有益效果
本申请相对于现有技术的技术效果是:本支架的转轴能够限制第一固定件只能绕转轴的中心轴线转动,避免第一固定件及第一固定件上的移动终端出现偏转。本支架还通过在第一固定件上开设限位槽并在转轴上设置滑接于限位槽的限位件,使得第一固定件在绕转轴的中心轴线转动时,限位件在沿限位槽的延伸方向滑动的过程中能够通过与第一固定件的抵触而停止转动,也就是说,限位槽与限位件的配合实现了对第一固定件在转动过程中的转动幅度的限制,避免第一固定件出现较大角度的扭转,用户在误碰后只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。

本申请提供一种支架,包括支撑座及固定组件,用于支撑移动终端,以下不同的移动终端分别于通过第一移动终端、第二移动终端及第三移动终端代替。上述移动终端可以为手机、智能手表、耳机、耳机盒等。
请参阅图1和图3,支撑座包括支撑架10、连接于支撑架的转轴20及凸设于转轴20的侧壁的限位件40。支撑架10用于支撑于支撑面,支撑面可以为地面、桌面等。转轴20的延伸方向可以为水平方向或大致为水平方向。其中,转轴20的侧壁为环设于转轴20中心轴线的侧壁。
请参阅图1,固定组件包括均转动连接于转轴20的第一固定件31及第二固定件32,第一固定件31用于连接第一移动终端,第二固定件32用于连接第二移动终端。其中,第一移动终端与第二移动终端均为移动终端的一种,二者可以为同一移动终端,也可为不同的移动终端,上述不同可指不同的同类型移动终端,也可以为不同类型的移动终端,例如,第一移动终端可以为手机,第二移动终端可以为智能手表。在本实施例中,第一固定件31与第二固定件32分别连接于转轴20的两延伸端部,以避免相互妨碍。其中,第一固定件31与第二固定件32的连接方式可相同,也可不同。
在本实施例中,请参阅图3,支架还包括连接于第一固定件31的第一充电部以及连接于第二固定件32的第二充电部,第一充电部用于对连接在第一固定件31上的第一移动终端进行无线充电,第二充电部用于对连接在第二固定件32上的第二移动终端进行无线充电。这样支架在连接第一移动终端与第二移动终端的同时,还能够实现对第一移动终端与第二移动终端的无线充电,操作方便,实现了支架的多功能应用。支撑架上可设有控制电路板,第一充电部及第二充电部均可为无线充电线圈,该无线充电线圈与控制电路板电连接,控制电路板可控制第一充电部对第一移动终端进行无线充电,并控制第二充电部对第二移动终端进行无线充电。
请参阅图3,第一固定件31可与第一移动终端可拆卸连接,第二固定件32可与第二移动终端可拆卸连接,可拆卸连接方式可选为磁性吸合,以便于第一移动终端与第一固定件31的快速连接,第二移动终端与第二固定件32的快速连接。具体地,第一固定件上设有用于与第一移动终端磁吸连接的第一磁吸部33,第一磁吸部33能够与第一移动终端上设有的磁吸部件磁性吸合,第二固定件上设有用于与第二移动终端磁吸连接的第二磁吸部,第二磁吸部能够与第二移动终端上设有的磁吸部件磁性吸合。第一磁吸部33与第二磁吸部可以为永磁体或电磁体,也可为可实现磁吸的金属,如铁。
第一固定件31的转动轴线为转轴20的中心轴线,第一固定件31朝向转轴20的一侧开设有绕转轴20的中心轴线周向延伸的限位槽302。该限位槽302呈条状,其延伸方向为其长度方向,转轴20的中心轴线的延伸方向为其宽度方向。
在其他实施例中,固定组件可只设置一个第一固定件31而不设置第二固定件32。
其中,限位件40滑接于限位槽302,限位件40的宽度与限位槽302的宽度适配,限位件40通过对限位槽302的宽度方向的槽壁的抵触能够限制第一固定件31水平移动。在第一固定件31绕转轴20的中心轴线转动时,限位件40能够在限位槽302内延其延伸方向滑动。
本支架的转轴20能够限制第一固定件31只能绕转轴20的中心轴线转动,避免第一固定件31及第一固定件31上的移动终端出现偏转。本支架还通过在第一固定件31上开设限位槽302并在转轴20上设置滑接于限位槽302的限位件40,使得第一固定件31在绕转轴20的中心轴线转动时,限位件40在沿限位槽302的延伸方向滑动的过程中能够通过与第一固定件31的抵触而停止转动,也就是说,限位槽302与限位件40的配合实现了对第一固定件31在转动过程中的转动幅度的限制,避免第一固定件31出现较大角度的扭转,用户在误碰后只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。
