在其中一个实施例中,所述限位结构包括连接于所述支撑杆的第二限位柱以及开设于所述连接件的第二限位槽,所述第二限位柱能够在所述连接件相对于所述万向球转动时插设于所述第二限位槽并抵触于所述第二限位槽的槽壁,以限制所述连接件的转动幅度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述充电组件还包括连接于所述连接件并与所述控制组件电连接的第三无线充电线圈,所述控制组件能够控制所述第三无线充电线圈为连接于所述连接件的所述移动终端进行无线充电。
有益效果
本发明相对于现有技术的技术效果是:本支架在使用时可将充电架与控制组件插接,以便于支撑移动终端,此时控制组件能够控制充电组件为抵靠于充电架的移动终端进行充电,支架在不使用时,可消除充电架与控制组件的插接,并将充电架放置于收纳槽内,以实现充电架的收纳,这样充电架只在需要使用时安装于插接位置,在不需要使用时便能从插接位置移除,不仅节省了支架在不使用时所占用的空间,同时便于携带,避免充电架丢失。

请参阅图1和图4,本发明提供一种支架,包括支座、充电架、电连接组件及固定组件。
请参阅图1和图2,支座包括座本体、后盖及防护盖,座本体开设有用于收容充电架的收纳槽,后盖能够盖合于收纳槽。其中,支座具有朝上的支撑面及朝下的底面,收纳槽可开设于座本体的底面,收纳槽与充电架适配,充电架能够卡接于充电槽内,以防止充电架从收纳槽中脱落。当充电架收容于收纳槽时,后盖能够盖合于收纳槽的槽口,以使得充电架密封于收纳槽内,防灰防潮,在本实施例中,后盖卡接于收纳槽的槽口。
请参阅图5,座本体还具有容纳腔以及插接槽,插接槽连通至容纳腔。防护盖能够盖合于插接槽,并与座本体活动连接,活动连接的方式可以为转动连接,在本实施例中,活动连接方式为滑接,防护盖具有盖合于插接槽的盖合位置以及避让至少部分插接槽的避让位置,当防护盖处于避让位置时,插接槽的槽口未盖合部分的大小能够供充电座的插头插入。其中,插接槽开设于座本体的支撑面或侧面。
优选地,支座还包括连接于防护盖的弹性件,弹性件能够在防护盖处于避让位置时为防护盖提供朝向盖合位置运动的弹性力,以使得防护盖在离开盖合位置并撤去外力后,能够自动归位至盖合位置,以防止外界灰尘或杂物落入插接槽内。在充电座插入插接槽内,防护盖在弹性件的弹性力作用下弹性抵触于充电座,以进一步起到防护作用。
请参阅图3和图5,电连接机构包括控制组件及充电组件,控制组件与座本体相连并位于容纳腔内。控制组件包括控制电路板及电连接于控制电路板的插接座,控制电路板位于容纳腔内,插接座与插接槽相对设置,插接座可延伸出插接槽,也可位于插接槽内。在一些实施例中,控制组件还可包括连接于控制电路板的转接座,转接座用于与外部插头进行连接,以起到转接或充电作用,这样支架还可作为转接器使用,增加了支架的使用功能。其中,转接座包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,以适应不同插头的需求,提高了本支架的适用性。
请参阅图4,充电架具有与控制组件插接的插接位置,充电架能够插接于插接槽,并在插接于插接槽时处于插接位置,具体地,充电座能够在防护盖处于避让位置时插接于控制组件。充电架可穿过插接槽的槽口与插接座进行插接,此时插接槽的槽壁可为充电架与控制组件的插接起到了支撑作用,提高了插接座的使用寿命。其中,在处于插接位置时,充电座的插头与插接座插接,此时充电架能够支撑移动终端,且控制组件能够控制充电组件为抵靠于充电架的移动终端进行充电。充电架具有抵靠面,抵靠面用于供移动终端进行抵靠,以便于进行充电。具体地,抵靠面在充电架处于插接位置时与支撑面之间的夹角大于或等于90°,小于或等于180°,这样移动终端便能够通过重力作用抵靠于抵靠面。在本实施例中,抵靠面与支撑面之间的夹角为钝角。在一些实施例中,充电座能够可拆卸连接移动终端,如磁性吸合。在本实施例中,上述移动终端可以为智能手表。
本支架在使用时可将充电架与控制组件插接,以便于支撑移动终端,此时控制组件能够控制充电组件为抵靠于充电架的移动终端进行充电,支架在不使用时,可消除充电架与控制组件的插接,并将充电架放置于收纳槽内,以实现充电架的收纳,这样充电架只在需要使用时安装于插接位置,在不需要使用时便能从插接位置移除,不仅节省了支架在不使用时所占用的空间,同时便于携带,避免充电架丢失。
其中,当充电架处于插接位置,且移动终端抵靠于抵靠面时,充电组件可以对移动终端进行有线充电,也可进行无线充电。
在本实施例中,充电组件对移动终端进行无线充电。请参阅图5,具体地,充电组件包括连接于充电架的第一无线充电线圈及连接于座本体的第二无线充电线圈。
