Abstract

一种紧固装置及系线收放方法,紧固装置包含外壳、线盘、多个棘轮齿、分段释放组以及旋钮。外壳包含内部空间,线盘设置于内部空间且供系线卷绕,棘轮齿位于内部空间。分段释放组包含棘臂及操作部,棘臂选择性啮合于至少一棘轮齿,操作部连动棘臂。旋钮设置于外壳。其中,棘臂啮合于棘轮齿时阻止线盘于释放方向上转动,当旋钮朝收束方向被转动时,棘臂脱离棘轮齿以允许线盘收束系线;当操作部被操作时,棘臂与棘轮齿分离,以允许系线被分段释放。借此操作操作部可让系线被分段释放,进而达到分段释放系线的目的。

Description

紧固装置及系线收放方法 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种紧固装置及收放方法,且尤其是有关一种能收放系线的紧固装置及系线收放方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,常使用绳子及系带等线体来收束物品,最常见的收束手段是利用线体来回穿梭于物品上的孔洞,再以绳结固定,例如绑绳鞋类等。但是此种收束手段容易因为外力因素而导致绳结松脱,不仅必须重绑绳结,也因为无法稳固地收束物品而带来许多的不便。
为了解决此类的问题,有业者发展出简易束线机构,其包含一壳体,一掣动单元及一弹簧,壳体上具有穿孔供线体通过,其透过弹簧与掣动单元之间的作用力使线体被夹在掣动单元及壳体之间而达到紧固效果,按压弹簧改变掣动单元位置即可拉动改变线体长度。但,此种束线机构是透过弹簧的复位力来提供紧固力,仍然容易因为振动或外力因素而使线体松脱,且此种束线机构并无空间容纳线体,因此线体外露也容易造成危险。
是以又有业者发展出另一种可旋转收束并固定线体的扣具,其线体可容置在扣具内部,且透过内部构件的机械力干涉使得线体长度可以被调整,同时调整收束的紧度。然而,此种扣具的结构复杂,使得制造成本提升,同时具有组装及维修困难的问题。此外,在松脱此种扣具时,仅有全释放线体的功能,而无法分段(逐段)释放线体(系线),故在使用上仍有其不便之处。
有鉴于此,如何有效改善扣具等紧固装置的结构,使其具有分段释放系线的功能,遂成相关业者努力的目标。
发明内容
本发明提供一种紧固装置及一种系线收放方法,透过操作部的结构配置,而能达到分段释放系线的目的。
依据本发明一实施方式提供一种紧固装置,其包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一分段释放组以及一旋钮。外壳包含一内部空间,线盘设置于内部空 间且供一系线卷绕,前述多个棘轮齿位于内部空间。分段释放组包含一棘臂及一操作部,棘臂选择性啮合于至少一棘轮齿,操作部连动棘臂。旋钮设置于外壳。其中,棘臂啮合于至少一棘轮齿时阻止线盘于一释放方向上转动,当旋钮朝一收束方向被转动时,棘臂脱离至少一棘轮齿以允许线盘收束系线;当操作部被操作时,棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离,以允许系线被分段释放。
借此,在未操作操作部前,棘臂可阻止线盘释放系线,而在操作操作部后,可让系线被分段释放,进而达到分段释放系线的目的。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,还可包含一棘轮,其设置于内部空间且选择性耦合于线盘,前述多个棘轮齿位于棘轮。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,棘轮可选择性地与线盘耦合,且操作旋钮以解除棘轮与线盘的耦合,允许系线被全释放。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,旋钮可包含至少一导引轨道,棘轮包含至少一导引部与导引轨道耦合,旋钮朝释放方向转动使棘轮受前述至少一导引部导引上升,以解除棘轮与线盘的耦合。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,棘轮可包含一外环部与一升降部,前述多个棘轮齿位于外环部,升降部与外环部嵌合且包含一螺孔,旋钮包含一中心螺柱耦合于螺孔,旋钮朝释放方向转动使升降部上升,以解除棘轮与线盘的耦合。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,分段释放组还可包含一止挡部,止挡部与棘臂间隔排列,棘臂与至少一棘轮齿啮合时,止挡部不与任一棘轮齿啮合;当操作部被操作使棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离时,止挡部啮合至少另一棘轮齿,以停止线盘。