本发明涉及色母粒加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种色母粒切粒装置。
背景技术
色母粒是由高比例的颜料或添加剂与热塑性树脂,经良好分散而成的塑料着色剂,其所选用的树脂对着色剂具有良好润湿和分散作用,并且与被着色材料具有良好的相容性,即:颜料加载体加添加剂等于色母粒。
目前色母粒在生产制造的过程中操作工序繁杂,浪费了大量的劳动力,现有的色母粒加工装置在出料时色母条的尺寸不均匀,且不能够对高温状态的色母条进行快速冷却,造成切割后的色母粒大小不一,由于直径不一致的条形色母料在切粒机内壁进行弯曲与刀片进行接触,造成机器卡死,影响工作效率的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中由于直径不一致的条形色母料在切粒机内壁进行弯曲与刀片进行接触,造成机器卡死,影响工作效率的问题,而提出的一种色母粒切粒装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种色母粒切粒装置,包括底座,所述底座上设有驱动机构,所述底座外壁固定连接有第一固定杆,所述第一固定杆远离底座的一端固定连接有第一料桶、第二料桶、水箱和工作台,所述第一料桶上转 动连接有第四转轴,所述第四转轴上固定连接有第三锥齿轮和搅拌齿,所述搅拌齿置于第一料桶内,所述第二料桶上转动连接有第二转轴,所述第二转轴上固定连接有第二带轮、第三带轮和螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片置于第二料桶内,所述第二料桶上设有出料口,所述工作台上设有上料机构和切割机构。
优选的,所述上料机构包括第二固定板,所述第二固定板固定连接在工作台的外壁,所述第二固定板上转动连接有第一齿轮、第二齿轮和第三齿轮,所述第一齿轮上固定连接有第七带轮,所述第二齿轮上固定连接有第三辊,所述第三齿轮上固定连接有第四辊,所述第一齿轮分别与第二齿轮和第三齿轮啮合相连。
优选的,所述切割机构包括第四固定板,所述第四固定板固定连接在工作台的外壁,所述第四固定板上固定连接有第六转轴,所述第六转轴上固定连接有第八锥齿轮和切割片。

1、该色母粒切粒装置,使用者在使用时,首先将配好的色母料放入第一料桶内,加热器对色母料溶液继续加热防止色母料凝固,启动电机,电机带动第一转轴转动,第一带轮通过皮带带动第三带轮转动,第二转轴上的第二带轮通过皮带带动第四带轮转动,与第四带轮同轴的第二锥齿轮带动第三锥齿轮转动,第四转轴转动带动搅拌齿对色母溶液进行搅拌,与此同时第二转轴上的螺旋叶片将第一料桶内的色母溶液推进到出料口,色母溶液被推进到第二料桶上的出料口处被 挤压出成为色母条。
2、该色母粒切粒装置,色母条经过水箱内的水进行冷却,使色母条形状固定,第一锥齿轮因为与第四锥齿轮相互啮合的关系,第一锥齿轮带动第四锥齿轮转动,第五转轴上的第五锥齿轮同时转动,第五锥齿轮带动第六锥齿轮转动,第六锥齿轮上的第五带轮通过皮带带动第六带轮转动,第六带轮通过皮带的带动第七带轮转动,第七带轮上的第一齿轮因为与第二齿轮和第三齿轮相互啮合的关系,第一齿轮带动第二齿轮和第三齿轮转动,第二齿轮上的第三辊和第三齿轮上的第四辊同时转动,第三辊和第四辊转动的同时对色母条进行上料。
3、该色母粒切粒装置,色母条穿过料管,第七锥齿轮因为与第八锥齿轮相互啮合的关系,第七锥齿轮带动第八锥齿轮转动,第六转轴上的切割片同时转动,对色母条进行切割,切割后的色母条成为色母粒由料管上的下料口滑落。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,本发明操作简单,被挤压出的色母条经过冷水冷却塑形,使色母条直径一致,极大地降低了切割片卡顿的风险,加快了生产进度,增加了企业的收益。

本发明中,使用者在使用时,首先将配好的色母料放入第一料桶6内,加热器601对色母料溶液继续加热防止色母料凝固,启动电机3,电机3带动第一转轴4转动,第一带轮402通过皮带带动第三带轮1102转动,第二转轴11上的第二带轮1101通过皮带带动第四带轮1201转动,与第四带轮1201同轴的第二锥齿轮1202带动第三锥齿轮1401转动,第四转轴14转动带动搅拌齿1402对色母溶液进行搅拌,与此同时第二转轴11上的螺旋叶片1103将第一料桶6内的色母溶液推进到出料口701,色母溶液被推进到第二料桶7上的出料口701处被挤压出成为色母条。
实施例2:
参照图1、图4和图5,一种色母粒切粒装置,包括底座1,底座1上设有驱动机构,底座1外壁固定连接有第一固定杆5,第一固定杆5远离底座1的一端固定连接有第一料桶6、第二料桶7、水箱8和工作台9,第一料桶6上转动连接有第四转轴14,第四转轴14上固定连接有第三锥齿轮1401和搅拌齿1402,搅拌齿1402置于第一料桶6内,第二料桶7上转动连接有第二转轴11,第二转轴11上固定连接有第二带轮1101、第三带轮1102和螺旋叶片1103,螺旋叶片1103置于第二料桶7内,第二料桶7上设有出料口701,工作台9上设有上料机构和切割机构。
上料机构包括第二固定板901,第二固定板901固定连接在工作 台9的外壁,第二固定板901上转动连接有第一齿轮19、第二齿轮20和第三齿轮21,第一齿轮19上固定连接有第七带轮1901,第二齿轮20上固定连接有第三辊2001,第三齿轮21上固定连接有第四辊2101,第一齿轮19分别与第二齿轮20和第三齿轮21啮合相连。

本发明中,色母条经过水箱8内的水进行冷却,使色母条形状固定,第一锥齿轮401因为与第四锥齿轮1501相互啮合的关系,第一锥齿轮401带动第四锥齿轮1501转动,第五转轴15上的第五锥齿轮1502同时转动,第五锥齿轮1502带动第六锥齿轮16转动,第六锥齿轮16上的第五带轮1601通过皮带带动第六带轮17转动,第六带轮17通过皮带的带动第七带轮1901转动,第七带轮1901上的第一齿轮19因为与第二齿轮20和第三齿轮21相互啮合的关系,第一齿轮19带动第二齿轮20和第三齿轮21转动,第二齿轮20上的第三辊2001和第三齿轮21上的第四辊2101同时转动,第三辊2001和第四辊2101转动的同时对色母条进行上料。
