Description
本申请要求于2021年2月7日提交中国专利局、申请号为2021101784942,发明名称为“一种涡流加热的发热组件及气溶胶生成装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及气溶胶生成技术领域,更具体的说,特别涉及一种涡流加热的发热组件及气溶胶生成装置。
近年来,气溶胶生成系统在烟具等领域已得到广泛运用。气溶胶生成系统包括气溶胶生成装置及气溶胶生成制品,气溶胶生成制品包括用于形成气溶胶的基质,气溶胶生成装置用于加热基质,使基质生成气溶胶供使用者吸食。
现有的气溶胶生成装置一般采用电阻式加热体进行加热,基材多为陶瓷和不锈钢,在基材上印刷加热线路,当加热线路通电时,加热线路发热以提供热量给气溶胶基材,产生气溶胶。但是,这种电阻式加热的方式加热速度慢,温度监控不准确,气溶胶发烟速度慢,制造工艺复杂,能耗高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涡流加热的发热组件及气溶胶生成装置,解决现有加热体加热速度慢,温度监控不准确,气溶胶发烟速度慢,制造工艺复杂,能耗高的技术问题。
为了解决以上提出的问题,本发明实施例提供了如下所述的技术方案:
一种涡流加热的发热组件,包括基座、发热件和测温件;
所述发热件设于所述基座上,用于感应电磁感应单元的磁力产生涡流而发热,所述发热件内设有中空的腔体,所述测温件设于所述腔体内,用于检测所述发热件的温度,所述腔体内设有绝缘结构,所述绝缘结构用于将所述发热件与所述测温件分隔以进行绝缘。
进一步地,所述发热件包括两个合金片,两个所述合金片安装时形成中空的腔体;
或者,所述发热件由合金材料一体成型,所述发热件内形成中空的腔体;
或者,所述发热件包括发热件本体和尖部,所述尖部可拆卸设置在所述发热件本体上,所述发热件本体内形成中空的腔体。
进一步地,所述发热件的长度小于所述电磁感应单元的长度,并被设于所述发热件外围的电磁感应单元覆盖,所述发热件的中心轴与所述电磁感应单元的中心轴平行。
进一步地,所述发热件的形状为片状、柱状、长方体或针状。
进一步地,所述发热件内设有绝缘结构,所述绝缘结构用于将所述发热件与所述测温件分隔以进行绝缘。
进一步地,所述绝缘结构包括至少两片绝缘片,所述绝缘片设于所述发热件内壁与所述测温件之间;

一种气溶胶生成装置,用于供气溶胶生成制品生成气溶胶,包括如上所述的涡流加热的发热组件,所述涡流加热的发热组件与所述气溶胶生成制品连接,用于对所述气溶胶生成制品发热。
进一步地,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括壳体、电磁感应单元、高频振荡电源和主板,所述涡流加热的发热组件设于所述壳体内,所述气溶胶生成制品一端插入所述壳体内,所述电磁感应单元设于所述壳体内,并设于所述发热件外围,所述主板设于壳体内并与所述电磁感应单元和高频振荡电源电连接,所述电磁感应单元与所述高频振荡电源电连接。
进一步地,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括控制器,所述测温件与所述控制器电连接,所述测温件实时检测所述发热件的温度,并将信号反馈至所述控制器,所述控制器根据所述发热件的实时温度,控制所述电磁感应单元的工作。

与现有技术相比,本发明实施例主要有以下有益效果:
一种涡流加热的发热组件及气溶胶生成装置,电磁感应单元通电后产生高频振荡,发热件置于电磁感应单元产生的变化的磁场内,并产生涡旋电流,将磁能转换成热能,使发热件进行发热,发热件将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品,以产生气溶胶,测温件设于发热件内,测温件可直接检测发热件的实时温度,并且测温件受磁场影响较小,从而实现对发热件的温度的精准测量。涡流加热的发热组件加热速度快,提升了发烟速度,温度监控准确,能耗低,利用基座安装发热件和测温件,方便组装和生产;另外,相对于现有电阻式加热体,本方案还可以避免以下问题:现有电阻式加热体,发热丝设置在加热体上,加热体需要与主机上的电路直接硬连接,加热体上的电极在发热工作中容易氧化或者受到腐蚀,会导致接触不良或者寿命过短的问题。

