本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备保护套和电子设备组件,以解决现有的电子设备保护套实用性不高的问题。以下将结合附图对此进行说明。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备保护套20适用于对电子设备进行保护,请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的电子设备组件的爆炸图。诸如电子设备组件可以包括电子设备10和电子设备保护套20,电子设备保护套20套设在电子设备10上,从而可以对电子设备10进行保护,其中,电子设备10可以是手机或者平板电脑等小型的电子设备。
需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,为了能充分利用电子设备保护套,通常会在保护套上设置支撑结构,从而方便将电子设备诸如手机或者平板电脑平稳的支撑在桌面上。
然而,还需要说明的是,现有的手机或者平板电脑为了提高用户的观感,通常会有横屏播放模式或者是竖屏播放模式以供用户自由选择,而现有的支撑结构对手机或者平板电脑进行支撑时通常只能适应横屏播放模式和竖屏播放模式中的一个,诸如支撑结构只能支撑在横屏播放模式下的手机或者平板电脑,实用性不高,不能满足用户需求。
基于此,为了提高电子设备保护套20的实用性,请参阅图2和图3并结合图1,图2为本申请实施例提供的电子设备保护套的结构示意图。图3为图2所示的电子设备保护套的第一种使用状态图。本申请实施例提供的电子设备保护套20包括套本体21和活动支撑部22,套本体21用于套设在电子设备10上,从而可以对电子设备10起到保护的作用。可以理解的,套本体21是与电子设备10相适配的,因此,电子设备10具有长边和短边时,套本体21也相应的具有长边和短边。活动支撑部22沿轴线23可转动地设置在套本体21背离电子设备10的一侧,轴线23相对于电子设备10的短边方向倾斜设置并与电子设备10的短边方向呈第二预设角度,也可以理解为,轴线23相对于套本体21的短边方向倾斜设置并与套本体21的短边方向呈第二预设角度。活动支撑部22能够贴合在套本体21上以及能够转动至与套本体21呈第一预设角度。当不需要活动支撑部22支撑电子设备10时,可以将活动支撑部22贴合在套本体21上,从而不会影响用户手持电子设备时的握持手感,当需要将电子设备10支撑于支撑面上时,可以将活动支撑部22转动至与套本体21呈第一预设角度,以使得活动支撑部22可以起到支撑电子设备10的作用,方便在桌面上观看电子设备10显示的内容。其中,本申请实施例中的活动支撑部22具有相邻的第一支撑边221和第二支撑边222,配合倾斜设置的轴线23,在活动支撑部22沿轴线23转动至与套本体21呈第一预设角度时,第一支撑边221和第二支撑边222能够择一支撑于支撑面上,即用户能够根据实际情况选择第一支撑边221和第二支撑边222中的其中之一支撑于支撑面上,当第一支撑边221支撑于支撑面上时,第一支撑边221能够与套本体21的短边配合以将套本体21倾斜支撑于支撑面上,当第二支撑边222支撑于支撑面上时,第二支撑边222能够与套本体21的长边配合以将套本体21倾斜支撑于支撑面上。不同的支撑边可以适用电子设备10不同的显示模式。诸如,电子设备10是竖屏播放时,请继续参阅图3,可以采用第一支撑边221进行支撑,当电子设备10是横屏播放时,如图4所示,图4为图2所示的电子设备保护套的第二种使用状态图。可以采用第二支撑边222进行支撑,实用性高。
可以理解的,轴线23相对于电子设备10的短边方向倾斜的角度,即第二预设角度可以根据实际情况进行设置。活动支撑部22转动后与套本体21之间的角度,即第一预设角度可以根据实际情况进行设置,其中,第二预设角度和第一预设角度的大小以当活动支撑部22转动后能稳定地支撑电子设备10并且电子设备10被支撑后倾斜的角度不影响观感为宜。示例性的,如图2所示,第二预设角度设置为θ,第二预设角度的取值范围可以是20°≤θ≤65°。如图4所示,第一预设角度设置为α,第一预设角度的取值范围可以是40°≤α≤85°。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书和权利要求书及附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别不同对象,而不是用于描述特定顺序,不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个特征。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及它们任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在一些实施例中,为了第一支撑边221和第二支撑边222支撑电子设备10时更加稳定,第一支撑边221与第二支撑边222大致垂直。
