Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る配信制御装置1の構成を示すブロック図である。図1の配信制御装置1は、配信元に含まれる車両21に設けられている。配信元は、車両21のみであってもよいし、車両21と通信可能な配信管理装置と車両21とを含んでもよい。
図1の配信制御装置1は、地図DB(データベース)記憶部11と、測位部12と、走行状況取得部13と、走行経路記憶部14と、提供条件記憶部15と、通信部16と、制御部17とを備える。測位部12及び走行状況取得部13は、取得部の概念に含まれる。地図DB記憶部11、走行経路記憶部14、及び、提供条件記憶部15は、全体で1つの記憶装置で実現されてもよいし、複数の記憶装置で実現されてもよい。
図2は、本実施の形態1に係る配信制御装置1の動作を示すフローチャートである。なお、図2の動作が行われる前に、トリップ招待条件の提示、及び、走行状況情報の配信の許可はすでに行われているものとする。
以上のような本実施の形態1に係る配信制御装置1によれば、車両21が、配信元で予め設定された設定経路に対応する範囲内に位置すると判定された場合に、車両21などの配信元から予め許可した配信先に、走行状況情報を配信する制御を行う。このような構成によれば、走行状況情報が配信される経路が、配信元で予め設定されるため、クライアントなどの配信先が、車両21などの配信元から走行状況情報を受けることができる可能性を高めることができる。また、誰かとドライブ状況を共有したいという配信元ユーザの要望、または、誰かが計画したドライブ状況を共有したいというクライアントの要望を満たすことができる。
実施の形態1では図2のステップS3の処理のように、配信元の配信制御装置1が、配信先にアクセスすることによって、配信元と配信先との通信が確立された。しかしながら、配信制御装置1と配信先との通信確立の方法及び手順は、上記に限ったものではなく、最終的に当該通信が確立されればどのような方法や手順であってもよい。例えば、配信先が配信元の配信制御装置1にアクセスすることによって、配信元と配信先との通信が確立されてもよい。この場合、配信元と配信先との通信が確立された後、車両21が設定経路の走行を開始した時点から、制御部17が走行状況情報を配信先に配信すればよい。また、配信制御装置1と配信先との通信確立の方法及び手順に関わらず、制御部17は、配信元と配信先との通信が確立された後から、車両21が設定経路の走行を開始する時点まで、車両21の位置を配信先に送信してもよい。
通信装置22は、車両21の交通情報を受信してもよい。そして、制御部17は、通信装置22で受信された車両21の位置及び交通情報に基づいて、車両21が設定経路の走行を開始すると予測される予測開始時刻が、設定日時に対して前後するかを判定してもよい。そして、制御部17は、予測開始時刻が設定日時に対して前後すると判定した場合に、車両21の位置と、予測開始時刻とを、事前に配信先に送信してもよい。また、車両21が、事故、災害、及び、個人的な都合によって設定経路を走行できなくなった場合に、制御部17は、状況及び理由を事前に配信先に送信してもよい。
実施の形態1では、車両21に設けられた配信制御装置1が配信先と直接的に通信を行ったが、これに限ったものではない。例えば、車両21に設けられた配信制御装置1が、配信サーバを介して走行状況情報を配信先に配信してもよい。また、配信制御装置1は、車両21ではなく配信サーバに設けられてもよい。
図3は、本変形例4に係る配信制御装置1の構成を示すブロック図である。本変形例4では、走行状況情報は、撮影装置の映像情報以外の情報を含む。例えば、周辺状況検出装置23が、LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging)、ミリ波レーダ、超音波センサ、電子ミラー撮影装置及びマイクロホンを含む場合には、走行状況情報は、これらで検出された情報を、車両21で検出された検出情報としてさらに含んでもよい。つまり、走行状況情報は、LiDAR、ミリ波レーダ、超音波センサで検出された距離情報及び物体情報と、電子ミラー撮影装置で検出された車両21後側方の映像情報と、マイクロホンで取得された車両の周辺の音声情報とを、検出情報としてさらに含んでもよい。
車両21が設定経路を走行して走行状況情報が配信されている配信期間において、車両21を含む配信元とクライアントの配信先とは、双方向の情報交換を行ってもよい。例えば、配信期間において、配信先から車両21側に要求が送信され、当該要求が車両21側で実行された場合に、制御部17は、車両21側で実行された配信先からの要求を提供条件記憶部15などの記憶部に記憶してもよい。