实施例
如图3至图5所示,一种涡流加热的发热组件,包括基座1、发热件2和测温件3;所述发热件2设于所述基座1上,用于感应电磁感应单元的磁力产生涡流而发热,所述电磁感应单元与高频振荡电源电连接,高频振荡电源用于向电磁感应单元提供高频振荡电流,发热件2与气溶胶生成制品7连接,所述发热件2内设有中空的腔体,所述测温件3设于所述腔体内,用于检测所述发热件2的温度。
本发明实施例提供的涡流加热的发热组件,工作时,电磁感应单元通电后产生高频振荡,发热件2置于电磁感应单元产生的变化的磁场内,并产生涡旋电流,将磁能转换成热能,使发热件2进行发热,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,以产生气溶胶,测温件3设于发热件2的腔体内,使测温件3受磁场影响较小,并且使测温件3可直接检测发热件2的实时温度,从而实现对发热件2的温度的精准测量。涡流加热的发热组件加热速度快,提升了发烟速度,温度监控准确,能耗低,利用基座1安装发热件2和测温件3,方便组装和生产;另外,相对于现有电阻式加热体,本方案还可以避免以下问题:现有电阻式加热体,发热丝设置在加热体上,加热体需要与主机上的电路直接硬连接,加热体上的电极在发热工作中容易氧化或者受到腐蚀,会导致接触不良或者寿命过短的问题。
如图6所示,在一个实施例中,所述涡流加热的发热组件还包括控制器,测温件3与控制器电连接。测温件3用于实时检测发热件2的温度,并将信号反馈至控制器,控制器根据发热件2的实时温度,控制电磁感应 单元的工作,实现对发热温度的精确控制。控制器能够控制高频振荡电源工作,通过改变高频振荡电流的振荡频率,以改变发热件2的发热温度,能够较为精确地控制发热件2的温度,并且有效防止发热件2的温度过高,烤焦气溶胶生成制品7的加热端,影响使用者吸食。所述气溶胶生成制品7包括设有容纳腔的装料壳体、容纳于所述容纳腔内的气溶胶基材。装料壳体包括吸食端和加热端,发热件2插入到加热端中,以使发热件2发热时对气溶胶生成制品7进行加热,形成可吸入的气溶胶,其中,气溶胶基材可以为烟草、药品、植物提取物等。装料壳体还包括吸食端,吸食端为使用者直接接触的作为吸嘴的一端,或者,气溶胶生成制品7上设置供使用者接触的吸嘴或过滤嘴。
如图2和图3所示,所述电磁感应单元包括涡流线圈8,涡流线圈是采用金属材料制成的电线圈,包括一个电源接入端和一个电源输出端。高频振荡电源与所述涡流线圈8的电源接入端及电源输出端电连接,以形成电回路。高频振荡电源与输入的高频振荡电流穿过所述涡流线圈8,使所述涡流线圈8产生交变磁场,所述发热件2感应所述交变磁场中的磁力产生涡流而发热。
电磁感应单元还包括线圈支架12,涡流线圈8绕设于线圈支架12上,线圈支架12内设有容纳发热件2的腔体。通过设置线圈支架12,便于呈螺旋状的涡流线圈8的绕设。
使用时,涡流线圈8通电后产生高频振荡,发热件2置于涡流线圈8产生的变化的磁场内,并产生涡旋电流,从而产生热效应,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,以使得气溶胶基材受热形成气溶胶后供使用者吸食。通过设置涡流线圈8对发热件2进行涡流加热,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,有效提高了加热效率,缩短了加热时间。
