摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组可拆卸地与所述设备主体连接,在所述电子设备处于第一状态的情况下,所述摄像头模组安装在所述设备主体上,所述设备主体控制所述摄像头模组工作;在所述电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,所述摄像头模组与所述设备主体分离,所述摄像头模组独立于所述设备主体工作,或者,所述设备主体控制所述摄像头模组工作;
弹性保护件,所述弹性保护件可拆卸地与所述摄像头模组相连。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备中,摄像头模组可与设备主体相连,设备主体可控制摄像头模组工作,并且摄像头模组也可以与设备主体分离,从而独立于设备主体工作,或者,设备主体控制摄像头模组工作,因此摄像头模组可以进行远距离拍摄,其拍摄效果更好。同时,在摄像头模组与设备主体分离的情况下,弹性保护件可以与摄像头模组连接,使得该弹性保护件可以保护摄像头模组,防止摄像头模组受到外力作用而损坏。因此,该摄像头模组的可靠性更高。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例公开一种电子设备,其包括设备主体200、摄像头模组100和弹性保护件300。
设备主体200可以作为电子设备的主体部分,该设备主体200具体可以包括壳体、主板、电池、显示屏等组成部分,本发明实施例不限制设备主体200的具体结构。
摄像头模组100可拆卸地与设备主体200连接,因此摄像头模组100可以与设备主体200连接到一起,也可以从设备主体200上拆分下来。在电子设备处于第一状态的情况下,摄像头模组100安装在设备主体200上,此时设备主体200可以控制摄像头模组100工作,摄像头模组100可与设备主体200进行数据传输,从而将摄像头模组100所拍摄的图像传送至设备主体200。在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,摄像头模组100与设备主体200分离,此时摄像头模组100独立于设备主体200工作,用户可以直接控制该摄像头模组100实施拍摄操作;或者,设备主体200可控制摄像头模组100工作。此种状态下,摄像头模组100同样可以与设备主体200进行数据传输,从而 将摄像头模组100所拍摄的图像传送至设备主体200。
弹性保护件300具有弹性,可选地,该弹性保护件300可以由弹性材料(例如硅胶)制成,该弹性保护件300受力后可以发生变形,从而发挥缓冲作用。弹性保护件300可拆卸地与摄像头模组100相连,因此弹性保护件300可以与摄像头模组100连接到一起,也可以与摄像头模组100分离。当弹性保护件300与摄像头模组100连接在一起时,弹性保护件300可以包裹摄像头模组100的至少一部分;当弹性保护件300与摄像头模组100分离时,摄像头模组100可以自由安装至其他部件(例如设备主体200)上。
上述电子设备中,摄像头模组100可与设备主体200相连,设备主体200可控制摄像头模组100工作,并且摄像头模组100也可以与设备主体200分离,从而独立于设备主体200工作,或者,设备主体200控制摄像头模组100工作,因此用户可以灵活调整摄像头模组100的放置位置,从而进行远距离拍摄,使得摄像头模组100的拍摄效果更好。同时,在摄像头模组100与设备主体200分离的情况下,弹性保护件300可以与摄像头模组100连接,使得该弹性保护件300可以保护摄像头模组100,防止摄像头模组100受到外力作用而损坏。因此,该摄像头模组100的可靠性更高。
一种可选的实施例中,摄像头模组100可以包括摄像头支架110、摄像头120、电池和第一数据传输模块。其中,摄像头120、电池和第一数据传输模块均设置于摄像头支架110,具体地,电池和第一数据传输模块可以设置于摄像头支架110的表面,也可以设置于摄像头支架110之内,为了更好地保护电池和第一数据传输模块,可以将电池和第一数据传输模块设置于摄像头支架110之内。电池可与摄像头120电连接,因此电池可以向摄像头120供电,使得摄像头120可以独立工作。第一数据传输模块与摄像头120电连接,因此摄像头120和第一数据传输模块之间可以进行数据传输。在摄像头模组100与设备主体200分离的情况下,摄像头120通过第一数据传输模块与设备主体200进行数据传输。具体地,设备主体200可以对应设有第二数 据传输模块,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,第一数据传输模块与第二数据传输模块进行数据传输,摄像头120通过第一数据传输模块与设备主体200数据相连,从而实现摄像头模组100与设备主体200之间的数据传输。可选的实施例中,这里的第一数据传输模块和第二数据传输模块均可以是无线传输模块,例如射频模块,此种结构不会对摄像头模组100和设备主体200的相对位置产生限制,因此更便于用户使用电子设备。