在本实施例中,请参阅图3和图4,第一固定件31包括连接壳体311以及连接于连接壳体311的转接壳体312,转接壳体312转动连接于转轴20并能够绕转轴20的中心轴线转动,连接壳体311用于连接第一移动终端,连接壳体311于转接壳体312共同围设形成容置腔301,转接壳体312开设有限位槽302,限位槽302的槽底贯通至容置腔301。可选地,转接壳体312具有转接部,转接部呈弧形,转接部背向连接壳体311的一侧形成转接槽,转接槽的槽口背向连接壳体311,转接部与转轴20的侧壁相贴合,并与转轴20适配。第一固定件31安装时可先将转接壳体312贴合于转轴20,并通过限位件40实现与转轴20的转动连接,容置腔301内能够设置其他结构,最后扣合连接壳体311,完成第一固定件31的组装。其中,上述限位槽302开设于转接部,并沿开设方向贯通转接部,以与容置腔301相连通。容置腔301内可设置第一充电部,第一充电部还可设于连接壳体311外侧。
在本实施例中,请参阅图3和图4,限位件40包括凸设于转轴20的侧壁的限位柱41以及凸设于限位柱41的侧壁的夹持件42,夹持件42位于容置腔301中并能够与转轴20共同夹持转接壳体312,夹持件42用于限制转接壳体312与转轴20分离。可以理解的,夹持件42与转轴20相间隔,并与转轴20之间形成滑槽,转接部插接于滑槽内,并能够沿在滑槽内绕转轴20的中心轴线转动,当限位槽302的延伸端的槽壁抵触于限位柱41,或转接壳体312抵触于夹持件42时,转接壳体312停止运动,这样限位件40便实现了对第一固定件31的限位。
可选的,转接壳体312开设有两个限位槽302,两限位槽302相间隔并平行延伸,具体为两限位槽302均开设于转接部,并位于转接部的两端。两限位槽302之间形成定位板3121,该定位板3121为曲面板,定位板3121与转轴20之间形成上述滑槽。限位件40包括两个限位柱41,两限位柱41相间隔设置,且两限位柱41的连线平行于转轴20的中心轴线,两限位柱41均与夹持件42相连并分别滑接于一限位槽302,夹持件42与转轴20共同夹持定位板3121。两限位柱41共同限制了夹持件42的位置,防止夹持件42发生扭转或弯折,同时能够限制定位板3121从滑槽内沿转轴20的中心轴线方向脱出。
请参阅图3和图4,为限制第一固定件31的转动,限位件40还包括连接于夹持件42并抵触于转接壳体312的阻尼片43,阻尼片43能够对转接壳体312的转动提供阻尼力。也就是说,限位件40便能够通过阻尼片43的阻尼力限制第一固定件31的在滑槽内的滑动,这样,第一固定件31只有在一定的外力作用下才能够实现转动,在撤去外力后,第一固定件31可停留在当前位置。具体地,阻尼片43位于夹持件42与定位板3121之间,阻尼片43可选为橡胶垫。
具体地,请参阅图1,支撑架10包括底座11以及转动连接于底座11的支撑杆12,底座11支撑于支撑面,支撑杆12的两端分别连接底座11及转轴20,以支撑起转轴20,减小占用空间。在本实施例中,支撑杆12远离底座11的一端连接于转轴20的中部,第一固定件31及第二固定件32分别位于支撑杆12的两侧,以平衡转轴20两端的受力。支撑杆12能够转动至贴合于底座11,此时第一固定件31与第二固定件32可与底座11相平行,在不使用时,此状态可方便收纳,节省空间,如图2。
其中,请参阅图3,底座11设有阻尼轴111,支撑杆12转动连接于阻尼轴111,阻尼轴111的截面具有切面,支撑杆12与阻尼轴111适配,切面的设置用于增加支撑杆12转动的摩擦力,具体地,阻尼轴111的截面为方形且凸出于底座11的上表面,支撑杆12的底端开设有方形的轴孔121,轴孔121套接于阻尼轴111,当支撑杆12相对于底座11转动时,阻尼轴111可对支撑杆12施加阻尼力,以限制支撑杆12转动,支撑杆12在一定的外力作用下能够克服阻尼力实现转动,当撤去外力时,支撑杆12停留在当前位置。
可选的,请参阅图4,底座11设有用于为第三移动终端充电的第三充电部113。其中,控制电路板设于底座11内腔,第三充电部113与控制电路板电连接,控制电路板用于控制第三充电部113对第三移动终端充电,底座11的上表面具有充电区域112,第三充电部113可对放置于充电区域112的第三移动终端进行无线充电。第三移动终端可与第一移动终端或第二移动终端为同一移动终端,也可为不同移动移动终端,在本实施例中,第三移动终端可为无线耳机或耳机充电盒。第三充电部113可为无线充电线圈,第三充电部113可与第一充电部及第二充电部均电连接。其中, 第三充电部113可设有两个,两第三充电部113能够分别对无线耳机及耳机盒进行无线充电。
