Claims (10)
- 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,包含:一外壳,包含一内部空间;一线盘,设置于该内部空间且供一系线卷绕;多个棘轮齿,位于该内部空间;一分段释放组,包含:一棘臂,选择性啮合于至少一该棘轮齿;及一操作部,连动该棘臂;以及一旋钮,设置于该外壳;其中,该棘臂啮合于至少一该棘轮齿时阻止该线盘于一释放方向上转动,当该旋钮朝一收束方向被转动时,该棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;当该操作部被操作时,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离,以允许该系线被分段释放。
- 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,还包含:一棘轮,设置于该内部空间且选择性耦合于该线盘,所述多个棘轮齿位于该棘轮。
- 根据权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该棘轮选择性地与该线盘耦合,且操作该旋钮以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合,允许该系线被全释放。
- 根据权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该旋钮包含至少一导引轨道,该棘轮包含至少一导引部与该导引轨道耦合,该旋钮朝该释放方向转动使该棘轮受该至少一导引部导引上升,以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该棘轮包含一外环部与一升降部,所述多个棘轮齿位于该外环部,该升降部与该外环部嵌合且包含一螺孔,该旋钮包含一中心螺柱耦合于该螺孔,该旋钮朝该释放方向转动使该升降部上升,以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该分段释放组还包含一止挡部,该止挡部与该棘臂间隔排列,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿啮合时,该止挡部不与任一该棘轮齿啮合;当该操作部被操作使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时,该止挡部啮合至少另一该棘轮齿,以停止该线盘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该操作部外露于该外壳。
- 根据权利要求7所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该外壳包含:一环壁,包含一开口;以及一枢座,自该环壁径向朝外凸出;其中,该棘臂与该操作部一体连接且枢设于该枢座,该棘臂由该开口伸入该内部空间以啮合于至少一该棘轮齿。
- 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该分段释放组还包含一弹性元件,且该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时推抵该弹性元件蓄力。
- 一种系线收放方法,其特征在于,包含:一束紧步骤,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置,该紧固装置包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一棘臂以及一旋钮,该线盘耦合于该系线且位于该外壳内,朝一收束方向转动该旋钮,使该棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;一分段放线步骤,操作该紧固装置的一操作部,使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离后再与至少另一该棘轮齿啮合,以允许该线盘往一释放方向转动以释放该系线中的一段;以及一全释放步骤,操作该旋钮使该紧固装置的该棘臂不阻止该线盘朝该释放方向转动,以使该系线被自由释放。