摄像头模组100采用上述结构时,弹性保护件300可与摄像头支架110可拆卸地相连,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,弹性保护件300连接于摄像头支架110,具体地,弹性保护件300可以连接于摄像头支架110的外表面。由于摄像头支架110为摄像头模组100的主体结构,因此弹性保护件300连接于摄像头支架110的外表面时,弹性保护件300包裹摄像头模组100的幅度更大,从而达到更好的保护效果。
可选地,弹性保护件300设有容纳腔和避让孔350,容纳腔和避让孔350相连通。在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,摄像头支架110和摄像头120至少部分位于容纳腔内,摄像头120朝向避让孔350,使得外部环境中的光线可以通过该避让孔350进入摄像头120,从而便于摄像头120进行拍摄操作。此时,弹性保护件300的尺寸更大,弹性保护件300可以覆盖摄像头支架110的大部分外表面,使得摄像头模组100更不容易与其他物体接触,同时此种弹性保护件300承受外力的能力更强,如此一来,弹性保护件300的保护效果更优。
可选地,上述容纳腔的形状和尺寸可以与摄像头模组100的形状和尺寸相匹配,从而使得弹性保护件300对摄像头模组100的包裹效果更好,以此更好地保护摄像头模组100。
弹性保护件300可以采用一体式结构件,但是此种一体式结构件不便于弹性保护件300与摄像头模组100之间的连接以及拆分。基于此,可选的实施例中,为了便于弹性保护件300与摄像头模组100之间的连接以及拆分, 弹性保护件300可以包括第一保护体310和第二保护体320,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,第一保护体310和第二保护体320相连,以形成前文所述的容纳腔。具体地,第一保护体310和第二保护体320均可以设置凹槽,摄像头模组100可以放置于第一保护体310或第二保护体320的凹槽内,然后将第一保护体310和第二保护体320连接在一起,从而保护摄像头模组100。反之,需要将弹性保护件300和摄像头模组100分离时,将第一保护体310和第二保护体320拆开后,即可取出摄像头模组100。
上述第一保护体310和第二保护体320的连接方式可以灵活选择,例如可以通过连接绳将两者绑在一起,但是采用此种方式时,连接绳容易与第一保护体310和第二保护体320分离,致使第一保护体310和第二保护体320之间的连接可靠性较差。因此,在其他实施例中,第一保护体310设有第一连接部311,第二保护体320设有第二连接部321,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,第一连接部311与第二连接部321相连。此种连接方式更加可靠,使得第一保护体310和第二保护体320不容易在意外情况下分离。
第一连接部311和第二连接部321的数量可以仅设置一个,但是为了进一步提升第一保护体310和第二保护体320连接时的可靠性,可以将第一连接部311和第二连接部321的数量设置为多个,各第一连接部311与各第二连接部321一一对应配合。
可选地,第一保护体310具有第一面312,第一连接部311设置于第一面312,第二保护体320具有第二面,第二连接部321设置于第二面,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,第一面312朝向第二面。当第一保护体310和第二保护体320连接在一起时,第一连接部311和第二连接部321均处于隐藏状态,两者不容易受到外部环境中的其它物体的干扰而出现分离的情况,因此该结构可以进一步改善第一保护体310和第二保护体320连接后的可靠性。同时,此方案还可以优化摄像头模组100独立工作时的外观质感,从而改善用户体验。
一种实施例中,上述第一面312和第二面均可以设置为平面,从而简化弹性保护件300的结构。
可选的实施例中,如图3所示,第一连接部311和第二连接部321中,一者为卡接孔,另一者为卡接凸部,卡接孔和卡接凸部可以卡接配合,使得第一保护体310和第二保护体320可以通过这里的卡接孔和卡接凸部卡接,此种连接方式具备连接强度较高、操作比较简单等优势。进一步地,这里的卡接凸部的材料可以不同于第一保护体310或第二保护体320的其它部分的材料,具体地,以第一保护体310设有卡接凸部为例,该第一保护体310可以包括主体部和这里所述的卡接凸部,卡接凸部设置于主体部,其硬度可以大于主体部的硬度,使得卡接凸部在满足卡接配合的前提下不容易发生过大的变形,从而使得第一保护体310和第二保护体320的连接强度更高,同时更有利于卡接孔和卡接凸部更快速地卡接。