制御部17は、車両21に設けられた入金部と連携してもよい。入金部は、車両21側から配信先に配信された走行状況情報の履歴と、報酬条件とに基づいて、配信元に入金されるべき配信報酬を算出する。報酬条件は、例えば、設定経路、配信情報の種別、運転者の顔画像などの個人情報の提供、配信期間の配信先から配信元への要求の有無などである。入金部は、車両21が走行を中止した場合、及び、車両21が設定日時に走行状況情報を配信しなかった場合には、配信報酬を低減してもよい。配信元と配信先とを仲介するサーバが報酬条件の履歴を蓄積するように構成されている場合には、入金部は、サーバに蓄積された報酬条件の履歴を用いて配信報酬を算出してもよい。なお、この入金部は、実施の形態4で説明する課金部と実質的に同じである。
配信制御装置1は、通信機能を有し、車両21の映像及び音声を録画可能なドライブレコーダに設けられてもよい。この場合、配信制御装置1は、ドライブレコーダが有する機能を流用することができるので、配信制御装置1のコストを低減することができる。
図5は、本実施の形態2に係る配信仲介サーバ3の構成を示すブロック図である。実施の形態1では、配信元の車両21が配信先候補から配信許可を受けたが、本実施の形態2では、配信仲介サーバ3が、配信元と配信先候補との間の配信契約を仲介し、配信元は、配信仲介サーバ3を介して配信先候補から配信許可を受ける。
本実施の形態2では、配信元は、トリップ招待通信端末41と、走行状況配信車両42とを含む。
本実施の形態2では、配信先候補は、トリップ参加通信端末46と、ライブ情報再生装置47とを含む。
図5の配信仲介サーバ3は、通信部31と、トリップ招待受付部32と、トリップ招待条件記憶部33と、トリップ調停部34とを備える。トリップ招待条件記憶部33は記憶部の概念に含まれ、トリップ調停部34は制御部の概念に含まれる。
以下、本実施の形態2に係る配信仲介サーバ3の動作を、配信元からトリップ招待条件を受信して蓄積する条件受信動作と、配信先から走行状況情報の配信許可を受信する許可受信動作とに分けて説明する。なお、条件受信動作と許可受信動作とは並列的に行われてもよいし、直列的に行われてもよいし、シングルタスクでもよいし、2つ以上のタスクを含むマルチタスクでもよい。
本実施の形態2に係る配信仲介サーバ3によれば、配信元で予め設定された設定経路に関して、走行状況情報の配信許可を配信先候補から受信した場合に、配信元が配信先候補を配信先として設定するための配信先確立情報を配信元に送信する。このような構成によれば、配信元で予め設定された設定経路が、走行状況情報が配信される経路として用いられるため、クライアントなどの配信先が、配信元から走行状況情報を受けることができる可能性を高めることができる。
実施の形態2においても、実施の形態1と同様に、配信元が配信先にアクセスすることによって、配信元と配信先との通信が確立されてもよいし、実施の形態1の変形例1と同様に、配信先が配信元にアクセスすることによって、配信元と配信先との通信が確立されてもよい。また例えば、設定日時になった時点で、配信先が、配信元にアクセスしてもよいし、配信仲介サーバ3の一部の処理を実行してもよい。
実施の形態1及び実施の形態2では、配信元が走行状況情報を配信先に直接配信したが、これに限ったものではない。例えば、配信元が、配信仲介サーバ3を介して、走行状況情報を配信先に配信してもよい。
トリップ調停部34は、通信部31で受信された走行状況配信車両42の位置及び交通情報に基づいて、走行状況配信車両42が設定経路の走行を開始すると予測される予測開始時刻が、設定日時に対して前後するか否かを判定してもよい。そして、トリップ調停部34は、予測開始時刻が設定日時に対して前後すると判定した場合に、配信が前後する旨と、予測開始時刻とを、事前に配信先候補または配信先に送信してもよい。またトリップ調停部34は、遅れる原因などを配信元に確認して得られた情報を、事前に配信先候補または配信先に送信してもよい。また、トリップ調停部34は、配信元からの情報に基づいて配信元からの配信が不可であると判定した場合に、その旨を事前に配信先候補または配信先に送信してもよい。なお、上記の確認などの通信は、配信仲介サーバ3を介さずに配信元と配信先候補または配信先との間で直接行われてもよい。
トリップ招待条件記憶部33は、すでに走行状況配信車両42が走行して走行状況情報の配信が行われている招待条件を、トリップ招待条件としてエントリして配信先に提示してもよい。
