上述的电动牙刷头及电动牙刷,由于在刷头壳体内部开设的容置腔中设置了配重件,即给刷头壳体的摆动配重,能有效降低与刷头壳体连接的刷柄的震动以及保证噪音尽可能小,而且由于配重件邻近刷毛端设置,即配重件远离连接端设置,因此避免影响传动轴对刷头壳体的带动作用,此外由于配重件是可拆卸设置在容置腔中的,因此便于更换不同的配重件以适应不同的减震减噪需求。

本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种电动牙刷,用于解决现有的电动牙刷头噪音较大、震动较大的问题。
在一个实施例中,一种电动牙刷头,可以包括刷头壳体、刷毛件以及配重件。沿所述刷头壳体的延伸方向,所述刷头壳体可以具有相对的刷毛端和连接端,所述连接端可以构造成与电动牙刷的刷柄的传动轴连接;所述刷头壳体内部可以开设有容置腔,所述容置腔开设的位置可以邻近所述刷毛端;所述刷毛件可以设置于所述刷毛端;所述配重件可拆卸设置于所述容置腔中,所述配重件位于所述容置腔中时,所述配重件可以邻近所述刷毛端。
如图1和图2所示,一实施例的电动牙刷头10,可以包括刷头壳体100、刷毛件200以及配重件300。沿所述刷头壳体100的延伸方向,所述刷头壳体100可以具有相对的刷毛端110和连接端120,所述连接端120可以用于与电动牙刷的刷柄的传动轴21连接。所述刷头壳体100内部可以开设有容置腔101,所述容置腔101开设的位置可以邻近所述刷毛端110。所述刷毛件200可以设置于所述刷毛端110;所述配重件300可拆卸设置于所述容置腔101中,所述配重件300位于所述容置腔101中时,所述配重件300可以邻近所述刷毛端110。在本实施例中,所述传动轴21带动所述刷头壳体100摆动。
上述的电动牙刷头10,由于在刷头壳体100内部开设的容置腔101中设置了配重件300,即给刷头壳体100的摆动配重,能有效降低与刷头壳体100连接的刷柄的震动以及保证噪音尽可能小, 而且由于配重件300邻近刷毛端110设置,即配重件300远离连接端120设置,因此避免影响传动轴21对刷头壳体100的带动作用,此外由于配重件300是可拆卸设置在容置腔101中的,因此便于更换不同的配重件300以适应不同的减震减噪需求。
为了便于在刷头壳体100的邻近所述刷毛端110的位置开设容置腔101、便于设置配重件300以及便于调整配重件300的位置,在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述容置腔101可以为条形状腔体,所述容置腔101的延伸方向可以与所述刷头壳体100的延伸方向平行。由于容置腔101可以为条形的,因此当配重件300不长时可以设置在容置腔101中的不同位置,从而改变刷头壳体100的重心,进而适应不同电动牙刷的动力输出需求,而且可以选用不同长度的配重件300,即可以选用不同重量的配重件300,从而也能改变刷头壳体100的重心,进而适应不同电动牙刷的动力输出需求;此外,为了方便使用者将刷毛端110及刷毛件200伸入口中进行刷牙,刷头壳体100的邻近刷毛端110的部分需要制造得较细,因此容置腔101设置成条形状的,不仅便于在刷头壳体100较细的部分的内部开设容置腔101,而且可以选用同样为条形状的配重件300设置在容置腔101中相对应,且能保证配重件300的重量,从而保证配重效果。
为了便于连接端120与刷柄的传动轴21连接从而方便安装电动牙刷头10,在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述连接端120的端面可以开设有安装口121,所述刷头壳体100的内部还可以开设有安装腔102,所述安装腔102可以与所述安装口121连通,所述安装腔102可以用于安装从所述安装口121活动穿设至所述安装腔102中的所述传动轴21,通过将传动轴21从安装口121伸入到安装腔102中,并将传动轴21设置在安装腔102中,使得刷头壳体100与传动轴21连接,从而使得电动牙刷头10与刷柄较好的连接,从而方便安装电动牙刷头10从刷柄上安装和拆卸,而且传动轴21伸入刷头壳体100内部,因此保证了传动轴21带动电动牙刷头10摆动的效果。