可以理解的,电子设备10大致呈长方体形状,具有长边和短边,为了在电子设备处于竖屏播放模式并由第一支撑边221进行支撑时第一支撑边221能更好的支撑在支撑面上,将第一支撑边221设置成与电子设备10的短边大致平行,可以理解的,将第一支撑边221设置成与电子设备10的短边大致平行是以活动支撑部22贴合在套本体21上而言,即活动支撑部22还未进行转动的状态。为了在电子设备处于横屏播放模式并由第二支撑边222进行支撑时第二支撑边222能更好的支撑在支撑面上,将第二支撑边222设置成与电子设备10的长边大致平行。可以理解的,将第二支撑边222设置成与电子设备10的长边大致平行是以活动支撑部22贴合在套本体21上而言,即活动支撑部22还未进行转动的状态。
在一些实施例中,为了在活动支撑部22转动至与套本体21呈第一预设角度时,能方便对活动支撑部22进行限位,以实现活动支撑部22的支撑功能,请参阅图5和图6并结合图2,图5为本申请实施例提供的贴合支撑部和活动支撑部的第一种状态示意图。图6为图5中A处的放大图。本申请实施例提供的电子设备保护套20还包括固定于套本体21上的贴合支撑部24,贴合支撑部24位于轴线23背离活动支撑部22的一侧,即轴线23将贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22隔开,贴合支撑部24与活动支撑部22间隔设置,贴合支撑部24靠近轴线23的一端具有第一限位部241,活动支撑部22靠近轴线23的一端具有第二限位部223,活动支撑部22转动至与套本体21呈第一预设角度时,第一限位部241与第二限位部223相抵。可以理解的,贴合支撑部24与活动支撑部22间隔设置,即两者之间具有间隙,从而不会妨碍贴合支撑部24的活动,直到当第一限位部241和第二限位部223相抵时,贴合支撑部24上的第一限位部241可以限制活动支撑部22继续转动,从而实现对活动支撑部22的限位。结构简单。
当然,对活动支撑部22进行限位的结构也可以是其他结构,诸如可以是活动支撑部22本身在转动时即具有阻尼,通过阻尼进行限位。
可以理解的,实现活动支撑部22可转动地设置在套本体21上的方式有多种,诸如活动支撑部22可以通过转动件可转动地设置在套本体21上。
在一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,贴合支撑部24与活动支撑部22之间通过柔性连接部251连接以使得活动支撑部22能相对于套本体21转动。此种结构无需在套本体21上设置转动连接结构,而是通过贴合支撑部24与活动支撑部22之间的连接实现活动支撑部22活动支撑部22能相对于套本体21转动,结构更加简单。
为了便于贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22的设置,并参阅图7并结合图5,图7为本申请实施例提供的贴合支撑部和活动支撑部的第二种状态示意图。本申请实施例提供的电子设备保护套20还包括柔性层25,柔性层25的一部分固定于套本体21上以形成固定端252,具体为固定于套本体21背离电子设备10的一侧以形成固定端252,柔性层25的另一部分形成自由端253,贴合支撑部24设置在固定端252,活动支撑部22设置在自由端253,柔性层25位于贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22之间的部分形成柔性连接部251。可以理解的,柔性层25具有一定的柔性,即柔性层25的自由端253可以进行摆动,从而当活动支撑部22设置在自由端253上时,活动支撑部22也可以进行活动,进而能相对于套本体21转动,贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22之间的柔性层25实现了贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22之间的可转动连接。
其中,贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22可以设置在柔性层25的表面,在一些实施例中,贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22也可以是被柔性层25所包裹,即柔性层25包裹在贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22外侧。示例性的,柔性层25可以是PU材质(即聚氨酯材质),贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22包裹在柔性层25内并通过热压的方式将三者熔接在一起,贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22之间间隔设置,使得位于贴合支撑部24和活动支撑部22间隙之间的柔性层25能形成柔性连接部。