当然,在其他实施例中,如图4所示,第一连接部311和第二连接部321可以为适配的磁吸连接部,可选地,这里的磁吸连接部可以是永磁体。该结构使得第一连接部311和第二连接部321可以磁性相连,达到第一保护体310和第二保护体320磁性相连的目的。此种连接方式更便于设置第一连接部311和第二连接部321的结构,使得电子设备的结构更加简单,同时还可以便于连接第一保护体310和第二保护体320。
上述第一保护体310和第二保护体320的形状可以灵活选择,可选地,第一保护体310和第二保护体320均为球体,具体来讲,第一保护体310和第二保护体320均为半球体,两者连接后,整个弹性保护件300的外表面为球面。当第一保护体310和第二保护体320连接在一起时,整个弹性保护件300的摆放位置更加灵活,从而使得与弹性保护件300相连的摄像头模组100的朝向可以灵活变化,从而更好地满足用户在不同状态下的拍摄需求。同时,该结构使得用户可以更舒适地握持弹性保护件300。
当摄像头模组100与设备主体200分离时,摄像头模组100的位置将会 对拍摄体验产生影响,例如,如果摄像头模组100被倒置,那么摄像头模组100拍摄的图像就会倒置,用户还需要调整该图像,导致用户体验不佳。有鉴于此,一种可选的实施例中,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,弹性保护件300的重心位于摄像头120的光轴之外,也就是说,弹性保护件300可以相对于摄像头模组100偏心设置,在重力作用下,摄像头模组100可以保持在预定位置,从而使得所得到的图像更便于用户查看和使用。如此设置后,用户不需要花费过长的时间摆放摄像头模组100和弹性保护件300,甚至可以允许用户将弹性保护件300和摄像头模组100抛出至指定位置,因此该结构更便于用户在第二状态下实施拍摄操作。
为了使得弹性保护件300的重心位于摄像头120的光轴之外,一种可选的实施例中,如图5和图6所示,弹性保护件300设有镂空部330,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,镂空部330位于摄像头120的光轴之上。此结构中,弹性保护件300设置镂空部330的部分的密度不同于弹性保护件300的其它部分的密度,使得弹性保护件300设置镂空部330的部分的重量小于弹性保护件300的其它部分的重量,从而使得弹性保护件300的重心相对于弹性保护件300的几何中心下移,从而尽量避开摄像头120的光轴。与此同时,该实施例还可以适当减小弹性保护件300的重量,从而更便于用户操作。
继续参考图5和图6,其它实施例中,为了使得弹性保护件300的重心位于摄像头120的光轴之外,弹性保护件300可以设有配重部340,可选地,这里的配重部340的密度可以大于弹性保护件300的其余部分的密度,例如,该配重部340可以是金属件。在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,配重部340位于光轴之下。此结构中,弹性保护件300设置配重部340的部分的重量大于弹性保护件300的其它部分的重量,从而使得弹性保护件300的重心相对于弹性保护件300的几何中心下移,从而尽量避开摄像头120的光轴。与此同时,该实施例下,弹性保护件300为实心结构,其结构强度更高,且不容易发生变形,因此其保护效果更好。
当然,弹性保护件300还可以同时设置上述镂空部330和配重部340,从而使得弹性保护件300的重心相对于弹性保护件300的几何中心偏移的程度更大,从而更有利于摄像头模组100更稳定地保持在预定位置。
如图7所示,摄像头模组100还包括基座400,基座400具有支撑面,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,弹性保护件300连接于基座400背离支撑面的一侧。在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,弹性保护件300可以放置在地面、桌面等放置基础上,而这里的支撑面可以与放置基础相接触,从而使得弹性保护件300可以通过基座400稳定地放置于放置基础上,以使摄像头模组100可以保持在预定位置处。
进一步地,上述支撑面可以设置成平面,从而达到更好的支撑效果。
