Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt einen Laserplotter, einen Galvo-Markierlaser und ein Verfahren zum Festlegen eines Laser-Ansteuersignals (19a) für eine Laserquelle (4) unterschiedliche Lasermaschinentypen (1), insbesondere Laserplotter (2) oder Galvo-Markierlaser, zum Schneiden, Gravieren, Markieren und/oder Beschriften eines Werkstückes (7), bei dem in einem Gehäuse (3) des Lasermaschinentyps (1 ) zumindest eine Laserquelle (4) zum Bearbeiten eines Werkstückes (7) eingesetzt wird, wobei von einer Steuereinheit (13) die aus den eingestellten Parametern und/oder einem geladenen Job ein PWM-Signal (19, 19a) zur Ansteuerung der Laserquelle (4) erzeugt wird, wobei vorzugsweise das Werkstück (7) auf einem Bearbeitungstisch (9) abgelegt wird und die Bearbeitung des Werkstückes (7) zeilenweise erfolgt, wobei für jede Zeile ein eigenes PWM-Signal (19, 19a) zur Ansteuerung der Laserquelle (4) erzeugt wird. Bei einer definierten Flanke (28), insbesondere der fallenden Flanke (28a), des PWM-Signals (19, 19a) wird ein Korrekturprozess (21 ) zum Erzeugen eines vorzugsweise geänderten PWM-Signals (19a), insbesondere eines Laser-Ansteuersignals (19a), durchgeführt, wobei der Korrekturprozess (21 ) die zuvor liegende Pausendauer (23, 23a, b,c,... ) und die Pulsdauer (24,24a,b,c,... ) ermittelt, woraus ein Korrekturwert (25,25a,b,c,... ) bzw. Korrekturfaktor (25,25a,b,c,... ) ermittelt bzw. berechnet wird.
