咖啡滤挂结构 技术领域
本发明是有关一种咖啡滤挂结构，一吊挂在一容器上来用于萃取咖啡，尤指可依照不同的需求，以正挂或斜挂方式固定在该容器上，使使用者自行选择咖啡萃取模式的咖啡滤挂结构。
 背景技术
滤挂式/挂耳式咖啡主要是用滤纸装着研磨好的咖啡粉，并将其吊挂在杯口上，供使用者自行添加热水进行冲泡，来萃取出咖啡迷人的风味与香气，达到品尝咖啡的目的。
现有的滤挂式/挂耳式咖啡依照萃取方式，将滤纸制作略呈方形滤袋或漏斗状滤袋两种滤袋依照萃取的时间和手法，所呈现出来的风味也截然不同，分别就方形滤袋及漏斗滤袋冲泡方式说明如下：
（1）略呈方形滤袋：顶部具有一入水口，将其挂耳吊挂于杯子的杯口，使滤袋顶部的入水口得以开启，供热水加入冲泡咖啡粉，由于滤袋底部为长形底，因此可以延长咖啡粉与热水接触的时间，使用者可自行控制热水与咖啡粉接触的时间，以萃取出风味及香气满满且浓度不同的咖啡；
（2）漏斗状滤袋：顶部入水口面积大于底部，所冲泡出来的咖啡液会直接落入杯中，大幅缩短热水与咖啡粉接触的时间，达到短时间内迅速萃取咖啡的目的，使咖啡口感上较为清爽。
 技术问题
然而，市售的滤挂咖啡产品都已经将滤袋形式制定，使用者无论购买哪一种形态的滤袋，都只能依照购买的滤袋形式进行咖啡冲泡萃取，并无法改变滤袋的冲泡模式。
 技术解决方案
有鉴于此，本发明主要目的是提供一种咖啡滤挂结构，以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
本发明的咖啡滤挂结构，至少包括：一滤袋，该滤袋内具有一容室，该滤袋上设置有一入水口，该入水口相邻的一侧边设为一可撕边，各可撕边在常态下为封闭状态，在使用时则被撕开；两个挂耳装置，分别设置在该滤袋两侧面，在该挂耳装置内部具有一固定部，该固定部上方延伸有一连接段，该连接段朝两侧外分别延伸有一第一卡合部，各第一卡合部延伸有一第一勾部，该连接段上方延伸则有一内环段，该内环段包覆在该固定部与该连接段外围，该内环段两侧朝内分别延伸有一第二卡合部，各第二卡合部延伸有一第二勾部，各第一勾部的设置使该内环段内侧分别形成有多个第一勾槽，各第二勾部的设置则使该内环段内侧分别形成有多个第二勾槽，又该内环段外侧设有一外环段，该外环段与该固定部都固设在该滤袋的两侧面，借此，将该内环段向外拉出，使得该内环段脱离该外环段并牵连该连接段，该连接段则能将该固定部以及该滤袋两侧面一并拉出，使该容室内的空间可被拉开，该内环段与该连接段之间的夹缝或该第一勾槽与该第二勾槽内都可用于吊挂在一杯子的杯缘上，因此，可依照不同的需求，以不同的吊挂方式进行萃取。
于一较佳实施例中，该挂耳装置使用一片材上斩切有多道切断线，使得该片材上随着各切断线形成多个可做拉、折或展开的该连接段、各第一卡合部、该内环段与各第二卡合部。

(1)请参阅图3A、图3B，将该挂耳装置2正挂，使该杯缘31卡扣在该内环段24与该连接段22之间靠近各第一卡合部23的位置，该滤袋1对应该固定部21上方的该入水口12朝上，将萃取原料（咖啡粉）由该入水口12倒入该容室11中进行萃取，此吊挂方式是使咖啡通过该滤袋1底部的边线滤出；
(2)请参阅图2、图4A、图4B，将该挂耳装置2斜挂，撕开其中一个该可撕边13，并使该杯缘31卡扣在其中一个该第一勾槽241以及位于该第一勾槽241对角方向的该第二勾槽242内，该入水口12与撕开的该可撕边13皆分别朝斜上方，以连通呈现较大的开口，因此将萃取原料（咖啡粉）由该入水口12与该可撕边13连通的开口倒入该容室11中进行萃取，此吊挂方式是使咖啡通过该滤袋1底部两个边线相交的尖端滤出。
请参阅图3A、图3B、图4A、图4B，由于咖啡从不同的路径滤出，会产出不同的风味，而各挂耳装置2通过不同的吊挂方式，便可改变咖啡由该滤袋1滤出的路径，因此，使用上可自由选择咖啡滤出的方式，使用上更为多元，另外，各第一勾部231与各第二勾部251的设置分别使该第一勾槽241与该第二勾槽242呈现倒勾状的槽形，在卡扣该杯缘31时可更有抓附力。
请参阅图2、图3A、图5，另外，各凸部243使得该外环段26的内侧形成有对应的凹部261，因此，在该容室11被拉开时，各凹部261提供该滤袋1两侧面有更多的变形空间，可使该容室11被拉开的空间更大。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，至少包括：
    一滤袋，该滤袋内具有一容室，该滤袋上设置有一入水口，该入水口相邻的一侧边设为一可撕边，各可撕边在常态下为封闭状态，在使用时则被撕开；
    两个挂耳装置，分别设置在该滤袋两侧面，在该挂耳装置内部具有一固定部，该固定部上方延伸有一连接段，该连接段朝两侧外分别延伸有一第一卡合部，各第一卡合部延伸有一第一勾部，该连接段上方延伸则有一内环段，该内环段包覆在该固定部与该连接段外围，该内环段两侧朝内分别延伸有一第二卡合部，各第二卡合部延伸有一第二勾部，各第一勾部的设置使该内环段内侧分别形成有多个第一勾槽，各第二勾部的设置则使该内环段内侧分别形成有多个第二勾槽，又该内环段外侧设有一外环段，该外环段与该固定部都固设在该滤袋的两侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述该挂耳装置使用一片材上斩切有多道切断线，使得该片材上随着各切断线形成多个可做拉、折或展开的该连接段、各第一卡合部、该内环段与各第二卡合部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述两个该第一卡合部靠近该入水口，两个该第二卡合部远离该入水口，使得两个该第一卡合部与两个该第二卡合部的位置一上一下两两相对的位于该内环段的内侧四个端角处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述各第一勾部以水平方向分别朝该固定部中间延伸，且该第一勾部的轮廓勾起外形再连续做向下及向外的倒勾状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述各第二勾部的勾起外形以垂直方向分别朝该入水口方向延伸，且该第二勾部的轮廓勾起外形再连续做水平向及远离该入水口方向的倒勾状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述该外环段的内侧形成有多个凹部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述该内环段外侧延伸有多个凸部，各凸部的设置使得该外环段的内侧形成有对应的凹部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述该内环段外侧延伸有一外拉部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述该外拉部使得该外环段形成有一断开部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡滤挂结构，其特征在于，所述该入水口上有一可撕开的封边。