上述基座400可以与弹性保护件300直接连接,在其他实施例中,摄像头模组100还包括弹性件500,弹性件500与基座400相连。可选地,这里的弹性件500可以是弹簧。在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,基座400通过弹性件500与弹性保护件300相连。弹性件500可以发生弹性变形,当弹性保护件300与其他物体碰撞时,虽然弹性保护件300会晃动,但是弹性保护件300晃动时弹性件500与弹性保护件300相连的部分可以同步运动,而弹性保护件300与基座400相连的一端则可以保持不动,或者只出现小幅度的晃动,因此该结构使得基座400不容易运动,使得摄像头模组100和弹性保护件300不容易倾倒,进而提升摄像头模组100在第二状态下的稳定性。因此,设置弹性件500时,摄像头模组100可以放置在距离用户较远的位置进行拍摄,从而进一步优化用户的使用体验。
可选地,摄像头模组100还包括磁吸部,磁吸部与弹性保护件300相连,在电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,弹性保护件300可通过磁吸部与外部部件磁性相连。可选地,磁吸部可以设置在弹性保护件300的表面,也可以设置于弹性保护件300之内;该磁吸部具体可以是永磁体,其可以采用片状结构,以改善磁吸效果。当电子设备处于第二状态时,用户可以通过磁吸部将 弹性保护件300和摄像头模组100整体固定在任意具有导磁性的外部部件(例如铁板等)上,从而更好地保持摄像头120与用户的相对位置。此种磁吸连接的方式使用户能够更快速地固定摄像头模组100,同时该连接方式对外部部件的结构限制较小,使得摄像头模组100的固定位置具有更多的可选择方案。
一种可选的实施例中,设备主体200设有容纳槽210,摄像头模组100设有第二数据传输模块,在电子设备处于第一状态的情况下,摄像头模组100至少部分位于容纳槽210内,摄像头120通过第二数据传输模块与设备主体200数据相连。此实施例中,当摄像头模组100与设备主体200相连时,摄像头模组100可以利用设备主体200占用的空间来设置,从而使得摄像头模组100相对于设备主体200的凸出程度更小,甚至不凸出,这样设置不仅可以改善电子设备的外观质感,还可以防止摄像头模组100因相对于设备主体200凸出而容易与其他物体碰撞,以此保护摄像头模组100。
可选地,设备主体200设有第一接口,该第一接口具体可以设置在容纳槽210内,第二数据传输模块包括电连接端。在电子设备处于第一状态的情况下,电连接端与第一接口插接,从而实现电连接端与第一接口之间的数据传输。此种插接的方式可以使电连接端与第一接口不容易脱离,从而改善两者连接时的可靠性。
另一种实施例中,电连接端和第一接口均为磁吸触点,在电子设备处于第一状态的情况下,电连接端与第一接口磁性相连。此种连接方式可以简化电连接端与第一接口的连接,从而实现摄像头模组100与设备主体200的快捷连接。可选地,为了进一步增强电连接端与第一接口连接时的可靠性,可以将两者均设置成环形磁吸触点,以此增加两者之间的连接面积,从而达到上述目的。
可选地,上述第一接口可以为充电接口,在摄像头模组100与设备主体200相连的情况下,设备主体200可以为摄像头模组100充电,从而保证摄 像头模组100的续航能力,以便于摄像头模组100的后续使用。或者,第一接口为数据传输接口,该数据传输接口可实现数据传输。当然,还可以使得第一接口同时作为充电接口和数据传输接口,从而简化电子设备的结构。可选地,这里的第一接口可以是USB接口,例如具体可以是Micro USB接口等。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)、电子游戏机等设备,本发明实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:
    设备主体;
    摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组可拆卸地与所述设备主体连接,在所述电子设备处于第一状态的情况下,所述摄像头模组安装在所述设备主体上,所述设备主体控制所述摄像头模组工作;在所述电子设备处于第二状态的情况下,所述摄像头模组与所述设备主体分离,所述摄像头模组独立于所述设备主体工作,或者,所述设备主体控制所述摄像头模组工作;
    弹性保护件,所述弹性保护件可拆卸地与所述摄像头模组相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述摄像头模组包括:
    摄像头支架;
    摄像头,所述摄像头设置于所述摄像头支架;
    电池,所述电池设置于所述摄像头支架,且所述电池与所述摄像头电连接;
    第一数据传输模块,所述第一数据传输模块设置于所述摄像头支架,且所述第一数据传输模块与所述摄像头电连接;
