- 一种色母粒切粒装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上设有驱动机构,所述底座(1)外壁固定连接有第一固定杆(5),所述第一固定杆(5)远离底座(1)的一端固定连接有第一料桶(6)、第二料桶(7)、水箱(8)和工作台(9),所述第一料桶(6)上转动连接有第四转轴(14),所述第四转轴(14)上固定连接有第三锥齿轮(1401)和搅拌齿(1402),所述搅拌齿(1402)置于第一料桶(6)内,所述第二料桶(7)上转动连接有第二转轴(11),所述第二转轴(11)上固定连接有第二带轮(1101)、第三带轮(1102)和螺旋叶片(1103),所述螺旋叶片(1103)置于第二料桶(7)内,所述第二料桶(7)上设有出料口(701),所述工作台(9)上设有上料机构和切割机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒切粒装置,其特征在于,所述上料机构包括第二固定板(901),所述第二固定板(901)固定连接在工作台(9)的外壁,所述第二固定板(901)上转动连接有第一齿轮(19)、第二齿轮(20)和第三齿轮(21),所述第一齿轮(19)上固定连接有第七带轮(1901),所述第二齿轮(20)上固定连接有第三辊(2001),所述第三齿轮(21)上固定连接有第四辊(2101),所述第一齿轮(19)分别与第二齿轮(20)和第三齿轮(21)啮合相连。

- 根据权利要求4所述的一种色母粒切粒装置,其特征在于,所述第一料桶(6)外壁固定连接有第六固定板(13),所述第六固定板(13)上转动连接有第三转轴(12),所述第三转轴(12)上固定连接有第四带轮(1201)和第二锥齿轮(1202),所述第二锥齿轮(1202)与第三锥齿轮(1401)啮合相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种色母粒切粒装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(9)上固定连接有第三固定板(902)和第五固定板(904),所述第三固定板(902)上转动连接有第六带轮(17),所述第六带轮(17)上固定连接有第七锥齿轮(1701),所述第五固定板(904)上转动连接有第五转轴(15),所述第五转轴(15)上固定连接有第四锥齿轮(1501)和第五锥齿轮(1502),所述第四锥齿轮(1501)与第一锥齿轮(401)啮合相连,所述第七锥齿轮(1701)与第八锥齿轮(1801)啮合相连。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种色母粒切粒装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(9)上转动连接有第六锥齿轮(16),所述第六锥齿轮(16)上固定连接有第五带轮(1601),所述第六锥齿轮(16)与第五锥齿 轮(1502)啮合相连,所述第一带轮(402)、第二带轮(1101)、第三带轮(1102)、第四带轮(1201)、第五带轮(1601)、第六带轮(17)和第七带轮(1901)均通过皮带相连。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种色母粒切粒装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(9)上固定连接有第二固定杆(10),所述第二固定杆(10)远离工作台(9)的一端固定连接有料管(22),所述料管(22)上设有避让槽(2201)和下料口(2202),所述切割片(1802)置于避让槽(2201)内。
