Claims (10)
- 一种用于冰箱的门体组件,包括两个相对设置的门体和翻转梁总成,所述翻转梁总成包括:翻转梁主体,用于通过枢转件可翻转地设置于其中一个所述门体;导向件,从所述翻转梁主体的一端伸出,用于与所述冰箱的箱体上设置的保持件配合;锁止件,可伸缩地设置于所述翻转梁主体内,其第一端与所述导向件固定连接,其第二端具有限制所述翻转梁主体翻转的锁定部,并且所述锁止件配置成具有缩回的解锁状态和伸出的锁定状态,当所述锁止件处于所述解锁状态时,所述锁定部与设置于所述枢转件的止挡部相抵触;和弹性件,配置成为所述锁止件施加促使其朝所述锁定状态的弹性预紧力;且所述翻转梁总成配置成:当所述翻转梁主体所在门体在关闭的过程中,所述导向件被所述保持件下压,以使得所述锁止件保持在所述解锁状态;当所述翻转梁主体所在门体在开启的过程中且所述导向件与所述保持件分离后,所述锁止件在所述弹性预紧力的作用下处于所述锁定状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门体组件,其中,所述锁止件的中部具有沿其伸缩方向延伸的滑动孔,所述滑动孔至少一侧的侧壁形成有限位槽;且所述翻转梁总成还包括:限位件,固定设置于所述翻转梁主体上,位于所述滑动孔处,并且所述限位件具有与所述限位槽配合的凸起部,以限定所述锁止件的伸缩轨迹。
- 根据权利要求2所述的门体组件,其中,所述限位件还具有朝向所述锁止件第一端延伸的第一安装柱,所述滑动孔与所述第一安装柱相对的壁面凸起形成有第二安装柱;且所述弹性件的两端分别套设于所述第一安装柱和所述第二安装柱上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的门体组件,其中,所述锁止件还具有横向延伸于所述滑动孔外部的抵触部,所述抵触部配置成与所述限位件相抵触,以限定所述锁止件的伸缩距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门体组件,其中,所述门体的内侧具有门衬,且所述翻转梁主体所在门体的门衬向内凹入 形成安装空间;且所述枢转件包括:固定部,设置于所述安装空间内,并且其上形成有第一卡接部;和转轴部,其包括连接板,所述连接板的一面上形成有与所述第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部,以将所述枢转件的一端固定于所述门体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的门体组件,其中,所述转轴部还包括:连杆,形成于所述连接板背离所述第二卡接部的一面,并延伸至所述翻转梁主体内;和枢转轴,可转动地设置于所述连杆位于所述翻转梁主体内的端部上,并且所述止挡部形成于所述枢转轴上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的门体组件,其中,当所述连接板与所述固定部固定后,所述连接板与所述门衬的表面平齐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门体组件,其中,所述翻转梁主体具有用于所述导向件伸出的伸缩孔,并且所述伸缩孔的周向至少一部分凸起形成有加强筋,所述加强筋贴靠于所述导向件伸出所述伸缩孔的区段,以避免所述导向件在与所述保持件配合的过程中产生晃动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的门体组件,其中,所述加强筋还形成有导向槽;且所述导向件朝向所述加强筋的一面上还形成有导向凸起,所述导向凸起与所述导向槽配合,以限定所述导向件的移动轨迹。
- 一种冰箱,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的门体组件。
