Abstract
Description
こうしたワイヤハーネスにおいては、シールドシェルに対して筒状のブラケットが取り付けられている。ブラケットには、保持部が挿入されている。保持部のうちブラケットにより覆われる部分は、保持部のうちシールドシェルにより覆われる部分に対してフード部とは反対側において隣り合っている。
最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
[1]本開示のワイヤハーネスは、機器に設けられた複数の相手端子に電気的に接続されるとともに並列に配置された複数の端子と、前記複数の端子に接続される複数の電線と、前記複数の端子を内部に露出させる開口を有するフード部と、前記フード部から前記フード部の外周側に突出するとともに、前記複数の端子及び前記複数の電線を保持する保持部と、を含む樹脂製のハウジングと、前記保持部を覆うとともに前記機器のケースに固定される金属製のシールドシェルと、前記保持部を覆うとともに前記シールドシェルに取り付けられる金属製のブラケットと、を備え、前記シールドシェルは、前記ケースに向かって開口するとともに前記保持部を前記ケースとは反対側から覆っており、前記ブラケットは、前記保持部が挿入される筒状部と、前記筒状部から前記フード部に向かって突出するとともに前記保持部を挟んで前記シールドシェルとは反対側に位置する突出片と、を有している。
同構成によれば、保持部のうちケースに対向する部分、すなわちシールドシェルにより覆われていない部分において、複数の端子の各々を突出片によって覆うことができる。したがって、ワイヤハーネスにおける電磁シールド性を向上させることができる。
端子と相手端子とをボルトによって接続する際、端子に挿入されたボルトを相手端子に対して締結するため、端子には相手端子に近付く方向に力が作用する。これにより、端子を保持するハウジングは、シールドシェルから離れる方向に移動しようとする。こうした構成においても、本開示によれば、ブラケットの突出片が、保持部を挟んでシールドシェルとは反対側に位置しているため、ブラケットを支点とするハウジングの揺動を効果的に規制できる。
同構成によれば、複数の電線の外周が編組部材によって覆われるため、複数の電線を電磁シールドすることができる。
同構成によれば、編組部材が固定部材によって電線に固定される。ここで、電線はハウジングに保持されており、編組部材はシールドシェルに取り付けられたブラケットに取り付けられている。このため、電線、編組部材、及びブラケットを介して、ハウジングとシールドシェルとが連結されている。これにより、ハウジングに対するシールドシェルの位置ずれが抑制される。したがって、ワイヤハーネスの取り付け作業時における作業性の低下をより一層抑制できる。
本開示のワイヤハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。各図面では、説明の便宜上、構成の一部を誇張又は簡略化して示す場合がある。また、各部分の寸法比率については各図面で異なる場合がある。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。本明細書における「直交」は厳密に直交の場合のみでなく、本実施形態における作用効果を奏する範囲内で概ね直交の場合も含まれる。
図1及び図2に示すように、ワイヤハーネス10は、モータやインバータなどの車両用の機器同士を電気的に接続するものである。ワイヤハーネス10は、開口101を有する機器のケース100に取り付けられている。ケース100の内部には、金属製の複数の相手端子110が設けられている。
図2に示すように、端子20は、電線接続部21と端子接続部22とを有している。端子20は、電線接続部21と端子接続部22とが一体に形成された単一部品である。端子20の材料としては、例えば、鉄系または銅系またはアルミニウム系などの金属材料を用いることができる。
端子接続部22は、例えば、板状をなしている。端子接続部22は、電線接続部21からY軸方向に延びている。端子接続部22には、ボルト111が挿入される挿入孔23が設けられている。挿入孔23は、端子接続部22をZ軸方向に貫通している。端子接続部22の各々は、挿入孔23に挿入されたボルト111によって、ケース100の内部に設けられた相手端子110の各々に電気的に接続されている。
電線30は、芯線31と、芯線31の外周を被覆する絶縁被覆32とを有している。芯線31は、電線30の端部において絶縁被覆32から露出している。絶縁被覆32から露出した芯線31は、端子20の電線接続部21に接続されている。
図2及び図3に示すように、ハウジング40は、筒状のフード部42と、フード部42からフード部42の外周側に突出する保持部43とを有している。ハウジング40の材料としては、例えば、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)などの樹脂材料を用いることができる。
シールドシェル50は、ケース100に向かって開口するとともにハウジング40をケース100とは反対側から覆っている。なお、シールドシェル50は、ハウジング40に対して固定されていない。したがって、シールドシェル50は、ハウジング40に対して相対移動可能に設けられている。
