在其中一些实现形式中,所述刷柄壳体的一端的端面可以开设有与所述安装腔连通的连接孔,所述驱动电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端的端面可以设有电机轴,所述电机轴的远离所述驱动电机的一端可以穿设所述连接孔,所述第二缓冲件可以设置于所述连接孔中,且与所述连接孔的内壁抵紧,所述第二缓冲件可以具有套设孔,所述电机轴穿过所述套设孔设置。
在其中一些实现形式中,所述第二缓冲件可以为减震密封垫。
在其中一些实现形式中,所述第二缓冲件可以与所述连接孔的内壁过盈配合。
在其中一些实现形式中,所述第二缓冲件可以延伸有抵紧部,所述抵紧部可以位于所述安装腔中,所述抵紧部的一面与所述连接孔的内部边缘抵紧,另一面与所述电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端的端面抵紧。
在其中一些实现形式中,所述刷柄组件还可以包括支撑件,所述支撑件的一端与所述电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端的端面抵紧,另一端与所述抵紧部抵紧。
在其中一些实现形式中,所述刷柄装置还可以包括底盖,所述刷柄壳体的远离所述电机轴的一端开设有与所述安装腔连通的安装口,至少部分所述底盖活动穿设所述安装口,所述底盖可以套设有密封圈,所述密封圈可以与所述安装口的内壁抵紧。

在本申请的另一些实施例中,提供了一种电动牙刷,该电动牙刷可以包括牙刷头和上述实施例中的任一实施例所述的刷柄装置,所述刷柄壳体与所述牙刷头连接。
上述的刷柄装置及电动牙刷,刷柄装置的驱动电机设置在安装腔中,且驱动电机的两端分别与第一缓冲件和第二缓冲件连接,因此驱动电机与电池机构及刷柄壳体均不是直接硬性连接的,驱动电机在工作过程中相当于处于悬浮状态,因此提升了驱动电机的输出效 率,驱动电机的一端通过第一缓冲件实现与电池机构分隔软性连接,驱动电机的震动经过第一缓冲件的缓冲后只有较少的震动传递给电池机构,能有效减少电池机构的震动,即减少了刷柄壳体的震动,驱动电机的另一端的震动也通过第二缓冲件与安装腔的内壁连接,即另一端与刷柄壳体分隔软性连接,很有效地减少了驱动电机传递给刷柄壳体的震动,因此使得电动牙刷工作时震动较小。

在一个实施例中,一种刷柄装置,包括刷柄壳体、电池机构、驱动电机、第一缓冲件以及第二缓冲件。所述刷柄壳体的内部开设有安装腔;所述电池机构设置于所述安装腔中,且与所述安装腔的内壁连接;所述驱动电机位于所述安装腔中;所述第一缓冲件的一端与所述电池机构连接,另一端与所述驱动电机连接,所述驱动电机与所述电池机构电连接;所述第二缓冲件设置于所述安装腔的内壁上,所述驱动电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端与所述第二缓冲件连接。
如图1所示,一实施例的刷柄装置10,包括刷柄壳体100、电池机构200、驱动电机300、第一缓冲件400以及第二缓冲件500。所述刷柄壳体100的内部开设有安装腔101。所述电池机构200设置于所述安装腔101中,且与所述安装腔101的内壁连接。所述驱动电机300位于所述安装腔101中。所述第一缓冲件400的一端与所述电池机构200连接,另一端与所述驱动电机300连接,所述驱动电机300与所述电池机构200电连接。所述第二缓冲件500设置于所述安装腔101的内壁上,所述驱动电机300的远离所述第一缓冲件400的一端与所述第二缓冲件500连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电池机构200与所述驱动电机300通过PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly)进行电连接。可以理解的是,PCBA指的是印刷电路板空板经过表面组装技术上件,再经过DIP(双列直插式封装技术)插件的制程。
上述的刷柄装置10,刷柄装置10的驱动电机300设置在安装腔101中,且驱动电机300的两端分别与第一缓冲件400和第二缓冲件500连接,因此驱动电机300与电池机构200及刷柄壳体100均不是直接硬性连接的,驱动电机300在工作过程中相当于处于悬浮状态,因此提升了驱动电机300的输出效率,驱动电机300的一端通过第一缓冲件400实现与电池机构200分隔软性连接,驱动电机300的震动经过第一缓冲件400的缓冲后只有较少的震动传递给电池机构200,能有效减少电池机构200的震动,即减少了刷柄壳体100的震动,驱动电机300的另一端的震动也通过第二缓冲件500与安装腔101的内壁连接,即另一端与刷柄壳体100分隔软性连接,很有效地减少了驱动电机300传递给刷柄壳体100的震动,因此使得电动牙刷工作时震动较小。