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,操作部可外露于外壳。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,外壳可包含一环壁以及一枢座。环壁可包含一开口,枢座自环壁径向朝外凸出。其中,棘臂与操作部一体连接且枢设于枢座,棘臂由开口伸入内部空间以啮合于至少一棘轮齿。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置,其中,分段释放组还可包含一弹性元件,且棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离时推抵弹性元件蓄力。
依据本发明另一实施方式提供一种系线收放方法,其包含一束紧步骤、一分段放线步骤以及一全释放步骤。于束紧步骤中,操作设置于一物件上的一紧 固装置,紧固装置包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一棘臂以及一旋钮,线盘耦合于系线且位于外壳内,朝一收束方向转动旋钮,使棘臂脱离至少一棘轮齿以允许线盘收束系线。于分段放线步骤中,操作紧固装置的一操作部,使棘臂与至少一棘轮齿分离后再与至少另一棘轮齿啮合,以允许线盘往一释放方向转动以释放系线中的一段。于全释放步骤中,操作旋钮使紧固装置的棘臂不阻止线盘朝释放方向转动,以使系线被自由释放。

请参阅图1、图2及图3,其中图1绘示依照本发明一第1实施例的一种紧固装置1000的立体示意图,图2绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的一爆炸示意图,图3绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的另一爆炸示意图。紧固装置1000包含一外壳1200、一线盘1300、多个棘轮齿1410、一分段释放组1600以及一旋钮1700。外壳1200包含一内部空间1260,线盘1300设置于内部空间1260且供一系线(未绘示)卷绕,前述多个棘轮齿1410位于内部空间1260。分段释放组1600包含一棘臂1611及一操作部1613,棘臂1611选择性啮合于至少一棘轮齿1410,操作部1613连动棘臂1611。旋钮1700设置于外壳1200。其中,棘臂1611啮合于至少一棘轮齿1410时阻止线盘1300于一释放方向A1上转动,当旋钮1700朝一收束方向A2被转动时,棘臂1611脱离至少一棘轮齿1410以允许线盘1300收束系线;当操作部1613被操作时,棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410分离,以允许系线被分段释放。
借此,在未操作操作部1613前,棘臂1611可阻止线盘1300释放系线,而在操作操作部1613后,可让系线被分段释放,进而达到分段释放系线的目的。后面将详述紧固装置1000的细部结构。
紧固装置1000还可包含一棘轮1400,其设置于内部空间1260且选择性耦合于线盘1300,而前述多个棘轮齿1410位于棘轮1400上,故亦位于内部空间1260。棘轮1400可包含一外环部1420与一升降部1430,前述多个棘轮齿1410位于外环部1420,升降部1430与外环部1420嵌合且包含一贯孔1431。
外环部1420可具有中空圆环状结构而包含一中心孔1421,中心孔1421的形状与升降部1430的形状对应而能供升降部1430可升降地嵌合,其中,升降部1430可沿轴向I1(标示于图4)相对外环部1420移动,然无法与外环部1420相对转动。
棘轮1400可还包含多个第一结合齿1450及三夹臂1440,第一结合齿1450及三夹臂1440均位于升降部1430的内侧,且各夹臂1440包含位于下端的径向凸部(未标示)。
线盘1300可包含一线盘本体1310、一第二结合齿1320及一定位环1330,第二结合齿1320位于线盘本体1310的上方,而定位环1330位于第二结合齿 1320与线盘本体1310之间。第二结合齿1320用以与第一结合齿1450可选择地啮合,定位环1330可与各夹臂1440配合。