为了便于安装和拆卸配重件300,在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述安装腔102的远离所述安装口121的一端可以与所述容置腔101连通,由于容置腔101与安装腔102连通,也即与安装口121连通,因此可以将配重件300从安装口121取出,实现配重件300的拆卸,或者将配重件300从安装口121放进,直至到达容置腔101,实现配重件300的安装。
为了使得连接端120与传动轴21稳定连接,在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述安装腔102中可以设有内衬件400,所述内衬件400可以开设有安装孔401,所述安装孔401与所述安装腔102连通,所述安装孔401可以用于安装所述传动轴21,所述安装孔401的内壁可以用于与所述传动轴21抵紧,通过内衬件400的安装孔401的内壁与传动轴21抵紧,使得传动轴21与刷头壳体100的连接稳固,使得电动牙刷头10被传动轴21稳定带动进行摆动,保证了电动牙刷头10的清洁效果。在一个实施例中,所述内衬件400可以与所述安装腔102的内壁连接或者抵紧。在一个实施例中,所述内衬件400可拆卸设置于所述安装腔102中。
为了进一步保证连接端120与传动轴21稳定连接,在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述内衬件400可以包括相连接的内衬本体410和卡接部420,所述内衬本体410可以开设所述安装孔401,所述卡接部420可以用于卡设于所述传动轴21上开设的卡槽中,在传动轴21设置在安装孔401中且 与安装孔401的内壁抵紧时,内衬本体410上的卡接部420卡设在传动轴21上的卡槽中,进一步保证传动轴21与内衬本体410的紧密且稳固地连接,进一步保证了连接端120与传动轴21稳定连接;而且将卡接部420设置在内衬本体410上,即卡槽开设在传动轴21上,这样传动轴21设置的不是卡接部420,而是卡槽,因此便于传动轴21穿过安装口121进入到安装腔102中以及安装孔401中,也便于传动轴21从安装口121脱离出去。在一个实施例中,所述卡接部420可以凸设于所述安装孔401的内壁,所述卡槽可以开设于所述传动轴21的侧面,这样便于卡接部420与卡槽相配合。在一个实施例中,所述卡接部420可以位于所述安装孔401的内部边缘。
为了便于卡接部420与卡槽解除配合,在一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述卡接部420可以为楔形结构,所述卡接部420可以用于与楔形的所述卡槽相配合,这样在传动轴21从安装孔401脱离的过程中,楔形的卡接部420便于从楔形的卡槽中滑出,便于卡接部420与卡槽解除配合,从而便于内衬件400与传动轴21脱离连接,即便于电动牙刷头10与传动轴21脱离连接。
为了更加便于安装和拆卸配重件300,在一个实施例中,所述刷头壳体100的侧面还可以开设有开口,所述开口可以与所述容置腔101连通,所述刷头杆还可以包括密封盖,所述密封盖可以与所述刷头壳体100连接,且所述密封盖可以活动封设所述开口,由于在刷头壳体100的侧面开设了开口,且开口与容置腔101连通,因此可以从开口进行配重件300的安装和拆卸,即可以进行配重件300的更换,从而可以适应不同电动牙刷的动力输出要求,对于从开口处拆装配重件300,更加方便快捷,密封盖则可以在安装好配重件300后将开口封住,防尘防水。为了保证配重件300可拆卸的同时又能使得配重件300可以稳固设置在容置腔101中,在一个实施例中,所述配重件300可以卡设于所述容置腔101中或者粘接于所述容置腔101的内壁上,这样保证了配重件300可拆卸的同时又能使得配重件300可以稳固设置在容置腔101中,避免刷头壳体100摆动时使得配重件300在容置腔101中发生碰撞,使得电动牙刷头10整体可以稳定摆动。