需要说明的是,涡流加热的原理为涡流效应,涡流效应指的是法拉第电磁感应定律,当块状导体置于交变磁场或在固定磁场中运动时,块状导体内产生感应电流,此电流在块状导体内闭合。具体地,在本实施例中,通过高频振荡电源持续向呈螺旋状的涡流线圈8通入交变电流,涡流线圈8内产生交变磁场,处于磁场中的发热件2内部自动产生涡流并发热,从而对气溶胶生成制品7的加热端进行加热,使气溶胶基材形成气溶胶。
所述发热件2设置于线圈支架12的腔体内,且位于中心位置。
在一个实施例中,所述发热件2的长度小于所述涡流线圈8的长度,所述涡流线圈8轴向的长度覆盖所述发热件2,使所述发热件2的每个部位都能感应到磁力,提高了所述发热件2发热的效率,使得发热件2充分发热,从而对气溶胶生成制品7进行充分加热,以形成足量的气溶胶,提升 使用者的体验效果。
在一个实施例中,所述涡流线圈8的中心轴与所述发热件2的中心轴平行,有利于提高所述发热件2的不同部位的发热均匀性。
所述发热件2由合金材料制成,可以为初始磁感量相对较高的合金。发热件2可以是弹簧钢、铁素体不锈钢、碳钢、硅钢、铁铝、铁钻等合金。发热件2能在高速变化的磁场内产生涡流并发热。
在一个实施例中,发热件2的材料为弹簧钢,弹簧钢具有优良的综合性能,如力学性能、抗弹减性能、疲劳性能、碎透性、物理化学性能。为了满足上述性能要求,弹簧钢具有优良的冶金质量、良好的表面质量、精确的外形和尺寸。
在一个实施例中,所述发热件2的形状为呈宝剑形的片状,有利于所述发热件2的尖部23插入气溶胶生成制品7。在其他实施例中,发热件2的形状还可为柱状、长方体、针状等形状。
如图5所示,在一个实施例中,所述发热件2包括两个合金片21,两个所述合金片21安装时形成中空的腔体,所示测温件3设置在所述腔体内。
所述测温件3包括测温合金31,所述测温合金31设于所述发热件2内。
测温合金31可以是基于对电阻、电感或者电势等常规测温参数的检测,来实现温度检测,在此举例不做具体限定。
测温合金31可以采用镍铝、镍钼、康铜、考铜、铂铑、铂铱等合金材料,在此举例不做具体限定。
在一个实施例中,所述测温合金31的形状为片状,有利于与所述发热件2的腔体相匹配。在其他实施例中,测温合金31的形状还可为柱状、丝状、长方体、十字状等形状。
在一个实施例中,测温件3的长度与发热件2的腔体的长度尺寸相匹配,通过将测温件3设置在发热件2的腔体内,测温件3能够直接检测发热件2的温度,测温件3受磁场变化较小,并且,测温件3的长度与发热件2的腔体的长度尺寸相匹配,使得测温件3能够较好地接触发热件2,感应发热件2整个内壁的温度,以检测到能够反映发热件2整体的温度,从而可以精确检测到发热件2的温度。
所述腔体内设有绝缘结构4,所述绝缘结构4用于将所述发热件2与所述测温合金31分隔以进行绝缘。
所述绝缘结构4包括若干绝缘片41,所述绝缘片41设于所述发热件2内壁与所述测温合金31之间。
在一个实施例中,所述绝缘片41为两个,分别设置在两个合金片21与测温合金31之间,以使所述合金片21与测温合金31之间绝缘。
在一个实施例中,所述基座1为绝缘耐高温,可采用塑胶、陶瓷或其他绝缘耐高温材料。基座1将发热件2和测温件3连接在一起,并使发热件2和测温件3相互绝缘。
发热件2固定于基座1上,基座1上开设有供测温件3穿过的过孔。
在一个实施例中,参阅图3,所述涡流加热的发热组件还包括用于支撑所述发热件2的发热件支架13,所述发热件支架13采用绝缘材料制成。
所述发热件支架13内设有安装槽,所述发热件2安装在安装槽中。
可选的,所述发热件支架13的侧面设有凸台,通过所述凸台减少所述发热件支架13与其他部件的接触面积,从而进一步减少发热件2的热能损失,进一步提高了发热件2对所述气溶胶生成制品7的加热效率。所述凸台的数量可以是多个,比如,所述凸台的数量可以采用一个、两个、三个、四个、五个,在此举例不做具体限定。
可选的,所述发热件支架13采用绝缘及隔热材料制成,从而进一步减少将发热件2产生的热能传递给其他部件,进一步减少发热件2的热能损失,同时可以避免外壳发热发烫,提高了气溶胶生成装置的用户体验。