    其中,所述弹性保护件与所述摄像头支架可拆卸地相连,
    在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述摄像头通过所述第一数据传输模块与所述设备主体数据相连,所述弹性保护件连接于所述摄像头支架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述弹性保护件设有容纳腔和避让孔,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述摄像头支架和所述摄像头至少部分位于所述容纳腔内,所述摄像头朝向所述避让孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述弹性保护件包括第一保护体和第二保护体,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述第一保护体和所述第二保护体相连,以形成所述容纳腔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一保护体设有第一连接部,所述第二保护体设有第二连接部,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一保护体具有第一面,所述第一连接部设置于所述第一面,所述第二保护体具有第二面,所述第二连接部设置于所述第二面,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述第一面朝向所述第二面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部中,一者为卡接孔,另一者为卡接凸部;或者,
    所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部为适配的磁吸连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一保护体和所述第二保护体均为半球体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述弹性保护件的重心位于所述摄像头的光轴之外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述弹性保护件设有镂空部,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述镂空部位于所述光轴之上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述弹性保护件设有配重部,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述配重部位于所述光轴之下。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述摄像头模组还包括基座,所述基座具有支撑面,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述弹性保护件连接于所述基座背离所述支撑面的一侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其中,所述摄像头模组还包括弹性件,所述弹性件与所述基座相连,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述基座通过所述弹性件与所述弹性保护件相连。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述摄像头模组还包括磁吸部,所述磁吸部与所述弹性保护件相连,在所述电子设备处于所述第二状态的情况下,所述弹性保护件可通过所述磁吸部与外部部件磁性相连。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述设备主体设有容纳槽,所述摄像头模组设有第二数据传输模块,在所述电子设备处于所述第一状态的情况下,所述摄像头模组至少部分位于所述容纳槽内,所述摄像头通过所述第二数据传输模块与所述设备主体数据相连。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其中,所述设备主体设有第一接口,所述第二数据传输模块包括电连接端,
    在所述电子设备处于所述第一状态的情况下,所述电连接端与所述第一接口插接;或者,
    所述电连接端和所述第一接口均为磁吸触点,在所述电子设备处于所述第一状态的情况下,所述电连接端与所述第一接口磁性相连。
