Abstract

一种紧固装置及系线收放方法,本发明的紧固装置包含外壳、线盘、多个棘轮齿、分段释放组以及旋钮。棘臂啮合于棘轮齿时阻止线盘于释放方向转动,旋钮朝收束方向被转动时棘臂脱离棘轮齿以允许线盘收束系线;当摆臂被操作时,棘臂与棘轮齿分离,允许系线被分段释放;当旋钮被拉起或朝释放方向转动时,允许系线被全释放。借此达分段释放及全释放系线的目的。

Description

紧固装置及系线收放方法 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种紧固装置及收放方法,且尤其是有关一种能收放系线的紧固装置及系线收放方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,常使用绳子及系带等线体来收束物品,最常见的收束手段是利用线体来回穿梭于物品上的孔洞,再以绳结固定,例如绑绳鞋类等。但是此种收束手段容易因为外力因素而导致绳结松脱,不仅必须重绑绳结,也因为无法稳固地收束物品而带来许多的不便。
为了解决此类的问题,有业者发展出简易束线机构,其包含一壳体,一掣动单元及一弹簧,壳体上具有穿孔供线体通过,其透过弹簧与掣动单元之间的作用力使线体被夹在掣动单元及壳体之间而达到紧固效果,按压弹簧改变掣动单元位置即可拉动改变线体长度。但,此种束线机构是透过弹簧的复位力来提供紧固力,仍然容易因为振动或外力因素而使线体松脱,且此种束线机构并无空间容纳线体,因此线体外露也容易造成危险。
是以又有业者发展出另一种可旋转收束并固定线体的扣具,其线体可容置在扣具内部,且透过内部构件的机械力干涉使得线体长度可以被调整,同时调整收束的紧度。然而,此种扣具的结构复杂,使得制造成本提升,同时具有组装及维修困难的问题。此外,在松脱此种扣具时,仅有全释放线体的功能,而无法分段(逐段)释放线体(系线),故在使用上仍有其不便之处。
有鉴于此,如何有效改善扣具等紧固装置的结构,使其具有分段释放系线的功能,遂成相关业者努力的目标。
发明内容
本发明提供一种紧固装置及一种系线收放方法,透过紧固装置的结构配置,能达到分段释放及全释放系线的目的。
依据本发明一实施方式提供一种紧固装置,其包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一分段释放组以及一旋钮。外壳包含一内部空间,线盘设置于内部空 间且供一系线卷绕,前述多个棘轮齿位于内部空间。分段释放组包含一枢爪及一摆臂,枢爪包含一棘臂及一连动部,棘臂选择性啮合于至少一棘轮齿,摆臂抵顶于连动部。旋钮设置于外壳。其中,棘臂啮合于至少一棘轮齿时阻止线盘于一释放方向上转动,当旋钮朝一收束方向被转动时,棘臂脱离至少一棘轮齿以允许线盘收束系线;当摆臂被操作时,棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离,以允许系线被分段释放;当旋钮被拉起或朝释放方向转动时,使棘臂不阻止线盘朝释放方向转动,允许该系线被全释放。
借此,在未操作摆臂前,棘臂可阻止线盘释放系线,而在操作摆臂后,连动部被连动使棘臂与棘轮齿分离以让系线被分段释放,并可操作旋钮使系线全释放,进而达到分段释放及全释放系线的目的。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,可还包含一棘轮,其设置于内部空间且选择性耦合于线盘,前述多个棘轮齿位于棘轮的一外表面。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,棘轮选择性地与线盘耦合,且操作旋钮使棘轮上升以解除棘轮与线盘的耦合。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,可还包含一定位轴,其连接棘轮且朝线盘凸伸,线盘包含一定位部,定位轴穿设于定位部,拉起旋钮连动棘轮及定位轴沿一轴向位移,以解除棘轮与线盘的耦合,且定位轴受定位部限位。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,线盘包含一上环部、一下环部、一绕线轴以及一上凸部,绕线轴连接于上环部及下环部之间,且绕线轴包含一中心孔,上凸部自上环部朝旋钮凸出且包含一开孔与中心孔连通,其中,定位部位于开孔,且定位轴穿过开孔进入中心孔。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,枢爪可还包含一止挡部,止挡部与棘臂间隔排列,棘臂与至少一棘轮齿啮合时,止挡部不与任一棘轮齿啮合;当摆臂被操作使棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离时,止挡部啮合至少另一棘轮齿,以停止线盘。