在一个实施例中,所述涡流加热的发热组件还包括供电电源10,所述供电电源10可以采用可充电电池,也可以采用不可充电电池,在此不做具体限定。比如,所述可充电电池包括锂电池,所述不可充电电池包括干电池,在此举例不做具体限定。
所述高频振荡电源可以从现有技术中选择高频振荡器和供电电源10配合提供高频振荡电流,在此举例不做具体限定。
本发明实施例提供的涡流加热的发热组件,工作时,涡流线圈8通电后产生高频振荡,振荡频率在10K-1000K之间,将磁能转换成热能,使发热件2进行发热,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,以产生气溶胶,发热件2的加热温度会控制在200-400度之间,测温件3设于发热件2内,测温件3可直接检测发热件2的实时温度,并且测温件3受磁场影响较小,从而实现对发热件2的温度的精准测量。涡流加热的发热组件加热速度快,提升了发烟速度,温度监控准确,简化了制造工艺,能耗低。
本发明另一实施例中,与上述实施例的区别在于,所述发热件2由合金材料一体成型,所述发热件2内形成中空的腔体。
可以理解的是,本发明另一实施例的发热件2可以替换上述实施例中的发热件2,本发明另一实施例与上述实施例的区别仅在于发热件2的结构,其他结构相同。
本发明另一实施例中,如图7所示,图7为本发明另一实施例中发热件2的结构示意图,与上述实施例的区别在于,所述发热件2包括发热件 本体22和尖部23,所述尖部23可拆卸设置在所述发热件本体22上,如尖部23可通过插接结构或者卡接结构设置在发热件本体22上,所述发热件本体22内形成中空的腔体,所述发热件本体22固定于基座1上,所述尖部23插入气溶胶生成制品7,所述测温件3设于所述发热件本体22的腔体内。
可以理解的是,本发明另一实施例的发热件2可以替换上述实施例中的发热件2,本发明另一实施例与上述实施例的区别仅在于发热件2的结构,其他结构相同。
本发明另一实施例中,如图7所示,图7为本发明另一实施例中绝缘结构4的结构示意图,与上述实施例的区别在于,所述绝缘结构4包括涂覆于所述发热件2内壁上的绝缘层42。
绝缘层42涂覆于发热件2内壁上,绝缘层42可以为类似于特弗龙等高温绝缘材料。
可以理解的是,上述实施例中发热件2包括两个合金片21的技术方案中,可将绝缘层42涂覆于合金片21面对测温件3的一面,以进行绝缘,本发明另一实施例的绝缘结构4可以替换上述实施例中的绝缘结构4,本发明另一实施例与上述实施例的区别仅在于绝缘结构4的结构,其他结构相同。
本发明另一实施例中,如图8所示,图8为本发明另一实施例中基座1的结构示意图,与上述实施例的区别在于,结合图9,所述基座1背向发热件2的一端设有电极座14,所述电极座14内设有正负电极5,在一种实施方式中,正负电极5的正极和负极分别设置在两侧,在其他的实施方式中,正负电极5的正极和负极还以同心圆的形式设置,如内环为正极,外环为负极,所述电极座14上设有将正负电极5固定于所述电极座14上的固定环15,所述测温合金31上设有与所述正负电极5连接的引脚,所述测温合金31从基座1伸入至正负电极5处并通过引脚与正负电极5连接,即测温合金31通过正负电极5与主板9连接,工作时,正负电极5导电,测温合金31实现对发热件2的测温工作,可以实现模块化设置,方便拆卸固定在加热不燃烧的烟具上。
同时,为了方便模块化发热组件的安装,还可以设置有磁吸件,方便将发热组件安装到气溶胶生成装置中,可在发热组件中设置磁吸件,也可在气溶胶生成装置中设置磁吸件,或者在发热组件和气溶胶生成装置均设置磁吸件,磁吸件可以为磁铁。
可以理解的是,本发明另一实施例的基座1可以替换上述实施例中的基座1,本发明另一实施例与上述实施例的区别仅在于基座1的结构,其他 结构相同。
为了解决以上提出的技术问题,本发明实施例还提供了一种气溶胶生成装置,采用了如下所述的技术方案:
如图1至图3所示,一种气溶胶生成装置,用于供气溶胶生成制品生成气溶胶,包括如上所述的涡流加热的发热组件,所述涡流加热的发热组件与所述气溶胶生成制品连接,用于对所述气溶胶生成制品发热。
本发明实施例提供的气溶胶生成装置,工作时,电磁感应单元通电后产生高频振荡,发热件2置于电磁感应单元产生的变化的磁场内,并产生涡旋电流,将磁能转换成热能,使发热件2进行发热,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,以产生气溶胶,测温件3设于发热件2内,测温件3可直接检测发热件2的实时温度,并且测温件3受磁场影响较小,从而实现对发热件2的温度的精准测量。气溶胶生成装置加热速度快,提升了发烟速度,温度监控准确,能耗低,利用基座1安装发热件2和测温件3,方便组装和生产。
气溶胶生成装置还包括壳体6、电磁感应单元、高频振荡电源和主板9,涡流加热的发热组件设于所述壳体6内,气溶胶生成制品7一端插入所述壳体6内,所述电磁感应单元设于壳体6内,并绕设于所述发热件2外围,所述发热件2与所述气溶胶生成制品7连接,所述主板9设于壳体6内,并与电磁感应单元和高频振荡电源电连接,以使得电磁感应单元产生变化的磁场,所述电磁感应单元与所述高频振荡电源电连接。
所述壳体6包括上盖61、壳体主体62和端盖65,所述上盖61和壳体主体62连接,并形成能够容纳电磁感应单元、发热件2和主板9的空间,所述端盖65设于壳体主体62的背向上盖61一端,能够减少灰尘的进入。
所述壳体6内设有上支架63和下支架64,上支架63设置在上盖61内,下支架64设置在壳体主体62内,所述电磁感应单元和发热件2设置在上支架63内,所述主板9设置在下支架64上,所述气溶胶生成制品7设于所述上盖61上,所述上支架63上设有取烟器11,所述取烟器11伸入所述上盖61并与所述气溶胶生成制品7连接。
所述下支架64内设有供电电源10,所述供电电源10可以采用可充电电池,也可以采用不可充电电池,在此不做具体限定。比如,所述可充电电池包括锂电池,所述不可充电电池包括干电池,在此举例不做具体限定。
主板9为线路板,供电电源10能够通过主板9向磁感持续供电,以对气溶胶生成制品7持续进行加热。
如图6所示,气溶胶生成装置还包括控制器,测温件3与控制器电连接。测温件3用于实时检测发热件2的温度,并将信号反馈至控制器,控 制器根据发热件2的实时温度,控制电磁感应单元的工作,实现对发热温度的精确控制。控制器能够控制高频振荡电源工作,通过改变高频振荡电流的振荡频率,以改变发热件2的发热温度,能够较为精确地控制发热件2的温度,并且有效防止发热件2的温度过高,烤焦气溶胶生成制品7的加热端,影响使用者吸食。
在一个实施例中,气溶胶生成装置还包括涡流线圈的驱动电路、电源管理、充电接口、指示灯和按键,控制器通过涡流线圈的驱动电路来控制涡流线圈8的工作,按键包括开关机按键、升温按键和降温按键,电源管理具备低电保护、过流保护、短路保护、过充保护等功能,有效保护供电电源10,充电接口用于对可充电电池进行充电。
指示灯可以为LED灯珠或者灯带,用来指示装置的工作状态,比如开机时亮起,发热件2发热时显示加热的效果图(比如跳动或者一闪一闪的火焰光效),充电状态和故障状态等。
发热件的加热过程,可以利用预设的温度曲线来控制,可以包括预热阶段和气溶胶产生阶段,不同阶段的温度要求不同,在预热阶段是逐渐将温度上升到目标温度,之后进入气溶胶产生阶段,在气溶胶产生阶段,其温度也是随着时间而渐变的(大致呈波浪或者锯齿状)。
气溶胶生成装置还包括咪头,设置在气道内,用来感应用户的吸食动作引起的气流,控制器可以根据咪头的检测结果,控制指示灯进行吸烟效果的显示,比如具有呼吸灯效果、从下往上的渐变光环(比如往上亮度越高)。
所述高频振荡电源可以从现有技术中选择高频振荡器和供电电源10配合提供高频振荡电流,在此举例不做具体限定。
