可选地,所述电动牙刷还可以包括卡紧弹簧,所述头部密封件可以设置有卡紧环面,所述卡紧弹簧可以装配在所述头部密封件的卡紧环面上,所述电机轴与所述头部密封件之间可以过盈装配,所述电机轴上可以设置有电机轴内陷槽。
在上述实现过程中,电机轴与头部密封件使用了过盈配合,可有效防止外侧液体从电机轴进入该电动牙刷的内部;通过卡紧弹簧进行固定,可使头部密封件与电机轴在径向上紧密装配,并能够防止头部密封件的轴向滑动;卡紧弹簧装配在头部密封件的卡紧环面上;同时,在电机轴上开有电机轴内陷槽,可进一步提高并保证电机轴的密封性。
可选地,所述电动牙刷还可以包括密封圈,所述密封圈可以设置于所述底盖和所述外壳之间。
在上述实现过程中,密封圈可以使底盖和外壳结合更加紧密,防止液体从底盖和外壳的缝隙处进入外壳的内部,造成电池组件的短路或损坏,提高该电动牙刷的使用可靠性。
可选地,所述电动牙刷还可以包括支撑弹簧和连接件;
所述支撑弹簧可以设置于所述电机组件和电池组件之间;
所述连接件的一端可以设置于所述支撑弹簧的上方,可以连接在所述电池组件上,所述连接件的另一端可以设置于所述电机轴上,连接所述电机组件。
在上述实现过程中,电机组件与电池组件之间通过支撑弹簧,实现柔性连接,即两者之间使用了支撑弹簧进行装配,从而能有效减少电机组件的震动传递到电池组件上;通过连接件,整个电机组件处于悬浮状态下,即悬浮于外壳的内部,与外壳无直接接触,既能防止电机震动传递到外壳上,也能保证大部分的震动传递到刷头,从而提高刷牙效率。
可选地,在所述电机组件的径向两侧设置有减震海绵。
可选地,所述电动牙刷还可以包括电机头套,所述电机头套可以设置于所述电机轴上。
在上述实现过程中,电机头套可有效减少电机组件的震动传递到连接件上,保证更多的震动传递到刷头,提高刷牙效率。
可选地,所述电池组件的一侧可以设置有减震海绵,所述电池组件的另一侧可以设置有减震垫。
在上述实现过程中,为防止电池组件的震动传递到外壳上,以及在该电动牙刷意外跌落时保护电池组件,在电池组件的一侧设置有减震垫,另一侧设置有减震海绵。通过上述结构,可以使得电池组件和外壳之间实现缓冲,从而防止电池组件的震动传递到外壳上,保证更多的震动传递到刷头,提高刷头的震动效率,进而提高刷牙效率;此外,还可以在在该电动牙刷意外跌落或撞击时保护电池组件不被损坏,提高可靠性。

本申请实施例提供的一种电动牙刷,可以应用于日常生活领域;该电动牙刷中,刷头与刷头内衬通过过盈卡紧进行装配,电机组件通过电机轴上的电机轴卡槽与刷头内衬上的内衬卡筋进行扣紧装配,在电机轴上设有电机轴插接面,对应在刷头内衬上设置与之装配的内衬防呆筋,可以防止刷头装反,降低错误安装的几率,从而提高安装效率;上述安装结构可以使刷头卡紧,实现紧固安装;同时,电池组件与电机组件柔性连接,能有效减少电机组件的震动传递到电池组件上,保证更多的震动传递到刷头,提高刷牙效率。
请参见图1a、图1b和图2a、图2b,图1a为本申请实施例提供的一种电动牙刷的示意性结构图,图1b为本申请实施例提供的外壳和刷头的示意性结构图,图2a为本申请实施例提供的一种电动牙刷的示意性左视图,图2b为本申请实施例提供的一种电动牙刷的示意性剖面图,该电动牙刷包括刷头100、刷头内衬200、电机组件300和电池组件400。
应理解,图2b所示电动牙刷剖视图的剖面,为图1a中所示电动牙刷的剖面A-A。
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种电动牙刷,该电动牙刷可以实现紧固安装,以及提高刷牙效率的技术效果。
示例性地,刷头100和刷头内衬200可以通过过盈装配相互卡紧。
示例性地,在机械安装过程中,有许多零件间需要紧密配合,用以防止连接脱落或传递大的扭矩,过盈配合就是利用材料的弹性使孔扩大、变形而套在轴上,当孔复原时产生对轴的箍紧力,使两零件连接。在过盈配合公差带图中,孔的公差带在轴的公差带之下。根据相互结合的孔、轴公差带不同的相对位置关系,可形成过盈配合。其中。具有过盈(包括最小过盈等于零)的配合称为过盈配合。此时,孔的公差带在轴的公差带之下,孔的尺寸减去轴的尺寸所得的代数差为负。过盈配合连接的特点是结构简单、对中性好、承载能力大、对轴及轮毂的强度削弱小、耐冲击性好。
示例性地,电机组件300可以包括电机310和电机轴320,电机310可以驱动电机轴320,电机轴320上可以设置有电机轴插接面和电机轴卡槽,刷头内衬200上可以设置有内衬卡筋和内衬防呆筋,电机轴卡槽与内衬卡筋相互扣紧,电机轴插接面与内衬防呆筋装配;
示例性地,电池组件400可以与电机组件300柔性连接,用于给电机组件300供电。
在一些实施方式中,电池组件400可以使用镍氢电池或锂电池。应理解,此处仅作为示例而非限定,电池组件400也可以使用其他类型的电池。