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,摆臂的一扳部可外露于外壳。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,外壳可包含一环壁、一罩部以及一枢座。环壁可包含一开口,罩部自环壁径向朝外凸出,枢座连接罩部以形成一枢摆空间。其中,枢爪与摆臂枢设于枢座的相异位置且至少部分位于枢摆空间,枢爪由开口伸入内部空间以使棘臂啮合于至少一棘轮齿。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,分段释放组可还包含一弹性元件,且棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离时使弹性元件蓄力。
依据本发明另一实施方式提供一种系线收放方法,其包含一束紧步骤、一分段放线步骤以及一全释放步骤。于束紧步骤中,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置,紧固装置包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一枢爪以及一旋钮,线盘耦合于系线且位于外壳内,朝一收束方向转动旋钮,使枢爪的一棘臂脱离至少一棘轮齿以允许线盘收束系线。于分段放线步骤中,操作紧固装置的一摆臂,摆臂连动枢爪的一连动部,使棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离后再与至少另一棘轮齿啮合,以允许线盘往一释放方向转动以释放系线中的一段。于全释放步骤中,操作旋钮使紧固装置的棘臂不阻止线盘朝释放方向转动,以使系线被自由释放。

请参阅图1、图2及图3,其中图1绘示依照本发明一第1实施例的一种紧固装置1000的立体示意图,图2绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的一爆炸示意图,图3绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的另一爆炸示意图。紧固装置1000包含一外壳1200、一线盘1300、多个棘轮齿1410、一分段释放组1600以及一旋钮1700。外壳1200包含一内部空间1260,线盘1300设置于内部空间1260且供一系线(未绘示)卷绕,前述多个棘轮齿1410位于内部空间1260。分段释放组1600包含一枢爪1610及一摆臂1630,枢爪1610包含一棘臂1611及一连动部1613,棘臂1611选择性啮合于至少一棘轮齿1410,摆臂1630抵顶于连动部1613。旋钮1700设置于外壳1200。其中,棘臂1611啮合于至少一棘轮齿1410时阻止线盘1300于一释放方向A1上转动,当旋钮1700朝一收束方向A2被转动时,棘臂1611脱离至少一棘轮齿1410以允许线盘1300收束系线;当摆臂1630被操作时,棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410 分离,以允许系线被分段释放;当旋钮1700被拉起或朝释放方向A1转动时,使棘臂1611不阻止线盘1300朝释放方向A1转动。
借此,在未操作摆臂1630前,棘臂1611可阻止线盘1300释放系线,而在操作摆臂1630后,可让系线被分段释放,并可操作旋钮1700使系线全释放,进而达到分段释放及全释放系线的目的。后面将详述紧固装置1000的细部结构。
紧固装置1000可还包含一棘轮1400,其设置于内部空间1260且选择性耦合于线盘1300,而前述多个棘轮齿1410位于棘轮1400的外表面,故亦位于内部空间1260。具体而言,棘轮1400概呈圆柱状而包含内表面及外表面,且棘轮1400可还包含多个第一结合齿1420位于内表面。旋钮1700可还包含多个旋钮齿1710,旋钮齿1710可咬合于棘轮齿1410,如此转动旋钮1700即可带动棘轮1400转动。
请参阅图4及图5,并一并参阅图1至图3,其中图4绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的一剖视示意图,图5绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的另一剖视示意图。棘轮1400可选择性地与线盘1300耦合,且操作旋钮1700可使棘轮1400上升以解除棘轮1400与线盘1300的耦合。仔细而言,紧固装置1000可还包含一定位轴1820,其连接棘轮1400且朝线盘1300凸伸,线盘1300包含一定位部1350,定位轴1820穿设于定位部1350,拉起旋钮1700可连动棘轮1400及定位轴1820沿一轴向I1位移,以解除棘轮1400与线盘1300的耦合,且定位轴1820受定位部1350限位。