可替代性的,贴合支撑部24、柔性层25和活动支撑部22一体成型,提高结构的紧凑性,也便于制作。
可以理解的,当需要使用活动支撑部22进行支撑时,可以将活动支撑部22往远离套本体21的方向转动,当不需要使用活动支撑部22时,可以将活动支撑部22收起贴合在套本体21上。
在一些实施例中,为了在活动支撑部22收起后不会随意往远离套本体21的方向转动,活动支撑部22被设置成能够临时性地固定在套本体21上以贴合于套本体21上,可以理解的,临时性地固定即当需要使用活动支撑部22进行支撑时,可以将活动支撑部22往远离套本体21的方向转动,当不需要使用活动支撑部22时,可以将活动支撑部22收起并固定在套本体21上。
示例性的,活动支撑部22可以通过磁吸的方式临时性固定于套本体21上。诸如活动支撑部22上设置有第一磁性件,套本体21上设置有第二磁性件,第一磁性件与第二磁性件能够吸合以使活动支撑部22临时性固定于套本体21上。其中,第一磁性件和第二磁性件可以均是磁铁,也可以是第一磁性件和第二磁性件中的其中一者是磁铁,另一者是可以被其吸附的铁。
在其他一些实施例中,活动支撑部22可以通过扣接的方式临时性固定于套本体21上。诸如,活动支撑部22上设置有第一卡扣,套本体21上设置有第一卡扣槽,第一卡扣能够与第一卡扣槽扣接以使活动支撑部22临时性固定于套本体21上;或,
活动支撑部22上设置有第二卡扣槽,套本体21上设置有第二卡扣,第二卡扣能够与第二卡扣槽扣接以使活动支撑部22临时性固定于套本体21上。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图8并结合图2,图8为图2所示的活动支撑部转动后的状态图。为了方便将活动支撑部22转动以朝远离套本体21的方向移动,可以在套本体21上设置避让槽211,避让槽211位于活动支撑部22的边缘下方以供手指伸入,避让槽211具有朝向活动支撑部22的开口,活动支撑部22贴合在套本体21上时遮盖避让槽211开口的一部分,从而当需要转动活动支撑部22时,手指可以伸入避让槽211内以方便将活动支撑部22抬起实现活动支撑部22的转动。
需要说明的是,有些用户在使用手机或者平板电脑时会使用触摸笔进行操作,触摸笔是独立于手机或者平板电脑的零部件,在不需要使用时存在收纳不方便的问题。
基于此,如图8所示,本申请实施例提供的电子设备保护套20可以在套本体21上设置用于收纳触摸笔的收纳槽212,诸如可以在套本体21的侧边设置收纳槽212,以方便收纳触摸笔。收纳槽212的具体结构可以根据触摸笔的形状和大小进行设计。当使用完触摸笔后可以将触摸笔收纳在收纳槽212内,实用方便。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子设备保护套,其包括:
    套本体,用于套设在电子设备上;以及
    活动支撑部,设置在所述套本体背离所述电子设备的一侧,所述活动支撑部能够贴合在所述套本体上以及能够沿轴线转动至与所述套本体呈第一预设角度,所述轴线相对于所述电子设备的短边方向倾斜设置;
    所述活动支撑部具有相邻的第一支撑边和第二支撑边,在所述活动支撑部转动至与所述套本体呈所述第一预设角度时,所述第一支撑边能够与所述套本体的短边配合以将所述套本体倾斜支撑于支撑面上,所述第二支撑边能够与所述套本体的长边配合以将所述套本体倾斜支撑于所述支撑面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述电子设备保护套还包括固定于所述套本体上的贴合支撑部,所述贴合支撑部位于所述轴线背离所述活动支撑部的一侧,所述贴合支撑部与所述活动支撑部间隔设置,所述贴合支撑部靠近所述轴线的一端具有第一限位部,所述活动支撑部靠近所述轴线的一端具有第二限位部,所述活动支撑部转动至与所述套本体呈第一预设角度时,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述贴合支撑部与所述活动支撑部之间通过柔性连接部连接以使所述活动支撑部能相对于所述套本体转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备保护套,所述电子设备保护套还包括柔性层,所述柔性层的一部分固定于所述套本体上以形成固定端,所述柔性层的另一部分形成自由端,所述贴合支撑部设置在所述固定端,所述活动支撑部设置在所述自由端,所述柔性层位于所述贴合支撑部和所述活动支撑部之间的部分形成所述柔性连接部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述柔性层包裹在所述贴合支撑部和所述活动支撑部外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述柔性层的材质为聚氨酯。