底座11上还可设置转接座,转接座可与外接电源或电子设备电连接,这样当转接座与外接电源相连时,外接电源能够对第一充电部33、第二充电部及第三充电部113供电,当转接座与电子设备相连时,支架还可作为转接器使用,增加了支架的使用功能。
其中,转接座包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,以适应不同插头的需求,提高了本支架的适用性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种支架,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑座,包括支撑架、连接于支撑架的转轴及凸设于所述转轴的侧壁的限位件;
    固定组件,包括转动连接于所述转轴并用于连接第一移动终端的第一固定件,所述第一固定件的转动轴线为所述转轴的中心轴线,所述第一固定件朝向所述转轴的一侧开设有绕所述转轴的中心轴线周向延伸的限位槽;
    其中,所述限位件滑接于所述限位槽,在所述第一固定件绕所述转轴的中心轴线转动时,所述限位件能够在所述限位槽内延其延伸方向滑动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件包括连接壳体以及连接于连接壳体的转接壳体,所述转接壳体转动连接于所述转轴并能够绕所述转轴的中心轴线转动,所述连接壳体用于连接所述第一移动终端,所述连接壳体于所述转接壳体共同围设形成容置腔,所述转接壳体开设有所述限位槽,所述限位槽的槽底贯通至所述容置腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位件包括凸设于所述转轴的侧壁的限位柱以及凸设于所述限位柱的侧壁的夹持件,所述夹持件位于所述容置腔中并能够与所述转轴共同夹持所述转接壳体,所述夹持件用于限制所述转接壳体与所述转轴分离。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述转接壳体开设有两个所述限位槽,两所述限位槽相间隔并平行延伸,两所述限位槽之间形成定位板,所述限位件包括两个所述限位柱,两所述限位柱均与所述夹持件相连并分别滑接于一所述限位槽,所述夹持件与所述转轴共同夹持所述定位板。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位件还包括连接于所述夹持件并抵触于所述转接壳体的阻尼片,所述阻尼片能够对所述转接壳体的转动提供阻尼力。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件上设有用于磁吸连接所述第一移动终端的第一磁吸部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定组件还包括转动连接于所述转轴的第二固定件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件分别转动连接于所述转轴的两个延伸端部。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第二固定件上设有用于磁吸连接第二移动终端的第二磁吸部。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支架还包括连接于所述第一固定件的第一充电部以及连接于所述第二固定件的第二充电部,所述第一充电部用于对连接在所述第一固定件上的所述第一移动终端进行无线充电,所述第二充电部用于对连接在所述第二固定件上的所述第二移动终端进行无线充电。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括底座以及转动连接于所述底座的支撑杆,所述支撑杆远离所述底座的一端连接于所述转轴的中部,所述第一固定件及所述第二固定件分别连接于所述转轴的两延伸端部。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述底座设有阻尼轴,所述支撑杆转动连接于所述阻尼轴。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述阻尼轴的截面具有切面。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述底座设有用于为第三移动终端充电的第三充电部。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述底座上还设有控制电路板及电连接于所述控制电路板的转接座,所述转接座用于与外接电源或电子设备电连接。