为了便于刷毛件200牢固设置在刷毛端110且便于更换刷毛件200,在一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述刷毛件200可以包括连接部210和多个刷毛部220,所述连接部210可以包括相背的安装面211和连接面212,所述刷毛端110的侧面可以开设有安装槽111,所述连接部210可以位于所述安装槽111中,且可以与所述安装槽111的内壁可拆卸连接,所述安装面211与所述安装槽111的底部可拆卸连接,所述刷毛部220可以设置于所述连接面212上,这样使得刷毛部220设置在刷毛端110的侧面,便于刷毛端110摆动时,刷毛部220能有效清洁到牙齿;通过连接部210设置在安装槽111中,使得刷毛件200牢固地设置在刷毛端110,而且连接部210可拆卸设置在安装槽111中,因此便于更换刷毛件200。在一个实施例中,所述连接部210可以卡设于所述安装槽111中或者所述连接部210与所述安装槽111的内壁粘接,这样保证了刷毛件200可拆卸又能使得刷毛件200稳固设置在安装槽111中。在一个实施例中,所述连接部210位于所述安装槽111中时,所述连接面212可以与所述刷毛端110的侧面齐平,这样使得刷毛端110的侧面没有凸起或者凹陷,整体平滑,避免对使用者的口腔造成伤害。
如图3所示,一种电动牙刷30,可以包括刷柄20和如上述任一实施例所述的电动牙刷头10, 所述刷柄20上可以设有传动轴21,所述连接端120可以与所述传动轴21的远离所述刷柄20的一端连接。
上述的电动牙刷30,可以包括电动牙刷头10,由于在刷头壳体100内部开设的容置腔101中设置了配重件300,即给刷头壳体100的摆动配重,能有效降低与刷头壳体100连接的刷柄20的震动以及保证噪音尽可能小,而且由于配重件300邻近刷毛端110设置,即配重件300远离连接端120设置,因此避免影响传动轴21对刷头壳体100的带动作用,此外由于配重件300是可拆卸设置在容置腔101中的,因此便于更换不同的配重件300以适应不同的减震减噪需求。
为了进一步保证连接端120与传动轴21稳定连接,在一个实施例中,所述内衬件400可以包括相连接的内衬本体410和卡接部420,所述内衬本体410可以开设所述安装孔401,所述传动轴21可以开设有卡槽,所述卡接部420可以卡设于所述卡槽中,在传动轴21设置在安装孔401中且与安装孔401的内壁抵紧时,内衬本体410上的卡接部420可以卡设在传动轴21上的卡槽中,进一步保证传动轴21与内衬本体410的紧密且稳固地连接,进一步保证了连接端120与传动轴21稳定连接;而且将卡接部420设置在内衬本体410上,即卡槽开设在传动轴21上,这样传动轴21设置的不是卡接部420,而是卡槽,因此便于传动轴21穿过安装口121进入到安装腔102中以及安装孔401中,也便于传动轴21从安装口121脱离出去。在一个实施例中,所述卡接部420可以凸设于所述安装孔401的内壁,所述卡槽可以开设于所述传动轴21的侧面,这样便于卡接部420与卡槽相配合。
为了便于卡接部420与卡槽解除配合,在一个实施例中,所述卡接部420可以为楔形结构,所述卡槽为楔形槽,所述卡接部420可以与楔形的所述卡槽相配合,这样在传动轴21从安装孔401脱离的过程中,楔形的卡接部420便于从楔形的卡槽中滑出,便于卡接部420与卡槽解除配合,从而便于内衬件400与传动轴21脱离连接,即便于电动牙刷头10与传动轴21脱离连接。在一个实施例中,所述卡接部420的纵截面和所述卡槽的纵截面可以分别为三角形状。
在本申请所有实施例中,“大”、“小”是相对而言的,“多”、“少”是相对而言的,“上”、“下”是相对而言的,对此类相对用语的表述方式,本申请实施例不再多加赘述。
应理解,说明书通篇中提到的“在本实施例中”、“本申请实施例中”或“作为一种可选的实施方式”意味着与实施例有关的特定特征、结构或特性包括在本申请的至少一个实施例中。因此,在整个说明书各处出现的“在本实施例中”、“本申请实施例中”或“作为一种可选的实施方式”未必一定指相同的实施例。此外,这些特定特征、结构或特性可以以任意适合的方式结合在一个或多个实施例中。本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于可选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本申请所必须的。

工业实用性
本申请提供了电动牙刷头及电动牙刷,由于在刷头壳体内部开设的容置腔中设置了配重件,即给刷头壳体的摆动配重,能有效降低与刷头壳体连接的刷柄的震动以及保证噪音尽可能小,而且由于配重件邻近刷毛端设置,即配重件远离连接端设置,因此避免影响传动轴对刷头壳体的带动作用,此外由于配重件是可拆卸设置在容置腔中的,因此便于更换不同的配重件以适应不同的减震减噪需求。
