Definitions

  • the present application relates to a mask.
  • Masks are a kind of sanitary protection equipment. First, they are used to reduce and prevent viruses (including influenza viruses, etc.) in the wearer's body from entering the air and cause cross-infection to surrounding human bodies; second, they are used to reduce or prevent harmful particles in the air, including germs. , viruses, suspended particles, harmful gases, etc. are inhaled into the human body, which ensures that the wearer inhales pure air to a certain extent, and is widely used in the fields of labor protection and health care, especially in some highly polluted environments, wearing effective protective masks It has become a necessity; the third is for groups used for outdoor activities, in the condition of low outdoor air temperature, it can play an effective role in keeping warm and keeping warm.
  • viruses including influenza viruses, etc.
  • Medical face masks can be divided into flat masks, folding masks and cup masks in terms of structure. These three types of masks have their own advantages. Among them, medical flat masks are the most widely used due to their advantages of comfortable wearing, good protection effect, simple structure, mature production process and low price.
  • Existing flat masks are mainly composed of a mask body and straps, wherein the straps are mostly ear straps hanging on the ears.
  • the main body of the mask is made of the inner non-woven fabric, the filter layer, and the outer non-woven fabric in order from the inside to the outside, and sometimes parts such as nose clips are also arranged between the filter layer and the outer non-woven fabric.
  • the filter layer is composed of one or more layers of materials that can absorb bacteria and tiny particles.
  • Figures 1 to 9 show a typical plane mask, and its mask body 1 has: two vertical sides on both sides of the transverse direction—the left vertical side 1a and the right vertical side 1b, and the two horizontal sides on the upper and lower sides— - Top horizontal edge 1c and bottom horizontal edge 1d.
  • the size of the vertical side is shorter than the long side, so the vertical side of the mask body 1 is usually called the short side and the horizontal side is called the long side in the industry.
  • the mask body 1 is also provided with three folds 100, and these three folds 100 are arranged next to each other from top to bottom, and the folds of each fold 100 are hot-pressed and fixed at the left and right sides (vertical edges) of the mask body. .
  • the main body of the mask is generally designed with a plurality of folds 100 .
  • the vertical edges on both sides of the mask body 1 will be subjected to the pulling forces F1 and F2 of the straps 2, wherein the pulling force F1 can be decomposed into a downward vertical component force F1y And the horizontal component force F1x in the backward pair, the pulling force F2 can be decomposed into the vertical component force F2y in the upward direction and the horizontal component force F2x in the backward pair.
  • the component force F1y moves the top of the left and right vertical sides of the mask body 1 downward, the component force F1x moves the top of the vertical side of the mask body 1 backward, the component force F1y moves the bottom of the vertical side of the mask body 1 upward, and the component force F2x makes the mask body 1 1 The bottom of the vertical side is moved back. In this way, the vertical side of the mask body 1 will be deformed as shown in Figure 5, and the mask body 1 after wearing is basically maintained in the form shown in Figures 5 and 7 due to the reverse facial force (static friction). .
  • the top and bottom of the right vertical edge 1b of the mask body are in close contact with the wearer’s face 6 because they are directly pulled by the ear straps, but the middle of the right vertical edge 1b, that is, the part where the folds are located, is not A very high bulge U is formed, and there is a large gap D between the right vertical edge 1b and the wearer's face 6 . This is because:
  • the two adjacent pleats 100 on the mask are arranged next to each other, and the multiple folds (or called mask segments) in each pleat 100 are heat-pressed and fixed at the vertical edge position.
  • the multiple folds (or called mask segments) in each pleat 100 are heat-pressed and fixed at the vertical edge position.
  • the three mask sections 11, 13, 14 of the uppermost pleat 100 are superimposed on each other and fixed by heat pressing.
  • the folds 100 are thicker at the vertical side and hard in texture, and cannot be naturally bent when worn.
  • the top and bottom of the left vertical side 1a and the right vertical side The pleats 100 are difficult to bend, so the junction of the two adjacent pleats 100 will produce an outward bulge U, which cannot fit the face 6 well. There is a large gap D between them.