操作部1613可外露于外壳1200,以方便使用者操作。仔细而言,外壳1200可包含一环壁1220以及一枢座1230。环壁1220可包含一开口1221,枢座1230自环壁1220径向朝外凸出。其中,棘臂1611与操作部1613一体连接且枢设于枢座1230,棘臂1611由开口1221伸入内部空间1260以啮合于至少一棘轮齿1410,而操作部1613位于开口1221外。外壳1200可还包含一罩体1240、一枢杆1250及一底座1210,罩体1240可盖设于枢座1230上以遮蔽棘臂1611但不遮蔽操作部1613,故操作部1613可外露于外壳1200,枢杆1250自罩体1240朝下凸伸,底座1210可供环壁1220与枢座1230设置。
更仔细地说,环壁1220围绕出内部空间1260,枢座1230是于一体连接于环壁1220的外周面,而开口1221径向贯穿环壁1220的本体而能使内部空间1260与外部连通。分段释放组1600包含一枢爪1610,枢爪1610一端的一勾状结构可被定义为棘臂1611,枢爪1610另一端的一拨块结构可被定义为操作部1613,枢爪1610包含一枢孔(标示)供枢杆1250穿过,而使枢爪1610可抠摆的定位于枢座1230上,且枢爪1610是自开口1221凸入内部空间1260,而使得棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410对应,并保留操作部1613外露于开口1221。
旋钮1700可包含穿孔(未标示)与三限位片1710,三限位片1710由旋钮1700的内顶面沿轴向I1向下凸伸,三限位片1710用以插入外环部1420的三限位孔1422,借此转动旋钮1700可带动棘轮1400转动。紧固装置1000还可包含一连接单元1800(标示于图4),连接单元1800包含一螺杆1810与一定位轴1820,定位轴1820由下往上穿过线盘1300,螺杆1810由上而下穿过穿孔及贯孔1431以与定位轴1820螺锁,定位轴1820的一端抵顶于升降部1430,且另一端限位于线盘1300的轴心空间。
请参阅图4及图5,并请一并参阅图2及图3,其中图4绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的一剖视示意图,图5绘示图1第1实施例的紧固装置1000的另一剖视示意图。棘轮1400可选择性地与线盘1300耦合,操作旋钮1700以解除棘轮1400与线盘1300的耦合,并允许系线被全释放。仔细而言,旋钮1700可被沿轴向I1作动以定位于第一位置或第二位置,如图4所示,当旋钮1700位于第一位置时,升降部1430未上升,第一结合齿1450与第二结 合齿1320啮合,旋钮1700朝收束方向A2转动时,推动枢爪1610朝外枢摆使棘臂1611脱离棘轮齿1410,线盘1300被允许朝收束方向A2转动,而可收束系线。若使用者停止转动旋钮1700,棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410啮合,阻止线盘1300朝释放方向A1转动,而能紧固系线。
当要全释放系线时,使用者可拉起旋钮1700使其位于第二位置,此时升降部1430上升,第一结合齿1450与第二结合齿1320分离,线盘1300不受影响而可自由朝释放方向A1转动。在此要特别说明的是,在全释放系线时,虽仅有升降部1430升起,外环部1420未上升而使棘臂1611仍与棘轮齿1410啮合,然因第一结合齿1450已与第二结合齿1320分离,故实质上已解除棘轮1400与线盘1300的耦合,线盘1300不受棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410的啮合影响。
请参阅图6A及图6B,并一并参阅图2至图5,其中,图6A绘示图4第1实施例的紧固装置1000沿割面线6-6的一剖视示意图,图6B绘示图4第1实施例的紧固装置1000沿割面线6-6的另一剖视示意图。分段释放组1600还可包含一止挡部1612,止挡部1612与棘臂1611间隔排列,棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410啮合时,止挡部1612不与任一棘轮齿1410啮合;当操作部1613被操作使棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410分离时,止挡部1612啮合至少另一棘轮齿1410,以停止线盘1300。更仔细地说,枢爪1610的另一勾状结构可被定义为止挡部1612,止挡部1612被配置成不与棘臂1611同时啮合棘轮齿1410。