随着通讯技术的发展,人们使用手机等移动终端的频率越来越高,在用移动终端进行拍摄或观看手机时,常使用支架对移动终端进行固定,以解放用户双手,支架一般包括固定件以及支座,固定件连接于支座并能够通过万向轴进行转动,但是万向轴所转动的幅度较大,移动终端在固定件上固定后常因用户的误碰而出现过大幅度的扭转,用户不得不重新调整固定件的角度,给用户的使用带来不便。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种支架,旨在解决现有技术中用户的误碰易导致过大幅度的扭转而给用户使用带来不便的技术问题。

其中,请参阅图2,支座20包括座本体21、万向球22以及限位件23,座本体21可用于放置在支撑面上,座本体21具有连接端,万向球22套设于连接端。限位件23可连接于连接端的端面或万向球22,限位件23朝向远离万向球22的方向延伸。具体地,万向球22开设有连接孔,连接端穿设于连接孔内,当连接孔贯穿设置时,限位件23可连接于连接端并凸出于连接孔。其中,连接端的端面可与万向球22的球面平齐。
固定件10用于可拆卸连接移动终端。移动终端可为手机、平板电脑等,可拆卸连接方式可以为卡接、夹持、粘接或磁吸等。请参阅图2,固定件10开设有与万向球22适配的转动槽121,转动槽121的槽底开设有用于收容限位件23的限位槽131,固定件10能够相对于万向球22转动。也就是说,固定件10通过万向球22实现了与支座20的转动连接。转动槽121可以为与万向球22适配的球形槽,也可以为其槽壁及槽口的边沿与万向球22相抵触以限制万向球22的位置。为了防止固定件10与万向球22脱离,转动槽121的槽口的宽度可小于万向球22的直径,转动槽121的深度大于万向球22的半径,这样万向球22的最大直径部分便位于转动槽121内,万向球22得以卡在转动槽121内而不掉出。限位槽131的宽度大于限位件23的宽度,以使得当固定件10相对于万向球22转动时,限位件23能够在限位槽131内运动。
其中,请参阅图3,限位件23能够在固定件10相对于万向球22转动时抵触于限位槽131的槽壁。本支架通过在固定件10上设置限位槽131使得支座20上的限位件23的运动范围被限制在限位槽131内,此时限位槽131的槽壁便对限位件23的运动起到了限制作用,在限位件23抵触于限位槽131的槽壁时固定件10停止转动。这样,当用户误碰到固定件10或固定在固定件10上的移动终端时,固定件10不会转动过大幅度,转动范围会被限制在限位槽131的宽度范围内,用户可不必重新调整角度,或只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。
为了减小固定件10的转动范围,限位槽131的最大宽度小于万向球22的直径,以使得固定件10的可转动角度小于180度。
请参阅图2,在本实施例中,固定件10包括用于可拆卸连接移动终端的固定部11、连接于固定部11的阻尼部12、连接于固定部11与阻尼部12之间的限位部13以及连接于固定部11并用于为移动终端进行无线充电的充电部15。
请参阅图2和图3,固定部11具有前壳体111及与前壳体111相连的后壳体112,前壳体111与后壳体112共同围设形成容置腔101,阻尼部12、限位部13及充电部15均位于容置腔101内,后壳体112开设有通孔,支座20穿设于通孔,后壳体112设有定位柱,阻尼部12抵接于后壳体112,限位部13抵接于阻尼部12背向后壳体112的一侧,阻尼部12与限位部13通过螺钉14与定位柱螺接。优选地,固定部11具有磁性并能够与移动终端磁性吸合,这样便实现了固定件10与移动终端的快速连接及定位。移动终端可配置有与固定部11磁吸配合的壳体,该壳体及固定部11也可一个设置有磁性件,另一个设置有能够与磁性件磁吸配合的金属件。
请参阅图2,转动槽121开设于阻尼部12,转动槽121与通孔相连通,阻尼部12用于为万向球22的转动提供阻尼力。阻尼部12增加了固定件10相对于万向球22转动时的摩擦力,使得固定件10在没有外力作用时能够停留在当前角度,而不会由于重力作用而向下转动。优选地,阻尼部12为橡胶件。橡胶件具有弹性,能够弹性抵接万向球22的外壁,以增大阻尼力。
请参阅图3,限位槽131开设于限位部13,转动槽121贯通阻尼部12,并与限位槽131相连通,限位部13可以为硬质材料制成,以限制限位件23运动。在本实施例中,限位槽131的截面为方形。这样固定件10的上下转动角度范围固定且左右转动角度范围固定。
具体地,限位件23包括两个间隔设置的限位柱,两限位柱插设于限位槽131内。两限位柱的距离等于限位槽131的宽度,即限位柱分别抵靠于限位槽131的相对设置的槽壁,以限制固定件10在两限位柱连线方向上的转动,实现了固定件10的单轴转动。在本实施例中,两限位柱的连线可以为左右方向,这样固定件10便只能够进行上下方向的摆动。
请参阅图4,其中,限位槽131可设置两个,一限位槽131对应一限位柱,各限位柱在各自插设的限位槽131内活动,各限位槽131的槽宽可与限位柱的宽度适配,以进一步限制固定件发生转动。
充电部15可以为无线充电线圈,当移动终端可拆卸连接于固定部11时,充电部15便能够为移动终端进行自动充电,方便快捷。
请参阅图1,在本实施例中,座本体21包括抵持于支撑面的基座211以及连接于基座211的支撑杆212,连接端设于支撑杆212远离基座211的一端。基座211增大了座本体21与支撑面的接触面积,使得本支架能够更加稳定的放置于支撑面上。支撑杆212呈条状并向上延伸,连接端呈弯折状,以使得固定件10的磁吸面能够大致朝向水平方向,便于用户使用。支撑杆具有连通至连接端的贯通腔,贯通腔沿支撑杆的延伸方向延伸。
