本发明要求于2020年12月28日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202023228113.7、申请名称为“支架”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种支架。
随着通讯技术的发展,人们使用手机等移动终端的频率越来越高,在用移动终端进行拍摄或观看手机时,常使用支架对移动终端进行固定,以解放用户双手,支架一般包括固定件以及支座,固定件连接于支座并能够通过万向轴进行转动,但是万向轴能够进行各个方向上的转动,而除了用户的经常观看方向,其他方向的用途不大,同时通过万向轴所转动的幅度较大,移动终端在固定件上固定后常因用户的误碰而出现偏转或过大角度的扭转,用户不得不重新调整固定件的角度,给用户的使用带来不便。
本发明的目的在于提供一种支架,旨在解决现有技术中用户的误碰易导致偏转或过大角度的扭转而给用户使用带来不便的技术问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种支架,包括:
底座,开设有导向槽以及第一转动槽,所述导向槽呈条状,所述第一转动槽开设于所述导向槽的槽底;
支座,包括支撑杆及连接于所述支撑杆端部的第一万向球,所述第一万向球收容于所述第一转动槽并能够在所述第一转动槽内转动,所述支撑杆穿出所述导向槽并向外延伸,所述支撑杆能够以所述第一万向球为圆心沿所述导向槽的延伸方向转动,并带动所述第一万向球相对于所述底座转动;
固定组件,包括第一固定件及第二固定件,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件均用于可拆卸连接移动终端并均连接于所述支撑杆。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑杆具有第一连接端以及第二连接端,所述支座还包括第二万向球,所述第二万向球套设于所述第一连接端,所述第一固定件开设有第二转动槽,所述第二万向球收容于所述第二转动槽并能够在所述第二转动槽内转动,所述第二固定件连接于所述第二连接端,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件分别用于可拆卸连接不同移动终端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支座还包括限位件,所述限位件连接于所述第一连接端,所述限位件朝向远离所述第二万向球的方向延伸并凸出于所述第二万向球的球面,所述第二转动槽的槽底开设有用于收容所述限位件的限位槽,所述限位件能够在所述第一固定件相对于所述第二万向球转动时抵触于所述限位槽的槽壁。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位件包括两个间隔设置的限位柱,两所述限位柱插设于所述限位槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一固定件包括用于可拆卸连接所述移动终端的第一固定部以及连接于所述第一固定部的阻尼部,所述转动槽开设于所述阻尼部,所述阻尼部用于为所述第二万向球的转动提供阻尼力。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一固定件还包括连接于所述第一固定部以及阻尼部之间的限位部,所述限位槽开设于所述限位部,所述限位槽的截面为方形。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一固定件还包括连接于所述第一固定部并用于为所述移动终端进行无线充电的第一充电部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二固定件包括用于可拆卸连接移动终端的第二固定部以及用于为所述移动终端进行无线充电的第二充电部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支座还包括电导线及电路板,所述支撑杆具有贯通腔;