トリップ調停部34は、招待条件に対する条件要求を配信先候補から受信してもよい。条件要求は、例えば、設定経路への要求、及び、設定日時への要求を含む。設定経路への要求は、例えば、設定経路が観光地などのPOIを通るという要求と、設定経路が海岸、森林、富士山、高い場所の少なくともいずれか1つの景色を通るという要求とを含む。設定経路への要求、及び、設定日時への要求の組み合わせは、例えば、「日の出が見たい」、「日食がみたい」、「流星が見たい」などの、自然現象が生じる経路と日時の組み合わせを含む。
トリップ調停部34は、通信部31が招待条件に対する条件要求を配信先候補から受信した場合に、条件要求の情報を、通信部31から配信元に送信してもよい。条件要求は、実施の形態2の変形例6で説明した条件要求と同じである。条件要求の情報は、条件要求そのものであってもよいし、条件要求のリストであってもよいし、条件要求と類似する招待条件に対する修正であってもよい。
図12は、本実施の形態3に係る配信仲介サーバ3の構成を示すブロック図である。以下、本実施の形態3に係る構成要素のうち、上述の構成要素と同じまたは類似する構成要素については同じまたは類似する参照符号を付し、異なる構成要素について主に説明する。
図13は、本実施の形態3に係る配信仲介サーバ3の条件受信動作を示すフローチャートである。この図13の動作は、図6の動作にステップS15及びステップS16を追加した動作と同様である。以下、ステップS15及びステップS16の動作について主に説明する。
実施の形態3に係る配信仲介サーバ3によれば、顧客管理部35の配信元及び配信先候補の顧客情報に基づいて、配信元及び配信先候補の配信契約における信頼度を算出する。このような構成によれば、配信契約の効率性を高めることができる。
図15は、本実施の形態4に係る配信仲介サーバ3の構成を示すブロック図である。以下、本実施の形態4に係る構成要素のうち、上述の構成要素と同じまたは類似する構成要素については同じまたは類似する参照符号を付し、異なる構成要素について主に説明する。
実施の形態4に係る配信仲介サーバ3によれば、走行状況情報の配信が行われる設定経路と、走行状況情報の種別とを含む課金条件に基づいて、配信元に支払われるべき対価と、配信先候補に請求されるべき対価とを算出する。このような構成によれば、配信契約の効率性を高めることができる。
課金条件は、走行状況情報の配信が行われている配信期間に走行状況配信車両42側で実行された、配信先からの要求をさらに含んでもよい。例えば、課金部36は、走行状況配信車両42側が実行した配信先からの要求の負荷が大きいほど、対価を高くしてもよい。なお、走行状況配信車両42側が実行した配信先からの要求は、例えば、実施の形態1の変形例5で説明した配信先から車両21側への要求と同じであってもよい。
課金条件は、走行状況配信車両42における気象、設定経路の走行難易度、及び、設定経路の走行に要する料金の少なくともいずれか1つをさらに含んでもよい。例えば、課金部36は、走行状況配信車両42の気象が大雪である場合には対価を高くしてもよい。例えば、課金部36は、設定経路が山道またはオフロードである場合には対価を高くしてもよい。例えば、課金部36は、設定経路の走行に通行料金を要する場合または通常以上の燃料費用を要する場合には、対価を高くしてもよい。
課金条件は、実施の形態3で説明した配信元及び配信先候補の少なくともいずれか1つの配信契約における信頼度をさらに含んでもよい。例えば、配信元がトリップ招待条件を一定回数以上削除したことにより、配信元の配信契約における信頼度が低くなっている場合には、課金部36は、違約金を考慮して配信元に支払われるべき対価を低くしてもよい。例えば、配信先候補が一定回数以上キャンセルしたことにより、配信先候補の配信契約における信頼度が低くなっている場合には、課金部36は、違約金を考慮して配信先候補に請求されるべき対価を高くしてもよい。
走行状況配信車両42は、招待条件、すなわち設定経路及び設定日時に従って走行する顧客送迎車両であってもよい。走行状況配信車両42が顧客送迎車両である場合には、クライアントは、顧客送迎車両で送迎される乗員関係者、及び、送迎サービスの利用会員などの送迎依頼者に限定されてもよい。送迎サービスは、例えばデイサービス施設への送迎や、児童の送迎である。送迎サービスの中に走行状況情報の配信サービスがパッケージとして含められてもよい。
実施の形態2では、図11を用いて配信先候補が、設定経路の一部分または複数部分に対して走行状況情報の配信を許可することを説明した。課金条件は、配信先候補が配信を設定経路の一部に許可したか否かについての情報をさらに含んでもよい。例えば、課金部36は、設定経路の全部における走行状況情報の配信の対価よりも、設定経路の一部における走行状況情報の配信の対価を低くしてもよい。