为了便于电池机构200和驱动电机300分别与第一缓冲件400配合,在其中一个实施 例中,所述电池机构200的一端设有第一卡设部,所述电池机构200的另一端与所述安装腔101的内壁连接,所述第一缓冲件400的朝向所述电池机构200的一面设有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部与所述第二卡设部卡设配合;所述驱动电机300的一端设有第三卡设部,所述第一缓冲件400的朝向所所述驱动电机300的一面设有第四卡设部,所述第三卡设部与所述第四卡设部卡设配合,这样使得第一缓冲件400与电池机构200卡接,且与电池机构200卡接,这样使得电池机构200和驱动电机300分别与第一缓冲件400稳固连接,使得驱动电机300与电池机构200的连接稳固,而且便于拆卸和安装第一缓冲件400。
为了便于电池机构200和驱动电机300分别与第一缓冲件400卡设配合,在其中一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述电池机构200的邻近所述第一缓冲件400的一端设有第一卡接部201,所述第一卡设部为所述第一卡接部201,所述第一缓冲件400的朝向所述电池机构200的一面开设有第一卡槽401,所述第二卡设部为所述第一卡槽401,所述第一卡接部201卡设于所述第一卡槽401中;所述驱动电机300的朝向第一缓冲件400的一端设有第二卡接部301,所述第三卡设部为所述第二卡接部301,所述第一缓冲件400的朝向所述驱动电机300的一面开设有第二卡槽402,所述第四卡设部为所述第二卡槽402,所述第二卡接部301卡设于所述第二卡槽402中,通过卡接部和卡槽的配合,便于电池机构200和驱动电机300分别与第一缓冲件400卡设配合,而且是在第一缓冲件400上开设了第一卡槽401和第二卡槽402,避免了在电池机构200和驱动电机300上不便开设卡槽的问题,进一步便于电池机构200和驱动电机300分别与第一缓冲件400卡设配合。
为了进一步减小驱动电机300传递给电池机构200的震动,在其中一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述电池机构200包括电池210和连接件220,所述电池210的一端与所述安装腔101的内壁连接,另一端设有第一连接条211,所述连接条的远离所述电池210的一端与所述连接件220连接,所述连接件220与所述电池210之间具有间隔,所述连接件220的朝向所述第一缓冲件400的一面设有所述第一卡接部201,连接件220用于设置第一卡接部201,由于连接件220与电池210之间设置了第一连接条211,既起到连接电池210和连接件220的作用,又起到了间隔电池210和连接件220的作用,这样连接件220震动时会有些许摆幅,因此电池210接收的震动更小,因此传递给刷柄壳体100的震动更小。
为了减小电池机构200传递给刷柄壳体100的震动,在其中一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述电池机构200还包括安装件230,所述安装件230与所述安装腔101的内壁连接,所述电池210的远离所述连接件220的一端设有第二连接条212,所述连接条的远离所述电池210的一端与所述安装件230连接,所述安装件230与所述电池210之间具有间隔,这样安装件230与电池210之间设置了第二连接条212,既起到连接电池210和安装件230 的作用,又起到了间隔电池210和安装件230的作用,这样通过安装件230的缓冲,电池210传递给刷柄壳体100的震动更小。
为了避免驱动电机300的震动从电机轴310输出至刷柄壳体100,在其中一个实施例中,如图1和图3所示,所述刷柄壳体100的一端的端面开设有与所述安装腔101连通的连接孔102,所述驱动电机300的远离所述第一缓冲件400的一端的端面设有电机轴310,所述电机轴310的远离所述驱动电机300的一端穿设所述连接孔102,所述第二缓冲件500设置于所述连接孔102中,且与所述连接孔102的内壁抵紧,所述第二缓冲件500具有套设孔501,所述电机轴310穿过所述套设孔501设置,这样电机轴310与连接孔102的内壁没有直接接触,即与刷柄壳体100没有直接接触,而是通过第二缓冲件500进行间隔,抵消了电机轴310传递给刷柄壳体100的震动,而且可以对连接孔102进行径向密封,防止刷牙时水从连接孔102流进安装腔101而对驱动电机300及其他元件造成损坏,在本实施例中,所述第二缓冲件500为减震密封垫。在其中一个实施例中,所述第二缓冲件500与所述连接孔102的内壁过盈配合,这样保证了密封的效果。