其中,所述电导线穿设于所述贯通腔,所述电导线电连接所述第一充电部、所述第二充电部及所述电路板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一固定件还包括用于与移动终端磁性吸合的第一磁吸部,所述第二固定件还包括用于与移动终端磁性吸合的第二磁吸部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑杆包括第一杆部以及第二杆部,所述第一杆部具有所述第一连接端与所述第二连接端,所述第二杆部的一端连接于所述第一杆部的中部,且其另一端连接于所述第一万向球。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底座包括座本体以及凸设于所述座本体的连接柱,所述导向槽开设于所述连接柱,所述支撑杆的转动轴线沿水平方向延伸。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接柱包括连接套以及承托座,所述承托座开设有承托槽,所述连接套连接于所述座本体并具有连接腔,所述导向槽开设于所述连接套并连通至所述连接腔,所述承托座设于所述连接腔内且所述承托槽的槽口朝向所述导向槽,所述承托座与所述连接套共同围设形成所述第一转动槽,所述连接套与所述承托座中的至少一个能够为所述第一万向球提供阻尼力。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底座还包括连接于所述座本体并用于为放置于所述座本体上的移动终端进行无线充电的无线充电机构,所述无线充电机构包括无线充电线圈。
在其中一个实施例中,所述座本体开设有用于放置所述移动终端的放置槽,所述无线充电机构的位置对应所述放置槽。
本发明相对于现有技术的技术效果是:本支架通过设置第一转动槽使得第一万向球能够转动连接于第一转动槽内,以实现支撑杆与底座的转动连接,固定组件连接于支撑杆上并能够随支撑杆的转动而转动。由于支撑杆连接于第一万向球且滑接于导向槽,而导向槽呈条状,也就是说,支撑杆能够以第一万向球为圆心沿导向槽延伸方向转动。导向槽在其宽度方向上限制了支撑杆的晃动,在其延伸方向上限制了支撑杆的转动角度。这样,当用户误碰到固定组件或固定在固定组件上的移动终端时,支撑杆由于导向槽宽度方向上的侧壁的限位作用而不会朝向宽度方向转动,避免固定组件及固定组件上的移动终端出现偏转,支撑杆还能够由于导向槽长度方向上的侧壁的限位作用而将转动范围限制在导向槽的长度范围内,避免出现较大角度的扭转,用户在误碰后只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种支架,包括底座10、支座20及固定组件。固定组件通过支座20与底座10连接,底座10可放置于一支撑面上。
请参阅图3,底座10开设有导向槽103以及第一转动槽104,导向槽103呈条状,第一转动槽104开设于导向槽103的槽底。
请参阅图1和图2,底座10包括座本体11、连接柱12、无线充电机构、控制开关13及转接座14,连接柱12凸设于座本体11,连接柱12的顶端呈半球状,导向槽103开设于连接柱12并在连接柱12的半球面上延伸,具体为开设于连接柱12的半球状顶部,即导向槽103的延伸路径为拱形,拱形所对应的圆心为连接柱12半球状顶端所对应的圆心,导向槽103所对应的延伸角度小于180°。
请参阅图2,座本体11具有容置腔102,座本体11具有朝上的放置台面,放置台面上可用来放置耳机、耳机盒等移动终端,无线充电机构连接于座本体11并设于容置腔102内,当放置台面上放置有移动终端时,无线充电机构能够为该移动终端无线充电。该无线充电机构包括无线充电线圈。容置腔102内还可设置电池,以便电池通过无线充电线圈为移动终端充电。座本体11于其放置台面开设有用于放置移动终端的放置槽101。放置槽101对移动终端起到了限位作用,防止移动终端从座本体11上掉落。在本实施例中,放置槽101可与耳机盒适配。座本体11增大了底座10与支撑面的接触面积,使得本支架能够更加稳定的放置于支撑面上。控制开关13用于控制无线充电机构对移动终端进行无线充电。
请参阅图2和图3,连接柱12包括连接套121以及承托座122,承托座122开设有承托槽105,连接套121连接于座本体11并具有连接腔,导向槽103开设于连接套121并连通至连接腔,承托座122设于连接腔内且承托槽105的槽口朝向导向槽103,承托座122与连接套121共同围设形成第一转动槽104。连接套121与所述承托座122中的至少一个能够为所述第一万向球22提供阻尼力。
请参阅图2和图3,支座20包括支撑杆21、第一万向球22、第二万向球23、限位件24、电导线25及电路板26。
请参阅图2和图3,支撑杆21具有下端部、第一连接端以及第二连接端,下端部向下延伸,下端部、第一连接端及第二连接端共同形成T字或Y字。在本实施例中,以T字形为例,支撑杆21包括第一杆部211以及第二杆部212,第一杆部211为长条形,具体为直线形,第一杆部211具有第一连接端与第二连接端,第一连接端与第二连接端为第一杆部211的两个端部,第二杆部212的一端连接于第一杆部211的中部,且其另一端连接于底座10,即连接于第一万向球22。其中,支撑杆21具有贯通腔,贯通腔沿支撑杆21的延伸方向延伸,具体地,第一杆部211及第二杆部212均为中空结构,并内腔连通以形成贯通腔。
