- the cooking utensil 10 includes a accommodating cavity 31 and a conveying device 60
- the cleaning method includes:
- S30 Control the conveying device 60 at least partially into and out of the fluid at least once, so as to clean the conveying device 60.
- the cleaning method of the present application is applied to the cooking utensil 10.
- the cooking utensil 10 may be a commercial appliance or a household appliance, and the application environment is not limited. In the following content, the cooking utensil 10 takes an electric cooker as an example. Please refer to FIG. 2.
- the cooking utensil 10 It includes a pot body 30 and a pot cover 20.
- the pot body 30 is provided with an inner pot, and the inner pot forms the accommodating cavity 31, wherein the accommodating cavity 31 is used for cooking ingredients to make food, and the pot cover 20 is rotatably mounted on the pot.
- the rice cooker has an automatic rice cooking function
- the conveying device 60 can supply material to the accommodating cavity 31, wherein the conveying device 60 can be installed on the pot body 30 or the pot cover 20, or by the pot body 30 and the pot cover. 20 common limit installations.

- the number of times the device 60 enters and leaves the fluid may be, for example, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of washing the foreign objects on at least the outer wall of the conveying device 60 .
- the cleaning method of the present application can make the food residues retained outside or inside the conveying device 60, Because the conveying device 60 is cleaned and detached when the fluid enters and exits, it can especially avoid the accumulation of dirt on the outer wall of the conveying device 60, such as rice grains, rice paste, etc. may stick on the outer wall, so as to prevent food residues from staying on the conveying device 60 for a long time. It can cause mold and bacteria to breed, which can improve people's food health and ensure safety.
- the fluid cleans the outer surface of the conveying device 60, so that the cleaning method of the present application is particularly suitable for the automatic rice cooking process of the electric cooker, which can avoid the retention of rice grains or rice paste. In the case of the outer wall surface of the conveying device 60, this can improve the food safety performance.
- step S30 includes:
- the conveying device 60 adopts a retractable structure, so that part of the structure of the conveying device 60 can be inserted into the cleaning fluid for cleaning, so as to avoid food residues staying on the outer wall of the conveying device 60 for a long time , causing food health and safety issues.

- step S11 also includes:
- S111 Control the conveying device 60 to inject the high-temperature fluid into the accommodating cavity 31 through the conveying pipe 62 .
- a high-temperature fluid can be heated outside the electric cooker, and the high-temperature fluid can be pumped into the accommodating cavity 31 through the conveying device 60.
- a high-temperature fluid can be heated in the electric cooker and elsewhere in the accommodating cavity 31,
- the high-temperature fluid is conveyed into the accommodating cavity 31 through the conveying pipe 62 of the conveying device 60, so that when cleaning is required, the high-temperature fluid can be quickly conveyed to the accommodating cavity 31, thus avoiding the heating process and realizing the effect of quick cooking utensils.
- the temperature of the high-temperature fluid is greater than or equal to 50 degrees, which can speed up the flow of molecules, thereby effectively dissolving the food residues adhered to the outside of the conveying device 60 and peeling off the conveying device 60 .
- the cooking utensil further includes a heating device, and the cleaning method of the present application is described in After step S11, it also includes:
- the difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is that, in order to use a fluid with a higher temperature to clean the conveying device 60 and achieve a better cleaning effect, the present application is to perform cleaning on the fluid used for cleaning in the accommodating cavity 31 .
- the advantage of heating is that on the one hand, the fluid used for cleaning the accommodating cavity 31 during the heating process can clean the accommodating cavity 31; The temperature of the fluid can be heated to the required temperature in real time according to the cleaning situation and different cleaning conditions.
- the heating device may be, for example, a heating resistor or a heating electromagnetic coil, and the heating device is installed at the bottom of the accommodating cavity 31 .
