30设于吸嘴20和储油仓10之间,且环绕在吸附口21周围;第二环形吸油棉40设于第一支架60上,且环绕在进气口周围。
上述第一环形吸油棉30和第二环形吸油棉40均可以为环保食品级吸附棉,二者均设置为环形结构,从而使得第一环形吸油棉30既能吸附吸嘴20处的油烟和冷凝液,又能露出吸附口21。而第二环形吸油棉40既能吸附从储油腔室12溢出至吸附管道11的油烟和冷凝液,又能使得空气流畅地进入进气通道13,使得用户可以顺畅使用电子烟。
由上可见,上述实施方式提供的电子烟,通过设置第一环形吸油棉30和第二环 形吸油棉40,使得烟油不易溢出,从而保持电子烟的外观清洁,防止烟油影响用户健康。
另外,第一环形吸油棉30可以在吸嘴20设于储油仓10上之前,放置于储油仓10的上端,然后再将吸嘴20扣合在储油仓10的上端,因此第一环形吸油棉30可以设置为一体式结构。而第二环形吸油棉40需要内嵌于第一支架60上,因此第二环形吸油棉40可以设置为由两个半环形吸油棉组成,从而使得第二环形吸油棉40可以快速方便的嵌入第一支架60上。
为了更好的防止烟油和冷凝液溢出,进气口可以为迷宫气口或者螺旋气口。由此,当有少量油烟或冷凝液溢出时,可以被阻滞在迷宫气口或螺旋气口内,避免烟油或冷凝液溢出到进气口的外部。
通常情况下,电子烟从生厂商到达用户手中的过程中,需要被各种各样的运输工具转运,例如常见的飞机高空运输,因飞机飞行过程中高度变化较大,因此储油腔室12内外的气压也会发生变化,如果储油腔室12内存储有油,则出现储油腔室12内的气压大于储油腔室12外部气压的情况时,储油腔室12内的油在压力作用下从雾化器110的微孔中渗出。
为了解决上述问题,在一种实施方式中,可以在吸附管道11的侧壁开设有和外界相通的安装孔14;安装孔14内设有防油透气膜70。由此,在储油腔室12的内部气压大于外部气压时,内部气体可以沿着防油透气膜70流出储油腔室12,使得储油腔室12内外压力平衡。而当储油腔室12的内部气压小于外部气压时,外部气体可以沿着防油透气膜70流入储油腔室12,使得储油腔室12内外压力平衡。也即,防油透气膜70可以起到气体交换的作用,从而使得储油腔室12内外气压始终保持平衡,防止烟油因压差而溢出。
为了使得储油腔室12内的气压迅速达到平衡状态,设置安装孔14的数量为两个,两个安装孔14关于电子烟的轴向中心线轴对称分布,两个安装孔14中均设有防油透气膜70。由此,储油腔室12内外气压不一致时,两个对称设置的防油透气膜70可以迅速且均匀调整储油腔室12内外气压至平衡状态。
在一种实施方式中,吸嘴20包括呈弧形的连接板23和两个侧板24,两个侧板24固定于连接板23相对的两侧,两个侧板24之间形成卡接口22,吸附口21设置于连接板23上,并且卡接口22和吸附口21连通。吸嘴20通过卡接口22套设于储油仓 10上,以使吸附口21和吸附管道11连通,且卡接口22的内壁和吸附管道11的外壁相对。
基于上述结构的吸嘴20,电子烟还包括第一密封圈(第一密封圈)80,第一密封圈80套设于吸附管道11的外壁上,且和卡接口22的内壁抵顶。具体的,可以在储油仓10对应的吸附管道11的外壁处设置环形凹槽,然后将第一密封圈80套设在环形凹槽内,然后再将吸嘴20安装在储油仓10上,此时吸嘴20覆盖整个第一密封圈80,第一密封圈80被吸嘴20的卡接口22的内壁挤压,使得吸嘴20和储油仓10之间的缝隙消除,从而防止油烟从吸嘴20和储油仓10之间的缝隙溢出。
一般情况下,电子烟还需要设置电路板150、导电铜钉160和雾化器110,电路板150通过导电铜钉160为雾化器110提供电能,雾化器110通电后发热将液化油雾化,从而达到让用户体验吸烟感的目的。
其中,电路板150、导电铜钉160和雾化器110从下至上的安装在上述的进气通道13内。具体的,电路板150嵌设在进气部件50上,两个导电铜钉160插设在第一支架60上预留的两个轴向贯穿孔63中,电路板150上的两个倾斜向上翘起的接触脚,各沿一个轴向贯穿孔63的底端伸入其中,且和导电铜钉160的下端接触。
另外,设置一个和第一支架60相互卡接的第二支架100,第二支架100设于进气通道13内,且位于第一支架60之上。该第二支架100主要用于支撑雾化器110,具体的,雾化器110嵌入第二支架100上,然后导电铜钉160的上端和雾化器110接触,以为雾化器110提供电能。
详细的,第一支架60可以包括第一支座61和两个第一连杆62,两个第一连杆62和第一支座61的顶侧固定连接,且均向上延伸。第一支座61沿轴向预留有供气体流通的孔,以及预留有供导电铜钉160插接的轴向贯穿孔63。两个第一连杆62上均设置固定孔。
第二支架100包括第二支座101和两个第二连杆102,两个第二连杆102和第二支座101的底侧固定连接,且均向下延伸。两个第二连杆102上均设置卡接凸起。