请参阅图2和图3,在本实施例中,第二杆部212通过第一万向球22转动连接于底座10。具体地,第一万向球22收容于第一转动槽104并能够在第一转动槽104内转动,第一万向球22连接于支撑杆21的下端部,支撑杆21穿设于导向槽103并向外延伸,即支撑杆21从外穿过导向槽103并延伸至第一转动槽104内,以与万向球连接。具体地,第一万向球22套设于支撑杆21的下端部。其中,支撑杆21的转动轴线沿水平方向延伸,这样支撑杆21的在转动时能够调节固定组件的上升或下降。支撑杆21能够沿导向槽103的延伸方向运动并带动第一万向球22相对于底座10转动。也就是说,支撑杆21在外力作用下以第一万向球22为圆心转动,转动路径为导向槽103的延伸路径。
请参阅图2和图3,第二万向球23套设于第一连接端,第一固定件31开设有第二转动槽3141,第二万向球23收容于第二转动槽3141并能够在第二转动槽3141内转动,即第一固定件31通过第二万向球23与支座20转动连接。第二转动槽3141可以为与第二万向球23适配的球形槽,也可以为其槽壁及槽口的边沿与第二万向球23相抵触以限制第二万向球23的位置。为了防止第一固定件31与第二万向球23脱离,第二转动槽3141的槽口的宽度可小于第二万向球23的直径,第二转动槽3141的深度大于第二万向球23的半径,这样第二万向球23的最大直径部分便位于第二转动槽3141内,第二万向球23得以卡在第二转动槽3141内而不掉出。限位槽3131的宽度大于限位件24的宽度,以使得当第一固定件31相对于第二万向球23转动时,限位件24能够在限位槽3131内运动。
请参阅图2和图3,第二固定件32连接于第二连接端,第二固定件32与第二连接端可以为固定连接,也可以为活动连接或可拆卸连接。例如转动连接。第一固定件31与第二固定件32分别用于可拆卸连接不同移动终端,以固定移动终端的位置及角度。在本实施例中,第一固定件31可连接手机,第一固定件31包括固定壳体,固定壳体开设有安装槽301,安装槽301内可设置移动终端,安装槽301的槽底开设有避让孔302,用于避让与移动终端连接的线路或构件,或避让移动终端自身的外凸部件。第二固定件32可连接智能手表,第二固定件32的安装面斜朝上设置。
请参阅图2和图3,限位件24连接于第一连接端或第二万向球23,限位件24朝向远离第二万向球23的方向延伸并凸出于第二万向球23的球面,第二转动槽3141的槽底开设有用于收容限位件24的限位槽3131,限位件24能够在第一固定件31相对于第二万向球23转动时抵触于限位槽3131的槽壁。具体地,第二万向球23开设有连接孔,第一连接端穿设于连接孔内,以使得第二万向球23套设于第一连接端。当连接孔贯穿设置时,限位件24可连接于第一连接端并凸出于连接孔。其中,第一连接端的端面可与第二万向球23的球面平齐。本支架通过在第一固定件31上设置限位槽3131使得支座20上的限位件24的运动范围被限制在限位槽3131内,此时限位槽3131的槽壁便对限位件24的运动起到了限制作用,在限位件24抵触于限位槽3131的槽壁时第一固定件31停止转动。
为了减小第一固定件31的转动范围,限位槽3131的最大宽度小于第二万向球23的直径,以使得第一固定件31的可转动角度小于180度。
限位件24包括两个间隔设置的限位柱,两限位柱插设于限位槽3131内。两限位柱的距离等于限位槽3131的宽度,即限位柱分别抵靠于限位槽3131的相对设置的槽壁,以限制第一固定件31在两限位柱连线方向上的转动,实现了第一固定件31的单轴转动。在本实施例中,两限位柱的连线可以为左右方向,这样第一固定件31便只能够进行上下方向的摆动。
请参阅图3,其中,限位槽3131可设置两个,一限位槽3131对应一限位柱,各限位柱在各自插设的限位槽3131内活动,各限位槽3131的槽宽可与限位柱的宽度适配,以进一步限制第一固定件31发生转动。
请参阅图2和图3,底座10上还可设置转接座14,转接座14可与外接电源线相连,这样支架还可作为转接器使用,增加了支架的使用功能。
其中,转接座14包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,以适应不同插头的需求,提高了本支架的适用性。
请参阅图2和图3,固定组件包括第一固定件31及第二固定件32,第一固定件31与第二固定件32均用于可拆卸连接移动终端并均连接于支撑杆21。也就是说,第一固定件31与第二固定件32均通过支座20实现了与底座10的转动连接。其中,上述移动终端可为手机、平板电脑等,可拆卸连接方式可以为卡接、夹持、粘接或磁吸等。