在一些实施场景中,该电动牙刷可以应用于日常生活领域;该电动牙刷的刷头100与刷头内衬200可以通过过盈卡紧进行装配,电机组件300通过电机轴320上的电机轴卡槽322与刷头内衬200上的内衬卡筋210进行扣紧装配,在电机轴320上可以设有电机轴插接面321,对应在刷头内衬200上设置与之装配的内衬防呆筋220,可以防止刷头100装反,降低错误安装的几率,从而提高安装效率;上述安装结构可以使刷头100卡紧,实现紧固安装;同时,电池组件400与电机组件300柔性连接,能有效减少电机组件300的震动传递到电池组件400上,从而保证更多的震动传递到刷头100,提高刷牙效率。
请参见图3,图3为本申请实施例提供的一种电机轴的局部放大图。
示例性地,电机组件300可以包括电机310和电机轴320,电机310可以驱动电机轴320,电机轴320上可以设置有电机轴插接面321和电机轴卡槽322,刷头内衬200上可以设置有内衬卡筋210和内衬防呆筋220,电机轴卡槽322与内衬卡筋210相互扣紧,电机轴插接面321可以与内衬防呆筋220装配。
在一些实施方式中,电机轴卡槽322可以设置于电机轴插接面321的下方。
示例性地,电机轴卡槽322可以设置于电机轴插接面321的下方,可优化电机组件300各个零件的安装步骤,方便安装。
可选地,电动牙刷还可以包括外壳510和底盖520,电池组件400和电机组件300可以设置于外壳510的内部,刷头100可以设置于外壳510的一端,底盖520可以设置于外壳510的另一端。
示例性地,外壳510可以用于使电动牙刷成为一个整体,将电机组件300和电池组件400安装在内部,底盖520和刷头100可以分别设置于外壳510的两端,且外壳510使电动牙刷方便抓握,实用性得以提高。
在一些实施方式中,电动牙刷还可以包括头部密封件330,头部密封件330可以设置于外壳510与刷头100的连接处,且头部密封件330与外壳510之间可以过盈装配。
示例性地,牙刷外壳510的头部使用头部密封件330进行密封,可有效防止在使用该电动牙刷进行刷牙时,液体渗入到该电动牙刷的外壳510内部;同时,头部密封件330与外壳510之间使用过盈装配,可防止液体从头部密封件330与外壳510的径向位置进入外壳510内部,从而提高该电动牙刷的密封性能。
在一些实施方式中,外壳510上可以设置有密封筋,密封筋与头部密封件330之间可以过盈装配。
示例性地,外壳510上可以设置有密封筋,密封筋与头部密封件330之间可以使用过盈配合,可有效防止在轴向位置上液体透过径向过盈位置进入内部,提高该电动牙刷的密封性能,从而提高该电动牙刷的可靠性。
请参见图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的一种电机轴的另一局部放大图。
示例性地,电动牙刷还可以包括卡紧弹簧340,头部密封件330可以设置有卡紧环面331,卡紧弹簧340可以装配在头部密封件330的卡紧环面331上,电机轴320与头部密封件330之间可以过盈装配,电机轴320上可以设置有电机轴内陷槽323。
示例性地,电机轴320与头部密封件330使用了过盈配合,可有效防止外侧液体从电机轴320进入该电动牙刷的内部;通过卡紧弹簧340进行固定,可使头部密封件330与电机轴320在径向上紧密装配,并能够防止头部密封件330的轴向滑动;卡紧弹簧340装配在头部密封件330的卡紧环面331上;同时,在电机轴320上开有电机轴内陷槽323,可进一步提高并保证电机轴320的密封性。
在一些实施方式中,电动牙刷还可以包括密封圈530,密封圈530可以设置于底盖520和外壳 510之间。
示例性地,密封圈530可以使底盖520和外壳510结合更加紧密,防止液体从底盖520和外壳510的缝隙处进入外壳510的内部,造成电池组件的短路或损坏,提高该电动牙刷的使用可靠性。
在一些实施方式中,电动牙刷还可以包括支撑弹簧600和连接件700;其中,支撑弹簧600可以设置于电机组件300和电池组件400之间;连接件700的一端可以设置于支撑弹簧600的上方,连接在电池组件400上,连接件700的另一端可以设置于电机轴320上,连接电机组件300。
示例性地,电机组件与电池组件之间通过支撑弹簧600,实现柔性连接,即两者之间使用了支撑弹簧600进行装配,从而能有效减少电机组件300的震动传递到电池组件400上;可选地,在电机组件300的径向两侧设置有减震海绵,能够减少电机组件300与外壳510之间的震动传递;为保证电机组件的轴向同轴性,使用了连接件700进行连接;通过连接件700,整个电机组件300处于悬浮状态下,即悬浮于外壳510的内部,与外壳510无直接接触,既能防止电机震动传递到外壳510上,也能保证大部分的震动传递到刷头100,从而提高刷牙效率。
在一些实施方式中,电动牙刷还可以包括电机头套350,电机头套350可以设置于电机轴320上。