请参阅图5,第一无线充电线圈位于充电架的内腔中,并能够在充电架处于插接位置时与控制组件电连接,控制组件能够控制第一无线充电线圈为抵靠于充电架的移动终端进行无线充电。可以理解地,控制电路板通过插接座与第一无线充电线圈电连接,此时第一无线充电线圈能够为抵靠于抵靠面的移动终端进行无线充电。
请参阅图4和图5,座本体具有与第二无线充电线圈相对应的无线充电区域,该无线充电区域处于支撑面上,控制组件能够控制第二无线充电线圈为抵靠于无线充电区域的移动终端进行无线充电。可以理解地,控制电路板与第二无线充电线圈电连接,当移动终端被放置于无线充电区域时,第二无线充电线圈能够为该移动终端进行无线充电。上述移动终端可以为充电耳机盒、蓝牙耳机或手机。
为防止移动终端从无线充电区域掉落,无线充电区域开设有充电槽,充电槽用于对移动终端进行限位。
请参阅图1和图4,支架还包括用于可拆卸连接座本体的固定组件,固定组件用于可拆卸连接移动终端。此处的移动终端可以为手机、平板电脑等。固定组件的设置提高了支架的适用性,为更多的移动终端提供了连接位置。
请参阅图3,固定组件包括可拆卸连接于支座的支撑杆以及转动连接于支撑杆的连接件,支撑件用于支撑连接件,连接件用于可拆卸连接移动终端。连接件能够通过转动使得移动终端调整到用户所需的角度,以便于用户观看或操作。具体地,支撑杆于其远离座本体的端部设有万向球,万向球连接于支撑杆,连接件转动连接于万向球。上述可拆卸连接方式可以为夹持、卡接、粘结、磁吸等,在本实施例中,连接件上设有磁吸件,磁吸件能够通过磁吸力与移动终端或移动终端所连接的外壳磁性吸合,以对移动终端进行定位,实现了固定组件与移动终端的快速连接,无需刻意对准。
本支架能够单纯的通过固定组件对移动终端进行固定,还可以对固定在固定组件的移动终端进行充电。具体地,充电组件还包括连接于连接件并与控制组件电连接的第三无线充电线圈,控制组件能够控制第三无线充电线圈为连接于连接件的移动终端进行无线充电。支撑杆开设有通槽,第三无线充电线圈通过穿设于通槽的电导线与控制组件电连接。这样移动终端在被连接于连接件上时,还能够同时进行无线充电,实现了支架的多功能使用。
请参阅图3,连接件开设有与万向球适配的转动槽,万向球能够在转动槽内自由转动。转动槽可以为与万向球适配的球形槽,也可以为其槽壁及槽口的边沿与万向球相抵触以限制万向球的位置。为了防止连接件与万向球脱离,转动槽的槽口的宽度可小于万向球的直径,转动槽的深度大于万向球的半径,这样万向球的最大直径部分便位于转动槽内,万向球得以卡在转动槽内而不掉出。
请参阅图3,连接件包括用于可拆卸连接移动终端的固定部及连接于固定部的阻尼部,转动槽开设于阻尼部,阻尼部能够为万向球的转动提供阻尼力,以使得万向球在撤去外力后能够停留在当前位置。优选地,阻尼部为橡胶件。橡胶件具有弹性,能够弹性抵接万向球的外壁,以增大阻尼力。
在实际使用时,常用的移动终端的朝向范围较小,当连接件转动幅度很大时,若用户不慎误碰连接件,若连接件转动幅度过大还需要用户重新进行大角度调整,也就是说连接件的转动幅度无需过大。基于此,固定组件还包括限位结构,限位结构用于限制连接件相对于万向球的转动幅度。
在其中一个实施例中,请参阅图3,限位结构包括开设于万向球上的第一限位槽以及连接于连接件的第一限位柱,第一限位柱能够在连接件相对于万向球转动时插设于第一限位槽并抵触于第一限位槽的槽壁,以限制连接件的转动幅度。
其中,第一限位柱能够位于转动槽外,在第一限位槽转动至转动槽外时,第一限位柱能够抵触于限位槽的槽壁,以使得连接件停留于当前位置,实现对连接件转动幅度的限制。第一限位柱还能够延伸至转动槽内,此时在第一限位槽在转动至转动槽内时,第一限位柱能够抵触于限位槽的槽壁,以使得连接件停留于当前位置,实现对连接件转动幅度的限制。第一限位槽开设有至少两个,第一限位柱可对应设有两个,这样便能够对连接件实现两个方向的限位。第一限位柱可直接连接于连接件上,也可在阻尼部上设置限位板,第一限位柱连接于限位板上,以便于第一限位柱的固定。
在另一个实施例中,限位结构包括连接于支撑杆的第二限位柱以及开设于连接件的第二限位槽,第二限位柱能够在连接件相对于万向球转动时插设于第二限位槽并抵触于第二限位槽的槽壁,以限制连接件的转动幅度。
具体地,第二限位柱可连接于支撑杆背向座本体的连接端的端面或连接于万向球,第二限位柱朝向远离万向球的方向延伸。具体地,万向球设有连接孔,连接端穿设于连接孔内,当连接孔贯穿设置时,第二限位柱可连接于连接端并凸出于连接孔。其中,连接端的端面可与万向球的球面平齐。
具体地,第二限位槽开设于转动槽的槽底,本实施例中的支架通过设置第二限位槽使得第二限位柱的运动范围被限制在第二限位槽内,此时第二限位槽的槽壁便对第二限位柱的运动起到了限制作用,在第二限位柱抵触于第二限位槽的槽壁时连接件停止转动。这样,当用户误碰到连接件或固定在连接件上的移动终端时,连接件不会转动过大幅度,转动范围会被限制在第二限位槽的宽度范围内,用户可不必重新调整角度,或只需调整较小角度即可复位,便于用户使用。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种支架,其特征在于,包括支座、充电架及电连接组件,其中,