请参阅图2和图3,第一固定件31包括第一固定部311、阻尼部313、限位部314、第一充电部及第一磁吸部312。第一固定部311用于可拆卸连接移动终端,阻尼部313连接于第一固定部311,转动槽开设于阻尼部313,阻尼部313用于为第二万向球23的转动提供阻尼力。固定部具有前壳体及与前壳体相连的后壳体,前壳体与后壳体共同围设形成容置腔102,阻尼部313、限位部314及第一充电部均位于容置腔102内,后壳体开设有通孔,支座20穿设于通孔,后壳体设有定位柱,阻尼部313抵接于后壳体,限位部314抵接于阻尼部313背向后壳体的一侧,阻尼部313与限位部314通过螺钉与定位柱螺接。优选地,第一磁吸部312具有磁性并能够与移动终端磁性吸合,这样便实现了第一固定件31与移动终端的快速连接及定位。移动终端可配置有与第一固定部311磁吸配合的壳体,该壳体及第一固定部311也可一个设置有磁吸部,另一个设置有能够与磁吸部磁吸配合的金属件。
第二转动槽3141开设于阻尼部313,第二转动槽3141与通孔相连通,阻尼部313用于为第二万向球23的转动提供阻尼力。阻尼部313增加了第一固定件31相对于第二万向球23转动时的摩擦力,使得第一固定件31在没有外力作用时能够停留在当前角度,而不会由于重力作用而向下转动。优选地,阻尼部313为橡胶件。橡胶件具有弹性,能够弹性抵接第二万向球23的外壁,以增大阻尼力。
请参阅图2和图3,限位槽3131开设于限位部314,第二转动槽3141贯通阻尼部313,并与限位槽3131相连通,限位部314可以为硬质材料制成,以限制限位件24运动。在本实施例中,限位槽3131的截面为方形。这样第一固定件31的上下转动角度范围固定且左右转动角度范围固定。
请参阅图2和图3,第二固定件32包括第二固定部321、第二充电部及第二磁吸部322。第一固定件31还包括连接于第一固定部311以及阻尼部313之间的限位部314,限位槽3131开设于限位部314,限位槽3131的截面为方形。
请参阅图2和图3,电导线25穿设于贯通腔,电导线25电连接第一充电部、第二充电部及电路板26。第一充电部连接于第一固定部311并用于为移动终端进行无线充电。具体地,电导线25的一端穿过限位槽3131连接第一充电部,另一端穿过贯通腔连接电路板26。
请参阅图2和图3,第二固定件32包括第二固定部321、第二充电部及第二磁吸部322。第一固定部311用于可拆卸连接移动终端,可拆卸连接方式可以为粘接、卡接、夹持等,第二充电部用于为移动终端进行无线充电,第二磁吸部322用于与移动终端磁性吸合,以实现移动终端与第二固定件32的快速对位连接。当移动终端通过第二磁吸部322与第二固定不相连后,第二充电部能够对该移动终端进行无线充电。
第一充电部及第二充电部均可以为无线充电线圈,当移动终端可拆卸连接于固定部时,第一充电部便能够为移动终端进行自动充电,方便快捷。
请参阅图2,在其中一个实施例中,电导线25依次穿设于容置腔102、贯通腔、第二转动槽3141及限位槽3131,限位槽3131可贯通设置。
在其中另一个实施例中,阻尼部313可开设有连通第二转动槽3141的槽壁与阻尼部313的外侧壁的通槽,阻尼部313的外侧壁为背向第二转动槽3141的轴心的侧壁,电导线25穿设于容置腔102、贯通腔、第二转动槽3141以及通槽。电导线25的一端穿过通槽连接第一充电部,另一端穿过贯通腔连接电路板26。
本支架通过设置第一转动槽104使得第一万向球22能够转动连接于第一转动槽104内,以实现支撑杆21与底座10的转动连接,固定组件连接于支撑杆21上并能够随支撑杆21的转动而转动。由于支撑杆21连接于第一万向球22且滑接于导向槽103,而导向槽103呈条状,也就是说,支撑杆21能够以第一万向球22为圆心沿导向槽103延伸方向转动。导向槽103在其宽度方向上限制了支撑杆21的晃动,在其延伸方向上限制了支撑杆21的转动角度。这样,当用户误碰到固定组件或固定在固定组件上的移动终端时,支撑杆21由于导向槽103宽度方向上的侧壁的限位作用而不会朝向宽度方向转动,避免固定组件及固定组件上的移动终端出现偏转,支撑杆21还能够由于导向槽103长度方向上的侧壁的限位作用而将转动范围限制在导向槽103的长度范围内,避免出现较大角度的扭转,用户在误碰后只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。