上述した配信制御装置の取得部及び制御部以下「取得部等」と記す。取得部等は、図16に示す処理回路81により実現される。すなわち、処理回路81は、配信元に含まれる車両の周辺の映像情報を含む走行状況情報と、車両の位置とを取得する取得部と、車両の位置と、配信元で予め設定された設定経路とに基づいて、車両が設定経路に対応する範囲内に位置すると判定された場合に、配信元から、走行状況情報の配信を予め許可した配信先に、走行状況情報を配信する制御を行う制御部と、を備える。処理回路81には、専用のハードウェアが適用されてもよいし、メモリに格納されるプログラムを実行するプロセッサが適用されてもよい。プロセッサには、例えば、中央処理装置、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)などが該当する。
Claims (26)
- 配信元に含まれる車両の周辺の映像情報を含む走行状況情報と、前記車両の位置とを取得する取得部と、
前記車両の位置と、前記配信元で予め設定された設定経路とに基づいて、前記車両が前記設定経路に対応する範囲内に位置すると判定された場合に、前記配信元から、前記走行状況情報の配信を予め許可した配信先に、前記走行状況情報を配信する制御を行う制御部と
を備える、配信制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記走行状況情報は、前記車両で検出された検出情報をさらに含む、配信制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記走行状況情報は、前記車両の周辺の音声情報をさらに含み、
前記映像情報及び前記音声情報は三次元再生が可能な情報である、配信制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記走行状況情報は、
前記車両のメータパネルで表示される走行センサ情報、前記車両の走行制御に用いられる車両センサ情報、及び、前記車両における気象情報の少なくともいずれか1つをさらに含む、配信制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記走行状況情報は、
前記車両の運転者の生理情報、心理情報、及び、体勢情報の少なくともいずれか1つをさらに含む、配信制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記車両が前記設定経路を走行している間に、前記車両側で実行された前記配信先からの要求を記憶する、配信制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記要求は、
音声及び表示の少なくともいずれか1つを用いた、前記配信先から前記車両の運転者への要求を含む、配信制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載の配信制御装置であって、

前記車両の車線変更、速度変更、及び、前記設定経路の変更の少なくともいずれか1つの要求を含む、配信制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載の配信制御装置であって、

前記車両に設けられた車両装置の設定を変更する要求を含む、配信制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の配信制御装置であって、
前記車両のドライブレコーダに設けられた、配信制御装置。 - 配信元に含まれる車両からの走行状況情報の配信に関して、前記配信元と配信先候補との間の配信契約を仲介する配信仲介サーバであって、
前記配信元及び前記配信先候補と通信を行う通信部と、
前記配信元で予め設定された設定経路及び設定日時を含む招待条件を、前記通信部が前記配信元から受信した場合に、前記招待条件を記憶する記憶部と、
前記通信部が前記配信先候補からアクセスされた場合に、記憶された前記招待条件を前記通信部から前記配信先候補に送信する制御を行い、前記走行状況情報の配信許可を前記通信部が前記配信先候補から受信した場合に、前記配信元が前記配信先候補を前記走行状況情報の配信先として確立するための配信先確立情報を前記通信部から前記配信元に送信する制御を行う制御部と
を備える、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記制御部は、
前記配信元から前記配信先への前記走行状況情報の配信処理の一部の処理を行う、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記招待条件は、第1招待条件と第2招待条件とを含み、