如图6A所示,当棘臂1611啮合棘轮齿1410时,可以如上所述阻止线盘1300往释放方向A1转动;反之,当使用者拨动操作部1613时,枢爪1610以枢杆1250为中心轴进行枢摆运动,而使棘臂1611朝外旋出并脱离棘轮齿1410,此时线盘1300被释放而能往释放方向A1旋转,然而,由于棘臂1611旋出的同时止挡部1612被朝内旋入而与棘轮齿1410卡合,故线盘1300被止挡部1612阻挡而无法往释放方向A1旋转,因此有助于在棘臂1611复位前阻止线盘1300转动,而能更有助于逐段释放系线。换句话说,透过止挡部1612的结构配置,使用者拨动操作部1613后,系线不会被全释放,而仅有一小段的系线被释放。在此要特别说明的是,使用者拨动操作部1613后,线盘1300可以转动的幅度为一个棘轮齿1410的齿距,而能逐段地释放系线。在其他实施例中,线盘可以转动的幅度亦可为多个棘轮齿的齿距,不以此为限。
此外,分段释放组1600还可包含一弹性元件1620,且棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410分离时推抵弹性元件1620蓄力。弹性元件1620可具有一扭簧结构,弹性元件1620一端限位于枢座1230,另一端抵顶于棘臂1611,故棘臂1611枢摆可推动弹性元件1620扭转蓄力,是以弹性元件1620可在操作部1613的外力被移除后,推动棘臂1611复位。
请参阅图7,其中,图7绘示依照本发明一第2实施例的一种紧固装置2000的一爆炸示意图。紧固装置2000和图1至图6B的紧固装置1000类似,差异在于棘轮2400的结构和棘轮1400不同。棘轮2400亦包含外环部2420与升降部2430,而升降部2430概呈环状,且包含多个径向外齿以与外环部2420的多个径向内齿配合。紧固装置2000的其他和紧固装置1000相同的结构不再赘述。
请参阅图8,其中,图8绘示依照本发明一第3实施例的一种紧固装置3000的一爆炸示意图。紧固装置3000和图1至图6B的紧固装置1000类似,差异在于棘轮3400的结构和棘轮1400不同。棘轮3400为一件式结构,即,其未像棘轮1400一样分为外环部1420与升降部1430。棘轮3400为一筒状结构可包含多个第一结合齿3450与多个棘轮齿3410,第一结合齿3450位于棘轮3400的内周面并对应线盘3300的多个第二结合齿3320,棘轮齿3410位于棘轮3400的外周面并对应棘臂3611,且拉起旋钮3700可使棘轮3400整体上升,而使第一结合齿3450与第二结合齿3320分离,而虽然棘轮齿3410仍与棘臂3611对应,然因线盘3300已解除耦合,而能自由转动。在其他实施例中,可透过改变棘轮齿的齿高使棘轮整体上升后让棘轮齿与棘臂脱离而不对应,也就是说,在结构配置上,全释放时棘臂可啮合于棘轮齿或与棘轮齿分离,不以此为限。紧固装置3000的其他和紧固装置1000相同的结构不再赘述。
请参阅图9、图10、图11及图12,其中图9绘示依照本发明一第4实施例的一种紧固装置4000的一爆炸示意图,图10绘示图9第4实施例的紧固装置4000的另一爆炸示意图,图11绘示图10第4实施例的紧固装置4000的一剖视示意图,图12绘示图10第4实施例的紧固装置4000的另一剖视示意图。紧固装置4000中,旋钮4700可包含至少一导引轨道4720,棘轮4400可包含至少一导引部4460与导引轨道4720耦合,旋钮4700朝释放方向转动使棘轮4400受前述至少一导引轨道4720导引上升,以解除棘轮4400与线盘4300的 耦合。
如图10所示,棘轮4400为一件式结构,导引部4460的数量为三,各导引部4460自棘轮4400的外周面朝外凸伸且具有斜齿结构,导引轨道4720位于旋钮4700的内壁而能对应导引部4460。
棘轮4400还可包含一第一保持部4470、一第二保持部4480及二凸块4491、4492,第一保持部4470及第二保持部4480各自包含一自由端4471、4481,自由端4471、4481受力后可沿径向移动,外力解除后即可复位。
旋钮4700还可包含一凸柱4740、一通孔4750及二定位块4730,凸柱4740沿轴向(图9至图12中未标示)朝下凸出,通孔4750贯穿凸柱4740,二定位块4730则沿径向对称设罝于凸柱4740的外侧。