具体地,紧固装置1000可包含一连接单元1800,连接单元1800包含定位轴1820及螺杆1810,螺杆1810由旋钮1700上方朝下锁入定位轴1820,以使定位轴1820连接于旋钮1700及棘轮1400。
线盘1300可包含一上环部1310、一下环部1330、一绕线轴1360、一上凸部1340以及一第二结合齿1320,绕线轴1360连接于上环部1310及下环部1330之间,并能形成一绕线轨道供容设系线,且绕线轴1360包含一中心孔1361,上凸部1340自上环部1310朝旋钮1700凸出且包含一开孔1341与中心孔1361连通,第二结合齿1320位于上凸部1340的外周面且用以与第一结合齿1420耦合。其中,定位部1350位于开孔1341,且定位轴1820穿过开孔1341进入中心孔1361。
开孔1341可呈十字形且包含四个端口,定位部1350包含四个凸臂,各个凸臂位于各个凹口,且各个凸臂的自由端呈弧状以夹成一圆孔部。定位轴1820包含一定位凸1821,当旋钮1700位于一第一位置时,定位凸1821位于定位部1350的下方;当旋钮1700沿轴向I1上移至一第二位置时,定位凸1821推挤定位部1350使四个凸臂变形并通过圆孔部,定位凸1821改位于定位部1350的上方且被限位。
如此一来,如图4所示,当旋钮1700位于第一位置时,第一结合齿1420与第二结合齿1320啮合,旋钮1700朝收束方向A2转动时,推动棘臂1611朝外枢摆以脱离棘轮齿1410,线盘1300被允许朝收束方向A2转动,而可收束系线。若使用者停止转动旋钮1700,棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410啮合,阻止线盘1300朝释放方向A1转动,而能紧固系线。当要全释放系线时,使用者可沿轴向I1拉起旋钮1700使其位于第二位置,此时棘轮1400上升,第一结合齿1420与第二结合齿1320分离,线盘1300不受影响而可自由朝释放方向A1转动。在此要特别说明的是,在全释放系线时,可以是棘臂1611仍与棘轮齿1410啮合,但第一结合齿1420与第二结合齿1320分离,或是棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410分离,但第一结合齿1420与第二结合齿1320仍啮合,不以此限制本发明。
摆臂1630的一扳部1632可外露于外壳1200,以方便使用者操作。仔细而言,外壳1200可包含一环壁1220、一罩部1240以及一枢座1230。环壁1220可包含一开口1221,罩部1240自环壁1220径向朝外凸出,枢座1230连接罩部1240以形成一枢摆空间。环壁1220可围绕出内部空间1260,罩部1240是于一体连接于环壁1220的外周面,而开口1221径向贯穿环壁1220的本体而能使内部空间1260与枢摆空间连通。其中,枢爪1610与摆臂1630枢设于枢座1230的相异位置且至少部分位于枢摆空间,枢爪1610由开口1221伸入内部空间1260以使棘臂1611啮合于至少一棘轮齿1410,而摆臂1630至少部分外露于枢摆空间,也就是罩部1240是盖住枢座1230并遮蔽枢爪1610但不完全遮蔽摆臂1630,故摆臂1630的扳部1632可外露于外壳1200。外壳1200可还包含三枢杆1250、1270、1280及一底座1210,枢杆1250自枢座1230朝上凸伸且供棘臂1611枢设,枢杆1270、1280自罩部1240朝下凸伸,其中枢杆1270供摆臂1630枢设,而底座1210可供环壁1220与枢座1230设置。
具体地,枢爪1610可还包含一止挡部1612,止挡部1612与棘臂1611间隔排列,棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410啮合时,止挡部1612不与任一棘轮齿1410啮合;当摆臂1630被操作使棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410分离时,止挡部1612啮合至少另一棘轮齿1410,以停止线盘1300。仔细而言,枢爪1610一端的一齿状结构可被定义为棘臂1611,枢爪1610另一端的一拨块结构可被定义为止挡部1612,且止挡部1612被配置成不与棘臂1611同时啮合棘轮齿1410,枢爪1610上的另一勾状结构可被定义为连动部1613,且连动部1613相较于棘臂1611及止挡部1612远离棘轮齿1410。枢爪1610包含一枢孔供枢杆1250穿过,而使枢爪1610可抠摆地定位于枢座1230上,且枢爪1610是自开口1221凸入内部空间1260,而使得棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410对应。