    所述支座包括座本体,所述座本体开设有用于收容所述充电架的收纳槽,所述电连接机构包括控制组件及充电组件,所述控制组件与所述座本体相连;
    所述充电架具有与所述控制组件插接的插接位置,其中,在处于所述插接位置时,所述充电架能够支撑移动终端,且所述控制组件能够控制所述充电组件为抵靠于所述充电架的所述移动终端进行充电。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述充电组件包括连接于所述充电架的第一无线充电线圈,所述第一无线充电线圈能够在所述充电架处于所述插接位置时与所述控制组件电连接,所述控制组件能够控制所述第一无线充电线圈为抵靠于所述充电架的所述移动终端进行无线充电。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述充电组件还包括连接于所述座本体的第二无线充电线圈,所述座本体具有与所述第二无线充电线圈相对应的无线充电区域,所述控制组件能够控制所述第二无线充电线圈为抵靠于所述无线充电区域的所述移动终端进行无线充电。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述无线充电区域开设有充电槽,所述充电槽用于对移动终端进行限位。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括能够盖合于所述收纳槽的后盖。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述座本体开设有插接槽,所述充电架能够插接于所述插接槽,并在插接于所述插接槽时处于所述插接位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支座还包括活动连接于所述座本体的防护盖,所述防护盖具有盖合于所述插接槽的盖合位置以及避让至少部分所述插接槽的避让位置,所述充电座能够在所述防护盖处于所述避让位置时插接于所述控制组件。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括控制电路板及电连接于所述控制电路板的插接座,所述插接座与所述插接槽相对设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述充电架具有抵靠面,所述支座具有朝上的支撑面,所述抵靠面在所述充电架处于所述插接位置时与所述支撑面之间的夹角大于或等于90°,小于或等于180°。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支架还包括用于可拆卸连接所述座本体的固定组件,所述固定组件用于可拆卸连接所述移动终端。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括可拆卸连接于所述支座的支撑杆以及转动连接于所述支撑杆的连接件,所述支撑件用于支撑所述连接件,所述连接件用于可拆卸连接所述移动终端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定组件还包括限位结构,所述支撑杆于其远离所述座本体的端部设有万向球,所述万向球连接于所述支撑杆,所述连接件转动连接于所述万向球,所述限位结构用于限制所述连接件相对于所述万向球的转动幅度。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括开设于所述万向球上的第一限位槽以及连接于所述连接件的第一限位柱,所述第一限位柱能够在所述连接件相对于所述万向球转动时插设于所述第一限位槽并抵触于所述第一限位槽的槽壁,以限制所述连接件的转动幅度。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括连接于所述支撑杆的第二限位柱以及开设于所述连接件的第二限位槽,所述第二限位柱能够在所述连接件相对于所述万向球转动时插设于所述第二限位槽并抵触于所述第二限位槽的槽壁,以限制所述连接件的转动幅度。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的支架,其特征在于,所述充电组件还包括连接于所述连接件并与所述控制组件电连接的第三无线充电线圈,所述控制组件能够控制所述第三无线充电线圈为连接于所述连接件的所述移动终端进行无线充电。
