根据权利要求2所述的一种高精度的适用于多种类砂浆生产线智能化电气控制系统,其特征在于:所述干砂库设置多组,分别通过输送管道七连接干砂输送机,干砂输送机通过输送管路四连接干砂下料秤,所述干砂下料秤采用电动机保护器连接接触器的控制方式,所述输送管路八上连接混合搅拌机,所述输送管路八上设置有控制阀。
根据权利要求2所述的一种高精度的适用于多种类砂浆生产线智能化电气控制系统,其特征在于:所述人工投料电机采用电动机保护器连接接触器的控制方式,所述人工投料装置通过输送管路五连接混合搅拌机,所述输送管路五上设置有控制阀。
根据权利要求2所述的一种高精度的适用于多种类砂浆生产线智能化电气控制系统,其特征在于:所述混合搅拌机采用软启动的控制方式,所述混合搅拌机主要包括搅拌部分以及成品暂存仓,所述成品暂存仓上还设置有料位控制系统,所述混合搅拌机通过输送管路六连接成品配送系统,所述输送管路六上设置有气动弧形阀以及气动分叉阀,所述气动分叉阀分别连接散装投料机以及包装输送螺旋。
根据权利要求2所述的一种高精度的适用于多种类砂浆生产线智能化电气控制系统,其特征在于:所述包装输送螺旋连接包装暂存斗,所述包装暂存斗通过手动插板阀连接包装机,所述包装机连接包装成品输送带。
根据权利要求6所述的一种高精度的适用于多种类砂浆生产线智能化电气控制系统,其特征在于:所述成品暂存仓料位控制器包括高低两个料位计,料位计信号以开关信号形式输出,当成品斗在低料位时,允许上层混合机混合好的料排至成品仓中,成品仓在高料位时禁止混合机自动排料,该动作执行方式都由PLC系统执行处理。