前記制御部は、
前記配信元が前記第1招待条件を変更した場合に、前記第2招待条件を前記通信部から前記配信先候補または前記配信先に送信する制御を行う、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記制御部は、
前記通信部から前記配信先候補に前記招待条件を送信する制御を行う際に、前記走行状況情報の配信がすでに行われているか否かの情報をさらに送信する制御を行う、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記制御部は、
前記通信部から前記配信先候補に前記招待条件を送信する制御を行う際に、前記走行状況情報の配信がすでに行われている前記設定経路の景観に関する情報をさらに送信する制御を行う、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記制御部は、
前記通信部が前記招待条件に対する条件要求を前記配信先候補から受信した場合に、前記条件要求に対応する前記招待条件の情報を、前記通信部から前記配信先候補に送信する制御を行う、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記制御部は、
前記通信部が前記招待条件に対する条件要求を前記配信先候補から受信した場合に、前記条件要求の情報を、前記通信部から前記配信元に送信する制御を行う、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、

前記配信元及び前記配信先候補の少なくともいずれか1つの情報を顧客情報として記憶し、

前記顧客情報に基づいて前記少なくともいずれか1つの前記配信契約における信頼度を算出する、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項11に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記走行状況情報の配信が行われる前記設定経路と、前記走行状況情報の種別とを含む課金条件に基づいて、前記配信元に支払われるべき対価と、前記配信先候補に請求されるべき対価とを算出する課金部をさらに備える、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項19に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、
前記課金条件は、
前記走行状況情報の配信が行われている配信期間に前記車両側で実行された、前記配信先からの要求をさらに含む、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項19に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、

前記車両における気象、前記設定経路の走行難易度、及び、前記設定経路の走行に要する料金の少なくともいずれか1つをさらに含む、配信仲介サーバ。 - 請求項19に記載の配信仲介サーバであって、

前記配信元及び前記配信先候補の少なくともいずれか1つの情報を顧客情報として記憶し、
前記制御部は、
前記顧客情報に基づいて前記少なくともいずれか1つの前記配信契約における信頼度を算出し、

前記車両は、前記招待条件に従って走行する公共交通車両または貨物運搬車両を含む、配信仲介サーバ。 - 配信元に含まれる車両の周辺の映像情報を含む走行状況情報と、前記車両の位置とを取得し、
前記車両の位置と、前記配信元で予め設定された設定経路とに基づいて、前記車両が前記設定経路に対応する範囲内に位置すると判定された場合に、前記配信元から、前記走行状況情報の配信を予め許可した配信先に、前記走行状況情報を配信する制御を行う、配信制御方法。 - 配信元に含まれる車両からの走行状況情報の配信に関して、前記配信元と配信先候補との間の配信契約を仲介する配信仲介方法であって、
通信部は前記配信元及び前記配信先候補と通信を行い、
前記配信元で予め設定された設定経路及び設定日時を含む招待条件を、前記通信部が前記配信元から受信した場合に、前記招待条件を記憶し、
前記通信部が前記配信先候補からアクセスされた場合に、記憶された前記招待条件を前記通信部から前記配信先候補に送信する制御を行い、前記走行状況情報の配信許可を前記通信部が前記配信先候補から受信した場合に、前記配信元が前記配信先候補を前記走行状況情報の配信先として確立するための配信先確立情報を前記通信部から前記配信元に送信する制御を行う、配信仲介方法。