囲繞部53は、フード部42が挿入される挿入孔54を有している。挿入孔54は、囲繞部53をZ軸方向に貫通している。挿入孔54は、X軸方向に長い長円状をなしている。
頂壁53bは、Z軸方向においてケース100とは反対側からフランジ45の外縁を覆っている。すなわち、Z軸方向から視たときに、頂壁53bとフランジ45とは重なっている。
図2及び図3に示すように、ブラケット60は、保持部43を全周にわたって覆っている。なお、ブラケット60は、ハウジング40に対して固定されていない。したがって、ブラケット60は、ハウジング40に対して相対移動可能に設けられている。
図1~図3に示すように、編組部材70は、例えば、導電性の素線が筒状に編み込まれてなる。編組部材70としては、複数種類の金属素線が編み込まれた編組部材や、金属素線と樹脂素線とを組み合わせて編み込まれた編組部材を用いることができる。金属素線の材料としては、例えば、銅系やアルミニウム系などの金属材料を用いることができる。樹脂素線としては、例えば、パラ系アラミド繊維などの絶縁性及び耐剪断性に優れた強化繊維を用いることができる。本実施形態の編組部材70は、アルミニウム合金の金属素線が筒状に編み込まれることにより形成されている。
かしめリング80は、ブラケット60の端部61aの外周面を囲む環状をなしている。かしめリング80の材料としては、例えば、鉄系または銅系またはアルミニウム系などの金属材料を用いることができる。本実施形態のかしめリング80は、アルミニウム合金により形成されている。
図1に示すように、固定部材90は、例えば、テープ部材である。固定部材90は、厚さ方向における一方の面に粘着層を有している。固定部材90は、粘着層を内側に向けた状態で、編組部材70の外周面に複数回にわたって巻き回されている。編組部材70は、固定部材90によって電線30に対して押し付けられている。これにより、編組部材70が電線30に対して固定されている。
ワイヤハーネス10をケース100に組み付ける際は、まず、ハウジング40の挿入部44をケース100の開口101に挿入する。
次に、シールドシェル50の固定部55を、ボルト57によりケース100の雌ねじ部102に固定する。なお、シールドシェル50には、編組部材70が取り付けられたブラケット60が予め取り付けられている。
本実施形態の作用について説明する。
ブラケット60の突出片64が、ハウジング40の保持部43を挟んでシールドシェル50とは反対側に位置している。このため、ブラケット60を支点とするハウジング40の揺動が突出片64によって抑制されやすくなる。すなわち、ハウジング40に対するシールドシェル50の位置ずれを抑制できる。
(1)ワイヤハーネス10は、並列に配置された複数の端子20と、複数の端子20に接続される複数の電線30と、樹脂製のハウジング40とを備える。ハウジング40は、複数の端子20を内部に露出させる開口41を有するフード部42と、フード部42から突出するとともに、複数の端子20及び複数の電線30を保持する保持部43とを有している。また、ワイヤハーネス10は、保持部43を覆うとともに機器のケース100に固定される金属製のシールドシェル50と、保持部43を覆うとともにシールドシェル50に取り付けられる金属製のブラケット60とを備える。シールドシェル50は、ケース100に向かって開口するとともに保持部43をケース100とは反対側から覆っている。ブラケット60は、保持部43が挿入される筒状部61と、筒状部61からフード部42に向かって突出するとともに保持部43を挟んでシールドシェル50とは反対側に位置する突出片64とを有している。
(2)突出片64は、並列方向において複数の端子20の各々に跨がって延びている。
端子20と相手端子110とをボルト111によって接続する際、端子20に挿入されたボルト111を相手端子110に対して締結するため、端子20には相手端子110に近付く方向に力が作用する。これにより、端子20を保持するハウジング40は、シールドシェル50から離れる方向に移動しようとする。こうした構成においても、本実施形態によれば、ブラケット60の突出片64が、保持部43を挟んでシールドシェル50とは反対側に位置しているため、ブラケット60を支点とするハウジング40の揺動を効果的に規制できる。
(5)ワイヤハーネス10は、編組部材70を複数の電線30に対して固定する固定部材90を備える。
本実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。本実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
・ワイヤハーネス10から固定部材90を省略することができる。
・上記実施形態のフード部42は、Z軸方向に貫通する開口41を有するものであったが、フード部42は、挿入部44においてのみ開口する開口41を有するものであってもよい。この場合、例えば、端子20として、フード部42の内部から挿入部44の開口方向に延びる先端を有するピン形状の雄端子を採用することができる。また、相手端子110として、雄端子が挿入される雌端子を採用することができる。
・突出片64は、X軸方向において1つの端子20にのみ跨がって延びるものであってもよい。

前記保持部を覆うとともに前記機器のケースに固定される金属製のシールドシェルと、
前記保持部を覆うとともに前記シールドシェルに取り付けられる金属製のブラケットと、を備え、