此外,可以理解的是,本申请的配重件、电动牙刷头是可以重现的,并且可以应用在多种工业应用中。例如,本申请的配重件可以应用于需要减少震动和噪音的电动牙刷头中。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,包括:
    刷头壳体,沿所述刷头壳体的延伸方向,所述刷头壳体具有相对的刷毛端和连接端,所述连接端构造成与电动牙刷的刷柄的传动轴连接;所述刷头壳体内部开设有容置腔,所述容置腔开设的位置邻近所述刷毛端;
    刷毛件,所述刷毛件设置于所述刷毛端;
    配重件,所述配重件可拆卸设置于所述容置腔中,所述配重件位于所述容置腔中时,所述配重件邻近所述刷毛端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述容置腔为条形状腔体,所述容置腔的延伸方向与所述刷头壳体的延伸方向平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述连接端的端面开设有安装口,所述刷头壳体的内部还开设有安装腔,所述安装腔与所述安装口连通,所述安装腔构造成安装从所述安装口活动穿设至所述安装腔中的所述传动轴。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述安装腔的远离所述安装口的一端与所述容置腔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述安装腔中设有内衬件,所述内衬件开设有安装孔,所述安装孔与所述安装腔连通,所述安装孔构造成安装所述传动轴,所述安装孔的内壁构造成与所述传动轴抵紧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述内衬件与所述安装腔的内壁连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述内衬件可拆卸地设置于所述安装腔中。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述内衬件包括相连接的内衬本体和卡接部,所述内衬本体开设所述安装孔,所述卡接部构造成卡设于所述传动轴上开设的卡槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述卡接部凸设于所述安装孔的内壁,所述卡槽开设于所述传动轴的侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述卡接部为楔形结构,所述卡接部构造成与楔形的所述卡槽相配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述刷头壳体的侧面还开设有开口,所述开口与所述容置腔连通,所述刷头杆还包括密封盖,所述密封盖与所述刷头壳体连接,且所述密封盖活动封设所述开口。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述配重件卡设于所述容置腔中或者粘接于所述容置腔的内壁上。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中的任一项所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述刷毛件包括连接部和多个刷毛部,所述连接部包括相背的安装面和连接面,所述刷毛端的侧面开设有安装槽,所述连接部位于所述安装槽中,且与所述安装槽的内壁可拆卸连接,所述安装面与所述安装槽的底部可拆卸连接,所述刷毛部设置于所述连接面上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述连接部卡设于所述安装槽中或者所述连接部与所述安装槽的内壁粘接。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的电动牙刷头,其特征在于,在所述连接部位于所述安装槽的情况下,所述连接面与所述刷毛端的侧面齐平。
  16. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括刷柄和如权利要求1至15中任一项所述的电动牙刷头,所述刷柄上设有传动轴,所述连接端与所述传动轴的远离所述刷柄的一端连接。
