本发明相对于现有技术的技术效果是:本支架通过在万向球上设置限位槽使得在限位件抵触于限位槽的槽壁时固定件停止转动,固定件的运动范围被限制在一定范围内,此时限位槽的槽壁便对限位件的运动起到了限制作用。这样,当用户误碰到固定件或固定在固定件上的移动终端时,固定件不会转动过大幅度,转动范围会被限制在限位槽的宽度范围内,用户可不必重新调整角度,或只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。

请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供一种支架,包括支座、固定件20及限位件30。
其中,支座包括座本体11及万向球12,座本体11可用于放置在支撑面上,座本体11具有连接端,万向球12连接于连接端。在本实施例中,万向球12套设于座本体11,万向球12开设有限位槽120。其中,限位槽120可开设有一个,也可开设有多个,多个限位槽120间隔设置且呈环状布置。
请参阅图3,固定件20用于可拆卸连接移动终端,移动终端可为手机、平板电脑等,可拆卸连接方式可以为卡接、夹持、粘接或磁吸等。固定件20开设有转动槽220,万向球12至少部分收容于转动槽220内,转动槽220与万向球12适配,固定件20能够相对于万向球12转动。也就是说,固定件20通过万向球12实现了与支座的转动连接。转动槽220可以为与万向球12适配的球形槽,也可以为其槽壁及槽口的边沿与万向球12相抵触以限制万向球12的位置。为了防止固定件20与万向球12脱离,转动槽220的槽口的宽度可小于万向球12的直径,转动槽220的深度大于万向球12的半径,这样万向球12的最大直径部分便位于转动槽220内,万向球12得以卡在转动槽220内而不掉出。
请参阅图4,具体地,固定件20包括用于可拆卸连接移动终端的固定部21、连接于固定部21的阻尼部22以及连接于固定部21并用于为移动终端进行无线充电的充电部23。
请参阅图3和图4,固定部21具有前壳体211及与前壳体211相连的后壳体212,前壳体211与后壳体212共同围设形成容置腔,阻尼部22、限位部及充电部23均位于容置腔内,后壳体212开设有通孔210,支座穿设于通孔210,阻尼部22抵接于后壳体212,限位部抵接于阻尼部22背向后壳体212的一侧,阻尼部22与限位部通过螺钉与定位柱螺接。优选地,固定件20还具有磁吸部24,磁吸部24具有磁性并能够与移动终端磁性吸合,这样便实现了固定件20与移动终端的快速连接及定位。移动终端可配置有与磁吸部24磁吸配合的壳体,该壳体及固定部21也可一个设置有磁性件,另一个设置有能够与磁性件磁吸配合的金属件。
请参阅图3,转动槽220开设于阻尼部22,转动槽220与通孔210相连通,阻尼部22用于为万向球12的转动提供阻尼力。阻尼部22增加了固定件20相对于万向球12转动时的摩擦力,使得固定件20在没有外力作用时能够停留在当前角度,而不会由于重力作用而向下转动。优选地,阻尼部22为橡胶件。橡胶件具有弹性,能够弹性抵接万向球12的外壁,以增大阻尼力。阻尼部22开设有连通转动槽220的槽壁与阻尼部22的外侧壁的通槽。
请参阅图2和图3,限位件30连接于固定件20并能够在固定件20相对于万向球12转动时插设于限位槽120内并抵触于限位槽120的槽壁,以限制固定件20的转动范围。在本实施例中,限位件30连接于阻尼部22,限位槽120可呈条状,限位件30在万向球12转动过程中可始终插接于限位槽120内,并在限位件30抵触于限位槽120的槽壁后停止转动。限位槽120设有至少两个,限位件30能够在转动过程中分别或同时抵触于两限位槽120的槽壁,这样便实现了对固定件20至少两个方向上的限位。
在本实施例中,限位件30还能够延伸至转动槽220内,此时在限位槽120在转动至转动槽220内时,限位件30能够抵触于限位槽120的槽壁,以使得固定件20停留于当前位置,实现对固定件20转动幅度的限制。在其他实施例中,限位件30能够位于转动槽220外,在限位槽120转动至转动槽220外时,限位件30能够抵触于限位槽120的槽壁,以使得固定件20停留于当前位置,实现对固定件20转动幅度的限制。
本支架通过在万向球12上设置限位槽120使得在限位件30抵触于限位槽120的槽壁时固定件20停止转动,固定件20的运动范围被限制在一定范围内,此时限位槽120的槽壁便对限位件30的运动起到了限制作用。这样,当用户误碰到固定件20或固定在固定件20上的移动终端时,固定件20不会转动过大幅度,转动范围会被限制在限位槽120的宽度范围内,用户可不必重新调整角度,或只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。
请参阅图3,限位件30包括连接于固定件20的限位板31以及连接于限位板31并朝向万向球12延伸的限位柱32,限位柱32能够在固定件20相对于万向球12转动时插设于限位槽120内并抵触于限位槽120的槽壁,以限制固定件20的转动范围。限位板31用于固定限位柱32的位置,并便于限位柱32与固定件20的连接。
在其中一实施例中,请参阅图2至图4,限位板31呈平板状,限位柱32设有两个,两限位柱32分别设于限位板31的相对两侧,限位槽120对应开设有两个,两个限位槽120相对于万向轴的轴线对称设置。其中,限位槽120的截面呈V型,两限位槽120的延伸方向平行,在固定件20相对于万向轴转动时,限位柱32始终贴合于限位槽120的一槽壁,这样固定件20在相对于万向轴转动时,便只能朝向单一方向转动,直至限位柱32抵触于限位槽120的另一槽壁,以进一步限制固定件20的转动范围。优选地,两限位柱32能够夹持阻尼部22,以实现阻尼部22与限位件30的连接。其中,限位板31开设有固定槽301,阻尼部22与固定槽301过盈配合,以进一步使得阻尼部22与限位件30相连。