摆臂1630可包含一枢部1631、扳部1632及一勾部1633,枢部1631枢设于枢杆1270,扳部1632自枢部1631延伸,勾部1633自扳部1632朝连动部1613延伸而能勾住连动部1613。
请参阅图6A及图6B,并一并参阅图2至图5,其中,图6A绘示图4第1实施例的紧固装置1000沿割面线6-6的一剖视示意图,图6B绘示图4第1实施例的紧固装置1000沿割面线6-6的另一剖视示意图。如图6A所示,当棘臂1611啮合棘轮齿1410时,可以如上所述阻止线盘1300往释放方向A1转动;反之,当使用者拨动摆臂1630时,摆臂1630以枢部1631为中心轴进行枢摆运动,勾部1633推抵连动部1613,使枢爪1610以枢杆1250为中心轴进行枢摆运动,而使棘臂1611朝外旋出并脱离棘轮齿1410,此时线盘1300被释放而能往释放方向A1旋转,然而,由于棘臂1611旋出的同时止挡部1612被朝内旋入而与棘轮齿1410卡合,故线盘1300被止挡部1612阻挡而无法往释放方向A1旋转,因此有助于在棘臂1611复位前阻止线盘1300转动,而能更有助于逐段释放系线。换句话说,透过止挡部1612的结构配置,使用者拨动摆臂1630后,系线不会被全释放,而仅有一小段的系线被释放。在此要特别说明的是,使用者拨动摆臂1630后,线盘1300可以转动的幅度为一个棘轮齿1410的齿距,而能逐段地释放系线。在其他实施例中,线盘可以转动的幅度亦可为多个棘轮齿的齿距,不以此为限。
此外,分段释放组1600可还包含一弹性元件1620,且棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410分离时使弹性元件1620蓄力。弹性元件1620可具有一扭簧结构,弹 性元件1620套设于枢杆1280,弹性元件1620的一端受动于棘臂1611,故棘臂1611枢摆可推动弹性元件1620扭转蓄力,是以弹性元件1620可在摆臂1630的外力被移除后,推动棘臂1611及摆臂1630复位。
请参阅图7,并一并参阅图1至图6B,其中图7绘示依照本发明一第2实施例的系线收放方法2000的一方块流程图。系线收放方法2000包含一束紧步骤S01、一分段放线步骤S02以及一全释放步骤S03。
于束紧步骤S01中,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置1000,紧固装置1000包含一外壳1200、一线盘1300、多个棘轮齿1410、一枢爪1610以及一旋钮1700,线盘1300耦合于系线且位于外壳1200内,朝一收束方向A2转动旋钮1700,使枢爪1610的一棘臂1611脱离至少一棘轮齿1410以允许线盘1300收束系线。
于分段放线步骤S02中,操作紧固装置1000的一摆臂1630,摆臂1630连动枢爪1610的一连动部1613,使棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410分离后再与至少另一棘轮齿1410啮合,以允许线盘1300往一释放方向A1转动以释放系线中的一段。
于全释放步骤S03中,可操作旋钮1700使紧固装置1000的棘臂1611不阻止线盘1300朝释放方向A1转动,以使系线被自由释放。
仔细而言,于束紧步骤S01中,是透过转动旋钮1700带动棘轮1400转动,棘轮1400转动时让枢爪1610偏摆,以使棘臂1611脱离棘轮齿1410,借此可收束系线。而当旋钮1700停止转动时,棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410啮合以阻止线盘1300释放系线。而于分段放线步骤S02中,使用者每拨动一次摆臂1630,即可让棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410分离,而能释放系线中的一小段。
于全释放步骤S03中,可拉起旋钮1700,解除棘轮1400与线盘1300的耦合,此时线盘1300不受棘轮齿1410与棘臂1611的啮合影响,而能自由转动,以让系线全释放。而除了拉起旋钮1700全释放系线外,在其他实施例中亦可透过转动旋钮来全释放系线,本发明不以此为限。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一外壳,包含一内部空间;