示例性地,电机头套350可有效减少电机组件300的震动传递到连接件700上,保证更多的震动传递到刷头,提高刷牙效率。
在一些实施方式中,电池组件400的一侧可以设置有减震海绵410,电池组件的另一侧可以设置有减震垫420。
示例性地,为防止电池组件400的震动传递到外壳510上,以及在该电动牙刷意外跌落时保护电池组件400,在电池组件400的一侧设置有减震垫420,另一侧设置有减震海绵410。通过上述结构,可以使得电池组件400和外壳510之间实现缓冲,从而防止电池组件400的震动传递到外壳510上,保证更多的震动传递到刷头100,提高刷头100的震动效率,进而提高刷牙效率;此外,还可以在在该电动牙刷意外跌落或撞击时保护电池组件400不被损坏,提高可靠性。
在本申请所有实施例中,“大”、“小”是相对而言的,“多”、“少”是相对而言的,“上”、“下”是相对而言的,对此类相对用语的表述方式,本申请实施例不再多加赘述。

本申请提供了一种电动牙刷,该电动牙刷的刷头与刷头内衬通过过盈卡紧进行装配,电机组件通过电机轴上的电机轴卡槽与刷头内衬上的内衬卡筋进行扣紧装配,在电机轴上设有电机轴插接面,对应在刷头内衬上设置与之装配的内衬防呆筋,可以防止刷头装反,降低错误安装的几率,从而提高安装效率;上述安装结构可以使刷头卡紧,实现紧固安装;同时,电池组件与电机组件柔性连接,能有效减少电机组件的震动传递到电池组件上,保证更多的震动传递到刷头,提高刷牙效率。
此外,可以理解的是,本申请的刷头、刷头内衬、电池组件、电机组件等是可以重现的,并且可以应用在多种工业应用中。例如,本申请的刷头、刷头内衬、电机组件可以应用于需要提高刷牙效率的电动牙刷中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括刷头、刷头内衬、电机组件、电池组件;
    所述刷头和所述刷头内衬通过过盈装配相互卡紧;
    所述电机组件包括电机和电机轴,所述电机驱动所述电机轴,所述电机轴上设置有电机轴插接面和电机轴卡槽,所述刷头内衬上设置有内衬卡筋和内衬防呆筋,所述电机轴卡槽与所述内衬卡筋相互扣紧,所述电机轴插接面与所述内衬防呆筋装配;
    所述电池组件与所述电机组件柔性连接,配置成给所述电机组件供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电机轴卡槽设置于所述电机轴插接面的下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括外壳和底盖,所述电池组件和所述电机组件设置于所述外壳的内部,所述刷头设置于所述外壳的一端,所述底盖设置于所述外壳的另一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括头部密封件,所述头部密封件设置于所述外壳与所述刷头的连接处,且所述头部密封件与所述外壳之间过盈装配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述外壳上设置有密封筋,所述密封筋与所述头部密封件之间过盈装配。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括卡紧弹簧,所述头部密封件设置有卡紧环面,所述卡紧弹簧装配在所述头部密封件的卡紧环面上,所述电机轴与所述头部密封件之间过盈装配,所述电机轴上设置有电机轴内陷槽。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述底盖和所述外壳之间。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括支撑弹簧和连接件;
    所述支撑弹簧设置于所述电机组件和电池组件之间;
    所述连接件的一端设置于所述支撑弹簧的上方,连接在所述电池组件上,所述连接件的另一端设置于所述电机轴上,连接所述电机组件。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,在所述电机组件的径向两侧设置有减震海绵。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,通过所述连接件,整个所述电机组件悬浮于所述外壳的内部并且与所述外壳无直接接触。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括电机头套,所述电机头套设置于所述电机轴上。
  12. 根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电池组件的一侧设置有减震海绵,所述电池组件的另一侧设置有减震垫。