为了使得第二缓冲件500能更好地对驱动电机300传递给刷柄壳体100的震动进行减震,在其中一个实施例中,如图1和图3所示,所述第二缓冲件500延伸有抵紧部510,所述抵紧部510位于所述安装腔101中,所述抵紧部510的一面与所述连接孔102的内部边缘抵紧,即抵紧部510的一面与靠近连接孔102的安装腔101的内壁部分,另一面与所述电机的远离所述第一缓冲件400的一端的端面抵紧,这样第二缓冲件500的抵紧部510可以抵消驱动电机300的端部传递的震动,进一步起到了减震的效果,能更好地对驱动电机300传递给刷柄壳体100的震动进行减震,而且起到了轴向密封的效果。
为了稳固设置第二缓冲件500,如图1和图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述刷柄组件还包括支撑件600,所述支撑件600的一端与所述电机的远离所述第一缓冲件400的一端的端面抵紧,另一端与所述抵紧部510抵紧,这样通过支撑件600能够将减震密封垫稳固设置在驱动电机300和连接孔102的内部边缘之间,保证了减震和密封的稳定性。
为了便于安装和拆卸电池机构200、驱动电机300及其他部件,同时保证刷柄壳体100的密封性,在其中一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述刷柄装置10还包括底盖700,所述刷柄壳体100的远离所述电机轴310的一端开设有与所述安装腔101连通的安装口103,至少部分所述底盖700活动穿设所述安装口103,所述底盖700套设有密封圈800,所述密封圈800与所述安装口103的内壁抵紧,这样底盖700可以活动穿设安装口103以对安装口103进行封设,这样便于从安装口103进行电池机构200、驱动电机300及其他部件的拆卸和安装,而且由于底盖700与安装口103的内壁之间具有密封圈800,分别抵紧安装口103的内壁和底盖700,实现对安装口103的密封。在其中一个实施例中,所述密封圈800与 所述安装口103的内壁过盈配合,这样保证了密封圈800的密封效果。
一种电动牙刷,包括牙刷头和如上述任一实施例所述的刷柄装置10,所述刷柄壳体100与所述牙刷头连接。
上述的电动牙刷,刷柄装置10的驱动电机300设置在安装腔101中,且驱动电机300的两端分别与第一缓冲件400和第二缓冲件500连接,因此驱动电机300与电池机构200及刷柄壳体100均不是直接硬性连接的,驱动电机300在工作过程中相当于处于悬浮状态,因此提升了驱动电机300的输出效率,驱动电机300的一端通过第一缓冲件400实现与电池机构200分隔软性连接,驱动电机300的震动经过第一缓冲件400的缓冲后只有较少的震动传递给电池机构200,能有效减少电池机构200的震动,即减少了刷柄壳体100的震动,驱动电机300的另一端的震动也通过第二缓冲件500与安装腔101的内壁连接,即另一端与刷柄壳体100分隔软性连接,很有效地减少了驱动电机300传递给刷柄壳体100的震动,因此使得电动牙刷工作时震动较小。
在本申请所有实施例中,“大”、“小”是相对而言的,“多”、“少”是相对而言的,“上”、“下”是相对而言的,对此类相对用语的表述方式,本申请实施例不再多加赘述。

工业实用性
本申请提供了一种刷柄装置及电动牙刷,刷柄装置包括刷柄壳体、电池机构、驱动电机、第一缓冲件以及第二缓冲件。刷柄壳体的内部开设有安装腔;电池机构设置于安装腔中,且与安装腔的内壁连接;驱动电机位于安装腔中;第一缓冲件的一端与电池机构连接,另一端与驱动电机连接,驱动电机与电池机构电连接;第二缓冲件设置于安装腔的内壁上,驱动电机的远离第一缓冲件的一端与第二缓冲件连接。上述的刷柄装置,驱动电机与电池 机构及刷柄壳体均不是直接硬性连接的,驱动电机在工作过程中相当于处于悬浮状态,因此提升了驱动电机的输出效率,有效地减少了驱动电机传递给刷柄壳体的震动,因此使得电动牙刷工作时震动较小。
此外,可以理解的是,本申请的刷柄装置及电动牙刷是可以重现的,并且可以用在工业应用中。例如,本申请的刷柄装置及电动牙刷可以用于电动牙刷技术领域。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种刷柄装置,其特征在于,包括:
    刷柄壳体,所述刷柄壳体的内部开设有安装腔;
    电池机构,所述电池机构设置于所述安装腔中,且与所述安装腔的内壁连接;
    驱动电机,所述驱动电机位于所述安装腔中;
    第一缓冲件,所述第一缓冲件的一端与所述电池机构连接,另一端与所述驱动电机连接,所述驱动电机与所述电池机构电连接;以及
