- 프레임부(100);상기 프레임부(100)의 상부에 구비되는 평면 사각 형상의 플레이트부(200); 및상기 프레임부(100)에 설치되되 일정한 간격으로 서로 이격 배치되어 개별 동작이 가능하도록 구성됨으로써 상기 플레이트부(200)의 높이를 조절하도록 구성되는 복수의 액추에이터(310)로 구성되는 높이조절부(300);가 포함되고,상기 플레이트부(200)는,탄성에 의해 변형 및 복원이 가능한 소재로 구성되어 상기 복수의 액추에이터(310)에 의해 높이가 조절되는 경우, 상기 플레이트부(200)의 평면 형상이 가변되어 곡면의 형상이 구현되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액추에이터(310)는,상기 프레임부(100)에 대해 예각의 각도를 갖는 상태로 설치되고,상기 프레임부(100) 및 플레이트부(200)에 대해 회동이 가능하도록 설치되며,상기 플레이트부(200)의 높이 조절 시, 상기 예각의 각도를 유지하면서 피스톤(320)이 인출 및 인입되어 상기 플레이트부(200)의 높이를 조절하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 높이조절부(300)는,상기 복수의 액추에이터(310)가 4개로 구성되는 경우, 제1액추에이터(311) 내지 제4액추에이터(314)가 각각 상기 플레이트부(200)의 모서리와 인접한 위치에 설치되도록 구성되고,상기 복수의 액추에이터(310)가 5개로 구성되는 경우, 제1액추에이터(311) 내지 제4액추에이터(314)는 각각 상기 플레이트부(200)의 모서리와 인접한 위치에 설치되도록 구성되고 제5액추에이터(315)는 상기 플레이트부(200)의 중앙에 설치되도록 구성되며,상기 복수의 액추에이터(310)가 6개로 구성되는 경우, 제1액추에이터(311) 내지 제4액추에이터(314)는 각각 상기 플레이트부(200)의 모서리와 인접한 위치에 설치되도록 구성되고 제5액추에이터(315)는 상기 제1액추에이터(311)와 제2액추에이터(312)의 사이에 설치되도록 구성되며 제6액추에이터(316)는 상기 제5액추에이터(315)와 대칭되는 위치에 설치되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 높이조절부(300)에는,상기 복수의 액추에이터(310)가 5개로 구성되는 경우, 상기 제5액추에이터(315)에 의한 상기 플레이트부(200)의 중앙 측 높이 조절을 보조하도록 구성되는 센터보조모듈(330)이 포함되며,상기 센터보조모듈(330)은,일단은 상기 프레임부(100)에 설치되도록 구성되고 타단은 상기 플레이트부(200)에 설치되도록 구성되며, 비교적 상기 타단에 인접한 위치에서 돌출되는 연결부(331)에 상기 제5액추에이터(315)가 설치되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 높이조절부(300)에는,상기 프레임부(100)에 설치되어 상기 액추에이터(310)에 의해 높이가 조절된 플레이트부(200)의 하부를 탄성 지지하도록 구성되는 제1댐퍼(350)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 높이조절부(300)에는,상기 프레임부(100)의 중앙에 설치되어 상기 액추에이터(310)에 의해 높이가 조절된 플레이트부(200)의 하부를 탄성 지지하도록 구성되는 제2댐퍼(360)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 높이조절부(300)에는,일단은 상기 프레임부(100)에 설치되되 상기 액추에이터(310)와 인접한 위치에 설치되고, 타단은 상기 플레이트부(200)에 설치되되 상기 액추에이터(310)와 플레이트부(200)의 연결부 보다 외곽의 위치에 설치되도록 구성되는 복원모듈(340)이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 높이조절부(300)의 액추에이터(310)를 제어하여 상기 플레이트부(200)의 높이를 조절하도록 구성되는 제어부(400)가 더 포함되며,상기 제어부(400)로 상기 액추에이터(310)의 제어를 위한 신호를 전송하여 상기 액추에이터(310)에 의한 플레이트부(200)의 높이 조절이 가능하도록 구성되는 사용자단말부(500)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제어부(400)에는,신호가 송수신되도록 구성되는 본체통신모듈(410);상기 본체통신모듈(410)을 통해 수신되는 신호에 따라 상기 높이조절부(300)의 제어 신호를 처리하도록 구성되는 처리모듈(420); 및전력을 공급하도록 구성되는 배터리모듈(430);이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제어부(400)에는,상기 처리모듈(420)에 의해 신호 처리되어 높이가 조절된 플레이트부(200)의 상태를 감지하도록 구성되는 감지모듈(440)이 포함되며,상기 제어부(400)는,상기 감지모듈(440)에 의해 감지되는 플레이트부(200)의 상태를 현플레이트정보로 가공하여 전송하도록 구성되고,상기 사용자단말부(500)는,상기 제어부(400)에서 전송되는 현플레이트정보를 수신하여 디스플레이하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이조절부가 구비되는 골프 플레이트 장치.