气溶胶生成装置还包括充电组件,且充电组件与供电电源10连接,以便为可充电电池进行充电。采用充电的方式相比于更换电池更加简单、方便,无需将供电电源10拆卸下来。
当将气溶胶生成制品7插入至壳体6中时,发热件2对气溶胶生成制品7进行加热,以形成可吸入的气溶胶,其中,壳体6可以为烟具等,气溶胶生成制品7可以为烟支等。
所述气溶胶生成制品7包括设有容纳腔的装料壳体、容纳于所述容纳腔内的气溶胶基材。装料壳体包括吸食端和加热端,吸食端为使用者直接接触的作为吸嘴的一端,加热端为与发热件2连接的一端,发热件2对气溶胶生成制品7加热,形成可吸入的气溶胶,其中,基质可以为烟草、药品、植物提取物等。
使用时,涡流线圈8通电后产生高频振荡,发热件2置于涡流线圈8 产生的变化的磁场内,并产生涡旋电流,从而产生热效应,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,以使得气溶胶基材受热形成气溶胶后供使用者吸食。通过设置涡流线圈8对发热件2进行涡流加热,发热件2将热量传递给气溶胶生成制品7,有效提高了加热效率,缩短了加热时间。
在本实施例中,电磁感应单元包括涡流线圈8和线圈支架12,线圈支架12位于壳体6内,具体地,所述线圈支架12设于所述上支架63内,涡流线圈8绕设于线圈支架12上,线圈支架12内设有容纳发热件2及发热件支架13的腔体。具体地,在本实施例中,通过设置线圈支架12,便于呈螺旋状的涡流线圈8的绕设。
气溶胶生成装置还包括用于支撑所述发热件2的发热件支架13,所述发热件支架13设置于线圈支架12内,所述发热件支架13采用绝缘材料制成。
所述发热件支架13内设有安装槽,所述发热件2安装在安装槽中。
可选的,所述发热件支架13的侧面设有凸台,通过所述凸台减少所述发热件支架13与其他部件的接触面积,从而进一步减少发热件2的热能损失,进一步提高了发热件2对所述气溶胶生成制品7的加热效率。所述凸台的数量可以是多个,比如,所述凸台的数量可以采用一个、两个、三个、四个、五个,在此举例不做具体限定。
可选的,所述发热件支架13采用绝缘及隔热材料制成,从而进一步减少将发热件2产生的热能传递给其他部件,进一步减少发热件2的热能损失,同时可以避免外壳发热发烫,提高了气溶胶生成装置的用户体验。

Claims (19)
- 一种涡流加热的发热组件,包括基座、发热件和测温件;所述发热件设于所述基座上,用于感应电磁感应单元的磁力产生涡流而发热,所述发热件内设有中空的腔体,所述测温件设于所述腔体内,用于检测所述发热件的温度,所述腔体内设有绝缘结构,所述绝缘结构用于将所述发热件与所述测温件分隔以进行绝缘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述发热件包括两个合金片,两个所述合金片安装时形成中空的腔体;或者,所述发热件由合金材料一体成型,所述发热件内形成中空的腔体;或者,所述发热件包括发热件本体和尖部,所述尖部可拆卸设置在所述发热件本体上,所述发热件本体内形成中空的腔体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述发热件的长度小于所述电磁感应单元的长度,并被设于所述发热件外围的电磁感应单元覆盖,所述发热件的中心轴与所述电磁感应单元的中心轴平行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述发热件的形状为片状、柱状、长方体或针状。
- 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述绝缘结构包括至少两片绝缘片,所述绝缘片设于所述发热件内壁与所述测温件之间;或者,所述绝缘结构包括涂覆于所述发热件内壁上的绝缘层。