    一线盘,设置于该内部空间且供一系线卷绕;
    多个棘轮齿,位于该内部空间;
    一分段释放组,包含:
    一枢爪,包含:
    一棘臂,选择性啮合于至少一该棘轮齿;及
    一连动部;及
    一摆臂,抵顶于该连动部;以及
    一旋钮,设置于该外壳;
    其中,该棘臂啮合于至少一该棘轮齿时阻止该线盘于一释放方向上转动,当该旋钮朝一收束方向被转动时,该棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;当该摆臂被操作时,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离,以允许该系线被分段释放;当该旋钮被拉起或朝该释放方向转动时,使该棘臂不阻止该线盘朝该释放方向转动,允许该系线被全释放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,还包含:
    一棘轮,设置于该内部空间且选择性耦合于该线盘,该些棘轮齿位于该棘轮的一外表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该棘轮选择性地与该线盘耦合,且操作该旋钮使该棘轮上升以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,还包含一定位轴,其连接该棘轮且朝该线盘凸伸,该线盘包含一定位部,该定位轴穿设于该定位部,拉起该旋钮连动该棘轮及该定位轴沿一轴向位移,以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合,且该定位轴受该定位部限位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该线盘包含:
    一上环部;
    一下环部;
    一绕线轴,连接于该上环部及该下环部之间,且该绕线轴包含一中心孔;以及
    一上凸部,自该上环部朝该旋钮凸出且包含一开孔与该中心孔连通;
    其中,该定位部位于该开孔,且该定位轴穿过该开孔进入该中心孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该枢爪还包含一止挡部,该止挡部与该棘臂间隔排列,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿啮合时,该止挡部不与任一该棘轮齿啮合;当该摆臂被操作使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时,该止挡部啮合至少另一该棘轮齿,以停止该线盘。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该摆臂的一扳部外露于该外壳。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该外壳包含:
    一环壁,包含一开口;
    一罩部,自该环壁径向朝外凸出;以及
    一枢座,连接该罩部以形成一枢摆空间;
    其中,该枢爪与该摆臂枢设于该枢座的相异位置且至少部分位于该枢摆空间,该枢爪由该开口伸入该内部空间以使该棘臂啮合于至少一该棘轮齿。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该分段释放组还包含一弹性元件,且该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时使该弹性元件蓄力。
  10. 一种系线收放方法,其特征在于,包含:
    一束紧步骤,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置,该紧固装置包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一枢爪以及一旋钮,该线盘耦合于该系线且位于该外壳内,朝一收束方向转动该旋钮,使该枢爪的一棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;
    一分段放线步骤,操作该紧固装置的一摆臂,该摆臂连动该枢爪的一连动部,使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离后再与至少另一该棘轮齿啮合,以允许该线盘往一释放方向转动以释放该系线中的一段;以及
    一全释放步骤,操作该旋钮使该紧固装置的该棘臂不阻止该线盘朝该释放方向转动,以使该系线被自由释放。