图11所示,棘轮4400未上升而与线盘4300耦合,此时可收束系线并防止系线被释放。反之,如图12所示,旋钮4700朝释放方向转动可带动棘轮4400沿轴向上升,以解除使棘轮4400与线盘4300的耦合。更仔细地说,棘轮4400未上升前,其中一定位块4730位于第一保持部4470的自由端4471与凸块4491之间,另一定位块4730位于第二保持部4480的自由端4481与凸块4492之间。当旋钮4700朝释放方向转动时,棘轮4400受限于棘臂4611与棘轮齿4410的啮合关系而无法一同转动,因此二定位块4730分别压抵于二自由端4471、4481,二自由端4471、4481沿径向变形而使得旋钮4700可相对棘轮4400转动,导引部4460则受导引轨道4720导引,可相对导引轨道4720沿轴向往上升,以切换棘轮4400的位置。此时,前述其中一定位块4730改位于第一保持部4470的自由端4471与凸块4492之间,前述另一定位块4730改位于第二保持部4480的自由端4481与凸块4491之间,借此可定位棘轮4400。
紧固装置4000的连接单元4800可包含一锁固轴套4830、一止挡环4840及一螺杆4810,锁固轴套4830穿过旋钮4700的通孔4750,止挡环4840限位于线盘4300的轴心空间,螺杆4810穿过止挡环4840后锁接于锁固轴套4830。
于图9至图12的紧固装置4000中,是透过转动旋钮4700使棘轮4400上升以全释放系线,虽与紧固装置1000、2000、3000的拉起旋钮1700、3700以进行全释放的方式有所不同,然均可透过操作旋钮1700、3700、4700来达成全释放。
请参阅图13,其中图13绘示依照本发明一第5实施例的紧固装置5000的一爆炸示意图。紧固装置5000中,棘轮5400可包含一外环部5420与一升降部5430,多个棘轮齿5410位于外环部5420,升降部5430与外环部5420嵌合且包含一螺孔5431,旋钮5700包含一中心螺柱5760耦合于螺孔5431,旋钮5700朝释放方向转动使升降部5430上升,以解除棘轮5400与线盘5300的耦合。仔细而言,紧固装置5000亦是透过转动旋钮5700使棘轮5400上升以全释放系线,然其是以螺孔5431对应中心螺柱5760的结构来达到此目的,而与紧固装置4000略有不同。
紧固装置5000的连接单元5800可包含一止挡环5840及一螺杆5810,止挡环5840限位于线盘5300的轴心空间,螺杆5810穿过止挡环5840后锁接于中心螺柱5760。
请参阅图14及图15,其中图14绘示依照本发明一第6实施例的紧固装置6000的一爆炸示意图,图15绘示图14第6实施例的紧固装置6000的剖视示意图。第6实施例的紧固装置6000与图9至图12的紧固装置4000类似,旋钮6700可包含至少一导引轨道6720,棘轮6400可包含一外环部6420、一升降部6430及三导引部6460,三导引部6460自升降部6430的上缘径向朝外凸伸以与导引轨道6720耦合。借此,转动旋钮6700可使升降部6430上升,以解除棘轮6400与线盘6300的耦合,并允许系线被全释放。紧固装置6000的其他和紧固装置4000相同或类似的结构不再赘述。
请参阅图16,并一并参阅图1至图6B,其中图16绘示依照本发明一第7实施例的系线收放方法7000的一方块流程图。系线收放方法7000包含一束紧步骤S01以及一分段放线步骤S02。
于束紧步骤S01中,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置1000,紧固装置1000包含一外壳1200、一线盘1300、多个棘轮齿1410、一棘臂1611以及一旋钮1700,线盘1300耦合于系线且位于外壳1200内,朝一收束方向A2转动旋钮1700,使棘臂1611脱离至少一棘轮齿1410以允许线盘1300收束系线。
于分段放线步骤S02中,操作紧固装置1000的一操作部1613,使棘臂1611与至少一棘轮齿1410分离后再与至少另一棘轮齿1410啮合,以允许线盘1300往一释放方向A1转动以释放系线中的一段。
仔细而言,于束紧步骤S01中,是透过转动旋钮1700带动棘轮1400转动, 棘轮1400转动时让棘臂1611偏摆,以使棘臂1611脱离棘轮齿1410,借此可收束系线。而当旋钮1700停止转动时,棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410啮合以阻止线盘1300释放系线。而分段放线步骤S02中,使用者每拨动一次操作部1613,即可让棘臂1611与棘轮齿1410分离,而能释放系线中的一小段。