- 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述测温件包括测温合金,所述测温合金设于所述发热件内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述基座背向所述发热件的一端设有电极座,所述电极座内设有正负电极,所述电极座上设有将正负电极固定于所述电极座上的固定环,所述测温合金上设有与所述正负电极连接的引脚。
- 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的涡流加热的发热组件,其中,所述基座为绝缘耐高温材料。
- 一种气溶胶生成装置,用于供气溶胶生成制品生成气溶胶,包括涡流加热的发热组件,所述涡流加热的发热组件与所述气溶胶生成制品连接,用于对所述气溶胶生成制品发热;所述涡流加热的发热组件包括基座、发热件和测温件;所述发热件设于所述基座上,用于感应电磁感应单元的磁力产生涡流而发热,所述发热件内设有中空的腔体,所述测温件设于所述腔体内,用于检 测所述发热件的温度,所述腔体内设有绝缘结构,所述绝缘结构用于将所述发热件与所述测温件分隔以进行绝缘。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括壳体、电磁感应单元、高频振荡电源和主板,所述涡流加热的发热组件设于所述壳体内,所述气溶胶生成制品一端插入所述壳体内,所述电磁感应单元设于所述壳体内,并设于所述发热件外围,所述主板设于壳体内并与所述电磁感应单元和高频振荡电源电连接,所述电磁感应单元与所述高频振荡电源电连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括控制器,所述测温件与所述控制器电连接,所述测温件实时检测所述发热件的温度,并将信号反馈至所述控制器,所述控制器根据所述发热件的实时温度,控制所述电磁感应单元的工作。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括用于支撑所述发热件的发热件支架,所述发热件支架采用绝缘材料制成,所述发热件支架的侧面设有凸台。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述发热件包括两个合金片,两个所述合金片安装时形成中空的腔体;或者,所述发热件由合金材料一体成型,所述发热件内形成中空的腔体;或者,所述发热件包括发热件本体和尖部,所述尖部可拆卸设置在所述发热件本体上,所述发热件本体内形成中空的腔体。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述发热件的长度小于所述电磁感应单元的长度,并被设于所述发热件外围的电磁感应单元覆盖,所述发热件的中心轴与所述电磁感应单元的中心轴平行。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述发热件的形状为片状、柱状、长方体或针状。
- 根据权利要求9至12任意一项所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述绝缘结构包括至少两片绝缘片,所述绝缘片设于所述发热件内壁与所述测温件之间;或者,所述绝缘结构包括涂覆于所述发热件内壁上的绝缘层。
- 根据权利要求9至12任意一项所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述测温件包括测温合金,所述测温合金设于所述发热件内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述基座背向所述发热件的一端设有电极座,所述电极座内设有正负电极,所述电极座上设有将正负电极固定于所述电极座上的固定环,所述测温 合金上设有与所述正负电极连接的引脚。
- 根据权利要求9至12任意一项所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中,所述基座为绝缘耐高温材料。