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述贴合支撑部、所述柔性层和所述活动支撑部一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述活动支撑部能够临时性固定于所述套本体上以贴合于所述套本体上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述活动支撑部通过磁吸的方式临时性固定于所述套本体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述活动支撑部上设置有第一磁性件,所述套本体上设置有第二磁性件,所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件能够吸合以使所述活动支撑部临时性固定于所述套本体上。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述活动支撑部通过扣接的方式临时性固定于所述套本体上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述活动支撑部上设置有第一卡扣,所述套本体上设置有第一卡扣槽,所述第一卡扣能够与所述第一卡扣槽扣接以使所述活动支撑部临时性固定于所述套本体上;或,
    所述活动支撑部上设置有第二卡扣槽,所述套本体上设置有第二卡扣,所述第二卡扣能够与所述第二卡扣槽扣接以使所述活动支撑部临时性固定于所述套本体上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述套本体上设置避让槽,所述避让槽位于所述活动支撑部的边缘下方;所述避让槽具有开口,所述开口朝向所述活动支撑部。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述套本体上设置有收纳槽,所述收纳槽用于收纳触摸笔。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述第一支撑边与所述第二支撑边大致垂直。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述第一支撑边与所述电子设备的短边大致平行,所述第二支撑边与所述电子设备的长边大致平行。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述轴线与所述电子设备的短边方向呈第二预设角度,所述第二预设角度为θ,所述第二预设角度的取值范围为20°≤θ≤65°。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护套,其中,所述第一预设角度为α,所述第一预设角度的取值范围为40°≤α≤85°。
  19. 一种电子设备组件,其包括电子设备和电子设备保护套,所述电子设备保护套套设在所述电子设备上;
    所述电子设备保护套包括套本体,用于套设在电子设备上;活动支撑部,设置在所述套本体背离所述电子设备的一侧,所述活动支撑部能够贴合在所述套本体上以及能够沿轴线转动至与所述套本体呈第一预设角度,所述轴线相对于所述电子设备的短边方向倾斜设置;所述活动支撑部具有相邻的第一支撑边和第二支撑边,在所述活动支撑部转动至与所述套本体呈所述第一预设角度时,所述第一支撑边能够与所述套本体的短边配合以将所述套本体倾斜支撑于支撑面上,所述第二支撑边能够与所述套本体的长边配合以将所述套本体倾斜支撑于所述支撑面上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备组件,其中,所述电子设备保护套还包括固定于所述套本体上的贴合支撑部,所述贴合支撑部位于所述轴线背离所述活动支撑部的一侧,所述贴合支撑部与所述活动支撑部间隔设置,所述贴合支撑部靠近所述轴线的一端具有第一限位部,所述活动支撑部靠近所述轴线的一端具有第二限位部,所述活动支撑部转动至与所述套本体呈第一预设角度时,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部相抵。