- 一种支架,其特征在于,包括:底座,开设有导向槽以及第一转动槽,所述导向槽呈条状,所述第一转动槽开设于所述导向槽的槽底;支座,包括支撑杆及连接于所述支撑杆端部的第一万向球,所述第一万向球收容于所述第一转动槽并能够在所述第一转动槽内转动,所述支撑杆穿出所述导向槽并向外延伸,所述支撑杆能够以所述第一万向球为圆心沿所述导向槽的延伸方向转动,并带动所述第一万向球相对于所述底座转动;固定组件,包括第一固定件及第二固定件,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件均用于可拆卸连接移动终端并均连接于所述支撑杆。
- 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支撑杆具有第一连接端以及第二连接端,所述支座还包括第二万向球,所述第二万向球套设于所述第一连接端,所述第一固定件开设有第二转动槽,所述第二万向球收容于所述第二转动槽并能够在所述第二转动槽内转动,所述第二固定件连接于所述第二连接端,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件分别用于可拆卸连接不同移动终端。
- 如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括限位件,所述限位件连接于所述第一连接端,所述限位件朝向远离所述第二万向球的方向延伸并凸出于所述第二万向球的球面,所述第二转动槽的槽底开设有用于收容所述限位件的限位槽,所述限位件能够在所述第一固定件相对于所述第二万向球转动时抵触于所述限位槽的槽壁。
- 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位件包括两个间隔设置的限位柱,两所述限位柱插设于所述限位槽内。
- 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件包括用于可拆卸连接所述移动终端的第一固定部以及连接于所述第一固定部的阻尼部,所述转动槽开设于所述阻尼部,所述阻尼部用于为所述第二万向球的转动提供阻尼力。
- 如权利要求5所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件还包括连接于所述第一固定部以及阻尼部之间的限位部,所述限位槽开设于所述限位部,所述限位槽的截面为方形。
- 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件还包括连接于所述第一固定部并用于为所述移动终端进行无线充电的第一充电部。
- 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第二固定件包括用于可拆卸连接移动终端的第二固定部以及用于为所述移动终端进行无线充电的第二充电部。
- 如权利要求8所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括电导线及电路板,所述支撑杆具有贯通腔;其中,所述电导线穿设于所述贯通腔,所述电导线电连接所述第一充电部、所述第二充电部及所述电路板。
- 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件还包括用于与移动终端磁性吸合的第一磁吸部,所述第二固定件还包括用于与移动终端磁性吸合的第二磁吸部。
- 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括第一杆部以及第二杆部,所述第一杆部具有所述第一连接端与所述第二连接端,所述第二杆部的一端连接于所述第一杆部的中部,且其另一端连接于所述第一万向球。
- 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述底座包括座本体以及凸设于所述座本体的连接柱,所述导向槽开设于所述连接柱,所述支撑杆的转动轴线沿水平方向延伸。
- 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述连接柱包括连接套以及承托座,所述承托座开设有承托槽,所述连接套连接于所述座本体并具有连接腔,所述导向槽开设于所述连接套并连通至所述连接腔,所述承托座设于所述连接腔内且所述承托槽的槽口朝向所述导向槽,所述承托座与所述连接套共同围设形成所述第一转动槽,所述连接套与所述承托座中的至少一个能够为所述第一万向球提供阻尼力。
- 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述底座还包括连接于所述座本体并用于为放置于所述座本体上的移动终端进行无线充电的无线充电机构,所述无线充电机构包括无线充电线圈。
- 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述座本体开设有用于放置所述移动终端的放置槽,所述无线充电机构的位置对应所述放置槽。