若欲全释放系线,可让系线收放方法7000还包含一全释放步骤S03,操作旋钮1700使紧固装置1000的棘臂1611不阻止线盘1300朝释放方向A1转动,以使系线被自由释放。其中,可拉起旋钮1700,解除棘轮1400与线盘1300的耦合,此时线盘1300不受棘轮齿1410与棘臂1611的啮合影响,而能自由转动,以让系线全释放。而除了拉起旋钮1700全释放系线外,亦可透过转动旋钮4700(标示于图9)来全释放系线,本发明不以此为限。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一外壳,包含一内部空间;
    一线盘,设置于该内部空间且供一系线卷绕;
    多个棘轮齿,位于该内部空间;
    一分段释放组,包含:
    一棘臂,选择性啮合于至少一该棘轮齿;及
    一操作部,连动该棘臂;以及
    一旋钮,设置于该外壳;
    其中,该棘臂啮合于至少一该棘轮齿时阻止该线盘于一释放方向上转动,当该旋钮朝一收束方向被转动时,该棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;当该操作部被操作时,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离,以允许该系线被分段释放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,还包含:
    一棘轮,设置于该内部空间且选择性耦合于该线盘,所述多个棘轮齿位于该棘轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该棘轮选择性地与该线盘耦合,且操作该旋钮以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合,允许该系线被全释放。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该旋钮包含至少一导引轨道,该棘轮包含至少一导引部与该导引轨道耦合,该旋钮朝该释放方向转动使该棘轮受该至少一导引部导引上升,以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该棘轮包含一外环部与一升降部,所述多个棘轮齿位于该外环部,该升降部与该外环部嵌合且包含一螺孔,该旋钮包含一中心螺柱耦合于该螺孔,该旋钮朝该释放方向转动使该升降部上升,以解除该棘轮与该线盘的耦合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该分段释放组还包含一止挡部,该止挡部与该棘臂间隔排列,该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿啮合时,该止挡部不与任一该棘轮齿啮合;当该操作部被操作使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时,该止挡部啮合至少另一该棘轮齿,以停止该线盘。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该操作部外露于该外壳。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该外壳包含:
    一环壁,包含一开口;以及
    一枢座,自该环壁径向朝外凸出;
    其中,该棘臂与该操作部一体连接且枢设于该枢座,该棘臂由该开口伸入该内部空间以啮合于至少一该棘轮齿。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该分段释放组还包含一弹性元件,且该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离时推抵该弹性元件蓄力。
  10. 一种系线收放方法,其特征在于,包含:
    一束紧步骤,操作设置于一物件上的一紧固装置,该紧固装置包含一外壳、一线盘、多个棘轮齿、一棘臂以及一旋钮,该线盘耦合于该系线且位于该外壳内,朝一收束方向转动该旋钮,使该棘臂脱离至少一该棘轮齿以允许该线盘收束该系线;
    一分段放线步骤,操作该紧固装置的一操作部,使该棘臂与至少一该棘轮齿分离后再与至少另一该棘轮齿啮合,以允许该线盘往一释放方向转动以释放该系线中的一段;以及
    一全释放步骤,操作该旋钮使该紧固装置的该棘臂不阻止该线盘朝该释放方向转动,以使该系线被自由释放。