在其中另一实施例中,请参阅图5和图6,限位板31还可呈环状,限位柱32凸设于限位板31的内环面。环状的限位板31在安装时套设于万向球12外周,以节省安装空间。在该实施例中,限位板31位于转动槽220内或连接于阻尼部22开设转动槽220的一侧。限位槽120开设有四个,限位柱32对应设有四个,四个限位柱32沿限位板31的内环壁等间隔设置,这样便实现了限位件30对固定件20在四个方向上的限位,进一步减小了固定件20的转动范围。
请参阅图4和图6,座本体11包括抵持于支撑面的基座111以及连接于基座111的支撑杆112,连接端设于支撑杆112远离基座111的一端。基座111增大了座本体11与支撑面的接触面积,使得本支架能够更加稳定的放置于支撑面上。支撑杆112呈条状并向上延伸,连接端呈弯折状,以使得固定件20的磁吸面能够大致朝向水平方向,便于用户使用。支撑杆112具有连通至连接端的贯通腔1102,贯通腔1102沿支撑杆112的延伸方向延伸。
请参阅图4和图6,为增加支架功能的多样性,支座还包括连接于基座111并用于为放置于基座111的移动终端进行无线充电的无线充电机构113、电连接于无线充电机构113的转接座115以及连接于电路板1131与充电部23的电导线114。无线充电机构113可以包括电路板1131以及与电路板1131电连通的无线充电线圈1132。这样当用户将移动终端放置于基座111上时,无线充电机构113便能够为移动终端进行充电。此处的移动终端可以为耳机或充电盒等。基座111内还可设置电池,以便通过电池为放置于基座111的移动终端充电。
转接座115连接于电路板1131并可与外接电源线或电导线114相连,基座111上开设有与转接座115相对应的插接孔1103,这样支架还可作为转接器使用,增加了支架的使用功能。阻尼部22可开设有连通转动槽220的槽壁与阻尼部22的外侧壁的通槽,阻尼部22的外侧壁为背向转动槽220的轴心的侧壁,电导线114穿设于贯通腔1102、转动槽220以及通槽。电导线114的一端穿过通槽连接充电部23,另一端穿过贯通腔1102连接电路板1131。
其中,转接座115包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,以适应不同插头的需求,提高了本支架的适用性。
请参阅图1,基座111开设有用于放置移动终端的放置槽1101。放置槽1101对移动终端起到了限位作用,防止移动终端从基座111上掉落。在本实施例中,放置槽1101可与耳机盒适配。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种支架,其特征在于,包括:
    支座,包括座本体及万向球,所述万向球连接于所述座本体,所述万向球开设有限位槽;
    固定件,用于可拆卸连接移动终端,所述固定件开设有转动槽,所述万向球至少部分收容于所述转动槽内,所述固定件能够相对于所述万向球转动;
    限位件,连接于所述固定件并能够在所述固定件相对于所述万向球转动时插设于所述限位槽内并抵触于所述限位槽的槽壁,以限制所述固定件的转动范围。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位槽设有至少两个,所述限位件能够在转动过程中分别或同时抵触于两所述限位槽的槽壁。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位件包括连接于所述固定件的限位板以及连接于限位板并朝向所述万向球延伸的限位柱,所述限位柱能够在所述固定件相对于所述万向球转动时插设于所述限位槽内并抵触于所述限位槽的槽壁,以限制所述固定件的转动范围。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位板呈板状,所述限位柱连接于所述限位板朝向所述万向球的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位板呈环状,所述限位柱凸设于所述限位板的内环面。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定件包括用于可拆卸连接所述移动终端的固定部以及连接于所述固定部的阻尼部,所述转动槽开设于所述阻尼部,所述阻尼部用于为所述万向球的转动提供阻尼力。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位板开设有用于连接所述阻尼部的固定槽。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述阻尼部开设有连通所述转动槽的槽壁与所述阻尼部的外侧壁的通槽,所述限位件连接于所述阻尼部并通过所述通槽延伸至所述转动槽内。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括连接于所述固定部的磁吸部,所述磁吸件具有磁性并能够与所述移动终端磁性吸合。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括连接于所述固定部并用于为所述移动终端进行无线充电的充电部。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述座本体包括抵持于支撑面的基座以及连接于所述基座的支撑杆,所述万向球设于所述支撑杆远离所述基座的一端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括连接于所述基座并用于为放置于所述基座的移动终端进行无线充电的无线充电机构,所述无线充电机构包括电路板以及无线充电线圈。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括连接于所述无线充电机构的电导线,所述支撑杆具有贯通腔,其中,所述电导线穿设于所述贯通腔。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括电连接于所述无线充电机构的转接座。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述基座开设有用于放置所述移动终端的放置槽。