请参阅图3,为增加支架功能的多样性,支座20还包括连接于基座211并用于为放置于基座211的移动终端进行无线充电的无线充电机构24、电连接于无线充电机构24的转接座25以及连接于所述电路板与所述充电部的电导线。无线充电机构24可以包括电路板以及与电路板电连通的无线充电线圈。这样当用户将移动终端放置于基座211上时,无线充电机构24便能够为移动终端进行充电。此处的移动终端可以为耳机或充电盒等。基座211内还可设置电池,以便通过电池为放置于基座211的移动终端充电。
转接座25可与外接电源线或电导线相连,这样支架还可作为转接器使用,增加了支架的使用功能,。
其中,转接座25包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,以适应不同插头的需求,提高了本支架的适用性。
在其中一个实施例中,请参照图3,电导线26穿设于贯通腔、转动槽121及限位槽131,限位槽131可贯通设置,电导线26的一端穿过限位槽131连接充电部15,另一端穿过贯通腔连接电路板。
在其中另一个实施例中,请参照图4和图5,阻尼部12可开设有连通转动槽131的槽壁与阻尼部131的外侧壁的通槽122,阻尼部12的外侧壁为背向转动槽131的轴心的侧壁,电导线26穿设于贯通腔、转动槽131以及通槽122。电导线26的一端穿过通槽122连接充电部15,另一端穿过贯通腔连接电路板。
请参阅图1和图2,基座211开设有用于放置移动终端的放置槽201。放置槽201对移动终端起到了限位作用,防止移动终端从基座211上掉落。在本实施例中,放置槽201可与耳机盒适配。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种支架,其特征在于,包括:
    支座,包括座本体、万向球以及限位件,所述座本体具有连接端,所述万向球套设于所述连接端,所述限位件连接于所述连接端的端面或万向球,所述限位件朝向远离所述万向球的方向延伸;
    固定件,用于可拆卸连接移动终端,所述固定件开设有与所述万向球适配的转动槽,所述转动槽的槽底开设有用于收容所述限位件的限位槽,所述固定件能够相对于所述万向球转动;
    其中,所述限位件能够在所述固定件相对于所述万向球转动时抵触于所述限位槽的槽壁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述转动槽的槽口的最小宽度小于所述万向球的直径,且转动槽的深度大于所述万向球的半径。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位槽的最大宽度小于所述万向球的直径。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定件包括用于可拆卸连接所述移动终端的固定部以及连接于所述固定部的阻尼部,所述转动槽开设于所述阻尼部,所述阻尼部用于为所述万向球的转动提供阻尼力。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的支架,其特征在于,所述阻尼部为橡胶件。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括连接于所述固定部以及阻尼部之间的限位部,所述限位槽开设于所述限位部,所述限位槽的截面为方形。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括连接于所述固定部并用于为所述移动终端进行无线充电的充电部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定部具有磁性并能够与所述移动终端磁性吸合。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位件包括两个间隔设置的限位柱,两所述限位柱插设于所述限位槽内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位槽开设有两个,两所述限位槽分别对应一所述限位柱。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,所述座本体包括抵持于支撑面的基座以及连接于所述基座的支撑杆,所述连接端设于所述支撑杆远离所述基座的一端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括连接于所述基座并用于为放置于所述基座的移动终端进行无线充电的无线充电机构,所述无线充电机构包括电路板以及无线充电线圈。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括连接于所述电路板与所述充电部的电导线,所述支撑杆具有连通至所述连接端的贯通腔,
    其中,所述电导线穿设于所述贯通腔、所述转动槽及所述限位槽;或,
    所述阻尼部开设有连通所述转动槽的槽壁与所述阻尼部的外侧壁的通槽,所述电导线穿设于所述贯通腔、所述转动槽以及所述通槽。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述基座开设有用于放置所述移动终端的放置槽。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括电连接于所述无线充电机构的转接座。