第一支架60和第二支架100均位于进气通道13中时,第二支架100位于第一支架60上方,第一支架60的两个第一连杆62朝向第二支架100,第二支架100的两个第二连杆102朝向第一支架60。并且,第二连杆102上卡接凸起卡入第一连杆62上的固定孔中,从而将第一支架60和第二支架100连接,增加电子烟内部结构的稳定性, 避免其内部器件发生晃动。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,第二支座101上的上方即为上述储油腔室12。具体的,储油腔室12设置在位于储油仓10内的油腔部件上,该油腔部件的底部和第二支座101相接触,而第二支座101上安装有雾化器110,由此,储油腔室12内的液态油即可顺利被发热的雾化器110雾化掉。
基于上述结构,电子烟还包括第二密封圈90、雾化密封圈120和第四密封圈130。
其中,第二密封圈90套设于第一支架60上,且和进气通道13的内壁抵顶。具体的,第二密封圈90套设在第一支架60的第一支座61的外壁上,第一支架60安装于进气通道13内后,第二密封圈90挤压在第一支座61的外壁和进气通道13的内壁之间,从而使得第一支架60和进气通道13的内壁之间的缝隙消除,防止油烟从此处溢出。
其中,电子烟还包括雾化密封圈120;雾化密封圈120套设于雾化器110的外壁上,且和第二支架100抵顶。具体的,雾化器110安装在第二支架100的第二支座101上。因雾化器110安装于第二支座101上,雾化密封圈120套设在雾化器110的外壁上,因此雾化密封圈120挤压在雾化器110和第二支座101之间,从而使得雾化器110和第二支架100之间的缝隙消除,防止油烟从此处溢出。
其中,电子烟第四密封圈130;第二支座101上设有空腔;第四密封圈130套设于第二支座101的外壁上,且与储油仓10的内壁抵顶。液态油可以容纳于该空腔中,该第四密封圈130挤压在第二支座101和储油仓10之间,消除油腔部件和储油仓10之间缝隙,可以使得该空腔处形成密封条件,防止油烟溢出。
最后需要强调的是,电子烟还可以包括底盖140,底盖140扣合于进气部件50上,且与储油仓10卡接。该底盖140和储油仓10卡接,使得电子烟整体结构更加稳定,零部件不易脱落,且更加美观。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:储油仓、吸嘴、第一环形吸油棉、第二环形吸油棉、进气部件和第一支架;
    所述储油仓内沿轴向依次设有进气通道、储油腔室和吸附管道;
    所述吸嘴和所述进气部件分别设于所述储油仓相对的两端,所述吸嘴设有吸附口,所述吸附口和所述吸附管道连通,所述进气部件设有进气口,所述进气口和所述进气通道连通;
    所述第一支架设于所述进气通道内;
    所述第一环形吸油棉设于所述吸嘴和所述储油仓之间,且环绕在所述吸附口周围;
    所述第二环形吸油棉设于所述第一支架上,且环绕在所述进气口周围。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述进气口包括迷宫气口或螺旋气口,用于阻滞油烟或冷凝液。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸附管道的侧壁开设有分别和外界以及所述储油腔室相通的安装孔;所述安装孔内设有防油透气膜。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装孔的数量为两个,两个所述安装孔关于所述电子烟的轴向中心线轴对称分布,两个所述安装孔中均设有所述防油透气膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴还设有和所述吸附口连通的卡接口,所述吸嘴通过所述卡接口套设于所述储油仓上,以使所述吸附口和所述吸附管道连通,且所述卡接口的内壁和所述吸附管道的外壁相对;
    所述电子烟还包括第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈套设于所述吸附管道的外壁上,且和所述卡接口的内壁抵顶。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括第二密封圈,所述第二密封圈套设于所述第一支架上,且和所述进气通道的内壁抵顶。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括第二支架、雾化器和第三密封圈;
    所述第二支架设于所述进气通道内,且和所述第一支架卡接;
    所述雾化器设于所述第二支架上;
    所述第三密封圈套设于所述雾化器的外壁上,且和所述第二支架抵顶。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二支架设有第二支座,所述第二支座上设有能够容纳液态油的空腔;
    所述电子烟还包括第四密封圈,所述第四密封圈套设于所述第二支座的外壁上,且与所述储油仓的内壁抵顶。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括底盖,所述底盖扣合于所述进气部件上,且与所述储油仓卡接。