    第二缓冲件,所述第二缓冲件设置于所述安装腔的内壁上,所述驱动电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端与所述第二缓冲件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述电池机构与所述驱动电机通过PCBA进行电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述电池机构的一端设有第一卡设部,所述电池机构的另一端与所述安装腔的内壁连接,所述第一缓冲件的朝向所述电池机构的一面设有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部与所述第二卡设部卡设配合;所述驱动电机的一端设有第三卡设部,所述第一缓冲件的朝向所所述驱动电机的一面设有第四卡设部,所述第三卡设部与所述第四卡设部卡设配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述电池机构的邻近所述第一缓冲件的一端设有第一卡接部,所述第一卡设部为所述第一卡接部,所述第一缓冲件的朝向所述电池机构的一面开设有第一卡槽,所述第二卡设部为所述第一卡槽,所述第一卡接部卡设于所述第一卡槽中;所述驱动电机的朝向第一缓冲件的一端设有第二卡接部,所述第三卡设部为所述第二卡接部,所述第一缓冲件的朝向所述驱动电机的一面开设有第二卡槽,所述第四卡设部为所述第二卡槽,所述第二卡接部卡设于所述第二卡槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述电池机构包括电池和连接件,所述电池的一端与所述安装腔的内壁连接,另一端设有第一连接条,所述连接条的远离所述电池的一端与所述连接件连接,所述连接件与所述电池之间具有间隔,所述连接件的朝向所述第一缓冲件的一面设有所述第一卡接部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述电池机构还包括安装件,所述安装件与所述安装腔的内壁连接,所述电池的远离所述连接件的一端设有第二连接条,所述连接条的远离所述电池的一端与所述安装件连接,所述安装件与所述电池之间具有间隔。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述刷柄壳体的一端的端面开设有与所述安装腔连通的连接孔,所述驱动电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端的端面设有电机轴,所述电机轴的远离所述驱动电机的一端穿设所述连接孔,所述第二缓冲件设置于所述连接孔中,且与所述连接孔的内壁抵紧,所述第二缓冲件具有套设孔,所述电机轴穿过所述套设孔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲件为减震密封垫。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲件与所述连接孔的内壁过盈配合。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中的任一项所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲件延伸有抵紧部,所述抵紧部位于所述安装腔中,所述抵紧部的一面与所述连接孔的内部边缘抵紧,另一面与所述电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端的端面抵紧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述刷柄组件还包括支撑件,所述支撑件的一端与所述电机的远离所述第一缓冲件的一端的端面抵紧,另一端与所述抵紧部抵紧。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11中的任一项所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述刷柄装置还包括底盖,所述刷柄壳体的远离所述电机轴的一端开设有与所述安装腔连通的安装口,至少部分所述底盖活动穿设所述安装口,所述底盖套设有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述安装口的内壁抵紧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的刷柄装置,其特征在于,所述密封圈与所述安装口的内壁过盈配合。
  14. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于包括牙刷头和根据权利要求1至13中的任一项所述的刷柄装置,所述刷柄壳体与所述牙刷头连接。
