Claims (10)
- 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,包含:一外壳,包含一内部空间;一线盘,设置于该内部空间且供一系线卷绕;多个棘轮齿,位于该内部空间;一分段释放组,包含:一枢爪,包含:一棘臂,选择性啮合于至少一该棘轮齿;及一连动部;及一摆臂,抵顶于该连动部;以及一旋钮,设置于该外壳;其中,该棘臂啮合于至少一该棘轮齿时阻止该线盘于一释放方向上转动,当该旋钮朝一收束方向被转动时,该棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;当该摆臂被操作时,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离,以允许该系线被分段释放;当该旋钮被拉起或朝该释放方向转动时,使该棘臂不阻止该线盘朝该释放方向转动,允许该系线被全释放。
- 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,还包含:一棘轮,设置于该内部空间且选择性耦合于该线盘,该些棘轮齿位于该棘轮的一外表面。
- 如权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该棘轮选择性地与该线盘耦合,且操作该旋钮使该棘轮上升以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合。
- 如权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,还包含一定位轴,其连接该棘轮且朝该线盘凸伸,该线盘包含一定位部,该定位轴穿设于该定位部,拉起该旋钮连动该棘轮及该定位轴沿一轴向位移,以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合,且该定位轴受该定位部限位。
- 如权利要求4所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该线盘包含:一上环部;一下环部;一绕线轴,连接于该上环部及该下环部之间,且该绕线轴包含一中心孔;以及一上凸部,自该上环部朝该旋钮凸出且包含一开孔与该中心孔连通;其中,该定位部位于该开孔,且该定位轴穿过该开孔进入该中心孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该枢爪还包含一止挡部,该止挡部与该棘臂间隔排列,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿啮合时,该止挡部不与任一该棘轮齿啮合;当该摆臂被操作使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时,该止挡部啮合至少另一该棘轮齿,以停止该线盘。
- 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该摆臂的一扳部外露于该外壳。
- 如权利要求7所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该外壳包含:一环壁,包含一开口;一罩部,自该环壁径向朝外凸出;以及一枢座,连接该罩部以形成一枢摆空间;其中,该枢爪与该摆臂枢设于该枢座的相异位置且至少部分位于该枢摆空间,该枢爪由该开口伸入该内部空间以使该棘臂啮合于至少一该棘轮齿。
- 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该分段释放组还包含一弹性元件,且该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时使该弹性元件蓄力。
- 一种系线收放方法,其特征在于,包含:一束紧步骤,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置,该紧固装置包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一枢爪以及一旋钮,该线盘耦合于该系线且位于该外壳内,朝一收束方向转动该旋钮,使该枢爪的一棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;一分段放线步骤,操作该紧固装置的一摆臂,该摆臂连动该枢爪的一连动部,使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离后再与至少另一该棘轮齿啮合,以允许该线盘往一释放方向转动以释放该系线中的一段;以及一全释放步骤,操作该旋钮使该紧固装置的该棘臂不阻止该线盘朝该释放方向转动,以使该系线被自由释放。
